Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Excellent stay. Had check in at 2PM and we got there before 12 and they realised we were tired and had our room ready, even offered a better room looking at small kids. Free washing service helped get the closed cleaned within a few hours. Very close to the city and other areas close by. "The halal breakfast was truly the highlight of our stay — since our flight wasn't until 4 PM, we were happy to simply relax at the hotel rather than head out, when it was time, we checked out and headed straight to the airport."

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026I had a very pleasant stay at WAIFIDEN Hotel during my visit to the Canton Fair. The staff were extremely friendly, polite and very helpful throughout my stay. They were always willing to assist whenever needed, which made the overall experience even more comfortable. The hotel facilities were good and well maintained. My room was clean, tidy, and comfortable and the general environment of the hotel was pleasant. I also appreciated that the hotel was convenient for my business trip, especially during the busy Canton Fair period. The free shuttle service to the Canton Fair was also very convenient and helpful, making travel to and from the venue much easier. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay and truly appreciate the good service and hospitality provided by the hotel team. Thank you for making my trip more enjoyable.
The only downside was that there was just one shuttle trip per day from the hotel to the Canton Fair. It would be more convenient if there were additional shuttle trips.
