Hotel y Casino Guarocuya

Service was ok. Breakfast was terrible. The price for the beer was more than doubled compare to other places.

Place is nice I love the free breakfast clean ,good service

Horrible place

La pase super, un trato totalmente estraoldinario.

The hotel is worn down and needs repair.

Not very clean at all. Room Service staff mopped the floor with used water bucket and bathrooms were horrible.

The property has good location. The service very poor

The rooms are crap the light switch’s are just hanging there they don’t fix it they don’t even have a desk for you to put your stuff on the bathroom is pure crap nothing works the shower nob broke when I grab it over all my stay at this hotel was terrible I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone they changed me more than they said they would don’t waste your money on this place there are better places to stay at

Big nice property that looks abandone. Staff are very nice. Hotel is clean. But walls floors in rooms need to be redone. Showers dirty (as if havent been cleaned in years) bath tub discolor. Just terrible. Cant describe it. Wish they remodel the place. Would be a great hotel if they did.

its a very good hotel but need some attention on the room , air conditioner not workign , water heater its not working and have to wait 1 hour for breakfast

The area around it appears to be a park which would be good except it it's also kind of creepy. The pool area is very nice but a group of young boys came through the fence and were too wild for my daughter. Maybe that's why no one swims there. The casino is long gone and empty. We kind of rattled around the hotel with very few guests. the counter help was genuinely friendly but often hanging out other places since there were no guests. We were offered a refrigerator for the room. My husband said we didn't need it. Then I found out and said yes we did. And never could get it. Beware, our laundry was not ready today it was supposed to be though they were able to get a hold of the guy even though it was Christmas Eve and we had it in time to leave in the morning. The room we had may or may not have been one of the refurbished one since it was partially, though not up to a four-star hotel standard, the changes were very nice and the things that weren't updated werefine and functional . Overall it was a good hotel although I think we overpaid. But we had a family room with four beds for just the three of us. Better than getting two rooms though.

If you do not speak Spanish you will be very challenged at this hotel. It is very loud every night, the rooms are basic.

No good bathroom did not work properly no flush not casino wrong advetiser

Never had hot water as promised. Advertised internet was never available in any of the 3 rooms we tried. Staff tried to please but could not deliver what was promised in the Expedia site.
