Was close to a seven eleven and restaurants.

Pillow was like sleeping on a brick, hard and big. Bed was uncomfortable and old and moved around a lot as slept. Slept very poor. Did not provide tea, only coffee.

The male staff can speak Malay & very helpful Breakfast are customized & you will had your breakfast at hotel near this hotel & it's halal. Their bihun goreng was delicious complete with chicken & vege. Our family room is big enough for 5 of us Hotel near with 7e & money changer Easy to get tuktuk

This is old hotel. Based on price u can't complaint much. Not sure if toothbrush need to request bit our room don't have it during my stay. Hope they can provide extra pillow The room & shower are so basic

Only the location

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I booked two rooms: one Family Room and one Standard Room. During check-in, the reception assigned us two Family Rooms on the same floor, which matched my request when I booked to have all rooms on the same floor. I even reconfirmed this at the counter during check-in. However, after I had unpacked all my belongings, changed my baby’s clothes and diapers, the reception suddenly called the other room to inform us that there was a mistake and that I needed to move to a Standard Room instead. I was extremely frustrated because I had to repack everything again and move rooms by myself, without any assistance from the staff. Not even one person offered to help. Not even a trolley. Nothing. When I went to the lobby, the staff only said “sorry” and that was it. No apology from management, no compensation, no responsibility taken. I asked to speak to a manager, but they said management was not on duty. And that was only the first problem. The new room was even worse: - The sliding door couldn’t close properly. This is a serious safety issue and very worrying especially with a baby. - The aircond control was placed in a strange, hard-to-see location. I had to search for it. - The mattress was old and uncomfortable — I could literally feel the springs. - No toothbrush or toothpaste provided. Please bring your own if you plan to stay here. Overall, this hotel seriously needs: - Better staff training - Proper guest handling - Room maintenance and safety improvements - Basic amenities - And better communication I do not recommend staying here. This was stressful, uncomfortable, and definitely not worth the money.

The location is strategic and easy to access.

I booked NEO HOTEL, but upon arrival, the staff informed me that the rooms were fully occupied. They then arranged a replacement room for me at Hotel Merlin, approximately 150 meters away. The condition of the room at Hotel Merlin was terrible and looked very old. When I arrived, the staff at Hotel Merlin shook their heads and assigned me a room that felt “off”, and they laughed among themselves. Upon entering the room, I noticed the bed was worn out and had metal protrusions. The sink and toilet were also clogged. I kindly request that appropriate action be taken to the clogged issue. However, staff just came but not settled issue.

The room floor is wet..not sure from where..call the room service but just see only..air conditioning is not cool enough

We booked a family room for 8 pax. The room was clean, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. The staff were helpful with our luggage. The room is on one floor only, but there’s no lift. There’s an iron provided, and a 7-Eleven is just next door. It’s also near Asean Market and Central Mall.

The location is perfect Near to everything for tourist

We made a booking for 4 people and wanted to upgrade to 6 but for 3 weeks I emailed, I called I even message on the booking apps no answer from booking.com or even the hotel. The hotel provide only 1 key card for the 6 of us and we request 1 extra but they said hotel policy provide only 1 The room we found croches in the room and when we left for a whole day of sigh seeing the room was not even clean.

The location. Centre of the town... very near to Lee garden walking street... so many food options

The cleanliness can be much better. The breakfast menu was the same on both days and it could have been much better. Not so tasty. Below average.

Layanan staff sangat baik, Boleh berbahasa melayu. Suami saya OKU on kerusi roda, access pingtu depan telah di block oleh kenderaan yang paking depan hotel. Staff hotel sangat baik, mereka bantu angkat suami saya hingga ke lobby. Terima kasih semua staff. 7e tepi hotel sahaja. overall best hotel ni selesa dan jimat.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for family with 4 children.

There was no lift for level 1.

The room was very spacious n big, very clean. The staff is very friendly. The room has been accommodated according to our requirements. The location in the town area is very convenient in walking distance to many places. I really had a pleasant stay. The breakfast was nice. The price is reasonable.

The receptionist was friendly, and when I mentioned our room issues, she was very helpful. I also found that the receptionist had no issues with refunding the report based on other comments I read it

The hotel is old, but it's nice and has an aesthetic appeal.But for the shower, the water is not too strong, plus the shower is positioned above the bathtub.

1. Water leak from bathroom to room, 2. No standard bathroom sets provided except shower cream and shampoo. 3. As no buffet Breakfast ordered thru limited choice with one menu and one drink, delivered after 1 hour 40 min + after order as no buffet -1st day, 4. Buffet breakfast with very limited choice and very little portions-2nd day 5. Worse tv channels and it’s on analog and not digital. Not able to view any channels properly. Must improve. 6. Room Wifi speed slow.

Hotel lama-

Nice room. Place going through upgrades. New toilet. Some new tiling but not the whole bathroom. New wall paint throughout. Immediate response on room complaints like no hot water in bathroom, stained mattress, etc. The location is excellent. 10-20 min walk to Lee Garden Plaza and Central Plaza. Chok Dee Dim Sum and 7-11 right across the hotel. Road side parking available. Quiet area. Free shuttle service to Diana Plaza nearby.

More attention to cleanliness by housecleaning team. Bigger adjustable shower head. An anti slip rubber mat for the bathtub should be provided for safety. Improve on internet connection in rooms - not stable.

The room very spacious.. walking distance to 7E. Grab & tuktuk easy to get. Overall nice to stay and will repeat.

Its at the centre area of attractions like Lee Garden.

The pillows provided too soft and too hard. If want extra pillow need to pay. Same to hair dryer. There is a smell from the bathroom drainage

near convenience shop and breakfast shop. Near night market.

Queen matteress is too bad. Can hear the spring sound and shaking. Room air con is noisy.

Reception staff attitude ok

Hotel furniture old,and One day I was in my room and the cleaner knocked on the door. I was late in opening the door, so the cleaner opened the door without permission and entered the room to retrieve some items. I was very dissatisfied with this behavior.
