Holiday Inn Express Paris - Velizy by IHG

Great 👍

Tres bon we, chambre tres agreable!

Every thing ok

Accessibility to motorway

Facility and room was clean.

Breakfast was good. Parking was extra cost for underground or you can park around the hotel for free

Westfield shopping centre just around the corner

They gave me a room with a broken air conditioner and I told the reception and they gave me a fan. There was no technician because it was the weekend. that they had nothing to do. We were here for three days without air conditioning.

Fresh, clean hotel. Good layout. Nice breakfast.

There was no air conditioner!

It didn't happen, because Hotels.com accepted the payment I made: €196.93 X 2 rooms that gave a total of: €393.86 r accepted the reservation without having rooms available. We had to sleep on the street. This happened on June 21, 2025 and they still haven't returned my money.

Perfect 3 night stay for our family. Spotless room and bathroom. Very comfortable beds, we had a very good rest, thank you 🙏 great breakfast and excellent service. No issue ordering a taxi via the front counter. Check in check out straight forward. It was our second stay with holiday inn express, last year 2 night stay in a different country, same hotel chain, similar experience. Highly recommended ❤️

Enjoyed my stay.

Nice affordable hotel outside of Paris. £40 Uber from here to the main sights.

They Kindly support for my request

Great but not a lot of choices for breakfast

nessun commento.

It was nice

The hotel was clean and had friendly staff, but it was far from the main attraction.

No fried eggs for breakfast at the time we arrived, which was about 8.30. However there was bacon,

Super !

Room very cool, no shower rod, no shower box, no clothes hangers, no desk to work with laptop. Breakfast without eggs at 7:30 already. Very essential with a expensive price.

Very limited buffet selection. As well as missing food. Carpets in room needed cleaning. Staff did their best to accommodate.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Hotel ok, ohne jeglichen Charme.

Everyone is super nice and kind

Checkin staff was amazing (Girlie). Checkout staff was amazing on the morning of June 23 (I didn’t catch her name). Very helpful, very charming. Staff supporting breakfast - equally amazing & very apologetic about a broken toaster with no backups. A well-run hotel with great staff. Comfortable, modern & spacious rooms.

makes overall a bit cheap impression in the common areas. Access to the garage is narrow and highly curved. Staff of the evening shift was in part little experienced and effective. Had to go back with the room access card to have it validated a second time.

Very nice stay. Booking in was busy but we were processed very quickly. Staff were very friendly and polite. Thank you for the hospitality.

Fresh & clean looking pretty new. Spacious room Limited food assortment, breakfast some days missing eggs, youghurt and scrambled eggs unfortunately

The staff are not good

An alarm went off at 7am in the hotel cafeteria and we all hadxto evacuate. The reason? Someone burned toasts !? I had read an older review talking about the same issue. You would expect they would have figured out how to fix that issue and be able to burn some toasts without waking up and asking clients to evacuate. Other tgan that, breakfast was great.

Alles war perfekt 😊

Very helpful and friendly staff, very clean , good location to go around all Paris attractions, good breakfast. Compliments to all the staff for being very helpful. 10 service. Thanks guys.

The hotel itself was spot on but there were a lot of road works nearby and a confusing one way road. We had to drive round a couple of times before we found the entrance to the car park

Very good hotel and nice facility to stay in for short visit to Paris, liked the room and the breakfast. Tram is 4 mins from the hotel and there is great Pizza restaurant around

The breakfast it too bad, always empty, and many people waiting.

All things were good compared to the 3-stars hotel. Only in the lobby, you can smell of breakfast always and the voices of people in the corridor can be heard from the room clearly which it is annoying.

Staff is friendly, breakfast is good, very convenient to go to department store.

Good quality value for a short stay with tram link to city centre

Logement propre et confortable

Accueil agreable, hotel propre, pas bruyant.

No pole to hook hangers at a rack. Broken shower head. This was the room condition at check-in. Very disappointing. However, staffs did their recovery work quickly after I claimed.

Lovely stay. The breakfast was not pleasing. No variety of hot meals. The staff were welcoming and supportive will be returning when coming to France.

Great atmosphere. of particular mention are two staff - Godfrey and Daniela. Thanks for your help.

As soon as we arrived we was given our room early as it was ready and normally you’d have to wait till checking in time. Great excellent service all round with the hotel staff going out their way and speaking to you, making sure everything is ok and we are enjoying our holiday. Two main people stood out for me Aurelia and Joe who made sure everything was ok and Aurelia going out of her way to help me with some of my cold food which I wanted to take back with me. I have to say it’s a great location, very quiet so you’ll not be disturbed and with great staff.

Very nice hotel , 25 minutes from Paris and 45 from CDG, breakfast area very good, mall is 5 minutes away , lots of restaurants near by Very pleased with my stay

5 dages ferie i Paris. Hotellet ligger 15 km udenfor Paris centrum.

I’m a traveler and not picky about hotels, but this hotel disappointed me. We had three rooms. 2 of them ready at 5:30 pm and one at 9 pm. Room service was awful. They clean the room around 6 or 7 pm when we got back from our Daly tour and needed some rest and sleep. Always said we don’t have enough staff to clean all rooms in morning. I don’t recommend this hotel at all

Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Can’t say anything was unique but the front desk staff were helpful when we needed information

I called you guys ten days before I left and changed my booking. Lady on phone said it was taken care off. She put me on hold while she called hotel. I changed my booking from three nights to two. When I got to hotel they refused to change my booking to two nights and charged me for three nights even though I checked out after two nights. I want a complete refund for the extra night since you guys said you had taken care of it. It’s really not good enough. Would like to hear from someone immediately

Muito bom e Limpo .café suficiente e muito bom !

There are no vegetables at breakfast and it drives me crazy why

Parfait, superbe

Muy bien

Sehr sauberes Hotel .. ich war zufrieden 😁 gewesen.

We stayed one night in HIE Velizy with famliy towards our trip to Versailles. We parked on the street but also a paying parking lot was available in the hotel. We arrived cca 21:00, staff was kind trying to give rooms close each others. Our two rooms were labelled to be on garden level, but actually looking on stairs and ramps but for the one night it was ok. Rooms were spacious and immaculate. Motorway is next, but windows are sound proof. Breakfast was buffet (but not hot) with good choices.

Excellent hotel for a couple of nights! Reception staff were exceptional!

Perfectly clean hotel and staff extremely helpful. Rooms are very spacious and quiet.
