Bring ant gel. We were soon inundated by thousand of tiny ants even though we had no food in room. My son had them crawling over him all night and he got an allergic reaction in his eyes and spots on his legs. This is my first bad review I’ve given a place in my over ten years of reviews on booking. When I told the hotel, they didn’t apologize. They just said they’d inform housekeeping. This couldn’t have been a sudden event. There was a sign in the mini kitchen not to use it or get charged extra for housekeeping. Avoid Room 76 on the Second Floor. 276. It was a nightmare room for my son who I had planned a special trip to Capri. The ants weren’t on me as much on the pull-out sofa bed.

el edificio un poco descuidado, el desayuno pobre donde lo que se terminaba no reponían, cuando solicitamos reposición nos pusieron mala car. Pedimos un sándwich en la piscina a las 1450hs y tuvimos que reclamar bastante porque nos dijeron que la cocina cerraba a las 15hs(?)

Tínhamos a kitchenete mas não a podemos utilizar porque se pagava uma taxa extra, não percebemos porquê. Quando abri o móvel da cozinha estava cheio de migalhas o que pôs em causa a limpeza do quarto. A casa de banho não tinha iluminação boa.

La struttura è sopra una strada (anche pericolosa da fare a piedi) all'arrivo tutti sudati nemmeno un bicchiere d'acqua. Visti i prezzi almeno un benvenuto degno invece la camera non era pronta e ci siamo cambiati in bagno. Camera piccola (tripla) e bagno minuscolo. Alcune spine rotte e zona con lavandino con cartello che recita" non usare o pagate extra per pulizia" boh?. Sala colazione molto piccola e breakfast indecente (non puoi lasciare le uova strapazzate senza coperchio perché poi sono fredde. Forse Capri è diventata l'isola per turisti stranieri da spennare.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Il soggiorno al palatium Mari è stato bellissimo, avevamo una camera ampia, un mini appartamento , con un bello spazio esterno comodo. Piscina bellissima, con tanto verde ed il bar, ed anche la posizione ottima, sopra la Spiaggia di Marina grande e quindi anche vicino alla funicolare. La gentilezza del proprietario e dei suoi dipendenti ci ha anche migliorato il soggiorno. Torneremo sicuramente!

El aire acondicionado de una de las zonas del apartamento no funcionaba muy bien, enfriaba pero no como el otro. El mobiliario un poco anticuado, y la terraza era muy bonita y grande pero no estaba dentro del apartamento , teníamos q salir fuera.

Designmäßig ist die Unterkunft nicht das modernste, das geht aber noch, und insgesamt war die Lage diesen Kompromiß Wert.

Veldig lytt, barnegråt i over 30min kl.06.00. Andre slo i dører i etasjen og noen knuste glass en plass i nærheten. Vanskelig å sove når det bråker så mye. I tillegg var det maur rundt om på gulvet, og min kjæreste våknet med maur som krøp inn i øret hans.

Flott utgangspunkt for Scala Fenicia trappen rett rundt hjørnet. Gikk opp til Anacacapri via de 920 trappetrinnene og tok videre stolheisen opp til Monte Solaro på ettermiddagen. Kort gangavstand til Marina Grande og båttur/ferger og kunne gå trappene opp til Capri by, perfekt. Bra frokost med frukt, søtt og salt.

La nostra camera era spaziosa, confortevole e con una vista splendida. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Sandro, una persona davvero eccezionale e un autentico maestro di ospitalità; la sua accoglienza e le sue attenzioni hanno reso la nostra vacanza indimenticabile. Tutto lo staff si è comunque dimostrato di una gentilezza, professionalità e disponibilità d'altri tempi. Nota di merito anche per la splendida area piscina, un'oasi di pace ideale per rilassarsi. La posizione è comoda e strategica per spostarsi facilmente. Colazione ottima e ricca. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio per il nostro soggiorno. Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Pobyt w hotelu był bardzo udany. Dużym atutem jest jego lokalizacja – z portu można bez problemu dojść pieszo w kilka minut. Mimo że przyjechaliśmy przed godziną zameldowania, nasz pokój był już gotowy, za co należą się duże brawa dla personelu. Z pokoju rozciągał się przepiękny widok na morze, a łóżka były wyjątkowo wygodne, dzięki czemu świetnie się wypoczywało. Zachwycił nas również basen – otoczony bujną zielenią i pięknie kwitnącymi roślinami, tworzy prawdziwie śródziemnomorski klimat i jest idealnym miejscem na relaks. Niewielki bar przy basenie i recepcji, w którym można napić się kawy, zimnych napojów lub zjeść lekkie przekąski, nie opuszczając hotelu. To bardzo wygodne rozwiązanie, zwłaszcza po całym dniu zwiedzania Capri. Hotel zdecydowanie zasługuje na wysoką ocenę. Świetna lokalizacja, piękne widoki, komfortowe pokoje, miła obsługa i przyjemna atmosfera sprawiają, że z przyjemnością zatrzymalibyśmy się tutaj ponownie.
Jedyną rzeczą, która trochę mnie zaskoczyła, był czajnik z informacją o dodatkowej opłacie za sprzątanie w przypadku jego użycia. To drobiazg, ale nieco psuje bardzo pozytywne pierwsze wrażenie z pobytu.

I was disappointed by the way my inquiry about a lost necklace was handled. I was fairly certain that I had left it at the hotel, as it was the last place I stayed before noticing it was missing. When I called to ask whether it had been found, I was told immediately that it was not there, without anyone checking first or asking the housekeeping staff. I would have appreciated a more thorough effort to help with my request.

Dans un hotel (dit 3 étoiles) à 250 Euros la nuit, on est en droit d'attendre à disposer d'un vrai lit et non d'un lit d'appoint relevable (même en 180 de large), on est en droit d'avoir une pomme de douche qui fonctionne et dont les trous d'évacuation des eaux ne soient pas bouchés, on est en droit d'être surpris le second jour au moment d'essayer de prendre la douche de voir que les serviettes de toilettes et de bain de la veille ainsi que le tapis de bain ont été enlevées et non remises.... Je ne parle pas de la baignoire d'un autre age. C'est révélateur d'une mauvaise gestion d'établissement.

La camera pessima con un lavello appena entravi a destra e arredo rimasto a 40 anni fa. Bagnetto non male ma vetusto. Non vale il prezzo pagato.

Reviewed May 27, 2026We had an absolutely GORGEOUS room with a view. Walking distance to the main port with restaurants and shops. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. If a room is available, definitely book it.

Ubytovanie bolo zastaralé úplne hrdzavé čelo postele, nefungujúce zástrčky v izbe pri posteli jedna čo išla bola TV. Recepcia krásna nová ale ostatné nič. Ja som ešte nezažila takú nepríjemnú alergickú reakciu a záchvat astmy izba bola plná prachu a roztočov. Na parapetnej doske boli nejaké vlasy. Ubytovanie sa prezentovalo výhľadom na more ani to nebolo. Raňajky boli ok.

My room was next to staff technical room and room has poor sound isolation, so I heard all the personnel talks. :(

A szálloda egy kanyarban található, így éjjel a járművek ott fékezték és adtak gázt az ablakunk alatt, az ágy kényelmetlen volt és a bútorokra is ráférne a csere.

Reviewed May 21, 2026Hotel reception was very welcoming. Our rooms were ready upon arrival and we were able to check in early. The hotel was clean and well kept and affordable. It was quite an uphill climb to the hotel, but to be expected as you arrive at the port and have to make your way to the town. We were planning a boat trip to the Blue Ghetto. Unfortunately due to high winds, all boat tours were cancelled for the next 3 days. Instead we hired a cab that took us to many sites of interest.
