Breakfast was lovely, location excellent. Great entertainment in the bar. All staff friendly and helpful.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, everyone was so friendly and helpful.

The staff - did everything they could to make the stay memorable

The staff was very friendly! The food was good, the service over the top. We were visiting to attend the Steelers game in Dublin and the staff was extremely helpful with directions to catch the bus both to and from Dublin. It was a bonus to have so much American Football playing in the bar!

The staff were amazing - from check in, to every breakfast in the morning. Thank you for your efforts! Really close to the beach, with amazing views from the windows down to the beach - amazing to relax with a book while watching the rain outside ☺️ comfy beds and big room, really lovely stay!

ausgezeichnete Lage, sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Neu renoviert. Aussergewöhnlich. Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Sehr gross und viel Platz. Das Pub war toll, das Essen sehr gut. Alle waren sehr freundlich und kompetent. Ich kann es sehr empfehlen.

The location next to the beach, with the bar and restaurant downstairs, was stellar. It was a perfect place to stay when we went to visit Newgrange and the Hill of Tara.

The TV in our room was broken (though it was on us that we didn't notify the staff about it). Also, the fire alarm went off around 5 AM randomly one night by accident, and there was no communication from staff about it being an accident or what happened.

Cozy family room with comfortable beds. Nice service. Very good Irish breakfast made to order. Free parking on the property.

Water cooker in the room was dirty and we did not end up using it. Water pressure in the shower was low.

The staff were pleasant. The night porter provided us with sandwiches to go since we had to leave by 6:00am.

The bathrooms needed a facelift. The bedroom quite old fashioned.

The entire property was exactly as expected - quaint & comfortable. The staff was exceptional! So friendly and helpful. Enjoyed dinner in the bar- delicious food too!

Only 2 electrical plugs in the room, tub didn’t drain well, one heater inoperable, not enough light, breakfast not ready when requested, weird greasy food smell pervades the property, was told water from tap undrinkable? Maybe to sell bottled water at restaurant?

Cost ,to much for what you get ,premium rates for not a premium place ,it’s £70 a night max not £135. Had to pay for on site parking .

Niezwykle uprzejma obsługa. Przy samej plaży. Zamiast nudnej restauracji hotelowej prawdziwy Irlandzki bar :)

Room was fantastic, staff were excellent, food was lovely.

Wir mussten sehr früh abreisen, also hat uns der Nachtportier Sandwiches zum Mitnehmen gemacht. Das war nett. Das Bett war gut, das Bad hübsch eingerichtet.

Leider gab es im Zimmer für zwei Personen nur einen Sessel, das Fenster war nicht richtig zu öffnen, des Ausblick etwas traurig. Das ganze Haus ist überdimensioniert und etwas aus der Zeit gefallen.

Emplacement sur le bord de la mer, très propre avec sur place restaurant et pub. Aucun bruit provenant du pub. Super nourriture et service au restaurant. Comme nous devions quitter tot et avant heure du déjeuner, l'établissement nous as préparer sandwich et café. Merci pour cette belle attention

Location was good because it was near the programme we came for.

Toilet was old and towels was worn out. To fan or air condition.

Choice and quality of food good and prices fair. Staff all welcoming and friendly. Room tidied every day. No trouble parking in car park on site.

Great staff, great pub, good parking, great food

The water in the area was of very poor quality, only after enquiringaboutbthis did we findbthis out. They sold bottled water to account for this but at a tremendous mark up price (€6.50 for 750ml).

Rodzinny, uroczy hotel przy samej plaży. Serdecznie polecam na romantyczny wypad!!!

We loved the fancy room and the food was absolutely stunning we loved it .

Schlechte Ausschilderung da das Haus sich NEPTUNE BEACH nennt. Die Rezeption ist für Fussgänger schwer zu finden. Überhitzung Zimmer (32-28Grad) ohne AC und Ventilator, eine Bettseite sehr durchgelegen, 25-40Min. Wartezeit auf das Frühstück, Unaufmerksamkeit des Servicepersonal im Frühstücksraum( ausser am 18.08 ), Platzreservierung im Restaurant wurde nicht registriert, Restaurantessen massig,

The rooms are dated, not worth the price.if they are gonna to continue to charge these prices, the hotel needs to be updated. Room windows need cleaned, Bar prices are ridiculous €4 for a small bottle of water. Went into the toilet at reception on the morning of departure and it hadnt been cleaned from the night before if you are doing bed and breakfast you need to make sure there isn't such await to receive you full Irish Breakfast not a soda are potato bread in sight would I go back, No Im sorry to say I don't think I will...

Breakfast was excellent, great choice and the waitress service was friendly and efficient. All staff were very helpful and friendly from check in to waitresses and girls cleaning the room. The location couldn't be better almost right on the beach.

The furniture in the rooms and landings was nice but a little dated, one of the windows in our room was cloudy and streaky but these are very minor things

Ottima sistemazione, camera molto accogliente. Molto comodo il parcheggio a disposizione degli ospiti. Buona la colazione. Raccomandata la cena presso il pub.

La posizione fronte mare con camera con vista sulla spiaggia; la cena al pub, molto caratteristico.

Il bagno in camera era funzionale ma un po' datato; avrei gradito qualche accessorio in più, tipo la cuffia per la doccia.

Very outdated hotel. Very expensive for the facilities- though we did stay Saturday night in August.

We got smaller room than we’ve booked but it didn’t bother us as the one we got had an amazing see view. I must say Ladies at breakfast were amazing. They even did take away breakfast for our ASD girl as she was too shy to go down. Really good experience with this B&B.

What a gorgeous beach town, the view from my room window is stunning, the B&B is beautiful, pubs are great and the food delicious. We absolutely recommend a weekend escape to visit Bettystown!

Otydlig och långsam frukost, men god.

Der Blick auf den Strand war schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war lecker. Der Pub war gemütlich.

Nettes Restaurant und Bar im Erdgeschoss

Beim Öffnen der Zimmertüre kam uns ein komischer Duft entgegen, war etwas unangenehm

The breakfast was ok and the staff in the dinning area were helpful.

The bathroom was in a very poor state of repair with shower not working, mould on the side of the bath, ceil pane falling off, no towel hooks or hanger, wood panels in the bathroom rotten and growing mould. Called for help with the shower at about 7.45am and was told to give them a minute but no one came until I left for my even. I also found staff aggressive to me once I complained about the state of the room and said I was moving out. I was told that I had 10 minutes to vacate the room. I had to plead for 15 minutes to allow me time to pack. When I went to check out, I was told to just hand over the key and later told by booking.com to contact them as they said that I have not handed my key back. I then called them and they said they had the key. I feel they need to be more professional.
