Friendly owners, nice rooms, great breakfast

The Innkeepers were friendly and welcoming. The property, including our room and separate bathroom were very clean, comfortable, and homey. The historic building is lovely. The supper we booked, and the included breakfast were both exceptional.

Accommodation was clean, neat and comfortable. Our bathroom was spacious with a good size shower and a bath. Our hosts were so friendly and welcoming. We opted to dine in, which was prebooked option, and the food was really delicious. Breakfast was included and again was an excellent meal.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr, sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr schön und hochwertig ausgestattet. Außerdem war alles sauber und das Frühstück war wirklich top. Kleiner, schöner Wintergarten mit Blick aufs Meer. Zentrale Lage, also absolut zu empfehlen!

Très bon accueil par les propriétaires des lieux. Chambre confortable et bien équipée. Nous avons manqué l'information sur le repas du soir proposé par l'établissement, c'est bien dommage car cuisine maison de qualité (l'info d'autres clients de l'établissement pendant notre séjour) - n'hésitez pas à en profiter car il n'y a pas grande chose pour vous restaurer correctement en ville. Excellent petit déjeuner.

Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Jackie und Mike waren sehr nett und lustig. Das Zimmer hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt und es war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Unser Highlight war der Wintergarten mit Blick aufs Meer. Das Essen + Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichhaltig.

Lovely hosts who made us feel very welcome. They had thought of everything for the room, even dvds to watch and a mini fridge. Very comfortable bed and lovely views over the sea. Excellent breakfast and really well presented. When in this area against n would definitely return.

Sehr freundlicheund zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Das orginal schottische Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es wurde ein 1, 2 oder 3 Gänge-Menü (Dinner) angeboten, welches aus frischen Zutaten vom Gastgeber selbst zubereitet wird. Eine große Auswahl läßt auch beim Dinner keine Wünsche, zu einem günstigen Preis, offen. Die kleinen Zimmer sind geschmackvoll und sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Wir hatten einen direkten Blick auf das Meer.

Nichts war negativ, da das B&B einfach perfekt ist.

Great location. Accommodation was lovely and the hosts, Jackie & Mike, went above and beyond to make sure that we had a nice stay. Breakfast was included and it was amazing. Dinner was offered at an additional extra and we can fully recommend the lovely home cooked meals.

We loved everything.

The breakfast was delicious, especially the local salmon. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, and our room was comfortable with a spacious bathroom. The town center and the Atlantic coast are both nearby, making it a great location. What I especially appreciated was that the owner recommended a place to stop on our way the next morning to see seals. There were so many of them - it was such a memorable experience! Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality!

Nous recommandons le dîner maison qu’ils proposent qui est succulent et très abordable au niveau du prix. J’ai beaucoup apprécié les moments paisibles de lecture sur la véranda qui surplombe la mer.

Großartige Ausstattung des Zimmers und des Badezimmers. Köstliches Essen am Abend und sehr leckeres Frühstück am Morgen . Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Very friendly and open owners. Easy parking for their premises while there was a splendid bay window where the harbour entrance could be viewed while dolphins are known to populate the visible bay.

何時につくか？19時までには必ず、道路工事してるから1時間余分に見て！と、何回もメールが来た。 こちらもなれないので予定が立たない。 あとで思うに、出来立てのパイを到着時に、タイムリーに食べられるように、との配慮だったか？

Brilliant place to stay if in Buckie. I was starting The Speyside Way hike the next day. Lovely place to stay before the hike. Perfect location. Lovely clean facilities and great breakfast. Host was lovely and friendly. One of the best places I stayed all week.

The sun room was lovely watching the sunset. Staff very friendly and helpful. Evening meal was excellent, best thing we did booking this prior to our visit as there are not many places to eat for an evening meal (just fast food).

Enorm gastvrij onthaald. Een perfect verblijf genoten, zalig gegeten, zowel uitgebreid ontbijt als diner in een zeer verzorgde ruimte b.g. De bovenserre geeft een prachtig uitzicht op de Noordzee en we hadden het geluk dolfijnen te kunnen zien. De kamer is niet groot maar is wel van alles voorzien en bood een heerlijke nachtrust.

Dat we hier maar een nacht verbleven.

We had a lovely stay. The room was clean and comfy and the quality of breakfast was far beyond our expectations. There was a lovely sunny conservatory for guest use with glasses, plates and cutlery, which was a really thoughtful touch.

Stayed for one night as I had a meeting in the area the following day. After a week of Travelodge and Premier Inn stays, it was really nice to stay somewhere with a personal touch (and a breakfast included!), from bringing fresh milk so I could have a cuppa when I checked in, to serving me breakfast earlier than advertised as I had to dash off, the owners were really accommodating, and it was the first time all week I actually felt relaxed of an evening. Lovely building, with fantastic sea views from the sun lounge, and really handy for local shops and facilities.

We stayed here whilst walking the Moray Coastal Trail and it was such a lovely welcoming place to land after a long day walking. Hosts Jackie and Mike were lovely, the rooms were comfortable and immaculate, and there was a little lounge with a sea view where Jackie and Mike were happy for us to eat a takeaway. We had sadly missed the cut off point for ordering dinner which can be had in the B&B and I'd recommend this option to guests as eating out opportunities are a little limited in the town. Breakfast was a two course affair and absolutely delicious. Wholeheartedly recommended in every sense. Thanks Jackie and Mike!

The B&B is in the heart of.town with easy parking. Spotless and comfortable and run by Mike & Jackie who are great hosts, our room was very comfortable with a great shower. Breakfast was outstanding.

Kintrae B&B is such a fantastic place. Jackie and Mike are so lovely and they really do everything they can to make your stay heavenly. We stayed there with a group of seven, so we had the B&B all to ourselves. Not even Storm Dave could spoil that. The dinner and breakfast were absolutely brilliant! The ideal place to stay in Buckie or, for us, the ideal start to the Speyside Way. Thank you so much for spoiling us so much!

The hosts are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They coordinated with my mom to have treats upon my arrival for my birthday! The room was very comfortable with everything I needed. The food is absolutely amazing - eat dinner here!!

The accusations were exceptional as was the delicious breakfast. We loved the sun room looking out to the ocean. Jackie and Mike took care of every detail.The town was great to walk around.

We made a last minute booking & found the B&B cosy and comfortable and the hosts welcoming. The sun room where you can look out over the Moray Firth is lovely and we were lucky enough to see dolphins. Breakfast was spot on with a great range of options. The hosts offer dinner if you book the day before, unfortunately we were too late to arrange this but based on the quality of the breakfast I would choose to dine there if I stayed again.

Such a nice warm welcome by Jackie, with all the information needed for the stay. I absolutely loved the beautiful room - it felt like home. So lovely, warm, cozy, exceptionally clean, actual sea view, superb shower and very comfortable bed. What else one needs? Well, how about a fully stocked welcome tray with all the teas, coffees, biscuits, a clean (!) kettle, and a wee fridge with fresh milk, and so many small details that just made this place one of the best I stayed at this year. Oh, and a superb breakfast! Thank you, Jackie and Mike!

Very lovely owners. Breakfast was really tasty. Quiet and cosy. Great location close to the shops and coffee next door.

Due to my spine problems (nerve damage) I prefer firm mattresses. These, in the rooms, were quite soft therefore I did not have a really good night. Otherwise everything was amazing and very accommodating! Next time I will contract property prior booking to reach some advice.
