Posizione eccellente, staff sempre gentile e disponibile. All 'accoglienza ci hanno consegnato il kit per neonati comprendente mangia pannolini, fasciatoio, vaschetta e scaldabiberon, tutto molto utile. Cambio asciugamani due volte al giorno molto gradito.

Purtroppo letto scomodo e cigolava. Ristorante dell'hotel da riorganizzare. Lunghe attese, organizzazione pessima, seggioloni non sempre disponibili per i bambini. Poca varietà e disponibilità di prodotti per neonati in svezzamento, nonostante fosse scritto il contrario. Qualità mediocre del cibo.

Siamo tornati per la terza volta per un weekend e malgrado fosse fine stagione il personale si è rivelato come sempre disponibile e sorridente, cibo sempre top e lido fronte struttura vera chicca. Sempre presente e preparato il nuovo direttore

De ligging tegenover zee en dichtbij centrum, zeer vriendelijk personeel ,zeer schoon hotel en voldoende restaurants in de buurt .

Het broodbeleg bevatte weinig vleessoorten( salami en ham) en maar 1 soort kaas. Maar genoeg fruit en zoetigheid. Geen winkeltjes in de buurt

Widok z okna, baseny z widokiem na morze, czystość w obiekcie, bardzo miła obsługa, smaczne jedzenie, także przynoszone na basen. Na plus możliwość późnego checz-outu (za dodatkowe 50 Euro). Obsługa w hotelu na najwyższym poziomie kultury i zaangażowania.

to że do śniadania w hotelu na tym poziomie (również w liczbie ****) nie ma dobrej włoskiej kawy tylko jakieś zlewki... to słabe. Rozumiem potrzebę sprzedaży kawy z baru, ale można to robić po serwisie śniadaniowym. To samo dotyczy kolacji, wykupiliśmy kolację dla 2 osób (2x35 Euro), zastaliśmy w bufecie self-service wino białe więc skorzystaliśmy i nalaliśmy sobie po 1 kieliszku, jakieś było nasze zdziwienie, gdy po chwili do naszego stolika podszedł kelner i poprosił o dodatkową płatność na 10 euro. Jeszcze jeden minus: jak już podajecie jajecznicę to zróbcie to w formie live-cooking ze świeżych jaj, a nie robicie straszną z wyglądu i smaku rzecz z proszku. Takie detale mają dla gości znaczenie.

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Plenty of covered parking. Street food along from hotel is different in Italy and has to be tried.

Difficolta' a trovare la camera per indicazioni non sufficienti. Tornare dalla piscina in camera e/o andare a reception sbagliato sempre. Un labirinto.

The facilities were great, staff great, food great, beach great, room was big enough and clean, parking also resolved.

There was nothing negativ.

The room had a partial sea view, was spacious, aircon worked well, good wifi. Bed was comfortable. Location was great, on the main road with a private deck, on the rocks, with sun-beds and swimming in the ocean.

Breakfast was ok, nothing special and lacked a bit of Italian flavour, we ended up eating out at local spots after the 1st day. They seem to allow guests to "book" sun beds on the sea facing deck which creates a problem as guests drop their towels and then go off and have a 2 hour breakfast - most hotels do not allow this practice. They will not bring you and iron and ironing board, according to them it is a safety issue. They will press the clothes for you unfortunately working around their timings which did not suite me. It would have taken me 10 minutes vs waiting over an hour!

Obiekt bardzo komfortowy, na obiekcie super baseny do dyspozycji duży do pływania oraz mały dla dzieci, hotel posiada prywatną plażę dla swoich Klientów (brzeg kamienisty ale zejście do wody schody z balustradą całość na platformach leżaki wraz z parasolami . Bardzo dobre śniadania na słodko i na słono bardzo duży wybór dla każdego również dużo świeżych owoców. Polecam bardzo na wypoczynek.

Menzione d’onore allo staff: eccezionale. Buona posizione. Buona qualità della colazione (anche se dovrebbero esporre le cose senza lattosio e dare maggiore scelta agli intolleranti). Piscina bellissima. Camere accoglienti e nuove. Veramente un bell’albergo.

C’era una disorganizzazione generale. La cena pessima. Si è ripresa un paio di volte ma di base la qualità era scarsa per un 4 stelle superior. La discesa a mare era difficoltosa per tutti, a maggior ragione per anziani e persone non molto abili. Inoltre, nonostante la colazione sia molto buona, dovrebbero in generale mettere delle etichette per indicare tutti i cibi presenti e gli allergeni (sono cose basilari e fondamentali per gli allergici che rischiano moltissimo).

ארוחת הבוקר לא מגוונת, היו בחדר נמלים ועל אף שהבטיחו שינקו את החדר - היו בכול זמן השהייה שלנו נמלים. החדר קטן, חדר הכושר לא מכיל הליכון ראוי (מכשיר ריצה שנתקע כשמתחילים לרוץ עליו). הבריכות מאוד קטנות ולא מומלצות. בהשוואה למלונות אחרים שהיינו בטיול שלנו - זה הכי פחות טוב.

Questo albergo è in una posizione fantastica, ha una bellissima spiaggia e una bella piscina. Offre gratuitamente servizio biciclette, comodissime per raggiungere il centro di Santa Maria al Bagno. Il personale è molto professionale e cortese. Stanze ampie e pulite, rassetto della camera 2 volte al giorno. Teli mare gratuiti Colazione molto varia fronte mare

L'unica pecca è dover prenotare la spiaggia il giorno prima per la mattina o il pomeriggio perché non ci sono postazioni per tutti gli ospiti

Prima di tutto il nuovo direttore sig. Paolo Bianco persona molto cortese è sempre presente, poi tutto lo staff dagli addetti alle pulizie, ai camerieri, alla reception, ai Bagnini alla Cucina ecc... cito qualche nome che ricordo Chiara, Angela, Elisa, Teresa Luigi, Silvio, Leonardo, Mino, Maya, Michela, Danilo, Mattias, Bruno, Alessandro Giangiorgio e tanti altri Ed infine alla posizione fronte mare con spiaggia privata Un ringraziamento di vero cuore al Direttore e a tutto lo staff del grand hotel riviera sembrava di essere in famiglia ancora grazie

Abbiamo soggiornato per 6 giorni purtroppo nei dintorni non ci sono parcheggi liberi e forse 10 euro al giorno per un soggiorno medio/lungo è un po troppo. Però va bene sicuramente è meglio averla in un parcheggio incustodito e non dover pensare ad esso al ritorno dal mare.

Son emplacement, la chambre spacieuse et confortable et sa terrasse immense avec une vue incroyable sur la mer.

Personnel à la réception très efficace et adorable. Personnel des restaurants et bars par contre un peu indolent et service très lent (sauf du petit déjeuner)

Beach Club: 1 Sonnenschirm pro Zimmer .. bei 3 Personen wird es knapp mit Schatten. Ab August muss man vorab reservieren.. was uns nicht mitgeteilt worden ist. Teilweise bleiben die Sonnenliegen Stundenlang leer mit Hotelbadetuch „ reserviert“.

The location is in a fantastic spot across from the sea with its own private lido for the beach. We only stayed one night but enjoyed the facilities and used the bikes to explore the area. Lovely room with sea view.

Dovrei sforzarmi per trovare un vero difetto.

Etablissement bien situé proposant un espace transat avec accès direct à la mer ainsi qu'une belle piscine. Plusieurs autres services sont également disponibles ( restaurant, espace bien-être en supplément). un parking est disponible et payant sur réservation.

Tolles Hotel! Gutes Frühstück , super Barbecue auf der Dachterasse, Zimmer mit Aussicht und großer Parkplatz, alles top! Am besten gefallen hat uns der Shuttle zum schönen Strand in der Nähe (Beachclub) für 20€

Exceptional service. The staff especially Alessandro, Giovanni, Aurora even the general manager and the rest of them from reception, to restaurant staff and housekeeping. We were not only greeted warmly but they went beyond the bar to accommodate and help us with our activities and other questions. Location was so good. Private beach front, walking distance to the restaurants in the centre. Hotel and rooms were very, very clean and well maintained.

Nothing. Everything was great. Just a tiny remark, I wish the pillows were fluffy. But that’s just a personal preference.

Pokój był nieco mały jak na 4os z niewielkim balkonem z bocznym widokiem w stronę morza, podatek miejski to koszt 4€/os za noc a nie jak podaje boooking 2€

Il soggiorno è stato perfetto ,c e stato un piccolo disservizio con booking ma Alessandro è stato gentilissimo dall'inizio nel risolvere il problema. Un punto a sfavore invece e chi risponde dall agenzia a Lecce,cioè l amministratore della catena,molto antipatica e maleducata,ha urlato per telefono. Nulla da dire sul posto , pulizia,cibo e staff eccellente e sempre disponibile. Consiglio la struttura perché avere il mare di fronte all hotel e la piscina all interno e davvero una comodità. Sottolineo la bravura di Alessandro in reception.

Heerlijk hotel, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en hygiënische kamers en faciliteiten. Het ligt in een rustige omgeving aan het strand, ideaal om een paar dagen tot rust te komen. Beiderzijds van het hotel op circa 15 minuutjes lopen wat restaurants, wat het een prettige locatie maakte. Parkeren kan op terrein van het hotel, wat ideaal was.

Non è la prima volta che soggiorniamo qui. IN PRIMIS 10 E LODE ALLO STAFF DELLA RECEPTION. Abbiamo avuto un problema e ci sono venuti incontro in una maniera che ci ha incantati. Un DIECI ALLA POSIZIONE. Direttamente con le scarpette da soglio (indispensabili)e il costume attraversi la strada e ti tuffo in mare UN DIECI anche alla CUCINA Insomma UN OTTIMO PUNTO DI PARTENZA come dimora nello SPLENDIDO SALENTO

Ein wunderbares Hotel mit dem besten und hilfsbereitestem Personal, das man sich nur vorstellen kann. Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit jeder Menge Ablsgeflächen und einem super Zimmerservice. Besser geht es nicht.. Dazu herrlicher Meerblick.. Ein Tipp; Unbedingt am Donnerstag das Rooftop Buffet genießen

Good location and pool

Pool lifeguards who think they’re mini-police (kids can’t jump in the pool, can’t move umbrellas etc.) but leave their post when kids are in the pool under no watch for more than 10 minutes. Know what your job is ffs!

Schönes Hotel, sehr schöne Lage mit eigenem felsigen Meerzugang auf Terrassen und sogar eigene Salvataggi.

Das Essen ist nicht so gut - bei so einem Hotel könnte man ein besseres Küchen Team zusammenstellen.

מלון נעים, ארוחת בוקר טובה, בריכה כיפית וצוות שרותי. עשינו עיסויים בספא שהיו נהדרים ולא לפספס בימי חמישי את הארוחה תחת הכוכבים( בופה עשיר וטעים)

A beautiful hotel with good views of the sea. The staff were all very helpful and accomodating. Our hotel room was clean and a good size and we had a very good sea view. The buffet breakfast was very good with lots of choice. We opted for half board and the evening meal was excellent. The hotel is situated about a 10/15 minute walk from the main area of the town with lots of nice cafes and a small sandy beach. It would have been nice to have the outside bar open in the evening (it was open one evening of our stay when they had a BBQ night) although it may be open more a bit later in the season? There is a small bar indoors with a seating area or you can sit at the front of the hotel. There is a private "beach" area across the road but access into the sea via steps and then very slippery, uneven rocks is not ideal, everyone was struggling. In early June there were plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to a local beach about 9km away and will arrange for sunbeds when you are there. Would certainly stay here again.

Pool war nicht erfrischend zu warm

Non appena siamo arrivati l'accoglienza è stata fantastica, ci hanno spiegato tutto per filo e per segno. Ci hanno menzionato anche la presenza di un parcheggio custodito (dove abbiamo lasciato la macchina). La camera era fantastica e non appena abbiamo posato le nostre valigie ci siamo subito fiondati nella piscina! Veramente rilassante e unico! La struttura è bellissima, pulitissima e davvero tutto super consigliatissimo!

La zona sopra la piscina più piccola ha un potenziale incredibile, si potrebbe fare un percorsino nella pineta che potrebbe veramente essere un valore aggiunto e unico! Del resto tutto fantastico!

We were a little disappointed with breakfast. No fresh yogourt v limited fresh fruit. No plain crosser 9am. Silly yogurt electric dispensing machine that didn’t work and the yogurt was pre sweetened 🤢

E' già il secondo anno che prenoto una settimana in questa struttura per festeggiare l'anniversario di matrimonio e come per l'anno scorso mi è piaciuto tutto.

The hotel is perfectly situated overlooking the sea. I cannot speak highly enough of the service at the GHR. From the welcome drinks to our final farewell, all the staff looked after us very well. The public rooms are spacious, light and modern and this is reflected in the guest rooms too. Breakfast is served on a terrace overlooking the sea - breakfasts are plentiful and fresh. One evening we were treated to a barbecue under the stars on a terrace high up in the grounds. Watching the sunset was magical! We stayed for 4 nights but could very happily stayed longer.

The hotel was excellent, facilities, staff, food at breakfast and dinner. It was all amazing. We had the best stay, great views & location for exploring. We borrowed bikes and used the swimming pool, it has a beautiful pool area with a drinks bar nearby. The hotel breakfast choice is superb and restaurant staff so lovely. We were impressed with the hotel's dinner service, we don't often eat in hotel restaurants but gave it a try and were super impressed. They offer a set price 3 course menu with choices, plus a salad bar and then a dessert & fruit selection. The food was so good we ate in the restaurant both nights of our stay. Their wine menu is extensive, lots of local southern wines & good priced, not inflated as in restaurants at home. It really is a 10 out of 10 from us.

Nice location near two small towns with beaches. Warm pool and no charge for towels. Clean room and nice staff.

No self-serve coffee makers for breakfast. Sometimes had to wait 15 minutes to get coffee. No way to unload luggage into baggage cart from car in front of hotel to elevators because of stairs. That is a problem only if you have lots of luggage however. No music at pool or in bar in lobby.

Bel hôtel, soigné, confortable. Bel emplacement. Parking payant très pratique.

La piscine présente quelques signes de vétusté, le liner serait à changer. La climatisation est programmée, malheureusement un peu trop haute, nous avons eu un peu chaud.

The. Sea front seating was not available.

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a week in May. I had emailed reception prior to our arrival to request a room upgrade and pay the additional cost upon arrival. I also requested to book a table in the restaurant on our 2nd evening for our wedding anniversary. When we checked in we were upgraded as requested, however they gave us this free of charge as were were celebrating our wedding anniversary during our stay, which was such a lovely surprise and really appreciated! There is nothing at all we could fault, the whole hotel is kept so immaculately clean and fresh, likewise our room. Every member of staff we encountered were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast had so much choice and variety to suit everyone. We would like to thank everyone at the hotel for they amazing service during our stay, and have to give a big thank you to Alessandro & Giovani at reception who arranged the room upgrade for us and were so helpful during our entire stay. We would highly recommend the Grand Hotel Riviera, a stay here will not disappoint. Grazie mille!
