Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Location is very close to everything
I booked a room for two people ( my mom and my cousin) with two beds and when my mom got there they made her pay extra money ( the room price plus extra money for the second person) when we had booked that for two people. The room was not clean, the towels were stained and had bad smell same as the bed sheets. I’d prefer to stay in a different place whenever I go to Bogota. In the same area but never in this hotel. Looks like it has a good price but with the extra money they charge when you get there is same price as the other hotels that are around. Is the first time that I booked a room for 2 people and they charge me extra because of that 2 people staying in a 2 people room. I had traveled a lot staying in different hotels with my family before and this never happened in other places.
