ibis budget Marne la Vallee Pontault Combault

Accueil super.

Room sizes are okay for France. My room barely had space to go around but my kid's room was more spacious and so was their bathroom compared to mine. The elevator going to the section of my rooms was under renovation but it was so frightful that my 15 year old daughter was scared to ride it. Not to exaggerate but it looked similar to how mommys were wrapped in Egyptian times. The shower grout showed areas of mold. Needs some super cleaning or renovation.

The room was decent for the agreed

Proper doorreis hotel met afgesloten gratis parking. Nette en ruime kamer. Lekker en zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. En dat alles voor een scherpe prijs.

Handig gelegen hotel als je naar Disneyland

Good service, as a budget hotel, it is OK

It was good value for money it was very clean The breakfast was excellent the chef that made the food worked very hard the bunk bed was made it was clean no stains or anything the staff was very helpful amazing

Basic but good for one night.

Accueil sympathique et attentionné. 24/24 - Chambre propre.

Good value for money

Fine budget hotel. We stayed 6 days and traveled with the car. It’s 20 mins away from Disney. We didn’t use public transportation , but there’s a bus stop 2 mins away by foot near the hotel. Quick( fastfood) is near the hotel. Nearest shopping mall is 10 mins away with the car. The hotel is located in a somewhat industrial environment, so there isn’t anything to do nearby. Check in/out went smooth. Some people at the desk were friendly, some were not so. Would book again for a 1 or 2 stays to visit Disney.

On y retournera

Séjour confortable pour visiter 2 jours Disneyland.

Muy buena atencion, calidad y precio excellente

Parfais

Sejour agreable avec arrivee et depart tardive. Excellent.

séjour très agréable.

.

Hôtel a éviter !!

Correct. Ce n"est qu'un Ibis Budget.

Chambre familiale très propre 👍

Great stay, we used the hotel as a stop over before and after our stay at Disneyland Paris. Lovely attentive staff. Nice hotel. Wish there was more plug sockets though- our room only had 1 but that was my only gripe.

Prima kamer, goed bed, fijne douche, geluidsdichte kamer

Alles was naar behoren. Tip: iets meer handdoeken voorzien.

Great and cheap hotel, bit of a shame we couldn’t park the car at the hotel because it was reserved for something else. Don’t like to park my car at the road.

The hotel is very run down and not clean. There was a lot of flies/bugs around the breakfast buffet which is why we stopped eating there.

Dommage!

3 nuits pour allee à Disney, bien situé, parking etc...

Missing toiletries (shower gel and toilet paper), very old towels, and a toilet door not closing. The entire hotel seems to be becoming very deteriorated.

The hotel is OK, but transportation to and from Paris centre is difficult. The train stops to run quite erarly and it is a long walk. But if you are just going to Disneyland the location is fine. Parking was quite full and area around not a place to leave your car.

Hotel very basic not like normal ibis I have stayed in. Very hot, air con rubbish, rubber sheets, Staff very friendly and helpful .

Ontbijt was prima in orde. Bedden sliepen lekker.

Estancia cómoda y agradable, personal amable y dispuesto a ayudar siempre.

Bonne situation , assez calme, propre, parking sécurisé, wifi.

Heating was not working! In addition to the heating problem, we had a bad experience with the hotel receptionist also. After we checked-in and paid at the reception, we went up to our room on the 4th floor. We turned on the thermostat. Cold air starts to blow immediately. We waited for more than 15 minutes, but nothing changed. I went to the reception to check. The receptionist first said he didn't understand the problem. Later, he understood it and simply acknowledged that there is a problem with the heating system and since it was a weekend, there was no one to fix it. When asked why he did not mention that before I paid, he had no answer for it. I asked him what can be done now because it was clearly not more than 10-12 degrees in the room and I couldn't sleep. His "solution" was to find another hotel!!! In addition to that, he was being rude and sarcastic. The next morning, I talked to the manager - he apologized for the inconvenience and offered us free breakfast.

It was a stop off for Disney. Very convenient location but: -arriving after the parks closed the car park was full -at breakfast there was insufficient plates, bowls etc for all guests which meant I could not eat what I wanted -the bathroom had mould -the shower head bracket was absent, so you had to hold it.

The room was falling apart. AC broken and full of mould. Shower flood bathroom floor. Stains on the sheets. Crazy loud till about 4/5am. Staff made a mistake and charged us for 2 days breakfast when should have been 1 and the staff memeber refused to help and so rude in the process. Happy to take your money but ignored and spoken to terribly for their mistake. Still owed the money and still being ignored. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy

Its a nice budget hotel. Very nice if you just want to spend a night sleeping

There were a couple of bits in the room showing wear but for the one night it was fit for purpose. Staff were very helpful.

Friendly, cleans everyday, quiet, and has a friendly cat in the lobby. It’s great just for a place to bunk. I stayed with my significant other and we were out most of the day. We didn’t require anything fancy so this place was a great place to stay.

Excellent 2 night stay. 15 min easy walk to RER then 35min direct train to central Paris. Breakfast is great and several places to eat dinner close to hotel.

Cat in the reception, in the lobby on the counter, I think it isn’t normal , I am allergic, and I said I can’t be around cats and they didn’t care . Sheets were very dirty. And when we asked to order for us a taxi , they just told us : here the telephone number, you need to call . We asked if they can call because we don’t have fresh phone and don’t speake French . They said no. I never seen such a service in my life.

Reasonable price for the service. The hotel is near Disney land and there’re some good restaurants just beside the hotel. My stay was good but I recommend bringing a towel :) all the staff are so polite and friendly and would try their best to help you even if they don’t speak English well. However there is one person in the reception who was so rude with me and entered my room the day of the check out without a permission I think his name was Jack or Jake. You can park your car safely in the parking. Overall I recommend staying there.

We as a family choose this hotel mainly for price, and knew we had booked a budget hotel but it really was only a place to rest our heads at night. We used Uber to get in to Euro Disney and for accessing the train at Val de Europe into Paris. Ideal for anyone who is travelling by car as there is free parking adjacent to the hotel and great road links. Hotel room was spotless, buffet breakfast each morning was lovely and plenty of choice €6 adult and €3 child. Our room had a good size double bed and a bunk bed over the top, tv, chair and desk, bathroom with bath and shower. Towels were provided but we brought our room. Plenty of plugs in the room and you can hire a hair drier for a deposit of €20, retuned when returned hair drier. Check out is 12 noon but you can have late check out til 2pm for €5. Lovely sitting area with tables and chairs, books to read and toys for children. Bar is open 24hours, for hot drinks, beverages and alcohol beverages there is also a vending machine with befit drinks and sweets. I brought my own travel kettle, tea and coffee as there is no facilities in the room. Room was a good temperature and we didn’t need to adjust the air conditioner at all during our stay. Blackout blind on the window is great especially if you wanted to go back to bed after breakfast. All in all a good stay for a family of 3 (2 adults and a teen)

Not far from Disney and close to main routes. Odd location when you first arrive, feels a little uncomfortable going through gated car park but once inside fine. Staff were friendly. Nice and cheap food and beverages. Definitely a budget hotel though.

I liked the free parking, nice and quick breakfast, located just 18 minutes from Disneyland, very good price for a hotel where we just needed to sleep as the rest of the day we would be in Disneyland. Maybe a small refrigerator in the room would have been useful.

The room was clean and staff was nice. The location is near by a highway, easy access.

Friendly staff and good parking. Rooms feel a bit dated but are clean.

The bath screen and towels are small. Staff are friendly and parking is very good as it’s secured with a gate in their own car park.

The property was clean and situated next to two restaurants and within close proximity to the train system. It is a far ways away from the airport and city so expect to utilize transit. Not a bad price for the facility but it’s not worth it if you’re planning on visiting Paris attractions as a closer hotel would save you both time and money.

Boy - they weren’t lying when they said this place was budget. So I guess I can’t say I wasn’t warned. But it was worse than my old university dorm room, and that is saying something. They didn’t even make up the second bed for my daughter - not even the fitted sheet - just put a “bed in a bag” on the “mattress” for her to do herself. Uncomfortable cheap foam mattresses, flimsy towels grey from multiple washings, a single thin pillow for each bed ... yeesh.

This was a very good hotel. Nice and quiet, liked the fact that it was close to Paris but didn't have to deal with the hustle and bustle of the city. Would stay here again! Breakfast was excellent, loved the croissants😊

Property lovely, staff friendly & helpful, rooms are basic but that's what you pay for! Would definitely stay again in the future for other visits to Disney, which is a 20 min drive & very simple

Good distance from Disney Paris park. The room was just right. Loved the beak fast the most 😀

Children playing areas is excellent. The breakfast was great. The hotel was every cleaned.

Very good stay, quiet, very clean hotel smells great all through from the reception to the room, the staff is very helpful and was there 24h reception assistance with excellent customer service, around the area is excellent, nice restaurant and good price overall much better than some expensive hotels around Central Paris. This is a basic hotel so don’t expect luxury but your stay will be enjoyable, quiet and clean.

Making kettles available in the rooms would have improved the stay, other than that the hotel and room was basic and clean. Beds reasonably comfortable.

This property meet our needs for a one night stop over. Check in was easy, room was clean and breakfast was a lovely typical continental style.

Room was perfect for 4 two adults two kids 9&11 .used for trip to euro disney and paris. Uber to disney about 30 euro each way but train to paris 10 min walk from hotel parking available at hotel so car hire might be a better idea.

Horrible When we arrive no Towells in room No Ketlle in room No blanket Toilet was dirty and flood all the time we take a shower Water come on floor and we have to put all clean Towells on floor to walk

Friendly staff and good value for money. Just 15 minutes from Disneyland

nice hotel: comfortable and cheap. 24h check-in available, great!

Nice, friendly, very good for family. Good access to shopping,Disney land, restaurant's and much more.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and happy.. My only complaint is that the toaster was slow but it did not really matter as I was not in a hurry..

Nice hotel. Very convenient for Paris. Rooms basic but clean and do the job. Not sure that air con actually works but can't complain much at the price.

Nice Small Compact room. great for 2 adults and one older child.. great restaurants nearby.. italian and Grill, would go back again in a heartbeat

Cheap hotel about 20 minutes drive from Disneyland Paris. Comfortable family room with everything we needed. We ate dinner at the restaurant next door (Poivre Rouge) where we got 10%discount due to staying at the hotel. The meal was lovely. Room was basic and clean. There was a bit of damp on the ceiling but nothing horrendous. I think it was good value for money and the staff were friendly. The free car park seemed secure and was open all hours.

We used the hotel as an overnighter to extend our Disneyland Paris trip. The reception staff were very friendly and very helpful. The room was basic but clean and all you would need for somewhere to rest your head after a day at Disney. The buffet contintental breakfast was amazing value - €6 for an adult and €3 for a child - very fresh and lots of choice. Quite a few restaurants in the vicinity too - 3 over the road including a Quick burger restaurant and a couple within a short driving distance. Would definitely stay there again

Nice hotel and close to Disneyland, has plenty of Parking. Family room was very basic, did not have A/C luckily it wasn't hot night during our stay. It did not even have Kettle! I guess the name says Budget. For family of 4, there was a double bed and a single bed and a bunk bed! which is only allowed for kids above 6 yrs. Although my daughter was very excited about sleeping on bunk bed.

great hotel near disney are going back twice this year ! anyone know If they have a safe In rooms as I cant remember ?

Family room. Fresh looking and cleanish, but quite dark. Small. One bunk bed above the queen sized bed. Another single adjacent. The larger bed had broken bed slats! Breakfast extra. Buffet - good for croissants and coffee/ tea. Very reasonably priced. Would recommend for convenience and price.

Helpful and friendly staff. Secure gated parking. Three restaurants next door also a burger van at the front of the hotel. A descent bar with great cheap rosé wine. Overall a pleasant stay with kids.

Òverall great but beds could be more comfortable and with more pillows.

Hotel was hard to find on arrival and not many people spoke English. We arrived on train. On arrival to the hotel it was perfect. Nice clean room, staff were very helpful. 40 mins by train to Paris. The train station Was 10 min walk. We stayed for 5 nights would definitely stay here again if we came to Paris. Very good value for money.

We were travelling south to Provence and this as an overnight stop was great. Far enough out of Paris to avoid early morning traffic. Breakfast was excellent and room comfortable as expected. It was complicated to find due to extensive road works in the area. There were two restaurants nearby which were adequate.

A warm welcome and quick check in were well recieved after our journey from Normandy. Basic, clean and comfortable room. Free wifi. Easy short drive to Disney. Great value continental breakfast with lots of choice. Discount for the restaurants next to hotel. Requested a late check out at no extra charge. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Secure private parking. Could not fault this hotel for the price it charges. Very happy.

Ideal for a cheap hotel. We stayed here the first night before Disney so we could enjoy full days in the Disney parks. Its cheap, clean, easy to get to and is 10 minutes from Disney. Would stay here again.

Was as good as last year, shame no English TV channels though lol. Stayed last night of holiday here to extend our Davey crocket ranch holiday in Disneyland.
