엄마들끼리 아이들하고 하루 놀았어요 요즘 이런 넓은 객실이 거의 없는데 잠실에서 가까워서 너무 좋네요 핸드폰을 깜박 두고 왔는데 보관해주셔서 잘 받았습니다 성수기 앞두고 수영장 공사중이어서 많이 아쉬웠습니다 이런 부분은 미리 이메일이나 공지를 띄워주 시면 좋겠습니다

높은 가성비에 깨끗하고 친절합니다. 자주 오는 곳인데 항상 만족합니다.

장점 + 가성비 대비 면적 넓음 + 위례 중앙광장, 창곡천 옆이라 뷰도 좋고 상업시설 접근성 좋음 단점(이라기 보다는 아쉬운점) - 밖에 봤을때 통일성을 위해서 그런지 모르겠지만, 창문 크기가 작음. 창문이 있어야할 자리에 창문이 없고 커튼만 있어서 묘하게 답답함 - 일반 객실은 큰 문제는 아니겠지만 스위트룸의 경우 두 객실을 이어붙인 구조라서 제시된 면적보다 실제 활용가능한 면적이 적음(현관이 두개 있고 하나의 현관은 사용을 안하는 곳이기 때문에 사실상 죽은 공간이 됨) 어쨋거나 그런 부분 제외하곤 정말 만족하고 투숙했습니다. 위례 방문계획있거나 호캉스 계획 있으시면 강력추천합니다.

신도시의 한적한곳에 위치해있지만 주변에 쇼핑하고 식사하기에 편리하였으며 무엇보다 산책로가 잘 정비되어 운동하기에 좋았습니다. 회사의 단체 손님들이 있을때는 조금 소란스러운 느낌이었지만 다음 방문시에도 이용할 용의가 있습니다.

The maid service was hit and miss, some days very clean and others not very good. There was no evening dining available except apparently on Saturday, which was not advertised, and the sauna and fitness facilities were not in the main building but over in the Wedding facility, which was inconvenient and also not advertised. The coffee shop did not open until 10, also inconvenient.

There was a problem with the thermostat and lights in our room. It got so hot in the middle of the night, and then the lights kept turning on, waking me up repeatedly. The electrician came and tried to fix it, but failed. The next morning they had us move to a new room, which was dusty and sort of gross. No apologies were offered, and no discount or anything was given. The gym required special shoes, which we were not aware of, so we couldn’t use it, since we only had one pair each. Otherwise, it was a decent hotel, far from the city center but in a cute little neighborhood.

가격 대비 매우 깔끔하고 배치도 정결해서 너무 좋았어요. 앞으로 자주 이용할듯~!

Everything was perfect..

시설도, 접근성도, 식사도 괜찮은 편이었습니다. 이것만 놓고 본다면 다음에 또 이용할 마음이 있습니다. 근데, 한 가지 미흡했던 점이 있어 기록을 남깁니다. 호텔 지상 입구에서 아내가 하차한 후 먼저 호텔 로비로 들어갔고, 저는 지하주차장으로 내려가 파킹한 후 로비로 갔습니다. 객실배정을 받은 후 짐을 풀고 남한산성을 가기 위해 지하주차장으로 내려갔는데, 지하1층 주차장에서 아무리 차를 찾아봐도 찾을 수가 없었습니다. 지나가던 젊은 직원에게 차를 어디에 파킹했는지 잘 모르겠다면서 도움을 청했으나 그리 복잡하지 않으니 찾아보라는 말만 들었고, 얼마 후 나이든 직원에게 도움을 청했으나 마찬가지 대답이 돌아왔습니다. 그러다가 2층으로 내려가 보니 거기에서 파킹한 차량을 찾을 수 있었습니다. 첫 이용한 호텔이라서 지리를 몰랐던 저의 탓도 있습니다만, 이로 인해 20분 정도의 시간을 지체했습니다. 고객이 파킹한 차량을 찾는데 도움을 청했으나 도움을 주지 못한 호텔직원들의 서비스 태도에 서운한 마음이 들어 이 글을 올립니다.

The staff at the hotel were great. They were very helpful, spoke English and always had a smile on their faces. The next time I am in the area, I will be staying at this hotel.

I loved the buffet style breakfast, and the professionalism of the staffs here. Great location, only 7-8 minutes walk away from the subway station with great local eatery all around the area.

룸은 생각보다 그냥 그랬어요 조식은 좋았습니다

옆방에서 하는 말과 화장실소리 샤워소리 다들립니다.침구류가 세탁한게 맞나 싶고 ... 테이블마다 먼지가 한가득입니다. 그저그래요

다른건 다 괜찮은데 동급대비 침구류가 너무 불편하고 안락함이 없음

This hotel is very clean, quiet and modern. Second time staying here. The staff is always so courteous and helpful. The only reasons I give this hotel 4 stars is the exercise facility is in the next building ,the parking availability is limited & the dining options are few. There was never anyone at the lobby bar to help.

청결하고 조식도 좋았고 주변에 공원도 있어서 산책하기도 좋습니다. 다만 엘리베이터소리와 물내려가는 소리가 생각보다 크게들려서 만점은 어렵네요

Honestly this was not even close to a 4 star hotel there was blood on the pillows and the bathroom didnt even look like it was cleaned. Super disappointed to say the least. Theres alot more to say but its not worth the time with this place.

신도시에 있는 호텔로 주말임에도 스뤼트가 30만원 미만으로 좋은 가격에 묵을 수 있었습니다. 위례신도시를 가로지르는 천변을 조망할 수 있었고 청결한 룸이었습니다. 다음에도 위례 쪽 올일이 있으면 여기로 올 것입니다.

급하게 예약했는데 생각보다 너무 좋았어요. 만족합니다.

Hidden germ in hidden location.

The room is very clean but not very spacey. Not many option for dining (only buffet).

주차 편하고 강남 접근성 나쁘지 않고 실내 수영장에서 수영할 수 있어서 좋아요. 침구에 먼지가 좀 많긴 했는데 교체 요청하고 나니 좋아졌어요. 전체적으로 시설 깨끗하고 관리 잘 되어 있는 편입니다. 가성비 최고예요.

창곡천이 보이는 뷰도 너무 좋고, 직원들도 너무 친절합니다. 여태껏 가본 호텔 중 세 손가락에 꼽는 좋은 호텔이네요.

소음에는 좀 취약했어요

숙소가 너무 너무 더워서 힘들었어요 습하고.. 선풍기도 없었고 냉방도 안되서 불편했습니다. ㅠ 중앙제어라서 힘든거 알지만 힘들었습니다..

주변 산책 코스와 연결되어 입지가 매우 좋았음. 시설도 나름 깔끔한편임.

깨끗하고 주위환경도 좋고 아주 좋네요

2박3일 일정으로 머물렀음. 전반적인 느낌 가성비 훌륭함 - 전체적으로 시설이 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 된 느낌 위치 위례에 볼 일이 있다면 매우 훌륭함. 잠실근방도 훌륭한 편임. 남위례역이 도보로 이용가능. 아침 저녁으로 창곡천 산책 가능 단점 묵었던 온돌 스위트의 까는 이불이 매우 얇음. 추가 요청시 장당 2만2천 필요함. damper 소음인지 모르지만 현관쪽 기계소음이 심함. 자는데 불편함. 마지막 1박만 이 스위트에서 해서 그냥 후딱 체크아웃 함.

호텔위치, 호텔주변의 창곡천 산책로... 꽤 좋은 조건이었음... 수영장 패키지가 있었는데, 수영장을 호텔패키지로 연결시키는 것은 매우 안좋은 마케팅일 것임. 호텔건물과 수영장건물이 다르고, 수영장은 일반회원들이 강습을 하는 곳으로, 그곳을 호텔 투숙객이 이용하기 적절치 않음. 조식은 괜찮았지만, 메뉴구성에 비해 다소 비싼 편임. 보다 저렴하게 구성하여 호텔투숙객이 누구나 이용하기에 부담없도록 하는 것이 좋겠음

위례 수변공원과 근린공원으로 둘러쌓여 있어서 매우 친환경적이고 쾌적합니다. 룸은 크고 조식도 괜찬습니다. 재방문 의사 있습니다.

The property was better than I was anticipating. Very modern, clean, professional staff, great location. A hidden gem for sure!

Very convenient to shops and restaurants though the onsite restaurant wasn't open for lunch or dinner (march 2022). Pretty easy walk to the new Namwirye metro stop. Room was very nice.

This facility seems tailored to servicing the banquets and such. The check in seemed an interruption to whatever they were doing before. Room was fine, clean, nice view, but small for 4star. Beds even smaller. Pool located in separate building, parking has different elevators than rooms so on off. And let’s stop pretending the resturant and bar is shut for Covid. 5min walk has hundreds of bars-cafes, serving thousands of people. The hotel was losing money on the bar, and Covid is excuse to keep it shutdown. And after long day of travel a quick snack and drink is much better than one more trip out.

출장으로 갔는데 나쁘진않음... 그런데 주변에 아파트단지라 심심하다..

침구류가 숙면취하기 너무 좋았어요.

깔끔하고 조용했습니다.

더블배드가 아닌 킹사이즈 원배드를 요청했지만, 체크인 시 이 부분에 대해 전혀 언급도 없었고, 요청 또한 받아들여지지 않았다.

큰 기대없었는데 뷰도 좋고 깨끗하고 무엇보다 조용하고.... 먹을게 없어서 살짝 배가 고팠다능....

직원들이 매우 친절함 필요한 사항에 대하여 같이 해결하려고 노력하는 모습이 좋았고 이용하는데 불편한점이 없도록 신경쓰는 모습에 감사함을 느겼습니다

룸컨디션 해외 유명 낙후된 호텔보다 나음 친절함 조용함 바로앞 산책로 겸 런닝 좋음.. 출장 올 때마다 이용

호텔 내에 아무것도 없어서 불편하나 다른 것은 모두 좋으며, 직원 분들도 친절함. 면도기는 따로 미리 준비하시길

주변이조용해서 편하게 쉴수있었어요.

근처에 일이 있어 자주 찾는 호텔이지만 객실마다 차이가 있네요. 이번 남편과 같이 간 객실은 욕실이 지저분했고 침실 바닥에 머리카락도 있었고 침대도 너무 흔들려서 편안히 자지 못했어요. 관리가 제대로 안된것 같습니다.

회사 출장으로 직원들과 2박3일을 숙박했습니다. 프런트 직원도 친절했고, 방도 아주 청결해서 좋았습니다. 다음에도 기회되면 이용하겠습ㄴ디ㅏ.

첨에 다른위치 다른방으로 갔을땐 신발신는곳도 없고 불편했는데 좋았어요 편하게 쉬다 갑니다 !

매트리스가 넘 불편합니다.

There was so much info at the property but I could have done with receiving this in an email before I arrived ie how to get there. Maybe I should have thought of that myself. Other than that, wish I had stayed longer, fabulous hotel.

Nice and quiet hotel. The maid service was good but occasionally forgot to replenish items like toilet paper. One of only a couple hotel options in this new neighborhood, and it's a great neighborhood.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and kind. They helped in every way they could. Everything was very clean and I enjoyed my stay a lot!

This is a brand new hotel, so it was very clean. The building was huge and the room was comfortable. One downside is there's nothing much to enjoy around it though, I had a pretty good stay for the price. Will stay again.

Miltiopia city is around a new development area- so there's not easy access to city (food, movie, entertainment) unless you have a car. The staff was excellent and was very professional. The breakfast buffet was expensive but good quality if not very imaginative. The Korean Spa was modest with three pools , but the spa was actually not as clean as you would expect for a new facility.

I don't recommend this hotel. hotel itself is not that bad though services are limited; the guests are rude and loud. (looks like soldiers and their family) But no choice, this is only hotel in this city
