Super hôtel, avec un service impeccable et un staff très professionnel et attentionné. Ma copine et moi avons passé un super séjour en Cappadoce, en partie grâce à cette hôtel. Je recommande fortement !

We had a nice stay the Cappadocia View Hotel. It was located on the main road, but slightly away from the busiest section which was a nice escape from the noise and crowds. Our room are a bit dated, but tidy and comfortable (beds on the more firm side). We didn't end up getting breakfast at the hotel, but the rooftop patio is nice with great views. The staff were very friendly.

Its doesnt look like as in the advert. Staff are friendly however no response for the complaint raised. Wifi tooo no sloww. Leaking bathroom roof. Hair dryer was not working. Fridge not working Kettle rusty inside with lot of limescale ,requested for new and got replaced. Tv - no international channels One of the bulb light not working And the last- visited during august last week, summer time. Air condition was not working at all.no cool air was coming out.it was raised twice ,told that to leave key with reception have it checked. No followup. Asked for another room and was told ' sorry whole hotel rooms are full .i didnt see more than 20 people during breakfast. Terrace has got view, however in the night it think its only hotel without any lights outside.even receptionist dont know where the light switch are. It was horrible experience . Will never ever recommend. Poorly managed service. Staffs are friendly to talk but not in resolving issue

Terrible experience, washroom lock and faucet were broken. Soon after checking in, I complained about these issues and I was told that these will be fixed, but even at the time of check out, none of these were fixed. There was no wifi signals in the room. On top of all, there was party going on the street right besides the hotel and the music was so loud that it felt like its happening within the premise. It went on until 1 am and we couldnt sleep until then.

Ich habe 2 Zimmer gebucht. Die beiden Zimmer in Keller und Steckdose und so weiter defekt. Danach Zimmer gegen Familie Zimmer getauscht. Familie Zimmer war in Ordnung, nur Bad Zimmer nicht ordnung(stinkt).

Hôtel bien situé pour voir les montgolfières. La terrasse est le seul point positif ainsi que la sympathie de l’équipe. Par contre juste en face d’une route très passante et bruyante. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas réapprovisionner et assez moyen. Les chambres ne sont pas propres. Le lavabo était bouché. La chasse d’eau des toilettes ne fonctionnait pas. Certaines serviettes étaient sales, et d’autres sentaient l’humidité des serviettes, mal séchée. Tout est cassé, traîne partout et l’environnement n’est pas top. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Lovely little family run hotel, very friendly staff. Within walking distance of local restaurants and shops. Beautiful views from terrace.

Boa localização, quarto amplo porém mal iluminado, cama confortavel, banheiro amplo porem a bancada da pia é pequena e a cuba menor ainda. Limpeza ok. Bom café da manhã . Internet ruim precisa melhorar. Destaque para recepcionista, atenciosa, gentil e educada.

İşletmedekiler güler yüzlü ve ilgililer. Aile odası temiz ve ferah bir oda. Sabah kahvaltısını beğendik açık büfe tarzı biz memnun kaldık. Göreme merkeze çok çok yakın bir yer. Bir tek beğenmediğin nokta ses yalıtımının iyi olmaması.

일단 엘리베이터가 없습니다 직원이 도와주긴 했습니다만 참고하시고요 시설이 새 것은 아니지만 그런대로 괜찮았습니다 한가지 단점이 화장실에서 하수구 냄새가 좀 납니다 화장실 문을 닫아 두어야 하더군요 화장실 환풍기를 켜면 이용할 때 별 문제는 없었습니다

Hôtel très bien situé à proximité à pied des principales attractions - vallée rose, love vallée...Look sympa de la chambre avec mur en pierre et lit double gigantesque. Accueil super sympa nous expliquant les lieux à voir en Cappadoce.Petit déjeuner avec plein de choix (déconcertant pour le français habitué au pain beurre confiture :) à prendre sur la terrasse avec vue sur la rose vallée et la ville. Plein de restaurants à quelques minutes à pied et parking sur place. Seul bémol, , mauvaise insonorisation des chambres mais qui passe avec les boules quies.

Otel cok soguk klima acinca isiniyor fakat klima sesinden uyunmuyor yangin alarmi takmislar ve gece surekli mavi isigi yanip sonuyor odada isik yapiyor çalişanlar iyi niyetli ve yardimciydi fakat geldigimiz aksam 2-3 genc birden resepsiyonda oturuyordu ve bu kadin misafirler icin malesef gününüz türkiyesinde guvende hissettirmedi.

Odamız gayet temiz ve düzenliydi. Personel çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü. Kahvaltısı yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Otelin konumu çok güzeldi, Göreme merkezdeki restoran ve mağazalara birkaç dakika yürüme mesafesindeydi. 2,5 yaşındaki oğlumuzla çok güzel birkaç gün geçirdik ve çok memnun kaldık.

Odamız, havlu ve çarşaflarımız temizdi. Çalışanlar hep güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Hiçbir sorun yaşamadan 4 gün kaldık. Bir kez daha gitsem yine burada kalabilirim.

Sessiz sakin guzel oteldi.

Karşılama ve oda hazırlığı oldukça hızlı gerçekleşti. Oda büyüklüğü, yatak büyüklüğü oldukça güzeldi. Genel temizlik anlamında rahatsız edici bir husus yoktu. Sadece sabah çok erken saatte üst kattaki odanın temizliğinin yapılma sesi ile uyandık. Yalıtım anlamında odalarda ses geçirgenliği biraz zayıf. Ancak tüm personelin güler yüzüne teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar tercih edebileceğimiz bir yer.

Otel konum olarak çok güzel bir noktada. Sabah uyandığımızda pencereden dahi balonları görüyorduk ki terasa çıkınca manzara büyüledi. Çok ilgililer, her konuda destek olmaya çalışıyorlar. Lora'ya özel parantez giden herkesin sevgilisi olacağı kesin :)

Otelin konumu olsun temizliği ve odalarından çok memnun kaldık. Çok samimi ve sıcak aile ortamı bir otel. Odalarım sıcaklığı da çok güzeldi. Üşümedik. Kahvaltı gayet yeterli ve güzeldi. Arda Bey çok ilgiliydi. Terastaki ateş çukurunu bizim için yaktı. Otelin terasından balonlar geçiyoruz bizde yorumlardan ve görsellerden görerek tercih ettik. Hiç düşünmeden tercih edin. Her yere çok yakın konum olarak

Öncelikle atmosferi şahane bi otel, aileye ait otel olduğu için çok samimi ve ilgililer, biz çok memnun kaldık kahvaltısı da gayet güzeldi. Konumu zaten göremenin tam göbeğinde, çok keyifli bi tatil geçirdik herşey için teşekkürler.

Temiz bir otel kahvaltı dahil kaldık normal bir kahvaltıydı çok ekstrası olmayan sakin bir oteldi terasından balonları çok yakın ve güzel seyredebildik ekstra seyir noktasına gitmemize gerek kalmadı 🙂

Otel sakin, calisanlar güler yüzlü ve yardim sever. Muharrem Bey check in sırasında seyahat rotamızı oluşturdu, soru ve isteklerimiz için güler yüzle yardımcı oldu. Otel balonların kalkış alanına bakıyor, sabah teras veya odanızdan balonları izleyebiliyorsunuz. Seramik yapmak icin anlaşmalı oldukları yer var, ucretsiz deneme yapabiliyorsunuz. Acık hava muzeleri ve Avanos arabayla 5 - 15 dk mesafede.

Otelde hem temizlik hem hizmet oldukça iyiydi. Bir aile oteli idi. Kış aylarında olduğumuz için kahvaltıyı açık büfe yerine serpme kahvaltı olarak verdiler. Yeterliydi. Biz oldukça memnun kaldık. Teşekkür ediyoruz her şey için.

Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Kahvaltı çok çok iyi. Ulaşımı kolay. Tek sorunumuz : Isınma sadece klima ile yapıldığından ısınmayı yetersiz bulduk.

We had an excellent time here at Cappadocia view hotel. The staff were very attentive and nice. The room was spacious for 5 of us. Breakfast on the terrace was wonderful. We came in January, was very cold but we were able to walk to all the restaurants and shops.

I cannot say enough good about this hotel. Right from the beginning the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, Ceyda and the other man we're always willing to help with any issues that we had. Friendly's staff we've seen yet in Turkey! The hotel's friendly resident Pomeranian and cat were such a joy as well. The rooms were spacious and clean with all the amenities you need. The view from the upstairs terrace allows you to see the hot air balloons in fairy chimneys. The location was very good and close enough to walk to the center of town and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was amazing, The price was unbeatable for what you get. The only issue we had it all was the very sketchy Wi-Fi in our room. The first couple of days it worked okay and then we couldn't get any wifi for our last two days in spite of attempts from the staff to remedy it. I think our room was too far from the modem so my recommendation for the hotel would be to get a extender so that some of the rooms farther away will still have Wi-Fi. Other than that I highly recommend this hotel.

Giriş yaptığımız andan itibaren güler yüz ile karşılandık. Odamızın büyüklüğü yeterliydi, jakuzimiz temizdi, kahvaltılar yeterli ve doyurucuydu. Rahatımız için her konuda yardımcı oldular. Göreme'nin merkezine (yani bu kafelerin vs. olduğu alana) yürüme mesafesinde, ayrıca tüm ören yerlerine de arabayla çok yakın. Hiç gürültü duymadık, sessiz bir otel. Dinlenerek geri döndük. Bir daha Kapadokya'ya gelecek olursak yine bu oteli tercih edebiliriz.

Oda hakkında beklentim yüksek değil di ancak tertemiz ve vaad edilen imkanları çalışır durumda bir odayla karşılaştım. Kahvaltıdan aynı şekilde beklentim düşüktü fazlaca yeterli ve lezzetliydi personel güler yüzlüydü.

Absolutely love the stay. Hotel itself is great doesn’t have a lot of breakfast options included (was not a big deal to us) as many great restaurants are with in 5 minutes walking distance

Ayrıca balonlara gitmek isterseniz yol üzerinde oldugundan servis ulaşımı kolay... benim kaldığım oda temizdi, malzemeleri kaliteliydi, bu açıdan beğendim... odada telefon yoktu, gece 02 gibi sanırım yan odada havlayan köpek sesi yüzünden sağlıklı bir uyku uyuyamadım bu açıdan da beğenmedim... otel 4 yıldızı hakediyor basit problemler nedeniyle bence 3 yıldız konforunda bir otel....

Das Personal spricht perfekt Deutsch. Es sind türkische Auswanderer die nach mehrere Jahre in Deutschland in ihre Heimat zurückgekehrt. Sie sind sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist übrigens 1-A!

Öncelikle kahvaltı çeşidi çok değil ama hepsi çok lezzetli temizlik yeterli sadece odalarda su içmek için cam bardak olsa iyi olur otelin konumu mükemmel balonlar önünüzdan kalkıyor ve iniyor

Karşılamadan otelden çıkışımıza kadar herşey çok güzeldi. Odalar temiz ve sessizdi. Konum itibariyle heryere yakın. Kahvaltı muhteşemdi. Teras katında peri bacaları ve balonlar eşliğinde kahvaltı yapmak çok keyifliydi. Bu imkanları sağlayan aile işletmesine çok teşekkür ederiz.

otelin resimler ile alakası yok ilk gittiğim gün sabah biraz erkenden otelde ulaştım ama resepsiyonda kimse yoktu sonra otelin terasına çıktım ve yardım istedim odaları çok soğuk oluyor kesinlikle ısıtması yeterli olmuyor kahvaltı hiç yeterli değil ve personel çok asık suratlı bizim için büyük bir hayal kırıklığı oldu

Muhe (reception /owner) is the best! He arranged last min horse riding for us and even picked us up from our previous tour. Breakfast freshly made by the Muhe's family. The room is big and clean. Wake up at 630hrs then you could see hot air balloons from the rooftop.

Amazing rooftop view if you want to watch the balloons. Great little breakfast. Staff were very accommodating, went out of there way to organize trips, dinner bookings and Ballon rides. Would give them 10 🌟

Excellent location , have a wonderful root where you can see the balloons for beautiful pictures , room very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly . Prices affordable .

We chose this property because of the great reviews, but it didn’t live up to our expectations. There was rampant black mold in the bathroom along with a persistent unpleasant odor. The shower doors had apparently fallen off and were replaced with torn makeshift shower curtains and it made for an unpleasant experience. The terrace is a great place to watch the hot air balloons, but some mornings the cushions had not been turned to keep off the morning dew so were too wet to sit on and several of the wickers chairs were damaged and would pinch your legs. The sliding door to get to the terrace was very difficult to open. For whatever reason, the main road, access road and parking area were mainly dirt and very rutted. The entrance to the hotel is on the side and not well marked. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful while others seemed lackadaisical. The breakfast buffet was limited and inconsistent in number and quality of items offered day to day. Tables were cleared but not cleaned between guests and napkins, salt, pepper, sugar, etc. were not on each table or were not refilled as needed. I think this hotel might have once been good, but it seems that someone has given up and they don’t really care anymore.

Odaları ferah ve geniş. Çok soğuk havalarda (-10 C) biraz ısınma problemi var ama her konuda yardımcı oldular. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve yardıma hazır. Genel olarak herkese tavsiye ederim.

Misafirler icin verilen havlularin geneli eski lekeli ve delikler vardı biraz daha fazla özen gösterilebilirdi, yataklar cok rahat degil ve kırılacakmış gibi sesler geliyordu sürekli, kahvaltısını gelistirip daha kaliteli urunler sunabilir, temizliğe gercekten önem vermeliler

Otele gece 24 de geldik. Odaya yerleştik. Oda adeta buz dolabı oda ısınmamış sanırım boş odaların kaloriferini kapatıyorlar. Banyoda sıvı sabun ve normal sabun yoktu tuvalet kagıdı yoktu banyoda çok soguktu Gelelim kahvaltıya o daha rezil kahvaltı vasat bir kahvaltı ve ilgilenen yok çok gezen biri olarak birdaha burada kalmam

방이 넓어서 좋았고 직원들도 친절했습니다. 테라스의 전망도 아주 좋았습니다. 가격대비 만족스러웠습니다.

Een echt familie hotel. Simpel ontbijt, aardige medewerkers, prima service. Mag hier en daar wat onderhoud hebben, maar heeft het verblijf verder niet minder gemaakt. De locatie is perfect, parkeren voor de deur, terras met direct uitzicht op de ballonnen en alles binnen een goede afstand zowel qua auto als lopen.

Otel temizlik konusunda çok kötüydü, klozetin kapagı kırıktı sabun yoktu tüm sorunları söylememize ragmen ilgi hiç yoktu, kahvaltı vasattı. Bir gece konakladık ama duşunu bile kullanamadık. Yolu desen zaten berbat büyük hayal kırıklıgı..

Otel banyosu yeterince temiz değildi, klozetin kapağı kırıktı. Otelin çevresi tozlu yollar içerisinde, terasında otursanız bile toz yutmak durumunda. Kahvaltı genel olarak zayıftı, türk kahvesi yapmak için de ayrıca 20 TL ücret aldılar. Kısacası tavsiye etmiyorum.

Bardzo pomocni wlasciciele.

Çevre düzenlemesi yok, yeşil alan veya bahçe yok. Sadece yol kenarı taş bir evde düzgün bir oda sunuluyor. Resepsiyondaki genç saygılı ve yardımsever . Son olarak kahvaltı çok yavan, kahvaltıyı başka yerde yapmak lazım.

It was average. I saw it was a 9.2 hotels.com rating and I am surprised how come. It cannot be more than 5 based on my experience.

Otel Konumu güzel. 5 kisilik odada yataklar rahat. Giyinme için bi paravan olsa daha güzel olabilirdi. Kahvaltı lezzetliydi. Çalışanlar kibar yardımsever. Hemen yakınında salı günü kurulan yerel pazar var. Yerel pazarın fiyatları cok uygun. Hediyelik mağazalardaki aynı ürünler orada yarı fiyatına. Ayrıca hediyelik eşya aliminda acele etmeyip son gün almakta fayda var. Bazı bölgedeki fiyatlar çok abartılı. Terasta balon manzarası çok güzel. Balon kalkış alanı cok yakin. Yerinde gidip izlemek daha güzel. Akşam yemeği icin Zincir restoranları deneyebilirsiniz. Köfteci Yusuf, Ekrem coşkun, normal ihtiyaçlar icin A101 BİM tercih edilebilir. ATV(quad), at ve balon turları konusunda otel de yardımcı oluyor. Fiyat açısından En uygunu ATV. Cok eğlenceli. Avanos'a da otel çok yakın. Güzel gidilecek yerler var. Kendi çömleğinizi yapabileceğiniz atölyeler var. Tavsiye ederim.

Dışarıdan sürekli gürültü geliyor yukarıda teras 24 saat açık olduğu için insanlar sürekli sandalyelerini hareket ettiriyor uyumanız imkansız aşırı gürültü oluyor ve yatakta naylon alezlerden var terletiyor. Resepsiyondaki arkadaş ilgiliydi onun haricinde başka bişey yok biz memnun kalmadık.

Çarşaf, havlu temizdi yataklar konforluydu fakat perdeler aşırı tozluydu, odaya sinmiş sigara kokusu vardı, kahvaltıda ortalamaydı

Fiyat performans olarak super gezmek için her yere yakın merkezde terasında balonları izlemek harika özellikle güzel kahvaltisiyla beraber umarım tekrar gidebiliriz

Funcionários simpáticos, ótima vista e localização.

Мы были в Каппадокии впервые, отдыхали всей семьёй (2 взрослых + 4 детей), опасались что будет холодно, т.к. ночью на улице минусовая температура, но оказалось что в отеле не то что холодно - жарко ! Все батареи включены и успешно работают. Также порадовала своя парковка перед отелем только для постояльцев, где можно безопасно оставить свой автомобиль. Отель выгодно расположен для прекрасного вида на воздушные шары за завтраком, который, кстати, очень достойный. В отеле очень приветливый персонал, говорят на Английском и Турецком языках. В номере уютно, комфортно и тепло. Никаких звуков с улицы не было благодаря хорошему стеклопакету и продуманной звукоизоляции. Особо порадовал WiFi Internet, который обеспечивал высокую скорость и устойчивую связь. Очень надеемся вернуться в Каппадокию снова весной, обязательно выберем отель Cappadocia View Hotel ! Konumu güzel, merkeze yürüme mesafesinde. Odalar ferah. Ama hergün temizlik yapılmıyor. Biz dört gece kaldık. Söyleyince temizlendi. Kahvaltı için teras güzel balonlar izlenebiliyor ama sabah nemden ıslak olan minderlere oturulamıyor. Biraz bakım olsa iyi olur.

Bu fiyatlara alabileceginiz hizmetin en iyisiydi.

We booked two rooms for my family trip. The room size was enough and cozy. The breakfast was not good enough though, the terrace view was amazing. I recommend this hotel for the trip. It’s really reasonable hotel.

We had an amazing time, especially thanks to the excellent service and tips to visit places and go on lovely tours in Cappadocia. The hotel is very comfortable, well located and with a nice terrace with a beautiful view.

We are pleased with the attention rendered since the first day we arrived to the hotel, very speedy in booking the tours and airport transfer. The breakfast very well prepared and specially the cleanliness, the food fresh and healthy. Also, the location is strategic to watch the baloons and sorrounding areas. It was quite quiet at night.

Beklentiniz çok yüksek olmasın. Fotoğraflarda göründüğünden biraz eski ve kötü. Asla fazla para verilecek bir yer değil.

We stayed at this hotel in December, 2019 and found it to be very comfortable and reasonable for its price. The staff was super friendly and helped us book our day tours. The location was very close to the city center and that saved us a lot in transportation. I would definitely recommend others to stay here.

Otel oldukça iyi ve merkezi bir konumda. Odalar oldukça geniş ve temiz. Ancak odalarda ses yalıtımı çok zayıf. 101 no'lu odada kaldık ve sabaha kadar 5-6 kez resepsiyonda uzun uzun çalan telefon sebebiyle uyandık.

Kahvalti biraz eksikti. Daha ozenli ve cesitli olabilirdi. Onun disinda oda temizligi vs. iyiydi. Tekrar yolum duserse ayni otelde kalirim fakat kendini bozmaz kalitesi daha iyi olursa.

we booked a room included breakfast ,the hotel has good location in goreme, and close to downtown and the in front side of hotel has nice view and the room was comfortable and cozy that was the positive side, the negative side was that they have few options for breakfast and if you want to get omelet you should pay extra monye for it, the arrangements for activities were moderat, some of them like make reservation for horseback riding and quad safari were good and other activity like hot air ballon was bad eventhough we paid in advance for hotel to make reservation for us , at first night they told us there is no available place, the second night they succeed to make reservation but unfortunately it was windy so its canceled to the next 2 day after, then they inform us that they couldn't manage to make reservation and they makes an excuse that many hotels have full reservation for hot air balloon!!!! in my opinion its make no sense because we had first priority and they returned the money back, and there is no room service neither telephone

I didn’t join any tour in Cappadocia so I needed to rely on the only public transport - bus , to travel around. I couldn’t find lots of information from the internet so I asked the lady in the front desk. She was so helpful and nice and patient to help. The other staff like the cleansing/kitchen ladies would love to help too although they were not capable to speak English. The room is beautiful and cozy. The only cons is all food provided in breakfast is cold.

Everything was as it is in the pictures. We should have done more research because there was no AC. Luckily I asked the front desk for a fan and they gave me this big fan from their storage. So we had that on all night long. Washrooms weren't the cleanest but thats no biggie. Seems like it was a family owned property. Everyone was very sweet.

Pleasant stay. Good supportive staff and the receptionist is a Salman Khan fan 🙂

Reception team was wonderful! Very very helpful! Although the walls you could hear everything from the other rooms which wasn’t great! Our room didn’t have an toiletries or bath robes at the start but we asked the guys at the reception and they gave us them after an hour or so. The wifi wasn’t that great was using our own internet. Breakfast wasn’t to great either if you went late you basically got the left overs of what was left no refills. Our room wasn’t cleaned although we had the sign out to clean nobody cleaned it which was really sad. Other than that the view & location of the hotel was really good! Everything was nearby you could walk on feet to the main bit of Goreme.
