Wir wohnten im App. Dolomit sehr geräumig, modern und chic eingerichtet, trotzdem es sich um ein sehr altes Gemäuer handelt. Check-in hat gut geklappt (kontaktlos). Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich, sehr guter Whirlpool. Wir hatten den Wellnessbereich ganz für uns (im Winter ist er sicherlich auch mal schnell überfüllt). Kleine Küche, Ausstattung ok., Basics vorhanden. Endlich mal eine FeWo mit ausreichend Klopapier! Außerdem Begrüssungssekt, Kaffee Pads für die Kaffeemaschine, Duschgel, Handseife… fast wie im Hotel. Sehr hübscher Schwimmteich - in dem man richtig Bahnen schwimmen konnte.

Sehr anonym verwaltet, Kommunikation erfolgt ausschließlich digital. Wir bekamen niemanden zu Gesicht - sind wir aus Tirol nicht gewöhnt. Antworten auf Fragen per WhatsApp kamen aber immer sofort. Die Matratzen sind bretthart - wer‘s mag. Saunatücher und Bademäntel sollten im ohnehin schon recht hohen Preis inbegriffen sein. Schwimmteich 1,80 tief, nicht für kleinere Kinder geeignet. Nur 1 Parkplatz pro App., als wir ankamen, waren alle belegt. Balkon zur Straße gelegen und recht schmal; die Fotos auf Booking suggerieren etwas anderes.

Geen airco. We waren er in de zomer, slaapkamers waren warm.

Fijne faciliteiten, schone omgeving. Vriendelijke hulptroepen via WhatsApp. Volledig uitgeruste keuken. Veel privacy in Huis Sandstein. Luxe uitstraling.

Handdoeken service had onbetaald mogen zijn. Karretje waarmee je makkelijk al je baggage naar je accomodatie kon brengen. Smart TV of streaming mogelijkheden was handig geweest.

We have just had an incredible 5 night stay at Edelnest in the Gneis apartment. The apartment had everything we needed, very comfortable beds, very clean, amazing views & as an extra treat a steam room with the shower. The apartment is decorated great in a wonderful old building, the pictures do not do it justice. The icing on the cake was the brilliant wellness area with sauna, natural pool, jacuzzi & relaxation area, most of the time we had the facilities to ourselves. There was also a washing room with washer (& free washing capsules), dryer & TV to watch whilst using the iron! The village of Stans is very quiet & friendly with a very well equipped supermarket, excellent transport connections & nearby walking routes. I can not rate this place highly enough, so much thought has gone into the guests comfort. Thank you so much, I cannot wait to stay again.

Alles war super!

Wir hatten zu dritt die Ferienwohnung Gneis und unsere Unterkunft war wirklich schön. Die Ferienwohnung ist super gemütlich und sehr hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Wellnessbereich ist echt wunderbar mit Sauna,Badeteich,beheizten Aussenpool und Blick in die Berge das einfach nur zum entspannen einlädt. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und es war uns ein Vergnügen hier eine Woche Urlaub gemacht zu haben.

Die Unterkunft war unseres Erachtens super! Ein Mix aus Komfort, Luxus und Praktikabilität hat all unsere Wünsche erfüllt.

Im Grunde genommen gab es nicht wirklich etwas zu beanstanden. Das einzige, was man nennen kann, ist, dass man vom Apartment Gneis zum Wellnessbereich quasi einmal um um das Haus herum musste. Das ist aber eher ein Luxusproblem gewesen.

Kurz und knapp gesagt....es hat alles super gepasst und ich würde jeder Zeit wieder dieses Apartment buchen.

We liked everything – the presence of a dishwasher and a separate laundry room, access to the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, a parking space, and very clean bed linen.

It was stuffy; we missed having an air conditioner. There weren’t enough chairs on the balcony for us to sit together – there was only one, and the second one should just be thrown away, as it was broken.

Everything was incredibly cool, the place is super, the house itself is perfect for spending time with friends, the spa complex is incredible

The only downside is that when it was frosty, the stairs leading into the house were very slippery.

Die Atmosphäre im Inneren hat mich sehr beeindruckt, und das Personal, das telefonisch mit uns in Kontakt stand, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das professionelle Design, die Sauberkeit, die Betten und Handtücher – alles war perfekt.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Zentral im Ort und doch sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Gemütlicher Wohn-Essbereich, zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Besonders schön was es, an der langen Fensterfront seinen Kaffee zu genießen und der Sonne zuzuschauen, wie sie über die Berge „klettert“. Und Nicht zu vergessen der wunderschöne Saunabereich. Ein absolutes Highlight. Den Naturpool sowie den Whirlpool konnten wir nicht nutzen, da wir im November unsere Auszeit hatten. Alles in allem sehr liebevoll gestaltet und eingerichtet.

Es gibt von unserer Seite her nichts, was hier zu erwähnen wäre.

Die Unterkunft an sich ist sehr schön, genügend Küchenausstattung vorhanden und auch die Betten sind ganz bequem. Einfacher Check-in und Kommunikation über WhatsApp. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung.

Wir waren leider eine Person weniger als geplant. Auf Booking sieht man, dass der Preis für 5 Personen geringer ist, als für 6 Personen - weshalb wir um eine Preisanpassung gebeten haben, welche uns von dem Anbieter PeakStay telefonisch auch zugesagt wurde. Zunächst wurde garnicht auf das Anliegen eingegangen, nach erneuter Kontaktaufnahme wurde argumentiert das der Preis von 4-6 Personen immer gleich sei (was jedoch nicht mit der Booking Seite übereinstimmt). Schade, das wir hierbei so Pech hatten.

Der großzügige Wellnessbereich mit Sauna, Naturpool und Außen-Whirlpool ist sehr schön. Alles kann selbst bedient werden. Wenn man nicht weiter weiß, genügt ein kurzer Anruf. Eine Einkaufsgelegenheit für Selbstverpflegung ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt, der Ort macht insgesamt einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Die Wolfsklamm ist ebenfalls in ein paar Gehminuten erreichbar und ist ein sehr lohnenswertes Ausflugsziel. Die Ferienwohnung Dolomit war gemütlich und geräumig und die beiden Fitnessgeräte ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt.

Wie bereits im Telefonat erwähnt, wäre ein zweiter Schlüssel fein. Aber sonst alles wunderbar, danke.

Modernes, sauberes Haus. Schön angelegte Anlage. Zum entspannen, abschalten und relaxen.

Häuser und Anlage kommen leicht in die Jahre. Es ist meckern auf hohem Niveau, aber trotzdem etwas schade. An manchen Stellen, Wellnessterrasse und Hausterrasse kleinerer Reparaturbedarf (Steinplatten wackeln), Lederpolster leicht verdreckt, Unkraut zwischen den Platten. Im Haus selbst war ein Lampenschirm und das Verdunklungsrollo an der Terrassentür defekt. Hatten Bademäntel im Voraus gebucht und bezahlt-aber keine hinterlegt bekommen. Mussten dann den Vermieter anrufen. Genauso ging es den anderen Gästen in den darauffolgenden Tagen. Das Sofa ist für 3-4 Personen viel zu klein. Waren vor 2 Jahren schon einmal dort, in einem anderen Haus. Auch sehr modern, aber da wirkte alles noch belebter, gepflegter und mit netter persönlicher Atmosphäre und sogar mit kleinen Raffinessen, Nützliches im Bad und ein Willkommenspräsent aus Stans. Das ist kein Muss, hat es aber perfekt und schön abgerundet. Der Whirlpool und die Sauna benötigen eine Vorlaufzeit von 2-3 Stunden-dies als kleiner Vermerk wäre hilfreich.

Außergewöhnliches Ferienhaus in einem kleinen Gebäudekomplex mit gemeinsamen Saunabereich, Spa, Whirlpool und Naturpool im UG/EG, sowie einer eigenen Terrasse mit Grillmöglichkeit. Alles sehr sauber, gepflegt und von höchster Qualität. Waschmaschine und Trockner waren für unser Wanderurlaub im Sommer sehr praktisch. Lage ideal für Erkundungen östlich von Innsbruck. Wir haben viele der Angebote der Gästekarte (Silbercard) wahrgenommen.

Badezimmer mit Türen zu beiden Schlafzimmern ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ebenso das automatische Licht. Der eine Zugang über einer Naturtreppe ist nicht für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität oder mit sehr viel Gepäck geeignet. Uns hat es aber nicht gestört.

Sehr schön ausgestattet, Küche hatte alles was man für ein Wochenende zum Kochen brauch. Wellnessbereich war sehr schön. Eine super Unterkunft für ein entspanntes Wochenende

הדירה מאובזרת ומאוד מרווחת. במיקום שמאפשר גישה להרבה מקומית כטיול כוכב. מספר תקלות שהיו בדירה טופלו על ידי המארח במהלך השהיה בצורה טובה.

לצערנו, הדירה היתה עם מספר תקלות והדבר שהכי הפריע היה שהדירה היתה לא נקיה והמיטות והכריות היו ישנות. ולא נוחות.

Great vacation home. All amenties are brand new. The style combines Austrian alpine tradition and modern chic. We loved the private patio, comfortable bed and the natural stone floors in the bathroom. Facility features washer/dryer room, sauna and a hot tub to relax after hiking. The small town has a bakery, butcher store, supermarket and restaurants and you can easily walk to the waterfall. The "Urgestein" features a number of apartments. All of them are unique and different from each other.

There is no front desk. Host is super-responsive via WhatsApp... just something to be aware of

מלון דירות מומלץ מאוד למשפחות, מעולה לטיול כוכב בחבל טירול. מיקום מצוין, בלב אזור טיולים ואטרקציות, חצי שעה נסיעה מאינסברוק, במרחק הליכה קצר מהדירה סופר ואטליז. בכפר הצמוד שוואץ, 5 דק נסיעה משם, מסעדות סופרים גדולים וחנויות,. שהינו בדירה הרבה לילות (8) וקיבלנו כרטיס silver card שמקנה המון הנחות וכניסות חינם לאטרקציות באזור. המלון נעים, נקי, מעוצב ומתוחזק מאוד. אזור ספא מפנק, הג'קוזי בחוץ ענק, נקי ומשקיף להרים, יש חדר כביסה עם מכונה ומיבש כביסה (תביאו מהבית קפסולות לכביסה) וברקע נחל צמוד שזורם. גינת השעשועים הקטנה בכניסה הייתה מושקעת ותוספת נחמדה. הדירה עצמה מרווחת במיוחד, גדולה, מאובזרת מאוד ונעימה. המטבח מאובזר בכל מה שצריך- תנור, כיריים, מקרר, מדיח, מיקרו, כלי בישול. התארחנו באוגוסט כשבחוץ היה חם מאוד- 33 מעלות. למרות שאין מזגן בדירה, היה נעים מאוד ובכלל לא חם.

ההערות הן שוליות כי כאמור נהננו מאוד. גלאי העשן רגיש מדי וצפצף בעוצמה בכל פעם שהכנו חביתה (למרות שאווררנו את החלל..) פחות התחברנו לבריכה האקולוגית בחוץ, והמים בה היו ממש קרים. נציין שאורחים אחרים דווקא כן נהנו ממנה מאוד. בפרסומים היו תמונות של עזים לליטוף בחצר של המלון, אבל בפועל לא היו שם בעלי חיים. חבל, זה היה יכול מאוד לתרום לחוויה הכפרית.

Lokalizacja w miejscowości rolniczej powoduje, że w całej okolicy unosi się zapach obornika. Górna część domku bardzo się nagrzewa w czasie upałów. Brak części rzeczy, które wg opisu powinny być w domku (z kosmetyków tylko mydło do rąk, brak tostera, słabo działające wi-fi). Bardzo niewygodne poduszki. Domek na pierwszy rzut oka bardzo nowoczesny i luksusowy, jednak w użytkowaniu wiele drobnych braków i niedociągnięć.

very spacious apartment which is very clean. Kitchen with basic spices and cooking oil is good as a lot of apartments do not offer these. Apartment is also located near to good hiking points

Amazing apartment. Loved the openness and the fact that there were two bedroom and 2 bathrooms. There was a strange relaxing room in between the two bathrooms, but upon trying to connect, it wouldn't work. So that was a bummer. I was also let down with the fact that the very basics were not in the apartment and the only place to "stock up" on a few items was a small little mimi mart around the corner - but this is the ONLY service in town (or nearby). The minimalist approach to the apartment was really great - minus the purple color scheme - that was just weird! The beds were comfortable, the outside patio was FANTASTICAL. The inside bench in the living room with the warm sun shining in was FANTASTICAL. This is a great location in which just to hang out and then go out and about to other towns. There were goats down the walkway from the apartment in which I fell in love with, and now want to own goats, great parking, and the apartment that we had was super private! So really the only things that I would fix are the color scheme, the lack of the "basics" in the kitchen, and the "relaxing" room upstairs - for the really, really expensive price of this apartment for 2 nights, i would just want to have a little more. The rest made up for these minor details and when in the area again I would rent this same apartment.

A traditional Austrian property located in a quiet and scenic Tyrolean village about 25 minutes by train from Innsbruck. Tastefully decorated with everything you need for a home from home experience. Very comfortable beds, two double bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and bathroom while laundry facilities are available in the basement. Loved the scenery and staying in a village rather than a city.

Everything was perfect. Apartment was spacious, clean, comfy, very well designed and equipped. You can use sauna, relaxation room, whirlpool and external natural swimming pool. The building is very well maintained and provides nice view. Very enjoyable!

It’s a very old building (looks like a castle). I was told it’s 500 years old. But the amenities are great and uptakes were inserted intelligently in the apartment. Smart TVs, steam shower, and fully equipped kitchen were good to use

Took me some time to figure the checkin process. Would be good to have Ac units for hot summer days.

This was our second time visiting das Urgestein. Some of my favorite things are the host, the beautiful location, and all the new amenities (whirlpool, sauna, and kids playground). What surprised me this time was the new ‘tech’. We were able to fill the whirlpool from the comfort of our apartment (super cool).

The house is spacious and very beautifully decorated as well as the small spa area. We enjoyed cooking and eating at the place, even grilling on the terrasse. Terrasse is very intimate, and inside the house, there is this personal touch that makes you feel immediately st home. The hostess is very good, friendly and easy going.

There is not much activity in Stans at night, besides night skiing Wednesday and Friday, which is probably quite fun.

Wir haben zu viert ein WE bei Jessica verbracht. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt, sie hat uns herzlich empfangen und alles gezeigt und uns noch einige Tipps für die Umgebung mitgegeben. Das Appartment war super sauber und toll eingerichtet. Highlight ist die integrierte Dampfsauna im Bad! Alles in allem top, wir kommen wieder!

Very well maintained apartment. 3 rooms with anything you need. It includes even gym. Small kitchen with all required accessories needed to cook. Big badrooms. Really 5 starts. We had great time there and the hospitality of Jessica is great.
