Въпреки, че трябваше да бъдем настанени в събота, и заради отказ на плащането от банката ни, от хотела се съгласиха да нощуваме там 5 дни по-късно, за което благодарим. Въпреки всичко, когато пристигнахме и видяхме къде трябва да нощуваме, веднага си тръгнахме.

Мястото изглежда абсолютно зловещо. Неподдържано, занемарено.

Όμορφο γενικά καθαρό διαμέρισμα και μεγάλο! Υπέροχο το μπάνιο!! Καλή θέα! Ήσυχα μέσα στη φύση για κάποιον που θέλει ηρεμία και μακρυά από τη βαβούρα του κέντρου...

Πολύ απεριποιητο εξωτερικά και παρατημένο..το μπαλκόνι γεμάτο φύλλα και πευκοβελόνες επειδή βρίσκεται μέσα στα δέντρα. βέβαια... απομονωμένο το δικό μας διαμέρισμα στη σειρά μαζί με άλλα μεν, αλλά στη τέρμα πάνω μεριά του συγκροτήματος, μακρυά από την πισίνα...το καζανάκι είχε πρόβλημα και μια άσχημη μυρωδιά κλεισουρας... Χρειάζεται λίγο παραπάνω περιποίηση... γενικά καλό πάντως..

Πρόθυμο και πρόσχαρο προσωπικό. Με άμεση ανταπόκριση και φροντίδα σε όλα τα αιτήματα και ότι θέμα προέκυπτε κατά τη διαμονή. Άριστη καθαριότητα και τοποθεσία.

Обстановката, не е чисто и поддържано. Нямахме електричество 2 нощи и нещата ни се развалиха. Последната вечер не останахме, защото не ни се обърна внимание. 1

ολοι πολυ ευγενικοι , το μερος εκει εχει πολυ ησυχια και αυτο μου αρεςε, εχει καταπληκτικη θεα , και θα ξαναπηγαινα!

δεν ειχε καλο φωτισμο γενικα , επειδη το δωματιο μου ηταν μεσα στο δασος ειχα καλη δροσια και σκια , οταν ανοιξα τα φωτα διαπιστωσα οτι ειναι ακρετα ανερπαρκες. το Μπανιο ηταν αρκετα παλιο , θα μπορουσε να γινει μια ανακαινηση . αλλα ηταν ολα καθαρα , δεν μπορω να πω!!

Locatie frumoasa cu potential, asezata intr o zona pitoreasca, linistita.Piscina un plus. Apartamentul mare, cu doua dormitoare mari, terasa la fel f mare .

Locatia ar putea fi imbunatatita, se vede ca nu s-a mai investit de mult, exteriorul este cam neingrijit, iarba, florile, balustrade si sezlonguri rupte la piscina, cu vopseaua cojita.Mobilierul cam vechi in intrior.

La ubicación y su personal, muy atento y amable. Recomendamos pedir el desayuno, por 10 euros es completísimo, casi un almuerzo.

Las instalaciones son un poco antiguas y requerirían más mantenimiento por la gerencia.

Tesis yeri çok güzel manzarası harika özellikle çocuklar ve aile ile gidilebilir. Taş ev gece balkonda oturmak harika.deniz mükemmel araç ile 10 dakika. Otopark ücretsiz

Temizlik sıkıntısı var , su kesintileri çok oluyor. Etrafta. Müzik sesi çok geliyor. Bahçe ve ev çok güzel ama temizlik elamanı yetersiz düzenli değil bunu. Havuz çok küçük sus havuzu gibi.

Wir hatten ein Wasserproblem, was aber umgehend repariert wurde

Camera foarte spatioasa, privelistea din camera, piscina. Un rapotr calitate pret excelent.

Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist schon ziemlich heruntergekommen. Damit hätten wir uns allerdings noch arrangieren können. Beim Betreten des Zimmers ist uns extremer Schimmelgeruch entgegenkommen. Auch bildeten sich an verschiedenen Stellen, vor allem unter dem Bett, Wasserpfützen. Wo diese her kamen, konnten wir nicht ausmachen. Das Wasser im Pool war komplett trüb und verschmutzt. Aufgrund des extremen Schimmelgeruches (Schimmel war nirgends offensichtlich zu sehen, ich gehe aber davon aus, dass er hinter dem Schrank bzw. hinter der Küchenzeile war) haben wir unseren Aufenthalt vorzeitig beendet.

04 Ağustos 2026 – 08 Ağustos 2026 tarihleri arasında 4 gece boyunca, 2 yetişkin ve 1 çocuk olarak Akritas Ef Zin Villas & Suites’te Pigadi Süit’te konakladık ve ailecek gerçekten çok memnun ayrıldık. Burası özellikle sakin, huzurlu ve güvenli bir tatil geçirmek isteyen aileler için çok güzel bir yer. Tesise ilk girdiğimiz andan itibaren ortamın huzuru ve güvenli oluşu bize kendimizi oldukça rahat hissettirdi. Kalabalıktan ve gürültüden uzak, dinlenmek için gerçekten ideal bir atmosfere sahip. Tesisin en sevdiğimiz özelliklerinden biri birden fazla havuzunun bulunmasıydı. Bu sayede havuz alanlarında aşırı bir yoğunluk oluşmuyor ve özellikle çocuklu aileler için çok daha keyifli bir ortam ortaya çıkıyor. Konakladığımız Pigadi Süit hem genel kalitesi hem de temizliği açısından beklentimizi fazlasıyla karşıladı. Odamız düzenli, temiz, ferah ve konforluydu. Tesisin genelinde de bakımlı ve özenli bir ortam olduğunu hissediyorsunuz. Personel ise ayrıca övgüyü hak ediyor. Karşılaştığımız herkes son derece güler yüzlü, ilgili, nazik ve yardımseverdi. İnsan kendisini klasik bir otel müşterisinden ziyade hoş karşılanan bir misafir gibi hissediyor. Araçla seyahat edenler için otopark imkânının bulunması da bizim için önemli bir avantajdı. Aracımızı rahat ve güvenli bir şekilde bırakabilmek tatil boyunca ayrıca konfor sağladı. Kassandra bölgesinde birkaç gün kafa dinlemek, huzurlu bir ortamda ailece kaliteli zaman geçirmek isteyenlere gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğimiz bir tesis oldu. Biz Akritas Ef Zin’den çok güzel anılarla ayrıldık. Tekrar Halkidiki’ye geldiğimizde yeniden tercih etmek isteyeceğimiz yerlerden biri kesinlikle burası. Tüm ekibe güler yüzleri, ilgileri ve güzel misafirperverlikleri için çok teşekkür ederiz. 🇹🇷❤️🇬🇷

Predvsem mi je bilo všeč to, da so me kontaktirali na dan prihoda. Pričakali so nas in odpeljali do apartmaja. Tam so nam vse prijazno razložili in bili vedno na razpolago. Apartma se je čistil na vsake tri dni (posteljina in brisace), medtem, ko so se vsak dan sproti praznile smeti.

Location was great

Very poorly maintained property. The cleanest thing was the pool. We did not had a cleaner once to stock up sanitary items or sweep/mop. Lights are poor, especially in upstairs bathroom.

Beautiful architecture

Very poor maintenance and cleaning was targeted only in key areas in the house.

The walk from the accommodation to the pool is very far, which was quite inconvenient. The water pressure in the shower is extremely weak, so barely any water comes out. The accommodation itself is generally very old and in need of renovation. The air conditioning is also very weak, so it was basically useless. We had to sleep while sweating every night, which made our stay very uncomfortable. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Never again.

pool from the picture was closed,frogs inside next to terrace,,TV doesn't have any channels,a lot of wasps outside ,spiders inside.no place for garbage outside,bedrooms too small,old bed and hard to sleep,no cleaning in 4 days.,noisy doors and old, outside furniture very dirty...etc.

Odalar çok büyük ve orman içinde çok güzel bir restoran ve fiyatları makul ancak ormanlık alanda sinek, böçek .. vs rahatsız olanlar gelmesin çok var sonuçta onların yaşam alanı😉

Amazing view! Very quiet, relaxing. Pool is clean and well maintained, chairs and sunbeds, not so good!

Air conditioning in our apartment wasn't good but the weather that week wasn't so hot, so it was manageable. Road approach to the villa is scary if you drive a manual car, it's really steep!

We was group of 2 couples for 4 nights we love it location. Close to beaches everywhere but with car. Pool was clean love it after beach we enjoy. And good price too .

Never someone come to have a look for clean room or take trash from our room for 4 nights stay. Think everyday or 2 day shut be someone come to clean or take trash from rooms

Ζητήσαμε βρεφικό κρεβατακι, όταν φτάσαμε στο κατάλυμα δεν βρισκόταν στο δωμάτιο και έπρεπε να πάρουμε ξανά τηλέφωνο να ζητήσουμε να το φέρουν. Η βρύση στην τουαλέτα έσταζε και δεν είχε νερό στην τουαλέτα με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε να πάμε τουαλέτα μέχρι να έρθουν να το φτιάξουν. Και τέλος η πόρτα έκλεινε με πολύ δυσκολία.

Everything feels a bit outdated and not well maintained. They don’t have everything that was listed, but they'll do their best to provide whatever they can to make up for it.

Great location with a lovely sea view, a beautiful garden, and a nice pool. The evening weather was pleasantly cool compared to the city, making it perfect for a good night's sleep

Cleanliness could have been better, and the toilet flush initially did not work but was fixed promptly upon request. The beds were not very comfortable, the service felt a bit disorganized, and the parking area was extremely steep and challenging to use

Clean air, forest, cold for sleep, big apartment, very good restorant, parking at front of the villa. Just for vacation.

At first we notice very bad smell from dishwasher. Old used disgusting dishes in dishwasher. So i told ‘em and very fast some came and cleaned up.

Για πέντε μέρες διαμονής δεν καθαρίστηκε ποτέ δεν αλλάχτηκαν σεντόνια και πετσέτες. Αν υπήρχαν τα βασικά και ήταν ποιο προσεγμένο σίγουρα η βαθμολογία θα ήταν μεγαλύτερη. Κρίμα γιατί βρίσκεται σε πολύ όμορφη τοποθεσία.

It is a great location in the nature away from the chaos, the view from the terrase is perfect. Air conditioning works great, the bed is comfortable. This was our secont time here, and we plan to come back again. The host is very kind and makes you feel welcome.

Schöner ausblick, das war leider alles

Alles Zugewuchert, die Appartement s nebenan waren alle verbarrikadiert und unbewohnbar. Schimmel in der Küche inkl. Bestialischem Geruch. Defekte oder Fehlende Moskitonetze. Leergepumpter Pool, der nächste war am anderen ende der Anlage. Verwesungsgerüche auf der Terasse. Reinigungskraft die um 22 uhr Putzt und den Dreck nur von einer seite auf die andere schiebt.

Τέλεια τοποθεσία! Οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι ήταν προσεγμένοι και περιποιημένοι!

Δεν ήταν αρκετά καθαρό και το δωμάτιο μύριζε μούχλα. Επίσης ο καναπές στον εξωτερικό χώρο είχε τρίχες από ζώα! Τηλεόραση έπιανε 5 κανάλια και αυτά με το ζόρι.

The villas have a lot of potential. It is great that the complex has multiple pools not just one or two. The views are also worth it as you see a great part of the peninsula. The staff were very polite too.

The villas have great potential, however a lot of the facilities are not usable, especially in the kitchen. For example, a lot of cutlery was missing which is unacceptable for a villa of this kind. Also in front of the villa there was a pool that was closed and we had to walk quite a lot to go to the designated to our villa pool. Moreover, I did not like how the paths and roads between the villas were not well maintained. Another great inconvenience we experienced was that the rooms were too small. We slept in a room that had just enough space to fit two single beds and nothing more. For this reason we had to keep all of our luggage in the living room.

The location

There was no sink to wash dishes we had to wash them in the bathroom sink so not hygienic. The rooms had an awful smell sent ended up having a migraine from it Noisy from other occupants. Also breakfast was very slow w waited over 1 hour for uncooked omlets. Would not recommend.

παρατημένο ξενοδοχείο, με ξεπερασμένη διακόσμηση, σκοτωμένα ζουζούνια στους τοίχους, φουσκωμένα ξύλα, βρώμικο, ξεχαρβαλωμένα σποτάκια στο μπάνιο, air condition από τη δεκαετία του 90, οι μπαταρίες του μπάνιου άσπρες από τα άλατα και μυρωδιά κλεισούρας και μούχλας.... Είναι πολλά ακόμα αλλά βαρέθηκα να γράφω..... Τα παιδιά στη ρεσεψιόν ευγενικά....

The location and the facilities themselves are very beautiful. The possibility of using the swimming pool is great. The apartment is spacious, with the possibility of using two terraces.

Very few utensils in the kitchen, not very comfortable beds and the cleanliness was not perfect.

Un loc absolut de vis! Cazarea este situată sus pe munte, cu o priveliște spectaculoasă asupra mării și împrejurimilor. Camera curată, spațioasă și confortabilă, iar piscina – un adevărat răsfăț, perfectă pentru a te bucura de soarele Greciei. Liniște, aer curat și peisaje de neuitat. Gazdele sunt amabile și atente, ceea ce a făcut sejurul nostru și mai plăcut. Recomand cu drag oricui își dorește relaxare și frumusețe în Halkidiki!

Whenever we turned on the stove and A/C together the electricity would fail. And also the pool that was in front of our villa was empty.

Ilgisiz resepsiyon ve karşılama, Eski eşyalar, tuvaletten gelen lağım kokusu,gürültülü diğer misafirler,yetersiz mutfak malzemeleri,merdiven boşluğundan gelen yüksek üst kat sesleri,temizlik istememize rağmen yarım yamalak yapılması

Tesisin manzarası şahaneydi. Doğanın içerisinde huzurlu bir ortamdı.

Merkeze uzak fakat bunu bilerek gittik. Arabasız olanlar için ulaşım zor.

Rewelacyjne miejsce dla rodziców z dziećmi. Duża willa. Może nie najnowsza, ale z wystarczającą ilością miejsca. Piękny widok, basen, cisza i spokój. Restauracja pod nosem. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, ceny niewygórowane. Miła i pomocna obsługa, z Panią kierowniczką na czele. Niezbędny samochód. W pobliżu piękne plaże. Fantastycznie wypoczęliśmy.

Her yer örümcek ağı, rezervuar su tutmadığı için bütün gece su sesi duyduk, çocuk yatağı dökülüyordu açamadık üzerine yanımızda getirdiğimiz çarşafı sermek zorunda kaldık. Gitmeden önce uzatmayı düşünüyorduk ama başka otelden yer alıp orada uzattık.
