The One Premium Hotel

The staffs were friendly, polite and available whenever I needed help. The air conditioner in my room wasn’t working properly, so I contacted them about it. They responded quickly and came to take a look. They did their best to fix it, which I appreciated. Even though there was a small issue with the room, the staff handled it well and made the situation much easier.

Breakfast was good, quite a selection, very close to the markets and cafes,restaurants, tourist info,

water in the shower was cold so the temperature was not very hot.

員工服務態度很好，房間清潔乾淨，床很舒適。

酒店的對面是夜店，晚上很吵、隔音設備不好。房價費用要刷信用卡，要加收4%手續費，不合理有變相漲價的問題。房間的燈光昏暗不夠明亮。

Ottima posizione, è già la terza volta che soggiorno in questo hotel.

E' stato tutto ok. il WIFI non era a pagamento. Non c'è stato niente che non mi è piaciuto.

The location is just a few steps from Ben Tanh Market however it is directly in front of a club which makes it impossible for rest. It's loud until 4-5am. Our room was very dim, bed was substandard, and bathroom was horrible. The shower was broken, tiles were also broken, and water pressure was so weak.

I was so disappointed with the bathroom situation that i had to request a change in room. It was slightly better however the shower couldn't be adjusted, the bedroom was also very poorly made. Bed was hard. Elevator was dirty as well as the staircase and hallways.

Bước vào ks nhận phòng và thanh toán bằng thẻ visa , bạn nv lễ tân bảo : a thanh toán bằng thẻ thì ks + 4% nữa nhé !? Tất nhiên là mình kg đồng ý và sau khi chờ bạn ấy hỏi quản lý thì kg bị trừ . Lấy thẻ bước vào tháng máy thì tháng máy vừa ồn vừa bẩn , ra khỏi thang máy thì đập vào mắt là 1 tấm nệm cũ để ngày lối đi của cái hành lang ks ( chiều rộng hành làng tầm 1m ) . Mở phòng ra thì cái phòng bé xúi có mùi ẩm mốc , mệt quá nên kệ leo lên đánh một giấc . Đang ngủ ngon lành thì có mấy giọt nc nó nhỏ ngay mặt nên tỉnh hẳn luôn , dậy soi đèn tìm thì hoá ra trời mưa phòng bị dột ( gọi lễ tân xử lý ) . Bước vào toilet mở cửa ra thì ối giời ơi luôn , xộc thẳng vào mũi là mùi hôi của các ống cống trong nhà vs . Rửa ráy qua loa mà đi làm . Tối về mới là kinh khủng , cái mùi toilet + mùi ẩm mốc của phòng + tiếng ồn thằng máy + tiếng ồn của cơ sở dv đêm cũng quanh ks = thức trắng đêm vì mất ngủ ! Phản ánh với lễ tân khi trả phòng thì ks có ý kiến bù lại 300k tiền phòng nhường mình từ chối . Dạ thưa ks là giá phòng 1.750k/1 đêm mà thua cái nhà nghỉ giá 300k

O pulnoci nas tedy stehovali do jineho hotelu, byl dal, mnohem horsi kvality a bez oken. Jakoukoli kompenzaci za nevyspani hotel odmitl.

Neuveritelny hluk z ohromne diskoteky, ktera je primo naproti hotelu. Recepcni se vymlouval na manazedmvpManazer hotelu vubec nereagoval na vyzvu ke kompenzaci...

Das Hotel hatte bei Ankunft die Zimmer underwriting vergeben

Расположен он в хорошем месте в центре, все было рядом, два самых больших тк рядом.

В этом отеле нужно останавливаться исключительно на одну ночь, через дорогу ночной клуб и музыка до самого утра, и ремонт проситься в комнатах.

Very near Benh Tanh market and other tourist destinations. The staffs are all accommodating and kind. They clean the room everyday and they clean it thoroughly. ❤️❤️❤️

The noise from the nearby club, but it’s kinda okay because I would normally go back to the hotel tired so I still get to have a good sleep. 😴

I felt welcome from the moment I arrived thanks to the warm and professional service at the front desk. Housekeeping also kept my room spotless and comfortable. The staff genuinely go the extra mile, and their kindness made my stay unforgettable.

My room was bright, fresh, and beautifully maintained every single day. I absolutely loved the bed — soft sheets, fluffy comforter, and the kind of comfort that makes you never want to leave. It was the perfect spot to relax after wandering around Saigon, especially with the TV playing Vietnamese dramas in the background.

I really appreciated that they offer free luggage storage from 6:00 AM before check-in and even after check-out — super convenient for travelers with early or late flights. It made exploring the city so much easier!

Hotel location is good near Banh Thanh Market . Staff is courteous.

The staff were very nice and the location was great. You can walk and explore the city very easily with many restaurants and stores on every block.

Firstly, the hotel is right in front of a night club which I did not realize before I booked my stay. The music was extremely loud till very very late. I also saw two cockroaches in my bed when I arrived. I moved to another room on a separate floor. Even then, I woke up with many bug bites on my legs. I’m not sure if those are from bed bugs or something else. Very gross and unpleasant. The rooms are not that clean and the bathroom was dirty.

I could walk to lots of cafes, shops, and tourist spots like Ben Thanh Market. There’s even a money exchange place right next door with good rates. Super convenient for getting around.

The hotel’s a bit older, but it’s well kept and the service made the stay really pleasant.

The room was simple but had everything I needed. It was clean, comfortable, and even had a minibar with decent prices.

They even allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated after a long journey. Combined with the central location, it made for a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

I especially appreciated the smart TV with internet access — it was a nice bonus to be able to stream shows after a long day out. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, which helped me feel right at home.

The room was clean, nicely furnished, and just the right size for two people. It had everything we needed for a short stay and felt cozy and well-maintained throughout.

The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance to everything you need. It's also easy to find food nearby.

The location worked perfectly for us — everything we wanted to see was close by. We tried Phu Hung based on a recommendation and absolutely loved it. Next Level Cocktail and Game Bar was another highlight — such a fun spot to unwind in the evening.

Great location for sightseeing — close to spots like the Reunification Palace and Ben Thanh Market. Plus, with shopping malls nearby, it's easy to explore and shop all in one trip.

Staff was very helpful. The area is very active day and night.

Good Location

Its too old and not clean

Stayed as a family without reading reviews (regular travellers & rooky error) and it was only for one night but cheap family room. We Felt safe, near the market, large room and nice staff ...they even let us check in early. The Aircon was rattling but working & the safe was broken during our stay but the issues we didn't let bother us. Unfortunately our room was in front of the nightclub level 4 VIP (fancy) and we heard doof doof untill 12am, hey if it was good music I wouldn't complain but not my vibe. It's Not convenient or great for the hotel to have it there so this hotel is for a particular tarket audience and not families. So if you're here in Ho Chi minh and want a cheap room, close to the market, are out late anyway and the noise won't bother you this is the hotel for you.

The property is shady and scary. We only live one night and we move out directly. The refrigerator is dirty and the room with a lot of Ant. The bathtub is leak. At the midnight that stranger guy knocked on my door. I need to rent a different hotel n move out. N I ask a refund but the guy said no refund. How can he pose this to rent at hotel . This not even a Motel. This place not safe.

Sängen som vi fick är hårt . Men inte på barnens rum. Ac låter ganska hög och kan bara sätta på 1 lägger. Eftersom hotellet ligger precis andra sidan gatan finns det en diskotek och bar så spelar det hög musik till klockan 03.00 på natten . Och hotellet är inte ljudisolering så hör man mycket in i rummet. Annars är hotellet ganska bra för övrigt. Nära till allt man kan hitta allt inom 0.8km diameter.

Nước đôi khi chảy khá yếu, lối đi có vẻ khá cũ nhưng phòng chắc là được làm lại nên nhìn mới hơn so với lối đi nhiều

The mattress is lumpy, the lift very close to the stairs, the stairs is very straight 15 degrees?, if you were a bit tipsy you could fell down the stairs and break your neck or spines.
