Hotel In

We liked the hot and strong shower, the overall clean toilet. We only stayed 1 night and had to leave not long later next morning, but we noted a laundry self-service option available which would have been wonderful, had we stayed longer. Breakfast was well presented and wonderful. The staff were friendly and very pleasant to interact with too. We loved the size of the superior double bed! We also were very grateful for the pillow options provided - (soft + hard).

I wish the room was just a little bigger.

The place is clean and the staff are friendly

The staff are all very attentive to guest needs. Ladies at the breakfast restaurant are wonderful. Thank you for the big welcome & smiles every morning! The room is very clean inside out with no dust. Even though it's not a brand new hotel, it is considered very well maintained. The lobby area is really nice and front desk staff are great too. Thank you for a great stay!

Next time I will come back again.

Great value

Excellent reception on arrival

Staff was very nice. Breakfast also nice including people there. Carpet in room just need to be cleaned very soon. Not very big choice of channels in tv for English speaking people. Lack of some major sporting events like F1 race on tv.

Third time staying here. Staff wonderful, property well maintained. Many eateries located nearby, including a McDonalds and KFC (if you don't want to eat Taiwanese). Hotel has laundry, a western style washer and a dryer - this means the clothes get dry quickly, not the typical Asian or European long cycle times. Breakfast is good, buffet with vegetarian dishes, various meat dishes and a small amount of western options. It's good for the price point.

Another excellent stay. Over the years, have stayed 3 times (family) no complaints. A bit distant from the nearest metro stop, short taxi trip is inexpensive. A very good base if flying out early the next day, or as a stop over for a night or two. Has a 24 hr laundry with North America style washer and dryer (i.e. the dryer dries fast). Right beside a McDonalds, nearby is a KFC and various local eateries. Hotel breakfast is good, a variety of items. Staff always of service, helpful.

The bathroom was very tiny. To walk around the bed was not easy. The room was very small. The photo did not justify the room at all. I was very disappointed. The distance from Tao Yuan was far. The door for the room was unusually heavy. I couldn't open it because I didn't push it hard to enter until I get the front desk to open it for me.

My family was here for 5 nights. The buffet breakfast was the best part of our stay. There are so many high quality Chinese foods to choose from. Our room was clean and pretty quiet. The facilities were nice and never crowded when we were there in November. I would highly recommend this place.

Clean efficient and friendly. Great breakfast

Clean, comfortable room. Helpful staff. An excellent breakfast. My second time at this hotel and just as pleasant as I remember.

The annoying lip when entering the bathroom that's easy to trip on if you don't pay attention, but that's more of how older buildings in Taiwan are set up and not really the fault of the hotel.

Hotel charges you NT$200 for an extra blanket . Not impressed.

Like the confy bed

The size of room too small
