Wir haben eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Zum Schlafen war sie völlig ausreichend und die Aussicht ist wirklich wunderschön. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar, was sehr praktisch war. Allerdings würde ich empfehlen, einen Mietwagen zu nehmen, da die Unterkunft am Berg liegt und man so flexibler ist.

Leider war das Zimmer nicht ganz so sauber, wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten, und wir hatten auch mit vielen Ameisen zu kämpfen.

The view from the rooms and the pool/garden is just fantastic!!! Although the facilities are a bit old, the view (and the price) make up for everything. The position is also ideal: not too far from Faliraki still in a very tranquil area and walking distance from a small village with some options to eat.

The kitchen is very small and only has the very basics. We ended up using it only once in an entire week. I also want to note that as the windows do not have mosquito nets we were effectively obliged to close the window at night and sleep with the AC on while we would have preferred to sleep just with the window open. But overall, very much recommended !!

La vue est exceptionnelle.

Faire très attention au prix et bien recompter derrière, car ils ont tendance à rajouter des euros par-ci par-là. Ne vous fiez pas aux photos, ça ne vaut vraiment pas le prix. Vu le prix de la nourriture, ils ne vous laissent même pas la petite bouteille d'huile d'olive sur la table, c'est eux qui décident l'assaisonnement pour vous.

Перше враження- шок, це місце підходить тільки тим, в кого їсть автівка, чи хто згодний постійно їздити на таксі. Помешкання знаходиться на горі, спуск місцями достатньо крутий, якщо зранку ви спустилися, то в обід перепочити навряд чи вийде. Спека та 2.5 км вгору - не для слабких духом,. По друге - економія на всьому - на чистій білизні ( постіль була стара та з жовтими плямами, відсутність мила, губки для миття посуду), тарілки старі та тріснуті). І ще те, що вразило - відмова роздрукувати білети на літак, це дійсно, дуже дороге прохання.

Atvykome neplanuotai vėlai vakare, nes viešasis transportas veikė savo ritmu, o taksi nebuvo.. Nežiūrint to šemininkas paruošė nuostabias salotas , nors virtuvė jau nedirbo. Tvarkingas, pietietiškas savo esybe viešbutis, su puikiu vaizdu į jūrą!

In una settimana zero cambio lenzuola e asciugamani. La doccia oltre a non avere una tenda, non c’è possibilità di mantenere il doccino ed appoggiarlo.

We loved our stay in this property: Excellent views from the balcony, clean, air-conditioned rooms and friendly staff. The pool looked lovely, but we didn’t use it, as we spent our time mostly outside, visiting nearby beaches(plenty around), tours, and attractions(i.e. water park) in the surrounding area.

Location is a walkable distance from the busy town centre but you have to climb the hill on the way back. Got charged 10EUR for a‘ripped’ towel which was awkward, as we didn’t ask for towels change during our stay. I want to think they got the room number wrong, as the reception was really helpful during our stay.

The view of this hotel is amazing especially the sunrise. You get what you pay for the facility of accommodation.

Struttura non curata e non pulita,aria condizionata non efficace( anche se a pagamento), scarsità di accessori per la cucina. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto scarso.

Everything was super good. Hosts were fantastic as well - thank you! Super place to stay to enjoy the privacy.

If You want spend time at place which is peaceful and have great view, this is your choice! Very friendly atmosphere and sweet personnel! Close the centrum of Faliraki and easy to walk or drive by cheap taxi.

The owners and their son were so friendly and welcoming. The views were stunning and although a few Kilometres from the beach our hosts were on hand to get us taxis as it was a 4 minute drive. We walked into beach one day as it was all downhill but wouldn’t be advisable to walk up it

Perfect family experience. Amazing view from balcony. Very kind, friendly owners. The room clean and cosy. The breakfast was delicios. The swimming pool nice.

The family was so nice! And the view was absolutely amazing

The location as it was out of the way from the main town so you could relax in peace. The view was amazing and the pool was off a very good standard.

Maybe more of a food menu however I enjoyed going out and dining out.

Very warm welcome, comfortable room and quiet relaxed atmosphere. A refreshing change after the hustle of the city.

We really liked the balcony view. And I have to say we never met someone more friendly than the man at the reception. The accommodation had a very nice pool with sunbeds too.

I would probably enjoy a better kitchen (washing gel, towel for the dishes or maybe a microwave) but it is ok you can cook there

Molto "alla mano",disponibilità e cortesia dei gestori,posizione ottima(a pochi minuti dalla vita del centro,ma silenziosa di notte). Ottima visuale.

Appena arrivati ci chiedono inizialmente 4 euro per avere l'aria condizionata quando nella nostra prenotazione era inclusa. Ci dicono che la colpa è di hotels. Troviamo assurdo che un'eventuale errore di comunicazione tra loro e il sito sia il cliente a pagarlo. In fase di checkout poi i 4 euro diventano 7 dicendo che eravamo noi ad aver capito male quando la mia compagna è in parte greca e lo parla benissimo e ce l'ha detto anche in italiano 4 euro. Comunque, una volta presa la chiave andiamo in camera e la wifi non prendeva. Glielo facciamo notare e ci rispondono maleducatamente che c'è scritto wifi e non wifi in camera. Assurdo. Gli diciamo che uno prenota e paga perchè legge dei servizi e ci rispondono con tono da schiaffi "ehh quanto avrete mai pagato". La camera era sporca, con un lenzuolo che non hanno mai cambiato in 7 giorni. Niente coperta, niente armadio, 4 stampelle per gli abiti, diverse formiche e uno scarafaggio. Lato cucina, pentolame contato e niente per pulirlo e ovviamente loro non pulivano. Proviamo a fare un bagno in piscina ed era lercia con diversi insetti morti, residuo di sporco sull'acqua e tantissimo cloro. Le pulizie per loro sono (quando si ricordano di farle), pulita per terra e cambio asciugamani. Mai più. Evitateli come la peste. Meglio spendere qualcosa in più altrove calcolando poi che ti chiedono soldi in più quando ormai sei li e non ti metti a cercare una nuova struttura. Ottimo il supporto di hotels che mi ha seguito in questa avventura

Gastfreundliche Gastgeber. Leider halt etwas abgelegen vom Zentrum Faliraki, dafür aber eine tolle Aussicht aufs Meer.

La struttura era posizionata in collina molto silenziosa e ventilata, le condizioni dei sanitari abbastanza approssimative e pulizia scarsa, speravo meglio .

Il residence e ' in una collina e si vede un bel panorama.nn c'è confusione e si dorme in silenzio.c' e' il parcheggio libero .il nostro problema e' stata la mancanza di auto per raggiungerlo

The hotel is located on top of a hill, 100m above sea level, 1.5km outside of town, so you get a pretty nice view, but without a car it can get tiresome. There is no dedicated parking area, but enough space outside to park the car. The room itself seems recently refurbished, nice, not cramped, and has plenty of power outlets. Linens and towels are provided, but better bring your own soap. Too hot without A/C, which costs extra. Perhaps if it wasn't the top floor, under the hot roof, it would have been cooler. When I checked in, the room had a dozen small spiders in it, but the next day a huge spider crawled in and ate all the small spiders (and then left), so that solved the problem. With A/C you can keep everything closed, so big spiders won't come in, I suppose. One big problem is the equipment (toilet, taps, stove, fridge), which is old and works reluctantly, can't rely on it too much. Tap water keeps changing temperature and pressure with no discernible logic behind it no matter what knobs you twist. Another problem is that Wi-Fi doesn't work in the room (even though the description says it should) - you have to walk downstairs and around the building into the pool area to get reception, but the pool is closed at nights. No teapot in the room, but stove can be used to boil water. All in all, the hotel is livable, especially if you give in and pay for A/C (I didn't, I just covered myself with a wet towel), and for such a low price it may well be worth your while.

It's at the top of a nice cool breezy hill that has stunning views of the town, mountains and sea. At night if you open the windows the wind passes through the room and is lovely. Next to no noise from the town or road and the building is not a busy place so plenty of space and peace... nice size pool and grounds with sun beds. Reception / with live in owner (24hr) are very nice and helpful people. You may well need transport but there is a bus stop or a 15 min walk into town... easy, and very good for you!

L’hotel è in una posizione ottima, leggermente fuori dal centro di Faliraki, su una collina, un po’ scomodo se non si ha la macchina, ma in un posto tranquillo e silenzioso. Avevamo una camera al secondo piano, la vista dal balcone era veramente spettacolare! Complessivamente la struttura è ottima per il prezzo, l’ho trovata molto pulita e confortevole, unica pecca la doccia, che nella nostra stanza aveva il fermo che tiene su la cornetta rotto e diventava un po’ scomodo riuscire a lavarsi. Non c'è la tv e l’aria condizionata si paga a parte, ma quest’ultimamcosa era chiaramente specificata nella descrizione, inoltre non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno, durante il giorno eravamo fuori, la sera era sufficiente lasciare la porta del balcone aperta e si stava bene. Il personale è veramente gentile e disponibile, non abbiamo avuto nessun problema... anzi, ci hanno aspettato oltre l’orario di chiusura della reception il giorno del check, visto che il nostro aereo è atterrato in ritardo. La struttura dispone anche di una piscina, affacciata sul paese e con vista mare, e di un ristorante, su cui però non posso dire molto perché non l’abbiamo mai provato. Decisamente ci tornerei.

Den var bra, rent o fint. Enkel standard med lite dålig utrustning i pentryt... Dåliga sängar! Annars gulliga ägare där allt sköttes bra.

People there were very nice and helpful as we were first time in Greece. Hotel by it self was nice for the price.

Otrevlig personal, ac ingår inte och när vi pratade med ägaren så började han skrika och säga ut från mitt hotell. Vi hittade en stor fågelspindel i toan.

The owners are so friendly and can't do enough to help. They can't help it if annoying people choose to stay there while you are! The rooms are a bit old fashioned but clean. Fridge in room and 2 hobs if you want to sort out your own food. I like to hire a car so the steep bank was no trouble! The price I paid I was more than happy to pay €7 per day for air con. Very good service. Would go back.

Just one problem..there’s no wifi in room..we had to go downstairs to get an access for wifi
