We hebben echt geweldige dagen hier gehad. Ray is echt een geweldige host. Regelt alles en erg snel. Appartement is erg ruim en is van alle gemakken voorzien. We hadden het zwembad zo goed als voor onszelf, erg relaxt. Eten kan in het restaurant ernaast, Miami. Zowel ontbijt als diner.

La situation de l’établissement car loin des quartiers qui bougent. Deconseillé à des familles avec enfants qui souhaitent visiter l’île car il faut se déplacer en taxi car implossible en scooter avec de jeunes enfants. Belle plage mais beaucoup de plastiques et autres détritus à marée basse,quel dommage ;bien que les employés de l’hôtel passent pour nettoyer.

Fantastic location, with direct beach access. The swimming pool was great and located right behind the condo, between the condo and the beach. They offer scooter rentals, which made it easy to get around and do things. The staff was great, and professional.

The living room and kitchen area didn't have air conditioning, just fans.

Location and facilities were amazing! Ray was so helpful with everything and helped us with food recommendations, laundry, and getting massages at our accommodation! It was so beautiful with great beach access and we loved the restaurant Miami next door that was open consistently and had vegetarian options during the low season!

We did not like the cleaning staff accidentally letting mosquitoes in by keeping the door open during cleaning.

Ray the Manager was a terrific host. She was always contactible when seeking transport and trip guidance. Rooms serviced and bottles of water dropped off as well other unexpected goodies. Filtered water and hot water available from water dispenser.

It would have nice to have matching crockery, cutlery and glasses.

Toilet abit old and needs refurbishment

We visited during the low season and had the whole place all to ourselves. It was a beachfront premise, and falling asleep to the sound of waves and gentle breeze is truly exceptional. Apartment equipped with kitchen appliances and supplied with drinking water enough for the whole family throughout our entire stay. Great location, too. It's located along a vibrant beach with many resorts/hotels and eateries but private enough for us to enjoy our holiday.

- Our first day was quite difficult due to heavy rain and travelling with two young children. While communication with the remote host was generally smooth, support from the on-ground host was often limited. Apart from arranging airport transport, we received very little assistance with local recommendations, tours, taxi guidance, or general support when needed. Overall, the on-the-ground hosting experience felt much more hands-off than we expected. - The resort cannot do anything about it I guess so it doesn't lower the score, but there were lots of wild dogs roaming around the beach and even trying to enter our apartment, so something to be mindful of

Nothing! It was excellent If I had to comment I’d say there is no dedicated reception/person to arrange taxis/tours etc, but 30 seconds up the road there is a tourist/tour booking shop.

Beautiful property right on the beach! Well maintained yard, good size private pool and very clean rooms/property. It was walking distance to lots of beach bars/restaurants. Wonderful communication with staff that made our stay very enjoyable. 3 separate bedrooms with King size beds and private bathrooms (each room was large enough for extra beds for kids). There was a separate building with the Kitchen/Livingroom and an additional bathroom. TV included Netflix and villa had good access to wifi.

Die private Villa war sehr grosszügig und top ausgestattet. Die Aussicht zwischen den Palmen hindurch auf den Strand ist atemberaubend. Der Garten mit vielen verschiedenen tropischen Pflanzen ist sehr gepflegt. Ein offener Pavillon spendet Schatten und lädt zum Verweilen, Essen und Trinken ein. Das Interieur ist geschmackvoll ausgewählt. Das Personal, besonders Ray die Managerin, war sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch die Gärtner, Housekeeping und Fahrer waren sehr nett. Der Strand ist sauber und langgezogen mit vielen Bars und guten Restaurants.

Es gibt gar nichts zu bemängeln.

Comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a pool and direct beach view and access. Many restaurants within walking distance. The manager Ray was extremely helpful with organising airport transfers and with any questions. The Italian restaurant next door had delicious pizzas. We would love to return.

The apartment isn’t brand new but still very comfortable.

I loved the spaciousness, the decor, the outdoor pool.

That it was not on the beach. That it was not clearly stated that each bedroom can only be accessed externally of the house - not from the inside of the house which makes it less comfortable or safe for younger kids to be sleeping on their own. The master bedroom is on the upper floor, the other two bedrooms are on the bottom floor. Entrance to each room is with a set of keys. It should state that this set up is not suitable for families with young children. It would be wonderful for families with older children or a group of friends who want their privacy at night.

Beautiful apartment with a pool and beach just steps away. The apartment had lots of space and was well equipped. The pool and beach were quiet but beautiful. Ray was an excellent host.

Nothing it was perfect!

It was paradise! A beautiful location with a well finished set of rooms, great air conditioning, a beautiful infinity pool and also a larger communal pool we could use. The accommodation was finished to a high standard and the beach was steps away from the pool. Mr Lek’s restaurant was also great, the food was delicious and they had games the kids played every time we visited (which was a lot!). We would definitely return- it was our favourite stop of our holiday!

We stayed in one of the beach villas. The rooms are 3 separate, unconnected doubles. Ray kindly put extra beds in for us as we were uncomfortable having our youngest in a room that lead outside and not in an enclosed space. Not a reason not to stay but something to consider.

We had a really great stay at Thai Dream Estate. We stayed in one of the apartments, and the space was much bigger than a regular hotel room — and even bigger than many standard apartments — which made a big difference for us with kids. All apartments have a sea view, which is great to wake up to. The place is very clean and clearly managed really, really well. The pool is huge, almost Olympic-sized, and definitely one of the highlights. It was perfect for jumping in at night and relaxing. Even though the place was fully booked during our stay, it never felt crowded at all, which made the whole place feel very peaceful and private. The apartments have everything you need, and we especially appreciated the free water dispenser and cooler. It’s a small thing, but it made the stay even more comfortable and meant fewer trips to 7-Eleven. What really makes this place stand out, though, is Ray. She manages everything and is honestly like having a concierge on site. She helps with tours, motorbike rentals, airport transfers, and general recommendations — and she often gets better prices than if you book things yourself. The laundry service was excellent, and having food delivered from other restaurants was also super convenient. Overall, Ray really takes the whole experience to another level. She makes everything easy, smooth, and welcoming. Especially for families or anyone staying a bit longer, this place offers a level of comfort and convenience that’s hard to find. We’d definitely recommend staying here and would absolutely come back.

If you want private luxury, this is it. We stayed in a beach front villa which was the best. Ray and staff were amazing. It was nice to have the convenience of water brought to the villa as needed and a fridge. The restaurant Mr.Lek delivers the food to your villa for free.

The property does feel a little dated and requires some TLC in places, no longer looks to the spec of the photos advertised on booking.com.

The location couldn’t be better. It was on a perfect part of the beach with million dollar sunset views. The pool is nice and lots of room to enjoy the outdoor space.

It didn’t really measure up to the photos. It was okay overall but the beds were really uncomfortable. Hard as boxes. Bathrooms were dingy and and fixtures were loose and stained, and smelled bad. The main living space also really smelled but was ok if you kept all the doors open. It was fine overall I was just a little surprised when I arrived at how it was a little rough around the edges. Perhaps this is the norm on the island. It didn’t take away from a wonderful stay but it wasn’t perfect. Staff was helpful and came every other day with clean towels etc.

Great quiet location with a beautiful garden, pool, terrace and beach. Spacious apartments. Beds are normal. There are many great beach restaurants nearby, I especially recommend Breeze restaurant or Di Farina pizzeria ;)

Lack of light in the bedrooms. It is impossible to use a shower in one of the bathrooms without making the entire room a swimming pool. There was almost always no hot water. Not enough sunbeds on the beach.

Zimmer etwas abgenutzt, Badezimmer nicht schön, könnte generell etwas sauberer sein. Hatten ein Zimmer im OG im Haupthaus, denke man sollte lieber die neueren Appartements mit eigenem Pool buchen.

Bra service av personalen framförallt av Ray. Fantastiskt läge av villan vid stranden och egen pool. Rekommenderar det till barnfamiljer.

La réceptionniste… pas très sympa. Pas d’une grande aide pour tout (durant la coupure d’électricité, pour organiser une excursion, …) La salle de bain. Par rapport à l’appartement elle n’est pas fonctionnelle et toute petite.

Posizione direttamente sul mare con servizi come piscina, lettini, massaggi (a partire da 350 bath, la therapist Wu è bravissima), asciugamani per andare in spiaggia Acque in quantità a disposizione degli ospiti Vicino a Seven Eleven, luoghi un po' turistici per mangiare qualcosa (Lek, Miami) ed altri un po' più autentici sulla strada. Di fronte negozietti con un po' di tutto (sigarette, escursioni, vestiti, etc.) Ma.... Il vero valore aggiunto è Ray ❤️ Attenta, disponibile, insomma un angelo

La seconda camera da letto dà sulla strada quindi può essere non super silenziosa, ma non è assolutamente un problema

Det bodde så mycket kryp under badkaret i vårat badrum, hade alla möjliga typer av kryp i badkaret varje morgon.

L’emplacement est fabuleux sur une superbe plage assez calme. Le logement est très bien équipé, seul petit bémol la salle de bain un peu vieillissante. Des restaurants et une épicerie juste à côté. Navette aller-retour gérée par l’hôte et Ray la dame sur place nous a aidé à réserver des activités. Au top ! Merci.

Wir waren mit 6 Personen für 1 Woche in der Villa. Die Unterkunft liegt quasi zwischen Straße und Strand. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer, wobei das zur Poolseite hin das größte Zimmer ist. Das Zimmer hat noch zusätzlich eine Badewanne und ist durch die Lage lichtdurchflutet. Die beiden anderen Zimmer sind recht dunkel, ist man in dem zur Straße liegende Zimmer untergebracht, muß man mit Straßenlärm rechnen. Als Gruppe haben wir die Zimmer ausgelost.. ;-) Es gab noch eine Küche mit angrenzenden Wohnzimmer. Den Fernseher haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Küchenausstattung ist ausreichend für den morgenlichen Kaffee, ansonsten recht dürftig ausgestattet, aber für uns nicht relevant, da wir im Urlaub nicht kochen wollten. Der Pool ist das Highlight der Unterkunft, es waren 5 Liegen vorhanden, und der kleine Pavillion hatte 6 Stühle mit gemütlichen Polstern. Das Personal hat alle 2 Tage die Zimmer gereinigt und frische Handtücher, WC Papier , Zewa geliefert. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Es gibt noch 3 weitere Poolhäuser, wir hatten das ganz links außen in kurzer Distanz zu einem Strandrestaurant und Bar von Mr. Lek. Dort konnte man schon ab 7 Uhr morgens frühstücken und ab 17 Uhr gab es eine Happy Hour inkl. Sundowner :-) Alles in einem eine schöne Unterkunft direkt am Strand, gut für eine Familie geeignet oder so für uns als Clique, die aber auch recht kostspielig war. Strom und Wasser waren inkl. Die Managerin hat uns noch 3 Scooter für 200 Baht pro Tag vermittelt und einen günstigen Wäscheservice (40 Baht) angeboten... toller Service !Für die Scooter gab es sogar eine Garage, die man abschließen konnte. Wir sagen herzlichen Dank für eine unbeschwerte Zeit auf Ko Lanta ...!!!!!

Sehr störend fanden wir, dass unsere Außendusche wie selbstverständlich von Strandbesuchern genutzt wurde und ständig Leute über unseren privaten Bereich gelatscht sind. Muss man nicht verstehen !! In den Zimmern gab es immer sehr viele Mücken.. !!

We took the 3 bdrm villa which is a large self contained building not directly on the beach but a very short walk from it. The beach itself (Klong Nin) is quiet and enjoyable. We enjoyed the viila with its three separate rooms and shared kitchen/living area and pool. Rooms were equpped with towels, hangers, toiletries inc toothpaste and whatever basics you might need. Ray the manager was helpful with anything we needed including scooter rental, laundry etc. The hotel is well located near anything you might need on Koh Lanta - restaurants, atms, 7 elevens, and a little tuktuk service. We ventured out to explore the island on scooter or tuktuk and had a great time.

The only issue we had is that of the smell of backed up piping from the bathrooms, which fortunately resolved. It seems to be a prevalent issue on the island.

The apartment was very spacious, the location was great, right on the beach and the pool was big and immaculate.

They were super friendly. We traveled from Samui to Koh Lanta, but we only had transport arranged as far as Saladan. The host then organized a ride for us from Saladan to the place. She was waiting for us at the door, welcomed us warmly, and explained everything really clearly. One thing that bothered me a bit before we arrived was that they don’t offer “breakfast”, but honestly it wasn’t an issue at all. The accommodation is right by the beach, and the little restaurant next door even delivered food straight to our spot. Meals were around €2 on average, so it was super affordable. Overall, it’s a great place and definitely worth the money.

The place is beautiful. We had a wonderful 3-bedroom villa right by the beach for our family. The rooms were just updated and looked good. Ms. Ray was doing great job so that we can feel relaxed, comfortable and happy. She also gave us a delicious birthday cake for my 60th birthday. We celebrated it next door, at Mr. Lek´s bar right at the beach, our everyday favourite lunch and dinner site. The place overall is nice and quiet but still lively enough. We also stayed 2 nights at their 3-bedroom villa across the street. That was a great villa too if the beach villas are not available. Will come back for sure.

Easily the best villa’s on Koh Lipe - perfect location, wonderful setup, amazing setting right on the beach. Highly recommend.
