Un excelente lugar de escapada de fin de semana en pareja, lamentablemente hay servicios que mencionan en su sitio de internet pero no tienen en funcionamiento como es el temazcal, sauna y vapor. fuera de ese detalle el lugar es excelente

Lugar muy agradable, espacioso

Por la temporada había exceso de usuarios del hotel y poco personal para la atención. Lo que provocó que nos atendieran 1 hora después de estar sentada en el bar; por la afluencia de gente la alberca estaba muy sucia: había muchísimos niños sin supervisión y el personal del hotel no les importaba

Disminuyeron servicios o detalles que tenían anteriormente. Ya no hay cafetera en la habitación. Ya no hay plancha de ropa en la habitación. Ya no arreglan la cama en la noche ni dejan galleta individual. Ya no hay horario en el transporte del Hotel a San Miguel y ya no es formal el transporte de regreso.Tomamos taxi. Ya no hay bancas en los jardines, ni pantalla en el restaurante. Ahora están poco iluminadas por la noche las áreas verdes. Todos estos detalles lo hacían un hotel excepcional y para nosotros era único. Esto nos hace buscar opciones.

La verdad nos encantó todo, muy bien ubicada además de tranquilidad y comodidad.

El lugar es muy bonito pero la atención y el servicio no es el mejor; recepcionistas con caras al llegar, lentos en restaurante, alberca, etc. Para el tamaño del lugar hace falta personal y las habitaciones muy muy chicas para estar 4 personas.

Salí al centro por la noche y al regresar, mi cuarto estaba inundado, había demasiadas goteras y no pude hacer uso de la habitación. No pudieron resolverme a las 11pm porque el gerente no contestaba las llamadas y tuve que pasar la noche en mi camioneta. En la mañana me ofrecieron ir a desayunar mientras me daban solución y en el huevo estrellado que pedí, había pedazos de un chimen, le comenté a la mesera y lo único que dijo fue “Ay posiblemente será de algún chapulín porque en cocina también trabajan con chapulines” y no me cambiaron mi plato ni me dio solución. A la fecha no me han resuelto mi reembolso ni dado solución en nada porque el gerente se tomó el día por ser domingo. Les reservé 3 habitaciones, pésimo servicio.

La mejor atención del mundo, la comida deliciosa

El hotel es muy lindo y el personal muy servicial, pero las habitaciones tenían goteras. Íbamos un grupo muy grande y la mayoría teníamos goteras en las habitaciones. El hotel necesita mantenimiento urgente.

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas. La zona de alberca y el bar son lo mejor. Las habitaciones tienen mucho espacio y lad camas muy comodas. Se los recomiendo ampliamente.

Todo estuvo muy bien, fuimos mi pareja, mi mascota y yo, y toda nuestra estancia fue muy tranquila y el staff siempre fue amable.

We booked this Hacienda because it looked quirky and cool to explore from the pictures, and we were interested in a pool for our kids. Overall, it was fine, but I wouldn’t go back. and I wouldn’t consider it a “VIP experience”. Upon our non-cancelable booking, the Hacienda messaged us via Expedia’s messaging system that the “included breakfast” was only for the 2 adults, not the 2 children on the reservation. I rechecked to see if this was noted upfront, but it wasn’t. This was a bummer because I had selected the property due to an included breakfast (which is important since the property is a 20 minute drive from SMA). It seemed like a bait and switch scheme to require me to pay for 2 additional breakfasts. When I received this surprising note (literally 2 minutes after booking my non-cancelable reservation), I tried to message through the messaging app, but ultimately couldn’t figure out how to message them back. It’s important to note that the Hacienda is about a 15-20 minute drive from SMA. We didn’t have a car on-site. Ubers wouldn’t pick us up at the Hacienda entrance, so we were required to walk ~5 minutes down the Hacienda’s long cobblestone driveway to catch an Uber into the city. It was very cold in the rooms at night - bring extra layers. We were initially provided with one space heater for the 2 room suite. When we asked, they brought us another. The staff were pleasant enough. I wouldn’t come back.

Beautiful property. There was an issue at check in but the staff resolved the issue. Wil definitely stay here again. 5 star hotel!!

The Hacienda has spectacular view, grounds are well maintained, beautiful, restaurant and bars, vlean pool and jacuzzi. The Decoration throughout is gorgeous. I would love to stay again in this place.

The hotel’s facilities are excellent, and the staff is quite friendly. However, the restaurant service and food selection need major improvement. The staff should have more training because they seem to not know how to cater to their guests while the food’s flavor is quite disappointing. Otherwise, this hotel is a great place to unwind. The rooms are clean and provide all the necessary amenities and the view around is spectacular.

I’ve noticed all the reviews from several years ago decrying the quality of the food. We went there as a group specifically to eat dinner (we were staying at another hotel in the Zona Centro). The food was excellent. We all shared an appetizer and sampled two deserts - enjoyed by everyone in our party. My wife and I shared a burrata salad and the Pulpo de Maya. The pulpo in particular was superb, melt in your mouth tender in a mild but flavorful mole sauce. We did learn that the owners had changed the management team in the last six months or so. So if the old reviews regarding the food have put you off, I would suggest rethinking that judgement.

The hacienda is beautiful, it's quiet, calm and tranquil. I recommend to book the individual houses as they are much nicer than the standard room. You have a whole tiny house to yourself. The view is outstanding and the staff is super friendly

Room was great! The pool really disappointed me… got my back dyed black by sitting in the cold jacuzzi, I’d put a lot of focus on the pool part of the property…

I loved the property and the service. However, they were always short on pool towels. The pool was dirty by the end of the week. The restaurant closes, on Tuesdays, which didn’t make any sense, but these are small things to fix. Overall, I’d stay here again! It’s a beautiful property.

The hotel is really nice, the pool has a nice temperature and is a relaxing place. The food on the restaurant is very good specially the sushi. The service at the restaurant with Alexis and Roberto was excellent but at the pool could be improved. I really recommend this hotel even though is outside downtown but you have hotel transportation to the city center.

El personal es muy amable y servicial, en especial los encargados del bar de la alberca, nos encantan las instalaciones, he tenido la oportunidad de visitar Hacienda Los Picachos en todas las estaciones del año y desafortunadamente el agua de la alberca esta muy fría, un aspecto a mejorar seria ponerle calentador.

It was a good stay

The surrounding views around the hacienda where nice. Many delays to get service on a timely manner, from getting a taxi, to getting our food/beverages served.

The room and bathroom were very nice

Nice hotel, poor staff. Be careful if you arrive on a Tuesday, everything in the hotel is closed so you will no benefit on staying there. No no one will advise you of this. Also, there is no hot water in standard rooms, they argue the heater is solar so if no sun, no hot water. The standard rooms are really small, no way to accommodate two adults and a children.

I went back after a couple years (the last experience was not good) hoping food and service might have improved and come in-line with the ambiance of this property. Sadly, it hasn’t. Probably the worst omelette I’ve ever eaten. How can you score that up? I won’t go back.

Great service. They make you feel very safe with their COVID regulations.

The property was well kept and cared. All staff was attentive. The only flaw was that the heater was too small for the room to warm. We asked for another one and they provided us free of charge, but the room was still cold to sleep through the whole night.

It was a nice stay. The room is fantastic, cozy and romantic. Should have better heaters, the room was extremely cold. The restaurant is nice but the food I will say has a poor taste. I tried the Nopal huarache and I think is the worst! Overall is a nice stay.

I came to San Miguel with my family and wanted to stay in a relaxed place all, the boxes were checked until we tried their restaurant which is pretentious expensive for what it is besides they used old oil to cook with end me up in having one of my worst nights in my entire life including getting up to the bathroom every 30 minutes and making stay at the room the last day with my family. The staff are not properly train for this situation, the manager of there is one never seen. It is too bad that such a great place like this

Super pretty hotel out of town ((10 min driving to San Miguel)) beautiful landscape.

This place is beautiful however there’s so much lack of service, their customer service is sadly really bad, we tried using the Jacuzzi and it was cold they said that there wasn’t enough people to keep it hot. That’s crazy! Our room had a dirty coffee maker and the bathroom sink was clogged up.. I wouldn’t come back the view was amazing but so much to work on that it’s overly priced for that service.

Romantic, quit, great mountain views. We stayed in the new, contemporary bungalows. A short getaway that we look forward to repeating.We love he restaurant and sitting by the pool without a lot of other people. We will look to return soon.
