Le cadre était parfait, le personnel au petit soin. Il lieu exceptionnel et hors du temps, plusieurs petits attentions ont fait de ce séjour un moment hors du temps

Votre équipe est exceptionnelle, et la beauté du site extraordinaire . C’est tout ce dont je rêvais pour ces deux jours dans lé luberon

situated in a very beautiful part of the Provence. The landscape and the views from the pool are fabulous. very quite and relaxing. It is a 10 minute drive to the breathtaking village Gordes. The hotel has a michelin restaurant (one star) and a bistrot restaurant (outside on a nice terrace), so dining and lunch does not require any travel. The breakfast is lovely, the pool is very nice and the hotel is fully equiped. The Staff is very professional and extremely attentive and helpful. They are definitely one of this hotel's forté's.

There was an unpleasant drainage smell, both in our room as well as in the breakfast lobby, which was situated underneath our room. We dined in the michelin restaurant, which was good but very classic and a bit too old-fashioned to our taste. It was all a bit stiff with an ambiente very common in the 80's or 90's. We know some people prefer it still that way but we like it more experimental and contemporary. The Bistrot, on the other hand, we liked a lot. Of course the food was more simple but very good and so its service, more relaxed and personal. At last I like the mention the pricing, which is rather ambitious but then this whole region is not known for its cheap pricing so I guess its in line with its offering.

Sono almeno 20 anni che conosco l'hotel,il ristorante e lo chef proprietario. Mi sono sempre trovato bene per questo motivo ancora a tutt'oggi lo frequento.

Lage und Umgebung

Für uns entfernt von ***** (Relais&Chateaux). Dafür zu viel Erneuerungsbedarf. Ausgefranste Frotéewäsche, Serviette mit groben Flecken. Essen im Café de la Fontaine mittelprächtig, auch der Service. Deshalb haben wir auf eine Buchung an einem nächsten Abend im La Table verzichtet.

What a beautiful hotel nestled in the hills. Friendly staff, excellent restaurants, and a good pool/ spa. Room was large and comfortable. Easy driving distance to winery’s (10 mins away) and the incredible hill top towns.

10ish minute walk on a road to a small, quiet town - don’t expect to wander too much! Room service could have removed/ replaced glasses more often.

Beautiful grounds and rooms that are very private. Highly attentive service. Food at the bistro was delicious!

The bathroom plumbing was a bit old and would creek. The sink faucet would run any time you flushed the toilet!

The property is very spacious and well-located near the village and starting points for hikes

The aircon wasn’t working properly: it was set to 18C but at best probably achieved 25C and was only intermittently working and when it was it was extremely loud. The room had neither blockout nor see-through curtains which meant if we didn’t want to be exposed to the guests near the pool/restaurants we were in a fairly dark room but also light enough in the morning to be woken up by the sun (too early..) The smell of lavender in the room was discomfortingly strong Silicone joints in the bathroom need re-doing- they were dirty Limited opening hours at the gym: opens at 9.30 which means when you train in the late morning you are completely exposed to the sun

Fantastic hotel with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Fano was incredibly helpful and welcoming and went over and above to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Setting is fantastic, pool and spa facilities are great and breakfast top. You feel like you are at home. Only better :)

L'hôtel est très beau, très bien situé entre Roussillon et Gordes. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, le restaurant du soir etait lui aussi très bon. La chambre etait spacieuse, les équipements de l'hôtel correspondant à nos attentes.

Petit bémol pour la propreté : à notre arrivée, il y avait des déchets de raisins dans les wc et le sol n'était pas tres propre.

Staff were fantastic. The suite with direct access to the natural swimming pool was a real pleasure.

We ate in the bistro garden in the evening and it was a beautiful setting, great service at the table, lovely cocktails but all let down by the staters/main courses. At this price point I would definitely expect more than ‘auberge’ style food. I’m sure it was a good example of what was acceptable at a local level but to me it was basic food. The lamb was tasteless and wrapped in leathery aubergine. The shallow small plate of risotto was sickly after a few spoonfuls. It was a real let down and R&L need to offer a much better international menu. There are numerous local restaurants if you want that experience.

La scala che porta alla camera é veramente al limite, molto stretta e con gradini piu alti del normale.

Séjour exceptionnel dans ce relais et châteaux , très bel établissement géré par une famille de passionnés (c'est sans doute ce qui fait la différence ! ) . Avec du personnel très professionnel . Le restaurant la fontaine est excellent et nous reviendrons pour le restaurant étoilé ! la vue des chambres est magique !

No attention to details. Tiles were falling from the second poool. The spa was very very basic and the indoor pool needs more maintenance. No parking spots with shade.

La location des vélos électriques se fait sans accompagnement sur le fonctionnement et d'ailleurs un sur deux présentait des dysfonctionnement sur l'assistance électrique La tonte des espaces verts pourraient être faites par des robots électriques pour éviter les nuisances sonores ou a minima par des tondeuses électriques au lieu de thermiques

Un très beau séjour au Phébus, dans un cadre plein de charme et d’une grande tranquillité. Les chambres sont spacieuses, élégantes et impeccablement entretenues, avec une attention aux détails particulièrement appréciable. Mention spéciale à l’ensemble du personnel, dont le professionnalisme et le sens du service se conjuguent habilement avec naturel, chaleur et décontraction. Une véritable excellence dans le service, sans jamais être trop guindé ou cérémonieux. Les restaurants ont également été à la hauteur, et les prestations complémentaires (spa, massages, location de voitures anciennes) complètent naturellement l’expérience. Une adresse de grande qualité, où l’excellence se vit avec beaucoup de naturel. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Difficile de trouver un point négatif, si ce n’est qu’il faut malheureusement en repartir !

Le confort global, le calme (à l'écart des foules de Gordes ou Roussillon), la vue, la beauté de l'établissement, la table (gastronomique et bistrot), le personnel attentif et sympathique, les espaces piscine avec l'eau à bonne température, le spa. Bref, quasiment tout. Un mot sur les tarifs : c'est cher, mais on le sait à l'avance, c'est le prix du luxe et ici, cela semble correctement ajusté si on compare à la moyenne d'autres adresses comparables.

Quelques petits détails mineurs. Arrivés à 15h15 (nous avions prévenus de notre h d'arrivée), nous avons attendu presqu'une heure pour notre chambre. Il y avait certes un verre de bienvenue et le confort du salon, mais c'était quand même un peu long après la fatigue du voyage. L'éclairage trop blanc de la sdb, qui faisait hôpital ou dentiste : jaune ou blanc doux seraient plus cosy. Pas de bacon pour les oeufs au petit déjeuner.

Ein wirklich wunderschönes, perfekt ausgestattetes Anwesen. Das Frühstück war unglaublich. Wir haben noch nie so ein gutes Frühstück mit solch einer schönen Aussicht genossen.

The property was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. We had an exceptional Michelin-star dining experience at the restaurant, and the team also helped us arrange a wonderful wine tasting. They were attentive and helpful with every request, making our stay effortless and enjoyable. It was truly a comfortable and memorable experience, and we would love to return.

The only minor drawback was the room size. Considering the tariff, I felt the room was quite small and would have appreciated a little more space. Other than that, everything about the stay was exceptional.

L'accueil, le service, la qualité de l'hébergement, la restauration sur place et l'emplacement. Un excellent rapport qualité/ prix. On y reviendra sans aucun doute.

Un tout petit bémol. Le standing de cet établissement mériterait une piscine en mosaïque plutôt qu'un liner.

We booked the Superior room w/terrace and it was amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable and the views of the Provence valley outside were incredible. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner on the property at La Cafe' de la Fontaine and just can't say enough wonderful things about it... service, presentation and quality of food, wine pairing and ambiance, all Fabulous!

We were disappointed we only stayed 2 nights... on our next visit we'll book a longer stay for sure!

Am Hauptpool gab es nicht regelmässig Personal, wo wir was bestellen konnten. Man musste sie suchen.

Es un precioso Hotel, en un espacio inmejorable. Se nota mucho el cuidado en el entorno. El personal muy atento y amable. El Restaurante es de muy buena calidad y encantador entorno.

Nous avons était surclassé avec chambre avec petite piscine privé . La chambre était superbe . Spa très appréciable.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage mit tollem Blick ins Lubreon; großzügige, geschmackvolle Zimmerausstattung; wir hatten ein Zimmer mit direktem Zugang zum Naturpool und zur Grünanlage; sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung des Luberons; sehr hilfsbereiten Receptionsteam, das sich um alle unsere Fragen und Wünsche gekümmert hat; sehr vielseitiges und hochwertiges Frühstücksbuffet; sehr schöner Wellnessbereich; hoher Wohlfühlfaktor

Eigentlich nichts; wenn wir etwas anmerken sollen vielleicht, dass die Bistroküche zwar ok, aber etwas überteuert ist; das Essen im Fine-Dining-Restaurant war gut, im Vergleich mit anderen Sterne-Küchen, die wir in Deutschland kennenlernen durften, aber im Service etwas steif-altbacken und in der Anrichtung etwas zu stark auf Effekt getrimmt, da könnte man das Essen ruhig für sich selbst sprechen lassen; soll aber den insgesamt tollen Eindruck nicht mindern

Gediegene Anlage im typischen Provence-Stil mit einem schönen Pool. Beide Restaurants hatten ein tolles Ambiente und eine exzellente Küche.
