Hotel Kalafati

We enjoyed our stay, especially the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Corinth. The room was clean, the AC worked. Breakfast was good. The staff was helpful.

Enjoyed the brief stay we had. Nice location. Lovely breakfast. The bed was a bit hard but otherwise we enjoyed it.

Close to water. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and convenient parking. Room was good with a water view.

Affordable family-owned hotel with panoramic views of the water and mountains. Basic rooms have all the essentials. Beds are harder than our own, but we still slept well. Many freebies -- breakfast, internet, parking. Great service.

Perfect Good bed, location, AC which is not directed towards the bed. Good shade from drapes( not perfect black but good). Staff welcoming. Enough parking. Good positioning. Great price.

Family-run hotel had onsite management who were responsive to correspondence re local guides for ruins, late arrival and multi-room coordination. Breakfast was pleasant with buffet options including some local fare. Great location for visiting nearby Delphi ruins. Would definitely stay here again!

Nico and his folks make you feel like family! Friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great… I would absolutely stay here again. The Lord Hastings celebrations were an added bonus. Itia is a lovely town.

Great hotel right beside the beach, less than 2 mins walk. Friendly staffs, good breakfast. Very easy to find, with lots parking space. Plus only 20mins drive to Delphi. We really enjoyed our stay

Είναι η δεύτερη φορά που μείναμε εδώ. Αγαπημένο ξενοδοχείο πια. Έχει όλα όσα περιμένεις από ένα κλασικό ξενοδοχείο. Το πρωινό του, την 24ωρη ρεσεψιόν του, το lobby του, κλπ. Πολύ φιλικοί οι άνθρωποί του, το πρωινό ικανοποιητικό, από τα δωμάτια δεν λείπει τίποτα, η τοποθεσία του ήσυχη, καθαρό, όλα μια χαρά.

Hôtel à 50 m de la plage, calme avec un personnel au petit soin.. parfait

The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was great. The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice. The parking was right out front.

Nous avons ete tres bien acceuilli dans cet hotel familial. Une chambre familiale nous a été proposée, avec vue sur la mer, magnifique.! Literie tres confortable, et les petits dejeuner en buffet etaient juste incroyables! Nous avons enormement apprécié l'acceuil et la sympathie du personnel, et n'avons qu'un regret: en etre parti trop tôt !

The hotel is clean, near to the the seafront while also close to the main streets of Itea. Overall a good stay with partial seaview from our balcony. However the property itself does show sign of dating back to 60s. there are the old ventilator/aircond no longer in usage and the decor/lighting is also felt old school. But clean and comfortable overall.

Hôtel vieillissant qui aurait besoin d'une rénovation. Bien placé, proche de la mer mais légèrement décalé par rapport aux restaurants et bars du front de mer. Plage de gravier, sauf côté Est.

Very clean, great to have a balcony with a lovely view. Quiet and yet only a few minutes walk to the waterfront and the restaurants there. A really friendly place, with friendly employees/owners. We would definitely return.

After some initial debacle around my booking I was afraid this would be a two star review. But after talking to the owner, who was a very courteous and professional person, I got the situation explained to me which I fully accepted and I am happy to give a better review. The hotel had clean rooms and I had a nice view towards the sea from my balcony. The Internet speed was exceptionally good with a measured 100/10 Mbit. I talked at length with the nice owner and I got a recommendation for a good seafood restaurant. I went there and had a very nice meal indeed. The small town of Itea is very genuine and the waterfront is well taken care of so it makes for a perfect evening stroll. I chose this hotel because of its affordability and good location near the beach, restaurants and the close proximity to Delphi. It all turned out to be a good choice and I could easily stay here again.

Located a block from the beach and many restaurants, this hotel was clean and strictly abided by covid regulations. The room was basic but comfortable, with a lovely view of the beach. Overall, the staff was very kind and friendly. However, when we first arrived in town and asked where we could find a restaurant and supermarket, the woman at the desk answered, "Near the beach" (a restaurant) and "In town" (a supermarket) without any further instruction. Not very helpful.

We stayed here for two nights in order to visit Delphi. The staff were very friendly and helpful and keen to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately the hotel was virtually empty but deserved to be full. The location was quiet being at the far end of the town but easy walking to the main areas.

The owners were fabulous. They were there as soon as you stepped off the elevator. It was very close to Delphi and other towns. It was too bad the town was so dead.

Owners and staff were excellent even though there were only a couple of rooms in use as it was low season. Location is great although didn't get to try any of the local restaurants as they were all shut for the winter. Ample parking.

The hotel is wonderful old charm with everything anyone could need. The staff was very nice always happy to answer questions. The hotel was very clean. Water in the shower was hot and had pressure. I would stay at this hotel anytime. It is located perfect to go sight seeing in the area.

Hotel Kalafati is in a quiet location with the sea a couple of minutes walk away. There are several restaurants nearby ( carefully recommended by hotel staff) and a short walk away the more lively area of central Itea has all facilities available. It is a breathtaking 20 minute drive to the ancient site of Delphi. The hotel staff were delightful. Several spoke good English and were kind and helpful. Our sea view room on the top floor had a wonderful terrace with a table and chairs. Breakfast was as in most Greek hotels that we visited but there was plenty of choice and a hot selection too.There was a fire practice while we were there with a "rescue" from the third floor. Everyone knew what to do and it was impressive.

Friendly staff, better breakfast than other three-star hotels in Greece, free parking, small room, but big balcony.
