Eher eine grosse Anlage, es wirkt in unpersönlich. Der Pool ist etwas zu kleine für die Anzahl der Zimmer.

We only stayed there for one night as we were moving by going down to Couse town to get a ferry but it was great. The reception was open when we got there got to the room nice room nothing wrong with it whatsoever in the morning they called us a cab. We sat in the reception which is big and open and lovely views wheel side breakfast day which was okay. It's genuinely a really nice place. Look the pool looks really good if you're into that kind of thing personally we not but it did look quite nice relaxing place very clean and right next to the sea.

Beachfront hotel, sandy beach with lots of loungers available. Decent pool with decent leather sun loungers, gazebos to hire for that additional shade. Bed was comfortable - good pillows. Air con decent. Doors and windows come with fly screens- handy Room was recently renovated hence the higher score

Poor Location - It is too far out of town centre with shops, 20 minute long walk in the heat with no footpaths - little things to do near hotel. Difficult or impossible to get taxis - public transport is non existent, taxi app not reliable.

Come clienti affezionati siamo ritornati dopo quattro anni dall'ultimo soggiorno e abbiamo trovato la struttura meravigliosamente rinnovata. Ambienti ampi e luminosi, arredamento di classe, ottima regolazione dell'aria condizionata, spazi esterni molto ampi e con ogni comodità. Nuovo e spettacolare il buffet per colazione e cena (con soli 20 euro), una scelta estremamente ampia di piatti internazionali e di tradizione, dettagli di originalità e di vera classe culinaria! Un esempio, a disposizione 6 differenti aromatizzazioni di olio extravergine di oliva tanto per riferire un dettaglio che come nutrizionista ho apprezzato moltissimo! Posizione, vista, camere, pulizia, dettagli, tutto veramente oltre le quattro stelle indicate. Sottolineo la estrema educazione e la competenza di tutto il personale, reception, ristorazione, bar, pulizie e l'eccezionale professionalità della General Manager! Hotel assolutamente da prenotare di nuovo per le prossime vacanze a Kos!

Πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο δωμάτιο στον επάνω όροφο, με πολύ άνετο και ποιοτικό κρεβάτι και πολύ καλή συσκότιση. Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, με εύκολη και γρήγορη πρόσβαση στην πόλη της Κω.

Η συνολική εμπειρία της 7ήμερης διαμονής μας στο Kos Palace ήταν δυστυχώς απογοητευτική, ιδιαίτερα σε σχέση με την κατηγορία των 4* και το κόστος άνω των 200€ ανά διανυκτέρευση. Το σημαντικότερο πρόβλημα ήταν ο έντονος θόρυβος από πολύ νωρίς το πρωί. Το προσωπικό καθαριότητας ξεκινούσε πριν από τις 07:00, προκαλώντας έντονους θορύβους ακριβώς έξω από τις πόρτες των δωματίων. Σε συνδυασμό με την ανεπαρκή ηχομόνωση και την κακής ποιότητας πόρτα του δωματίου, το αποτέλεσμα ήταν να μην μπορούμε να ξεκουραστούμε και να απολαύσουμε έναν καλό ύπνο στις διακοπές μας. Παρά τις επανειλημμένες συστάσεις μας, καθώς και την αναφορά του προβλήματος τόσο στην προϊσταμένη του τμήματος καθαριότητας όσο και στη διευθύντρια του ξενοδοχείου, δεν υπήρξε ουσιαστική βελτίωση. Γενικότερα, μας δημιουργήθηκε η εντύπωση ότι δεν υπάρχει επαρκής μέριμνα για την ησυχία και την ξεκούραση των επισκεπτών. Ενδεικτικά, παιδιά έπαιζαν ακόμη και ποδόσφαιρο στους διαδρόμους έξω από τα δωμάτια χωρίς να υπάρχει κάποια παρέμβαση. Εξίσου απογοητευτική ήταν η καθαριότητα του δωματίου, την οποία θεωρήσαμε υποτυπώδη. Καθημερινά διαπιστώναμε βρωμιές τόσο στο πάτωμα όσο και στα έπιπλα. Τέλος, θεωρώ ανεπαρκές για ένα ξενοδοχείο 4* αυτής της τιμολογιακής κατηγορίας να μην παρέχει ούτε τα στοιχειώδη είδη περιποίησης στο μπάνιο. Κατά την επταήμερη παραμονή μας υπήρξε πολύ περιορισμένη ανανέωση πετσετών, ενώ από προϊόντα περιποίησης διατέθηκαν ουσιαστικά μόνο μερικά μικρά σαπούνια/δείγματα. Συνολικά, η εμπειρία μας δεν ανταποκρίθηκε ούτε στην κατηγορία ούτε στην τιμή του ξενοδοχείου. Το βασικότερο για εμάς —η δυνατότητα να ξεκουραστούμε σε ένα καθαρό και ήσυχο δωμάτιο κατά τη διάρκεια των διακοπών μας— δυστυχώς δεν εξασφαλίστηκε. Με βάση την εμπειρία μας, θεωρούμε τη σχέση ποιότητας/τιμής αρνητική και δεν θα επιλέγαμε ξανά το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο.

Μεγάλα άνετα δωμάτια, ωραίοι χώροι, πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Η τοποθεσία καλή παραθαλάσσια κοντά στη Κω.

Sehr freundliches Personal und es wurde täglich auf die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern geachtet. Sehr schön geputzt! Ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit! Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und reichhaltig. Am besten fand ich persönlich den direkten Zugang zum Meer. Bereits bei der Ankunft erwartet einen bereits das Meeresrauschen. Es war perfekt!!

Denizin hemen kenarı olması çok iyiydi, havuzu da temiz, odalar rahat, kahvaltı çeşitli, ye de merkeze nispeten yakındı. Markette çalışanlar çok cana yakın, Resepsiyondaki Evi de çok yardımcıydı.

Kahvaltı tatil yerine göre biraz erken bitiyor (10.00) kahvesi biraz daha kaliteli / yoğun olabilirdi.

Sicak su ip gibi akiyordu. Otelin plajinda sezlong icin para vermeniz gerekiyor.

Newly refurbished rooms, very clean, very comfortable beds and big smart tv. Great facilities: swimming pool, guest room, dining room. For us also the location was great, but it might be subjective. It is far (20 mins on feet) from the village of Tigaki. Nearby there are only a couple of bar at 5/10 minutes walking distance and a supermarket. Nothing else.

Very good location, nice friendly staff and clean rooms.. All good!

Unser Zimmer war sehr komfortabel. Der Meerblick und gleichzeitige Bergblick waren wunderschön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Strand ist direkt am Hotel. Es muss eine Straße überquert werden, was nicht weiter stört.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

Niente da eccepire: cibo molto buono (e io son davvero esigente in merito), staff gentilissimo, piscina enorme, stanza molto pulita. Ci tornerei assolutamente!

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Der Check-in verlief problemlos und das Personal war freundlich. Insgesamt hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Da wir nur eine Nacht dort verbracht haben, gibt es aus unserer Sicht nichts Wesentliches zu bemängeln.

Camera completamente rinnovata con vista mare. Staff super gentile e disponibile soprattutto Cristina e Annamaria della reception che ti fanno sentire come se fossi a casa. Ho apprezzato molto anche la colazione.

Migliorerei l’isolamento acustico delle camere.

Kahvaltısı çeşitli, doyurucu ve güzeldi. Odaları büyük ve temizdi. Ulaşımı kolay. Personel güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi.

Snack bardaki yiyecek çeşitliliği az ve güzel değildi. Önünde deniz olmasına rağmen çok dalgalı olduğu için giremedik. Yemek ve alışveriş alanlarına yarım saat yürüme mesafesindeydi.

Ottima posizione nei pressi della spiaggia di Tigaki. ottima colazione. Stanza al piano superiore di recente ristrutturazione con moderno bagno. TV bella ma con pochi canali realmente vedibili, di italiano solo rai1. Buoni i materassi e la coibentazione. Bella la piscina. Bella la posizione vicino al mare. Buono il parcheggio per l'auto. Buona pulizia e servizi in genere.

Linea wi fi debole. Aria condizionata in camera di difficile regolazione. Occorre aumentare il numero dei canali TV.

Some parts of the hotel are outdated - elevator sometimes didnt work, dining room is still from the 90s (including the food they serve), no kettle in the room, slow WI-FI.

We loved our stay at Kos Palace. We booked one of the superior rooms and, even though it was garden view, we could see the sea and the sunrise every morning. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. There was a lovely balcony and an area within the balcony to hang your clothes to dry, which we really appreciated. The room as well as the entire facilities were spotless clean. Breakfast was very good too, with both sweet and savory options, including freshly made crepes and omelettes. The beach was lovely and the small nearby hotel cafe and shop was very convenient for purchasing cold drinks and snacks. We did not use the pool (the sea was so amazing and crystal clear!) but it looked great too. The staff was very welcoming - special thanks to Annamaria who welcomed us upon checking in and was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, giving us tips and recommendations.

Çalışanlar çok ilgililer. Yemekler gayet güzeldi. Kahvaltısı yeterli. Akşam yemeklerinde de çeşitlilik vardı. Odamız günlük temizleniyordu ve hijyen iyiydi. Gittiğimiz dönemde deniz dalgalıydı. Denizin kumluk olması iyiydi

Otel şehir merkezine yakın değil. Önünde otobüs durağı var ama sefer saatleri arası fazla. Taksi kullanırım derseniz de taksi bulması çok zor.

Das Hotel wird von einer deutschen Familie geführt. Dies merkt man in allen Bereichen. Sehr netter und kompetenter Empfang. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und obwohl sie nicht mehr ganz neu sind, habe ich noch sehr wohl gefühlt. Die sind mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Alles hat super funktioniert. Frühstück tiptop, alles was gut ist. Komme bestimmt wieder.

Service of reception was really good (10/10). Breakfast was really good(9/10) but waiters were sullen(4/10).

Waiters could be more friendly. Parking was insufficient.

Die Lage so nahe am Meer ist sehr schön. Auch haben wir die Ruhe genossen. Das Personal ist super freundlich, sehr familiär. Das Frühstücksbuffet mit den frisch zubereiteten Crepes und dem Rührei war top. Der Pool war einigermassen windgeschützt, was sehr half. Auch Umkleidekabinen und eine Dusche haben wir geschätzt. Die Rezeption liess uns am Aufenthaltsende (letzter geöffneter Tag des Hotels) sogar bis am Abend das Zimmer behalten - eine echt nette und grosszügige Geste!

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer. Leider gab es in der Saison, in der wir waren (Oktober) nie Sonne auf dem Balkon. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war mit einem Korkenzieher, zwei Tassen, kl. Löffelchen und einem Kännchen zum Wasserkochen eher dürftig (Keine Teller, Gläser, kein weiteres Besteck, Schälchen, etc.)

Staff was exceptional!! Location on Tagaki beach. Outdoor landscaping and entrance, lobby, and pool area.

The room was outdated with an old bathtub and misplaced shower nozzle. Breakfast buffet was repetitive-basically the same options every day.

Fantasztikus volt a személyzet, nagyon segítőkészek voltak. Mindent elmondtak mi és hol található a szigeten. A reggeli is rendben volt a vacsorával együtt. Csak ajánlani tudom.

Υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο, δεν λείπει τίποτα. Φιλοξενία υπέροχη. Ολα καθαρά, τελειο φαγητό. Υπήρχε και παιδικό κρεβατι για το μωρο. Θα ξανα ερθουμε.

What an amazing place , the staff were so wonderful , the reception staff , cleaning staff and snack bar and bar absolutely great.the rooms were comfortable and clean and the pool amazing. One small point is if the breakfasts could be hot as all the food was tepid. I would highly recommend this hotel and really hope to return asap thank you.

Das Frühstücksbüffet war toll angerichtet,immer sofort nachgefüllt wenn eine Leckerei fast leer wurde! Super freundliches Personal,immer auf Zack und hilfsbereit! Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Meer super ! Die querende Strasse vor dem Hotel immer passierbar! Manchmal musste man halt schnell sein😃 Der Weg nach Tyrgaki an der Straße entlang meist abenteuerlich,denn Busse ,Auto ,Roller und Radler und Buggyfahrer schenken sich nichts, sind eher rücksichtslos! Passiert ist nichts! Wir fanden es witzig Polizei fährt mit Blaulicht nachts Streife ,! Es war für uns ein traumhafter erholsamer Urlaub,wir haben die fast ganze Insel erkundet!und viele wunderschöne Orte gesehen! Dem Lob unbedingt noch hinzuzufügen sind die stets sehr freundlichen herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Herrschaften , Anna Maria,Timon und die dunkelhaarige Damen deren Name ich vergessen habe ,am Empfang! Immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht! Ja Martha und Christina im Bistro und Kaffee nicht zu vergessen! a Traum !

Beim Frühstück und Abendessen gab es eine sehr grosse Auswahl, wobei es für jeden etwas dabei hatte und das Essen war sehr gut. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die gesamte Hotelanlage und das Zimmer war immer in einem sehr sauberen und gepflegten Zustand.

The property was clean and we had beautiful views from our room. Breakfast was included and great selection. Dinner was only buffet option but there is a small restaurant beside the property that had great service and food. Staff at the hotel was very helpful with arranging transportation. There is a town within approx 20 min walk for shops and restaurants but you can also catch the bus. We had 3 people in a room and it was spacious enough.

Freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Gutes Frühstück mit grosser Auswahl an Speisen. Freundliches Personal. Parkiermöglichkeit auf dem Hotel Gelände. TV mit wenigen ausländischen Kanälen, aber genügend um die Nachrichten zu schauen. Grosser Balkon. Klimaanlage hat funktioniert. WLAN war brauchbar. Kann von gehbehinderten Personen gebucht werden, weil es überall Rampen hat. Ruhige Gegend.

Dunkle Möbel aus den 80er Jahren. Die Aussicht vom Balkon beinhaltete eine Bau Ruine. Von wegen Gartenblick, ein Feld war zu bestaunen. Der Mini Kühlschrank ist ein Witz, gekühlt hat dieser nicht gut. Ich hätte eine Dusche anstelle der Badewanne geschätzt. Das benutzte Toilettenpapier musste man im Eimer entsorgen wie in den billigen Absteigen. Ist kein 4 Sterne Hotel, ausser die direkte Lage zum Strand. Keine Trinkgläser oder Kaffee Maschine im Zimmer.
