The position of the hotel was perfect, being really close both to the station and the center of the city. The staff was very helpful and the hotel overall is totally recommended.

La ubicacion! Esta a 3 minutos de la estación del tren y muchos restaurantes y la limpieza es muy buena

El desayuno, el internet nunca funciono y el baño es muy pequeño.

Excellent location as it is close to Shizuoka Station. The staff were also friendly and accommodating.

フロントが２階にあり狭い為 多くのスーツケースや人で、ごちゃごちゃしていた。

The location is great. It’s literally down the road from the Shizuoka station. The room was spacious, the breakfast was great: there were both local specialty as well as house specialties.

Struttura un po’ datata.

タオルやシートなど交換していただけたので、衛生面的にもよかった。

スタッフの対応も親切だった。シートやタオルなど、その都度かえてもらえるので、衛生面的にもよい。

Location was good...

Rooms too small. Kettle in room, but for coffee we were told to come to lobby and take it. No water was provided.... Staff at reception seemed to be not fery helpful. Breakfast not useful as mainly Japanese food, did not even use in day 2.... Bed too small ..

La chambre sentait l'humidité. La salle de bains sentait le moisi c'était très désagréable.

Me sorprendió lo limpio que estaba todo en la habitación. También la ubicación, a pocos metros de la estación.

なるべく早く上の階の部屋にして欲しいとの要望に、最上階の部屋を用意してくれました。

浴室が少しカビのような臭いがした。

なんと言ってもロケーションが最高。

The hotel is nicely well located, like 2-3 mins walking from Shizuoka station, there is a 7-11 downstairs and many restaurants nearby. The room size was quite decent.

The hotel is not very clean in terms of Japanese standard and kind of old. I could see some cracks and some mold in the bathroom, not due to the fault of cleaning staff, but more likely due to the facility being old. The AC was so loud and I have tried every option on the control panel but still neither too cold or too warm.

１階にセブンがあり，ホテル内からも入れて便利でした。無料の水のペットボトル2本が冷蔵庫にあり，嬉しかったです。

朝食会場が少し狭く感じました。

角部屋だったため静かで、部屋も広かったです

朝食で、6時30分からは黒いパインが1つだけ置かれた状況で7時過ぎには引き下げられて追加が無かったので見た目あまり良くなかったです。

Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel! Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof Shizuoka (Ekinan/Südausgang) ist unschlagbar praktisch für Reisende. Das Hotel ist modern, extrem sauber und sehr gut organisiert. ​Die Zimmer bieten einen tollen Komfort und das Personal war durchweg super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Gepäckaufbewahrung funktionierte reibungslos. Für einen Aufenthalt in Shizuoka die perfekte Adresse

离车站很近，大概走路5分钟。员工服务态度很好，每一层要刷卡才能进，安全感满满。早餐挺多选择的，酒店价钱性价比高。虽然浴室比较旧，但是也很干净，而且房间非常大。如果下次来静冈还会再来住这个酒店。

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und spürbar sauberer als viele andere Hotels. In der Luft war kein Staub zu sehen, was sonst häufig der Fall ist. Die Lage für den Preis war unschlagbar.

Breakfast is good with a nice window view. Room is pretty spacious and decent. Location is perfect, not too far from shizuoka main station and the inner city train service.

Aside from the kombini directly connected with the hotel, meal options can be a little limited past 7pm, so meal planning is recommended if your travel plan includes day trips to other regions

-Very near JR Shizuoka Station (South Exit) -Convenience Store just located next to the hotel (and of course, it is open 24 hours) -Breakfast is very nice and some menus are changed every day -Room size is good, and the neighborhood is not noisy at all (even my room was face the main road) -Free green tea, cold water, coffee and microwave at hotel's lobby with 24 hours availability

-Hotel has only 2 elevators, during rush hour you may have to wait longer than expected -No public bath on-site (it is ok for me though) -There are not many restaurants around the hotel (you need to go to JR Shizuoka to find more or go on the North Exit)

I would stay at this hotel again. The location was good. about a ten-minute walk from Shizuoka JR station, straight down the main road - very easy to find. The front desk staff were very efficient and spoke a good level of English, so check-in was easy. The room had the largest open floor space I think I've stayed in at this price point - the room felt larger than it actually was! It would be great for guests who have a a lot of luggage - you could open several suitcases in the floor space. There was also a large desk and office chair in the room.

The room looked quite old, but it was clean. The extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy. There was only a very small window in the room, however there was only a view of the brick wall of the building opposite, so the small window didn't matter.

ゴールデンウィーク限定の家族メニューと称した朝食をアピールする表示がエレベーターの中にあったが、その内容を把握しているスタッフはいなかった。 ブュッフェの朝食はあまりにも種類が乏しくキャンセルすることとなった。
