Nice and quiet place to stay.

Was very disappointed that housekeeping didn’t come to give me clean towels after hanging a sign on the door to tidy your room and did not receive coffee. The next day I had to go and ask for it. There was no ice bucket in the room and no screen on the window to keep the flies out on the window was open.

My non smoking room smelled like an ashtray. Revolting

It was a quick overnight sleep for us and a first time stay wouldn’t be the last if I had to book this hotel again I was impressed by the cleanness and overall price point.

Booked a room for convenient location and it smelled like smoke and was noisy most night over my room. Hard time to sleep but was close to where could go to Husky for breakfast. Bed was comfy and would make sure to book non smoking room if possible. Smoke detector was disconnected in room?

For the money paid it’s a decent enough place to stay. Kind of in the industrial area but only 15 to 19 minutes from West Edmonton mall which is nice. Excellent shower pressure lol

Huge room, comfortable beds and pillows. Our room was quiet and black out curtains was good. We loved the coffee and coffee pot in our room. We washed our clothes using their washing machine and dryer.

Simple but everything was clean, check in and out was easy and price was great. A little far from the city but thats okay for the price you pay

I really enjoyed the front desk woman who was a real person not some snooty wanna be. She read the way I like interacting she acted accordingly, with jokes and a winning attitude that made be feel at home

I love this place blast from the past . They go above and beyond to ensure a safe stay Smoking rooms available…. that to me is Luxurious nice clean beds decent decor 🔥🔥🔥

We checked if the hotel was pet friendly. Hotels.com said it was. But there was no box to tick to indicate one was actually traveling with a pet. Upon arrival, we were asked for a pet deposit, no problem, just was not disclosed on Hotels.com. Then we were informed that only smoking rooms were available and that the only pet friendly rooms were smoking rooms. Again - not disclosed on Hotels.com. We ordered pizza from the diner next door “Dukes” - charged us $54CAD for two pizzas that came out of a supermarket frozen pizza box which they then heated in an oven. Did not enjoy our stay.

Room is clean, bed is very comfy. Good price. Just a little bit out of everything. But if you dont mind the 10 to 15 minutes drive back and forth. It's worthy.

Well, you get what you pay for. There’s nothing in this area - not even a Tim Hortons or anything similar. All you can do at this hotel is sleep for the night; you’ll need to go into the city for pretty much everything else.

We really liked the service and the cleanliness!

Stay a couple nights. It was okay but there’s smoking rooms and non smoking rooms make sure when you make reservation. Room was clean but still smelt like someone smoked in it, even though it was non smoking.

Great just needs a few upgrades and some better outdoor seating few plants by the front entrance in the spring and summer can’t hurt either :)

Great place for a stay. The following are just nitpicking. Staff at night and in morning using their phones. Do they not have work to do anymore? Bar closes at 10pm when hockey games are still on.

Decent for the area

Like the place but when I got in late, I went to have a shower it wouldn’t work. Just the bath faucet worked. Next morning I told the front desk upon check out. No discount or anything just. “ we’ll look at it”. Not the best way to deal with an issue that compromised someone’s stay. Might go back again and see if it’s a better experience… might not.

Hes was very good

Room 205 should not be booked out as there is a compressor below it that runs all night long and shakes the bed. I also found my first pillow pre-stained from the prior visitor.

It was good we had no issues would stay there again.

Conveinent

It was very easy to find and to check in and out. Very convenient to get to Edmonton and surrounding municipalities.

We like staying there. It is close to the city, but not in it. It is getting old and needs some upgrading, but it still feels "comfy". 🙂

a smoking room is all that was available when i stayed so based on that i give the place a poor rating. its only good cuz it was under 100

Was an ok experience. Not a family destination but great little pit stop. Blast from the past. Can smoke in your room.

the front desk lady was really nice, but the bed is terrible. I barely slept. Also theres a faint cigarette smell, and some weird white stains on the headboard.

Was comfortable for a late night check in. Beds were nice and clean, room was just the right temperature

They don't do regular housekeeping so I had to put a box of garbage in the hallway and also requested new towels, so left those in the hallway as well.... Reasonably priced, great amenities with a lounge, pizza available and it was good! Good! Dukes... Husky House restaurant right beside and easy to get around Edmonton from the hotel location. Would stay again. Nice to have a fridge and microwave.... Telus optic TV was good....

The entire building smells like cigarettes. Had to leave the window open 24/7 to be bale to breathe in the place. Last minute booking when things were full in the area. Do not recommend.

The staff was amazing. Friendly, outgoing, good at their job and just plain wonderful people.

The room im staying have many problems. Room light broken and not working, the table light also not working, no one fix it. The room is dark, washroom are old facility and broken, carpet are dirty. Staff are nice. But i just have a really bad experience in this place. Will not recommend

The property was clean and pet friendly, would have brought our own, but due to balance of the trip it wasn't practical. Had a question on my booking with the front desk and they were extremely helpful. Was also able to enjoy the attached restaurant with meals that were a very reasonable price.

This is very much a truckers inn. the restaurant had very good food and any of the stuff you came in contact with were excellent. It’s a bit of a tired hotel, little bit older. the room I had although it was very clean it had that smoking smell from years gone by, I would stay there again they treated myself and my puppy very well !
