Reviewed Jun 15, 2026I booked a Superior Double Room with a terrace because the photos showed a clean, well-maintained, and comfortable room. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. The room was dirty and poorly maintained. The curtain was extremely dirty both inside and outside, with the lower part looking black and moldy. There were dirty stains and marks on the walls throughout the room. The kettle was burnt inside, and when I ran plain water through the Nespresso machine before using it, old accumulated dirt came out into my cup. The bathroom was also disappointing. The bathtub had dirty streaks and stains, the sink was not properly cleaned, and there was no toilet brush available. In addition, the air-conditioning vents were full of dust and dirt, and the tables on the terrace were dirty as well. The price is absolutely not justified by the quality of the room or by what is advertised in the property’s photos. The only positive thing I can mention is that the bed linen appeared to be clean. I am very disappointed with my stay and cannot recommend this hotel.
