Reviewed Jul 11, 2026從外觀到房間內的擺設都覺得很有品味，很有居家感，裡面設備應有儘有，有冰箱、沙發床、按摩浴缸、淋浴設備，最特別的是有蒸氣室。床很好睡，一覺到天亮，下次有到南投會再回顧的。服務人員十分親切，地下停車場空間都很足夠。

Reviewed Apr 18, 2026房間很寬敞，房間有提供礦泉水，樓層也有飲水機可裝水，早餐品項一般但還是能吃飽。
辦理入住時講解的櫃檯員工不親切，另一個在皺眉，而且不是穿制服覺得不太專業。 淋浴間的水龍頭跟蓮蓬頭設計不良，如果手有泡泡不好轉動開關，蓮蓬頭掛在牆上時會滑動，水壓也不夠大，洗手台水龍頭的設計也不好，洗手不好洗，吹風機是固定在牆上。
