Large comfortable rooms.
Poor water pressure for the shower
Loved the history of the building
Nothing
First time stay in the north euston hotel and was pleasantly impressed great staff lovely food great room with sea view very clean will certainly having another stay in the near future
They stored our bikes for us overnight
Pillows were a little bit hard
View from broom window
Few sockets in bedroom, window hanging through night therefore no sleep, no fan in bathroom, carpet not flat in bedroom causing trip hazard, blood stains on pillow case, stained towel
Proximity to the venue we were visiting
Whole hotel needs an upgrade. The bedroom was nothing like the pictures. Dusty and bathroom flooring cracked.
Rooms are a bit tired bed was comfortable staff lovely
Room was needing upgrade carpet marked and furniture old
Very smart, well maintained. Excellent food . Will most certainly stay again. One of the best.b
The trams were not working but no fault of the hotel!!
Location fabulous 👌 beach is beautiful...
Breakfast time staff wasn't helpful plus utensils were red hot that we had to use to put food on plate .. bed was awful 😖 so uncomfortable 😫 shower was unpredictable plus water was flowing on to bath / side of sink .. so wasn't worth the money to stay ..
Great location and staff. Really fabulous breakfast and evening meal.
Nothing, it was great. Just what we needed to chill and enjoy the surrounding area. Not too far from Keswick.
Staff friendly and helpful good facilities
My sea view room good breakfast and Sunday carvery
Amazing helpful and friendly staff
The smell of a chip pan fat
This is our second time staying here. We have come from Coventry. The hotel is ideal for all of our needs. Sociable, friendly, the food is amazing. The staff are all willing to help. The ladies who clean the rooms are more than happy to assist, and very friendly. We cannot fault our stay at all.
The music from a Venue downstairs was very loud on the 2nd floor, however, it did stop at midnight. Other than that, no complaints.
Clean, cheap. Good location
Nothing, all good

Good location excellent Resturant
Bathroom needs updating
Great value
Breakfast layout was very higgly piggly. Spread out in different areas of the roomk
The food was exceptionally good - especially the breakfast! Rooms were spotless and comfortable.
Some areas are a little tired but didn't affect our stay (rooms were lovely) There was also a wedding party downstairs playing very loud music which vibrated the floor! However this stopped around 11pm and didn't affect our sleep - we just had to turn the TV up loud!
For the three nights stayed the food was excellent well prepared and presented good value for money
Nothing to dislike would definitely return
Tea & coffee in room
Room smelt of stale tobacco. Mattress not comfortable. Breakfast not great quality. Overall general decor dated and tired in places
Staff very welcoming. Rooms very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Easy access to busses and tram. Artist on Saturday evening was very good. Quiz on Sunday drew a lot of people in.
Carpets in public areas could do with cleaning. Stair carpet was worn in places. Blinds in Victoria bar were very dusty and had cobwebs on them. Not good really as this is where you eat breakfast. Toilets were ok.
Great to see a old building still been used
Rooms very dated need re-modernisation
The location and the friendly staff especially the lovely Receptionist.
Clean and well maintained

Location
Tired and very dated
Breakfast and Dinner was good, the Sea view room was nice had all the extra amenities.
We went into the Bar after our meal, which was good, but there were quite a lot of tables left for quite some time with ex customers empty glasses and food packages, the bar staff and waitering staff were not very observant to this issue I had. cleaning the tables and a re-set needs attention to.
The lovely staff and location right by the sea. Saw a lovely sunset. Beds very comfortable.
The rooms are awful. The carpet in both rooms were not flat very dangerous for an 89 year old! A lot of people staying were elderly. There was black mold on the bathroom floor. Weak shower.
Free Parking Easy to access
Breakfast was expensive Hotel was not same as previous years could do with a good re furbishment
The hotel is a classic ,you can see how it used to be but it is looking a little tired now.
The room needed some tlc and air-conditioning.
Everything, Cleanliness, Food, and Excellent staff.
Nothing.
Fab location, great building clean room lovely 😍 and dinner was amazing
A very nice historic hotel with beautiful spaces. Great location in Fleetwood with good communication to Blackpool with tram or bus.
Staff very helpful and good sized rooms. Breakfast was very good.
Car parking was limited.
A brilliant find and the staff were really good. The food was excellent. We booked to go back
The property was great very spacious and very central.
No fault at all with the hotel it was great. It was a great spacious room and a really comfortable bed. Most of the staff were so lovely and friendly, unfortunately the staff that were on Sundays shift were a bit rude! Other than that it was a fabulous stay.
Staff are helpful. View excellent. Location good. Food more than good.
Needs a refurbishment but clean and tidy. Value for money and comfortable.
The staff were friendly and helpful
Breakfast was fresh super location and very peaceful
Tram not running
The atmosphere, you can tell staff enjoy working there, Julie on reception was very helpful and Smiley
Nothing really, id I have to be critical we went to the loo on arrival opposite the main restaurant, my first impression was the entrance door to the ladies which was black, presumably from all the hands that open it, it either needs washing or painting to improve it 100% the loos themselves were good
Perfect location for our needs. Good breakfast, bar service was good too
After booking with a dog too, we were still placed on the top floor which is a nightmare when they need to go to the loo in the night or very early in the morning.
Bar staff were very helpful
Had to wait in a queue behind people ordering drinks so that I could check in. Reception was not manned.
Staff very helpful and friendly
Parts of the hotel tired
Friendly and helpful staff
Blue badge parking. Only 2 spaces and could have been nearer to the hotel entrance
Lots of parking places and right on the seafront.
Looked a bit dated but it was clean and the room was comfortable
Stayed here many times and although "an ageing lady" this hotel offers an excellent position overlooking the sea ( if you are lucky with the view from the room!) with everything we needed in the room and beautiful meal in the evening in the restaurant. Staff very helpful as always.
There could have been an extra staff member working on the reception for check in. There was a long queue which could have been managed better I think.
Checking in was good, the receptionist on Monday (lady with dark hair and glasses) was very helpful and pleasant
Our 3rd time of coming to the Euston we were disappointed with the attitude of the bar staff, they seemed to have the attitude that they dont want to be here. Also after coming back from a day of activities we were told that we weren't allowed a drink from the bar at 10pm, which we were going to take to the room. Surely as residents this should have been allowed so we were very disappointed in this. So based on these factors we are not sure we will be making a future return which is a shame as we come here due to my boyfriends nostalgia as his grandparents used to come here when they lived here.
Location excellent the room was lovely and comfy very clean staff very pleasant
Staff where very friendly and helpful, rooms where clean and tidy but found the room we stayed in slightly small and bed was small double, shower curtain could do with being replaced and grouting round the bath replacing other than that a very enjoyable stay, oh the roof ledge outside bedroom window needs clearing from weeds and moss.
Only has mentioned above just needs keeping on top of the small details other than that loverly hotel.
Breakfast very good bet good location
Nothing really
The location of the hotel was good and the staff were friendly.
Our room was very dated. The carpet was old, rough and marked. The mattress was not particularly comfortable. The decor was tired. The bathroom was dated. The shower force was poor. The flooring was terrible. It look old, tired and extremely dirty and marked especially around the toilet base. The pipes from the toilet cylinder to the pan were dirty. The bin in the bathroom was scratched and hadn't been emptied from the previous guests. There were hairs in the bath. One of the wall light fittings next to the window in the bedroom did not work. Some of the floorboards in the room were very creaky. There was no air conditioning but there was a large fan. I paid £146 for a double room and was very disappointed.
The Grandeur of the hotel is actually impressive, it's location is perfect.
The room was outdated, a bath, really! A modern walk in shower fitted with a pump so you can enjoy a proper shower. The TV was So small and far away you wouldn't use it, wall mount a 50" tv!, decor: black pelmet and curtains were covered in cobwebs and did not match the room at all. Keep pictures With a seaside theme or Nautical. I'm an Staunch advocate for Fleetwood and would like to see it do well.
Breakfast was very good.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are very tired and need an upgrade.
brilliant room, comfy bed and great shower as im disabled
nothing
the service was very good and helpful. The room was a great size and very quite. It was a bit like stepping back in time and that was its biggest plus!
The shower unit was stuck on HOT! I reported it but nothing happened.
The hotel's location and sea view from our room was brilliant. Staff were so friendly. The food was fresh and tasty. Breakfast was amazing.
Compare to all different options of the breakfast and the other facilities, they could have a better coffee machine instead of just having filtered coffee.
Food excellent, staff very helpful and friendly
A small fridge in the bedroom for cold water etc as the weather was so hot
Lovely location, great view, the staff are so nice and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. The buffet breakfast is great with a great choice of food, well cooked and well presented. The residents lounge is very nice and quiet with complimentary tea and coffee making facilities on hand. There are complimentary toiletries in the bathroom and complimentary tea/coffee with biscuits. I honestly couldn’t fault the staff or the buffet breakfast.
The carpets are very worn and the decor probably hasn’t changed since the eighties. It’s very dated and old fashioned, the carpets on the staircase is threadbare in places, the carpet in the room I stayed in was also old. The linoleum tiles in the bathroom were very worn and cracked also. There’s no air con and the top floor rooms are very very hot, fortunately I was given a fan when I asked for one. It’s such a shame that the decor lets down such a beautiful building.
Nice location in Fleetwood
Noise , we didn’t realise it was a night club till midnight .
Location was great . Bedroom and facilities good. Having both a bar and restaurant for food was ideal.
Food was very good both breakfast and bar menu
Nothing it was all goodbett
first floor room was excellent, large window with sea view was like having a juliet balcony
Comfortable room great staff
All fine no bad comments
All meals
The location and friendliness of the staff, and sea veiw from the room.
Old hotel and looked its age with tired and worn decor. Uncomfortable beds and pillows.
Hotel was ok, expensive for what it was to be honest. Great location, friendly staff, just rundown.
Rundown, very old skool!
Thought breakfast poor and did not meet our expectations.Poor quality ingredients ie sausage tasteless mushrooms ? tinned but not freshly cooked scrambled eggs solid.
Breakfast .
Location Large and spacious historic property
We were told the bar shut at 8 o’clock, but found out after going out it was open later - we would have stayed and spent money in the hotel had we known
Location
Squicky flooring very 👎 in the bedroom and bathroom
Ideally situated for us about 5 minutes from Fleetwood Golf Club, the room had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable, the buffet breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice
Would have liked a room with a better view we were overlooking a flat roof and the car park, but it was only for one night so didn’t impact on our stay
Everything. Fresh towels, comfy beds, lots of light, shampoo and soaps provided and parking.
The carpet was a little dated but that's it
Great location , food and helpful staff We felt welcome . Thank you
The location is excellent, the staff are very friendly
The whole place is very hot even more so in the rooms, the food serving times are closed very early. We come to Fleetwood every year for a dog show there is hundreds of people that attend every year and I feel that the hotel loss out this year due to early closing on food and also prices of the rooms have got a little steep.
Views, selection of drinks at the bar, good menu offering GF. Breakfast was lovely, staff were nice

Lovely room
Shower needs an update
Great Location, easy check in & out, lovely lady on reception to welcome us & give us all the information we needed for our stay. Lovely bar area. And a good size lift. Lovely Breakfast.
The bed was a small double & quite uncomfortable! The room came with a sea view but you could only see it through the window if you stood up? We went down for food in the bar , I found the bar staff waiter- waitress rude & miserable , I ordered a main mea l a Lasagna that I could not eat it had been microwaved to death 🙁 I put my hand up to catch the Bar tender/waiter attention he look at me and said “What” I was so shocked, I asked him to take the meal away - he refunded me the price of the meal without me asking. This spoiled our evening so dissatisfied.
We have stayed a few times at the Euston over the past two years . The room was clean and tidy and well appointed . We were bed and breakfast and the food was excellent. We have dined in the hotel last time and the food was great . The location of the hotel was on the sea front with free parking ( just watch the seagulls if you park for long ) and that’s not the hotels fault !!! The jewel in the crown was the staff . Warm and friendly with their main aim is to help the guests . As for the weather , you takes your chances always take a fleece and a pac a Mac . It’s a great to visit the whole of Blackpool area without worrying about parking or going into the centre. Thanks for the stay.
Every thing was well presented . As you expect for a grand old hotel. We were on the top floor and although we climbed two flights of stairs there was a lift directly to the floor .
BREAKFAST WAS SUPERB. FOOD HOT. BUFFET OFFERED A GOOD CHOICE. OUR ROOM WAS NEXT TO THE LIFT. BED LINEN CRISP AND CLEAN. PILLOWS WELL SUPPORTED OUR HEADS MAKING FOR A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP. SAMPLES OF LUNCH AND EVENING MEAL PROVED SATISFACTORY IN PROVIDING NOURISHMENT FOR US IN A TOWN BEREFT OF STREET CAFES OUT OF HOURS OTHER THAN PUBS.
MY WIFE SUFFERS FROM SPINAL STENOSIS. SHE BRAVELY TRIES TO CLIMB STEPS AND THE LIFT SOLVED THE PROBLEMS OF INTER FLOOR ACCESS. BUT BUT BUT PLEASE READ ON. WE LIVE IN A BUNGALOW AND SHE IS TRANSPORTED IN A HAND PUSH WHEELCHAIR TO AND FROM OUR CAR. DURING OUR STAY WE ASKED IF A RAMP TO THE HOTEL OUTSIDE CARPARK WAS AVAILABLE. THEY DID NOT SAY NO BUT ASKED US TO LOCATE THE "LEAN TO" ENTRANCE WHICH SADLY COULD NOT ACCOMMODATE THE WIDTH OF OUR WHEELCHAIR BUT IT DID HAVE A RAMP. BEAR IN MIND THAT EVEN ON DEPARTURE WE AGAIN ASKED IF THERE WAS ANOTHER RAMP. THE HOTEL REPEATEDLY REMINDED US THAT THE HOTEL IS LEVEL 2 LISTED AND THUS PROHIBITED FROM HAVING RAMPS AND OTHER CHANGES TO THE OUTSIDE ARCHECTURE. WE ASKED WHY THE "CUBBYHOLE" RAMPED LEAN TO WAS ALLOWED DESPITE LISTING. DURING OUR STAY I DISCOVERED THE TRADESMEN'S ENTRANCE AT THE REAR OF THE HOTEL. THIS ENTRANCE WAS FITTED WITH A SUPERB RAMP AND WAS JUST PERFECT. THE INTERNAL DOOR WAS A FIRE DOOR WITH A JACK BAR. OUR DEPARTURE INCLUDED A FINAL COMMENT THAT WE AS CUSTOMERSMIGHT FIND THAT THE HOTEL WAS UNSUITABLE FOR US AND THEREFORE UNLIKELY TO RETURN. WE DO NOT CONDONE UNTRUTHS. BUT TO ALL YOUR CLIENTS WHO ARE ABLE BODIED AND WHEELCHAIR FACILLITIES ARE NOT HIGH ON THEIR EXPECTATIONS WE WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. DO PLEASE CONTINUE TO PROMOTE THIS HOTEL.
Breakfast was good ;evening meal was good but service was slow
Needs a cozy resident room x
Good value for money, friendly staff, bar and restaurant prices very reasonable.
No air con in the rooms which might be an issue in the Summer
