Loved their huge breakfast options and incredibly good taste no fake jams home made Kenyan chef prepared jam. the best. Missing Sharjah, food and karak chai for just 1 dirham outside hotel was another surprise.

Check in staff was very nice and helpful, for the price it was good stay

It's more like a 2.5 star facility.There was bug I saw by the table.Parking is terrible.

The hotel is a 3 stars hotel as written outside, staff are friendly, daily cleaning service, in general is good, easy shopping around, only downside for me was the car parking, every time arrive after midnight the hotel car park was full and I was struggling to find parking, had to find another car parking around and pay for a car overnight stay, or try to arrive before midnight to secure parking.

Nice and clean hotel. Walkable to many places. Staff are nice and the free water in the room was a nice touch. Some minor things: 1. Will be nice to have alarm clock in the room 2. The shower soaps and shampoo where ok and empty 3. Towels are warm out

The bathroom was very small. The bath tub was slippery and dangerous.

Saleh gives excellent customer service. He ensured that we had everything we needed during our stay. He went above and beyond.

Really liked the hotel it was clean and nice. Morning breakfast was very good. The Staff was good especially Sushma who made special karak tea for us and made us feel like home. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Its amazing place Staff are very nice . Quiet place I liked it . The parking is little bit challenging I also think exit left is more convenient . I just loved the place .

I had the best experience at the hotel, the staff were very helpful, charming and friendly. SABINA AND ABDALLAH at the reception were very helpful and helped me with booking a last minute tour of Abudhabi. Enjoyed and will be back next time InshaALLAH.

I recommend this hotel. The only issue is that sometimes there are no enough parking spots available on the property

What I liked most about this hotel is the staff, who were very respectful, the rooms is clean and its location is good near Wahiz al-Majaz. Breakfast is varied and delicious. The only negative thing is that there are no opening windows or balconies, and the carpets require deep cleaning or changing, due to the unpleasant smell.

they advertise this hotel as location in Dubai but really this is located in Sharjah, and is very difficult to move around because is not close to the attractions and traffic get crazy during morning and evening took me almost 1 hour to get from the airport to the hotel around 6:30 pm that I arrived, I don't recommend this hotel if you planning to visit the attractions in Dubai this is more like an area where local people live and that's why get so much traffic. I had paid for 5 nights and only stayed 1 because It was not convenient and I lost my money because they didn't want to reimburse

The room service is not good as they remove towels but do not add new ones. I spent there 4 days.

No toiletries, incredibly hard to access parking. No help available for luggage. For the price It is not so bad if you just need to crash for few hours.

One of the worst experiences ever..non-friendly staff and although I booked on expedia, the booking was not found on their system!

Good location, welcoming team, clean room but "we found roaches in the bathroom". The shower is splashing water on the ground may need wider glass. the sofa beds done and need to be changed, and finally the prices in Dubai ibis is way cheaper.

rooms requires refreshment ,

Overall it was good stay but I found the roadworks right in front of hotel annoying. No taxi or cars allowed due to full closure. Walking around was hard. The hotel was ok and clean. Staff were friendly

Outstanding hospitality, sparkling clean environment and fast check-in

The room was not available at check-in time. We had to wait >6hours for the room to be ready. The bathroom door did not close. There was no liquid hand soap in the dispenser in the bathroom. The hotel staff were not helpful.

I was able to check in early without any charges, free underground parking but the space to Park car is very narrow, parking is not monitored, parking gate always remains open which prompts outsiders Park their vehicles as well. No microwave oven to warm food, wifi is not stable and always needs to pass security page to login.

Overall atmosphere is good . Breakfast menu need to improv. add more items

Location was amazing, Clean, Design perfect, But .... Too much noise from other room like no privacy and feeling them sitting in my room , there was closed door in wall between my room and other room and it’s making no privacy and noise coming easily!! Hot water stopped suddenly while taking shower and it was soo weak and slow and shower instead of taking five minutes it’s taking 25 minutes!! And no slippers!

My husband and i stayed here for a night as we were leaving for Dubai the next day. I would recommend it for a quick stopover and not a longer stay. The rooms are a bit old and i wasn't a fan of the carpets ( too dark, made it hard to tell if they were clean). Joshua was very professional and helpful. The food was good. Overall, only good for a short stay.

The picture you have posted on your site for the lobby and all, is nothing close to what it presents itself as today. The furniture in the main lobby, the tiles, and the welcome appearance has a 'worn' and 'tired' appearance. The room is a bit small, esp bathroom. The room furniture is worn and tired, the bathroom sink, shower and hand tools have been updated which is nice. The bed is decent with white sheets and enjoyed the complimentary coffee, tea and water.

I liked the proximity to the pharmacy, supermarket and markets

Very good hotel and best in location. Well connected to conveyance and market place.

I did not have hot water for 3 days. I informed the staff of this problem everyday. Last night upon my persistence the hotel plumber showed up at 11 pm. He made. Mess of the bathroom, and he informed me that he will fix the problem from the boiler. Hot water did not come, and at midnight after my follow up, the front desk informed me that I have to wait for the morning to fix the problem. I asked to talk to the manager or his deputy, but both were sleeping in the homes enjoying hot water bath.

I did not have soap in the bathroom for all nights of my stay although I reminded the staff of this every day. Room was not cleaned properly. My car was stuck in the parking for one day since another tenant has blocked my car. I had to pay for taxis that day.

The staff was very nice specially Arif was very helpful I really appreciate and I surely recommend this property to enjoy your holiday without any Hassall

The reception staff was friendly and speedy. The room did not have soap, toilette paper and tissues. I asked for it but no body showed up even after repeated calls. Terrible housekeeping

Great affordable hotel in Sharjah, close to the Al Majaz waterfront, the souk and beautiful Al Noor Mosque. We chose this hotel because of its affordability compared to hotels in Dubai over the new years period. We definitely do not regret it. It was approx 15 minutes from Dubai international and about 30 minutes to get to the Dubai Mall with a taxi fare of AED70. As our flight arrived early morning, we reached the hotel at 5.45am and was allowed an early check-in by 7.30, which we were very grateful for. We booked a family room which had a queen bed and 2 separate singles and a small bathroom. The room itself was quite roomy for the 4 of us. There is room service available to 11pm with a restaurant on the 1st floor. We did not book our stay to include breakfast, so cannot comment on the food. There is a Spinneys supermarket 2 minutes away as well as a MacDonalds and a variety of other fast food outlets in the area as well as a Costas coffee in the hotel. The service by staff was amazing - always willing to help with any request or assist where they can. Overall, this is not a 5* hotel and guests should not expect such luxuries. However, we enjoyed our stay very comfortably and will definitely return and recommend to anyone interested!
