Había una cucaracha en mi cuarto!!! No tienen servicio de nada ni de un café , pésimo !!!

Me gustó mucho la ubicación. Por la cercanía de los lugares a los que acudi fue muy práctico. La limpieza está muy bien, comodo, tranquilo, amplio, etc.

Que tenían andamios en la entrada y el acceso lo tapan. Por favor delimitar el acceso para que los clientes puedan accesar sin complicaciones.

Beds and pillows comfortable

I didn’t like the fact no restaurant in the facility and the construction around the hotel. Also the fact that floors 1-12 are hospital and or doctors office. During the day elevator s very slow. Also the towels in the rooms need to be replaced. I know they were cleaned but looked dirty and they are bad condition they need to be replaced.

No es un hotel para turistas, es un hotel y hospital al mismo tiempo. Como hotel no tiene ni guía comodidad al respecto. No tiene estacionamiento, al lado construyen un edificio ruido y polvo todo el tiempo. La administración son unos ladrones, a pesar de no usar la reservación no me reembolsaron un solo peso y me cobraron la estancia. Nadieen laadmi istracion del hotel te tesuelve el problema. Espero el estado de cuenta de mi tarjeta de crédito para demandarlos. Booking debería quitar esta opción de su listado de hoteles.

La de la limpieza no paraba de estar tocando a la puerta sabiendo que estábamos nosotros adentro

La habitación era amplia

El hotel está en un piso de una torre de hospital, y siempre teníamos que explicar que éramos huéspedes para que nos abrieran la puerta o nos dejaran salir por la puerta principal. El staff no era amable. Cometimos el error de meternos a otra habitación. Ellos se dieron cuenta mientras no estábamos y, en lugar de contactarnos y avisarnos, esperaron hasta que regresáramos y no pudiéramos abrir la habitación. Encontramos dos cucarachas, una detrás de la cabecera y una en la regadera. Como hay una construcción a un costado, la entrada no es visible y no hay ningún anuncio, cuando llegamos, no encontrábamos por dónde entrar.

Toda la noche ladró un perro de raza pequeña, considero que no es un hotel que deba permitir mascotas.

la habitacion esta muy comoda y aradable un poco caliente o fria por los cristales pero se soluciona con el AA

Muy buen hotel, zona muy tranquila, alberca grande y limpia y atención del staff excelente.

Literal es un hospital esto con cuartos en el ultimo piso, no tiene estacionamiento, no tiene comida, la chapa de la puerta nonsirve, se reporto a las 6 de la tarde, son las 10 de la noche y estoy con mi familia afuera por que la puerta no abre.... exijo el reenbolso de esta habitación

Rude people at the lobby

Había cucarachas en el lavamanos, me di cuenta antes de dejar mi cepillo de dientes y me tocó regresar todos mis artículos de aseo a la maleta. Buscando un conector para mis cargadores, encontré basura (tapas de botellas) debajo de la cama, indicador de que no asean correctamente. Las almohadas están hechas bolas por dentro, pésima calidad.

No se especifica que es está en remodelación o mantenimiento, la “entrada” no es visible y mala atención al recibirme.

El personal muy atento, la cama muy comoda, el hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento pero frente a la propiedad hay uno publico que cobra $50 aprox por dia al hospedarse en el hotel

Restaurant was closed, the pool was not available, one of the reasons I had chosen this hotel. I also didn’t know it was shared with a hospital. Too many people get in in the elevator, mainly people for hospital treatment. Not happy a all.

Creo que deberían mencionar que el hotel esta en una torre médica/ hospital. Nada recomendado para hospedarte con hijos por la exposición a áreas comunes de la zona médica. Posiblemente es la mejor opción si realmente a lo que vas es a alguna cita médica y/o visitar a alguien del hospital. Pregunté en lobby si había algún tipo de servicio de cocina y me comentaron que no. Pero ese mismo día vi como otras personas usaron la terraza del hotel y les llevaron el desayuno. Si bien no hay servicio oficial del.hotel creo que podrían brindarnos esas opciones externas.

La ubicación

The views of the city are absolutely jaw-dropping. The floor to ceiling windows allow you to see for miles and the hotel occupies the top two floors of the building so I imagine all the rooms get a great view. The bed was more comfortable than my own at home. Everything was in good condition. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Valet parking is just across the street and only cost 50 pesos (in July 2025). There are lots of restaurants, Walmart Express, Sam's Club within a 5-10 min walk.

This hotel is within a hospital so unusual concept. Knowing this is helpful. Construction makes the entrance confusing. Great large room. Two sink bathroom. Minor complaint is no where to hang a towel near the shower.

I felt there need to be additional door for the bathroom. The windows need to be another set of curtains for privacy (duh to construction taking place next door). In the the pool area there was meeting taking place, so couldn’t enjoy it without making a lot of noise duh to respect of the meeting. But after they left the pool was more enjoyable and views were spectacular…

Nice hotel but kinda strange also as this is located in a hospital/medical clinics tower The top 2 floors 14 and 15 are the hotel and check in is downstairs where the medical clinic check in is there is no fob in elevators to restrict the general public going to the hotel floors where tje rooms are so get random people walking around found this part very strange and uneasy for security as anyone can walk around try and open your room door ect. Seen few people lost looking for a doctors or a clinic during my stay Pool is dated and needs new tiles and fixing No resturant on top floor also any more BIG new tower being built and very close so can be bit noisier during working hours Very good clean rooms and nice Beds were very nice and comfortable Showers have nice strength and hot Staff was amazing , very friendly and helpful

El hotel forma parte de un edificio que es UN HOSPITAL, es decir que entras al hospital y uno de los pisos es el hotel. Además hay una construcción a un lado que impide encontrar la entrada. De todo esto no se informa en su página.

Todo muy bien con la habitación y el personal amable. Solo que las instalaciones del área de la alberca en muy malas condiciones, ya que tenía demasiados insectos vivos y el agua se veía demasiado sucia. Le hace falta mantenimiento y que la limpien porque el material ya se estaba despegando.

Great area and property. The rooms, rooftop, and views are amazing. The only downside is that is shares the lobby and elevators with a hospital and now due to construction after 9pm you have to exit and enter thru the emergency hospital entrance which is wierd especially if you’re coming back at 2am from a club and you have to share the elevator with someone in labor or a broken leg.

Hotel dentro de una clínica no es viable. Y como está en remodelación fue muy incómodo que no tiene restaurante, ni rampa ni nada de lo que regularmente tiene un hotel.

Súper bien el alojamiento muy cómodo, tranquilo, limpio y seguro. Excelente servicio!

No cuentan con estacionamiento propio, hay que cruzar la calle en un edificio en construcción para llegar a un estacionamiento donde según tienen convenio pero tienes que pagar por noche, tienes que cargar tu equipaje hasta el hotel, o si vienes en tacones es un problema. No tienen entrada habilitada para maletas o dispacitados, son solo escaleras.

The hotel is nice as well as the rooms. However it is not fully functional yet. The window shades were not working the hotel garage was not accessible. Also there is no privacy in the shower the window the door is totally transparent

The roof pool with view of the city was lovely in the sunshine and i had it all to myself. Rooms spacious. Friendly staff.

The first night was terrible because there was a ventilation shaft built passing through my room (1411) which made an awful intermittent buzzing noise which earplugs did not block out. I had raised the issue when I checked in (late because I had a problem with my Dutch bankcards) but was told it would stop; however it started again. When I complained in the morning they immediately sorted me out another room which was much better. The bathroom ventilation was rather overactive and couldn't be modified, but nothing like the buzz of the previous night. Beds fine, pillows poor.

I was so impressed with the fact that most of the hotel was doctor’s offices. My friend was ill upon arrival. It was reassuring to know that in case I needed a doctor…help was at hand!

Ya me habia quedado y de por sinle quita puntos eñ.estar adentro de un hospital, ahora con la ampliaciones estan realizando complica los accesos y el estacionamiento no es muy comodo para dejarlo y despues ingresar

This hotel use to have a nice restaurant in the roof but it was cancelled without notificacion

Las camas son muy cómodas, el personal muy amable, solo que el hotel está en un edificio que los primeros 12 pisos son hospital, compartes elevador con personas que van a consulta incluso pasa por el área de hospitalización, no cuenta con restaurante por estar en remodelación

Although the room was very comfortable with great bedsheets and towels, the location is on top of a 12 story hospital/clinic. You are sharing the elevator with hospital patients. The hotel doesn’t have a bar or a restaurant. The pool is very unkept and has dozens of missing tiles.

Lá alberca en el techo es increíble. Varios lugares para desayunar, comer, cenar y salir de fiesta cerca. Espacio las Américas queda prácticamente caminando y está en una zona con muchas rutas de transporte público.

La construcción que se está realizando, mantiene los alrededores en condiciones físicas no tan agardables

Only the last 2 building floor are the hotel rooms in a hospital, where you have to be using the same elevators sometimes with sick people, there’s not restaurant in the hotel, we got confuse with patients when leaving or arrived.

Nice room and hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Awesome view of the city. Super friendly staff.

Valet parking in the hotel next door garage.
