The lifts were too small to accommodate our children’s stroller. Consequently, we were forced to fold it or request reception to store it. The room’s televisions were low-quality Chinese models that did not support applications such as YouTube. For a hotel of this calibre, it is imperative that they prioritise providing high-quality products in their rooms rather than substandard electronics.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026I recently completed a 2-day stay at the Grand Plaza Hotel and wanted to publicly share my appreciation for their outstanding hospitality. From the very moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and seamless experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, but what truly stands out is the professionalism and warmth of the team. Every request was handled quickly and with a genuine smile. Thank you to the entire management and staff for making my short stay so memorable.

- Shower diverter is broken and could not reliably switch between modes. In addition, the shower floor slope was insufficient, causing water to flow outside the shower area. - The lack of a door threshold allowed water to overflow from the bathroom into the room. - Breakfast is only served in the room; no buffet option.

The location is very convenient in Riyadh, with easy access to key areas. Breakfast was very good and the service throughout the stay was exceptional.

Reviewed Mar 6, 2026Très bel hôtel, emplacement très pratique. Les chambres sont spacieuses. J'y retournerai bien.
