Aparthotel Vistamar

Lite långsamt internet. Bra lägenheter men ät inte på restaurang Casa Pepe i närheten. Mycket dyr mat som ser vackert ut men är nästan oätligt…måste vara en av Spaniens sämsta restauranger! Ha med den mat och dryck du behöver för affären på hotellet har knappt nåt att köpa. Härlig liten strand men alldeles för öde ort för vår smak

Personal muy majas y amables. Un sitio tranquilo con unas vistas maravillosas para pasar unos días descansando y desconectando con muchos y muy buenos servicios. Nos han tratado genial

Apartamentos muy nuevos, comodos y completos. Fuimos a una boda y nos adelantaron el checkin para poder vestirnos. Cerca de la playa y con piscinas Lo unico negativo para nuestro gusto son los colchones... Pero en general todo lo positivo lo supera con creces... Muy recomendable 👌

We really enjoyed our stay at Vistamar. The apartment was located about 15 min walk into town but about 2 mins from a beach. The apartment was well equipped and was very spacious for 2 people. The air con worked very well and we were able to sleep comfortably.

Reasonably priced with stunning views, 5min walk to snorkeling.

The facilities are good. The apartment without sea view is comfortable and clean. The beds are good but the pillows are not. Unfortunately the cafe is closed during the week and the nearest one is a 15 minute walk away. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The property was having building work carried out while we were staying as it was low season . We were offered an upgrad to a sea view room which was a beautiful view but we still had to pay the upgrade charge . You would have thought this would have been complimentary due to the room being free anyway and to compensate for the building work .

Spacious apartment on the hillside with a good view of San Jose and the sea. Good value for the money.

La experiencia ha sido muy buena. En recepción no encontraban nuestra reserva y lo solucionaron mejorando la oferta con un apartamento de 3 habitaciones y 2 baños con 2 terrazas y vistas al mar. Apartamento muy limpio y cuidado sin faltarle ningún detalle.

this type of apartment is a perfect alternative for Hotel bookings. Just WIFI connection was a bit poor but at the end this is minor detail.

Magnifique hôtel. Très proche de la plage de Genovese et Monsul . Accès à pied rapide aux plages de San José et aux restaurants du centre ville . Deux piscines .accueil très sympa. Mobilier a remettre aux goûts du jour si il faut trouver un point négatif.

Accueil chaleureux, appartement spacieux et propre. Jolie vue de la terrasse sur la baie de San Jose. Endroit calme et près des restaurants Je recommande vivement.

spacious apartment While not everything is perfect...it is excellent at the price point. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable, everything we needed was here. Enjoyed the balcony at the back of the hotel, peacefully looking towards the sea. Between my basic Spanish and their basic English, communication with the hotel staff was fine. Daily housekeeping if you want it. There is a cafe and small shop on site. No problems parking on the street. San Jose itself is a lovely pueblo with great beaches, interesting shops and plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. We also walked from the hotel around the cliff path to Playa de los Genoveses - where it feels like the world is a million miles away (you can also drive there for 5 euro parking fee). Read more

Tres bon établissement, propre et spacieux même si le mobilier n’est pas tes déco..ce qui n'enlève rien à la qualité des lieux

Mooi rustig dorpje zonder hoogbouw met voldoende toeristen om de restaurantjes open te hebben maar geen overvolle stranden. Mooi hele stille baai als je 1,5 km naar t zuiden loopt prachtig zandstrand.

The view was incredible! I could stop looking out the window and sitting in the porch. There was someone at the reception to provide keys and instructions on parking. There was a washing machine in the apartment, but didn’t have detergent. I should have probably brought some with me, but wish they had some to buy at the desk or in the vending machine. Otherwise, awesome. The town is just a little walk down the hill and close to hiking trails.

Rymlig våning med all nödvändig inredning för längre boende. Ovanligt bra rumsbelysning som tillåter läsning i bra ljus. Trevlig och engagerad personal. Lätt att parkera på gatan.

Personal muy amable y efectivo, tanto recepcion como camarera, todo muy limpio otro 10 a las limpiadoras, ubicacion por el precio muy buena, en 3 minutos estas en la playa andando y en 20 minutos en coche en genoveses y monsul, pagando 5 e al ayuntamiento, todo muy limpio pero el colchon ha sido una tortura, me decidi por este aparthotel por tener 3 estrellas y confiaba en que el colchon fuese al menos comodo, nada mas lejos de la realidad, colchon de muelles antiguo desgastado y capaz de arruinarte 3 dias de vacaciones, deseando llegar a mi casa, no se si es en todos los apartamentos, yo estuve en el 206

Era nuestra primera experiencia en apartamento en vacaciones. Fuimos con dos niños y estuvimos de maravilla. Apartamentos limpios, cómodos y situados a dos minutos de la playa. Repetiremos

Firstly - we stayed during the pandemic - the hotel did a great job of providing hand sanitizer and ensuring cleanliness. We were very impressed. Our accomodation had a great sea view, and balancy on which we had breakfast each day. All rooms were very clean, and had everything we could need. The place may have been recently painted (during lockdown?) as everything looked new. The location is perfect for visiting the nearby Playa de los genoveses, either on foot (30 mins) or by car (5 mins). In the other direction the town centre of San Jose is a 15-20 minute walk. We were pleased with everything and will return. The fact the accomodation had a kitchen was very useful and made it better than a standard hotel room.

Todo muy limpio y recién desinfectado. Con gel desinfectante de manos en las zonas comunes. Y la limpieza diaria en los apartamentos estupenda.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado. Las vistas son muy bonitas desde allí; sobre todo desde la terraza. Habitaciones grandes y la cocina también Servicio de limpieza. Todo muy limpio Lo recomiendo

Lovely lady on check-in (which was quick and easy), fantastic apartment with everything we could need; it was a little tired in places but that was reflected in the price, so that's not a complaint. Nice free jacuzzi option with timed slots that you choose. Easy parking in the street. Very happy and would definitely return.

We had a sea view room on 2nd floor overlooking san Jose,clean basic and functional,2 single beds were ok,kitchen was basic with wash machine and large fridge freezer,and had everything we needed for a 4 night stay,Balcony outside space was large with 6 seater white plastic table and 3 chairs and clothes horse,all overlooking a pool on the lower floor,which was clean and cool with a small cafe and shop on the side.A/c in apartment worked well,but only used at night to cool bedroom down a little.The whole place was not busy,but noticed banging doors,toilets flushing and general noise in the mornings,due we thinking to the nature of the building,tiled floors,thin walls,nothing to soak up any noise,but all in all a very pleasant stay.

Wonderful place if you get a seaview. Lovely property with old Spanish feel. Staff wasn't very helpful or friendly, could be the language barrier. We paid $30e a for parking to find a lot of free parking surrounding the area after the fact. Good walking to bars, restaurant (Casa Pepe 5*) & beach. Overall good stay.

Our apartment was so well equipped we felt we could live here forever. Friendly staff, though hardly any English spoken. The closest beach is a couple of minutes walk. The road behind the hotel leads to a dirt track to the most gorgeous wild beaches. Hire car really useful- expect to get it very dirty! About 20 minutes walk into town, though there are a couple of closer restaurants. Loved it here.
