What a place! Such a beautiful set up, tents were fab and spacious. Facilities were great, we were using the shared bathrooms and they were super clean and stocked. The food was absolutely incredible and the staff were all so lovely. The little fire pits are very cute and being able to stargaze outside your tent. Would absolutely stay here again - thank you!

Il manque un cadenas pour fermer la tente lorsque vous la quitter. Restaurant assez cher.

We scheduled activities before we come with the staff When we arrive we discover that one of the activities is 2 hours drive from the place and no one didn’t tell it or think to update us Even that the assistant manager say to us that they have lot of complains about that they didn’t want to give us the money back or do something

It was just really cool. Loved the idea and it was so well executed. The live music was a nice touch. And, I really like that I had to pull the shower chain to get water - a little bit of added education about how we can manage water better especially in the desert. Loved the international clientel.

I was bummed to hear it is now part of a large hotel chain but it was still nice.

L’établissement met à disposition des glacières avec de la glaces, des jeux de sociétés, des batteries de recharges externes, café, etc. Personnel à l’écoute et très réactif. Brumisateurs dans les tentes.

Des jeunes roulaient très vites en voitures avec musiques à fonds entre les tentes, criaient et faisaient du bruit dans la nuit. La direction n’est pas intervenu, nous avons dû le faire nous-mêmes.

Wat een magische plek! Vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel. Mooie, luxe en ruime tenten. Leuke activiteiten voor de kinderen. Goed eten in het restaurant (wel prijzig, maar dat is overal in Amerika). Geen stroom in de tenten, maar daarvoor krijg je powerbanks. En in de tent is voldoende verlichting aanwezig en water (warm en koud)

Essendo un campeggio seppur di lusso ovviamente ci sono quelle piccole “scomodità” che però a parer mio sono inevitabili in un contesto del genere.

Pulizia, odore di cenere/bruciato nella tenda e negli spazi comuni, bagno (doccia e lavandino nella tenda devono essere utilizzati con una mano sola per farli andare, quindi molto difficile lavarsi), qualità prezzo (troppo alto per i servizi offerti), anche se hai il bagno privato nella tendeva per asciugarti i capelli devi andare in uno spazio comune perché nelle tende non c’è elettricità ma solo dei power bank, tende troppo vicina una all’altra

- molto tempo per effettuare check-in - per utilizzare la doccia, bisogna tenere tirata una corda (impossibile farsi la doccia senza l’aiuto di un’altra persona) - all’interno della tenda ci sono dei sistemi di riscaldamento con fuoco. La tenda si è riempita di fumo. La struttura è stata disponibile a fornirci un’altra tenda e non ci ha fatto pagare colazione e parte della cena

Le tende sono ben attrezzate e abbastanza distanti l’una dall’altra. Il personale molto disponibile: ci hanno accompagnato alla tenda con un cart e ci sono venuti a riprendere ogni volta che li abbiamo chiamati. Bella anche l’esperienza dei marshmallow davanti al fuoco.

Il glamping è abbastanza distante dal Grand Canyon (più di mezz’ora). Un po’ scomodo per noi che arrivavamo da Page.

Le dépaysement, le calme du site. Une nuit reposante. Nous avons la chance d’avoir eu un concert de musique très agréable. Puis nous avons grillés nos chamallow à la nuit tombée. Il faisait frais car il avait plu dans la journée nous n’avons donc pas ressenti la chaleur mais je crains un peu un jour de grosse chaleur car ils n’ont qu’un système de brumisation pour les tentes. Le personnel est TRÈS agréable.

Nous aurons apprécié la mise à disposition d’un frigo même partagé et la possibilité d’avoir de la glace pour la poursuite du trajet.

Le concept de coupure a la connection et retour au sans écran . Personnel aux petits soins, tentes agréables et orientées coucher de soleil . Souper en music live. Infrastructure extérieure pour faire des marshmallow au coin du feu.

Dur dur pour les kids car zero connection 😂! Nous on a adoré !

An incredible novel experience. I went with my daughter, and it was such a nice time to unplug, be in nature, and live simply. The tent was clean and furnished nicely, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We had breakfast and dinner there, and the service and food were all great. The grounds were very accessible, and it was a lovely expereince to walk to base camp for meals. All the employees were helpful, welcoming, and kind.

Les tentes sont magnifiques, avec une petite tente annexe pour nos enfants. L’ambiance fait un peu penser à un moment « hors du temps » avec une attention particulière portée aux détails de confort.

Les tarifs du restaurant rappellent que le client est captif sans d’autres solutions que d’opter pour le pique nique ou le restaurant du site.

Great experience, even if a little bit far from Grand Canyon. (35 minutes drive). Tents are confortable and you have all necessary equipment in it. Nice to have dinner here (we had our own dinner) and eat on their outside with some music and chamallows.

Comme en tente réveil à l'aube avec le soleil, et la tente monte très vite en chaleur. Au milieu de nulle part si on veut sortir diner ailleurs.

(1) 숙소 새벽에는 덜덜 떨면서 자야함. 모든 것이 불편한 글램핑 숙소임(이것을 즐기러 와야 한다는 것에 아무말도 요구도 할수 없음) 낮에 관광하고오면 룸안에 먼지와 같은 모래가 덮여있음. (2) 레스토랑 - 가격은 조리사가 요리하는 수준이지만, 요리의 품질은 냉동식품을 조리해서 내주는 수준. - 주변 TOWN에 조식을 이용하는 것이좋고, 맥도널드가 가장 맛있었음. - 특히 UNDER CANVAS BOWL은 연구가 더 필요해보임. (3) 숙박 - WIFI는 아예 제공 되지 않고, 오랜기간 머물렀지만 반이상이 통신사 이슈로 휴대폰이 안되었음. 호텔에서 WIFI가 제공되지 않는데 세상과 멀리 떨어지는 것이 컨셉이라 하더라도 옵션이 필요해보임. - 숙소에서 전기가 전혀 제공되지 않아 보조배터리가 필수적으로 필요함. 제공되는 보조배터리는 초고속충전이 안됨. - 변기가 룸에 문도 없이 노출되어져 있어서 볼일 볼때는 로비로 나가 별도의 화장실을 사용함. - 조명등은 모두 충전방식의 렌턴을 사용하기에 셀프로 호텔에서 제공하는 배터리를 이용해 충전해서 사용해야 함. (4) 서비스 - 해당 지역에서 가장 비싼 비용을 부담해 좋은 룸를 택했음에도 하루에 한번 클리닝을 해주지도 않았고, 수건을 5분에 걸쳐 가지러 가야했으며, 텍스트 메시지 등을 통해 요청한 내용들 또한 피드백과 액션이 없었음. (직접 가지러가서 들고와야 했음) - 직원들은 요구사항 다 들어주려고 노력하고 친절한편, 아시아권에서 느끼는 호텔 서비스를 기대하면 절대 안됨. 파트너 같은 관계. (5) 가격 가격이 저렴해질 때에는 가볼만 하지만 성수기에 비싼 돈내고 가기에는 아쉬운 것이 많은 곳. 만약 간다 하더라도 최대 2박을 추천. 1박 정도는 와우가 있음. 경험하기 좋음.

The atmosphere at Under Canvas was so fun and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to meet every need. Our tent was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The campsite was beautifully laid out, with plenty of space between tents, making it feel private and peaceful. The noise level was very low, so we had no trouble going to bed early and getting a great night’s sleep. We also loved the yard games—they were the perfect way to relax by the fire and unwind after a day of exploring.

We booked the Stargazer tent and loved it! By the light of day, I was a little unsure about how well we would be able to see the stars. Night fell and the view was incredible both outdoors and in! We only had time to stay for one night, and I wish we could have stayed longer! We enjoyed our stay and would love to visit other locations as well in future!

Es war ein super Erlebnis, mitten in der Natur umgeben von den kleinen Hasen. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Sehr ruhig.

Leider kein Internet und WLAN, für den Preis wäre ein kleines Frühstück inklusive schön gewesen. Immerhin gab es kostenlosen Kaffee.

Much more than just one night in the wide open at the Grand Canyon. I specially recommend the yoga class in the morning and the delicious breakfast. I lived a great experience under the tent before seeing the breath taking canyon. Yes it was a night under the tent but actually the team and the amenities made it special.

Our stay at Under Canvas Grand Canyon was one of the highlights of our Southwest trip. After spending the day hiking and exploring one of the world’s great natural wonders, returning to camp each evening felt like a destination in itself. The tent was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. It gave us the feeling of camping without sacrificing the comforts that make a vacation enjoyable. Falling asleep to the sounds of nature and waking to the soft morning light coming through the canvas was an experience we won’t soon forget. The food was another pleasant surprise. We expected simple camp fare, but every meal we had was fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. Whether we were starting the day with breakfast or relaxing over dinner after a long day at the Grand Canyon, the quality exceeded our expectations. It was one more detail that made the entire experience feel special. What really made the stay memorable was the atmosphere. Jennifer and I enjoyed spending the evening around the campfire, making s’mores, listening to live music, and talking with other travelers who had come from all over the country. It felt relaxed, unhurried, and refreshingly genuine. Once the music ended, we looked up to an incredible night sky filled with stars. Living in New Jersey, it’s easy to forget just how spectacular the sky can be when you’re far from city lights. The staff deserves special recognition. Everyone we met was friendly, welcoming, and eager to make sure guests had everything they needed. Their enthusiasm added to an experience that already felt unique. If you’re visiting the Grand Canyon, I highly recommend spending at least one night at Under Canvas Grand Canyon instead of another chain hotel. It’s more than a place to sleep. It’s part of the adventure. We’ll definitely be back the next time our travels bring us to northern Arizona.

From check-in to check-out, the service was wonderful!!! And Miles was especially kind and forthcoming with fun things to do ideas.

On the way to Grand Canyon, we decided to stay over night at Under the Canvas. We arrived at the reception and the rules were well explained. In the evening, we sat by the fire pit, the sky above us packed with stars, roasted marshmallow in a stick and tried not to burn them, then put them between graham crackers and chocolate. It was messy and fun. The tent was simple but cozy. There were misty for the day and small wood fire place for the night. The bed was quite comfortable. The communal bathrooms were clean and neat. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Il prezzo per notte è esagerato per i servizi offerti. Non rifarei la stessa scelta.

Probabilmente la notte più memorabile di tutto il nostro viaggio di nozze tra i parchi americani. Lo staff ci ha omaggiato con un adorabile allestimento della camera a tema "Just Married" con un biglietto di auguri personalizzato e 2 dolci a cena oltre che all'upgrade alla tenda con il bagno privato. In più la natura, i marshmallow nel falò sotto le stelle (sempre incluso). Davvero, fantastico.

Was a little disappointed in overall experience. Tent was spacious and as advertised. Bathroom was big enough but a little difficult to manage shower or washing hand with pull cord for shower and push switch for hand washing. Hard to hold down level and was hands. Heating tent was a definite problem. Temp got down to 40’s or 50’s at night. So to keep tent warm enough to sleep you had to wake up several times at night to keep fire going. Other issue was statements made by staff where not accurate. I sleep with a cpap machine and they stated on numerous occasions they had a battery to run machine. That statement was incorrect so I was lucky a brought my own battery. So to summarize I was less then Overwhelmed by this stay.

Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations, especially considering we paid approximately $800. Based on the photos and marketing, we expected a more relaxing resort-style experience. Instead, the atmosphere felt restrictive at times. We even had other guests tell us not to talk when we weren’t being loud or disruptive, which made us feel uncomfortable and unable to enjoy ourselves. We also found our tent to be somewhat dirty upon arrival, which was disappointing given the price point. Overall, the experience did not match what was advertised, and we did not feel that the value justified the cost. I wanted to share this feedback honestly because I believe there is room for improvement, and future guests may have similar expectations based on the photos and pricing.

Under Canvas is such a nice welcome to the Hyatt portfolio and I was excited to try out this property during our visit to the Grand Canyon. The glamping experience was true to it's form with very comfortable appointments and friendly staff. We had dinner upon arrival and the steak was delicious. We also made s'mores over the fire before retiring to our suite tent with en-suite bathroom which we were glad to have splurged on a bit more for that convenience. The staff were very friendly and almost like camp counselors, educating on how to use the wood stove and tent amenities. Gideon also escorted us to our room and helped us get settled in after a long drive. I wish we had spent more time at the camp, but I would definitely return with friends and family again to share this unique experience.

C’est une expérience à vivre pour réellement déconnecter ! Les tentes sont spacieuses. Nous avons pris une de luxe pour avoir les comodités à proximite et profiter au mieux du cadre.

Le petit déjeuner n’est pas compris dans le prix mais pour le prix j’aurai trouver correct qu’il y soit car les choix proposées pour le petit dej moyennement finances sont relativement chères. Je trouve le rapport qualité prix déséquilibre.
