Le personnel, la propreté, l'emplacement.

Nous avons séjourné a 2 reprise la bas. Donc dans 2 chambres différentes et a chaque c'était assez bruyant en nuit comme la journée.

Le jardin est vraiment sympa pour se poser, les lits très confortables, la salle de bain très bien, et nous avons très apprécié les pasteis de nata offertes ainsi qu’un café offert quelques heures après notre arrivée De plus nous avons eu la chambre avant 14 h MERCI

Habitación muy cómoda, limpia y el pequeño jardín muy chulo y la cocina estupenda.

Es una calle donde hay vagabundos sobretodo por la.noche y crea un ambiente de poca seguridad. También rerumba el metro en la habitación.

Un peu bruyant avec une chambre donnant sur le boulevard

Me ha encantado la amabilidad del personal. Han mejorado notablemente nuestra estancia dándonos información y consejos para ayudarnos en todo momento tanto con el aparcamiento en la calle, la movilidad por la ciudad...guardando nuestro equipaje una vez hicimos el check out... Tienen Limonada en la recepción, que sabe a gloria nada más llegas de viaje... Todo un acierto...

Se escuchaba el paso del metro en la primera planta. Las camas eran algo blandas. No había colgadores para las toallas de ducha en el baño...pero nada de esto te impide disfrutar de la estancia...

Camere distribuite su tre piani, assenza ascensore da non sottovalutare, soprattutto per utenti con mobilità ridotta. Quartiere non bellissimo ma non pericoloso

Struttura pulita ed abbastanza ben tenuta con buoni servizi

Pur non essendo lontana dal centro, raggiungibile anche a piedi, la strada su cui é ubicata non è il massimo

Stanza arredata con gusto e curata nei dettagli, pulita e confortevole. Molto gradita la sorpresa di benvenuto con pasteis de nata fatti trovare in camera. La struttura si trova a circa 30 minuti a piedi dal centro città.

La limpieza, el espacio, lo único de lo que me puedo quejar es que no tiene ascensor, la habitación en la tercera planta, muchos escalones para subir, lo demás excepcional ...

Facile d’accès, se trouve sur la ligne verte du métro à deux pas station arroios. Personnels accueillant, endroit très propre, lit et literie confortable, salle de bain propre, le tout bien équipé. J’ai vraiment apprécié qu’il y ait des choses telles que eau bière chip chocolat au froid à notre arrivée pour 2 euros l’article. L’aire de cuisine commune est également un plus. Merci pour le séjour.

El alojamiento estaba limpio, era cómodo y contaba con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. La ubicación es buena y el entorno tranquilo. Buena comunicación con el transporte público. En general, una experiencia muy positiva.

Como aspecto a mejorar, el alojamiento no dispone de ascensor, algo que puede resultar incómodo si se viaja con mucho equipaje o para personas con movilidad reducida.

Tout au top avec une situation hors zone touristique. Propreté exceptionnelle et côté pratique de la cuisine à disposition. Grande flexibilité pour l’accueil , c’est vraiment très sympa .

Prévenir dans l’annonce si chambre sur jardin ou sur boulevard. Petit bemol niveau bruit sur le boulevard et le fait qu’on entende le métro passer sous l’immeuble .

La proximité des transports, bien situé, la chambre était spacieuse, les espaces extérieurs sont biens entretenus.

Absolutely exceptional service from the staff working here, they were welcoming and attentive to every need and made sure to be available for any queries. The room was beautifully kept with a spacious layout and had the best scent. I would highly recommend, it is slightly out for the city centre but the walk down to the river is beautiful and allows you to explore Lisbon to the fullest extent. They have a garden within the building with beautiful trees and tables and beach chairs for lazing around. There is also a communal kitchen and fridge area for any of your inside seating etc. Also the complementary pastel de natas was amazing, thank you so much for a peaceful, calm environment for our stay 🙏🏼

So noisy. All night long we were woken with noise.

The garden is really cute, the staff is lovely. We liked our room on the first floor, which had a view of the small garden. There’s a small common kitchen as well which we didn’t use.

Can be noisy at times but this didn’t bother us. Those with noise sensitivity may have difficulties to sleep.

De locatie is fantastisch, je bent zo bij de metro en in het centrum. Er zit dichtbij een supermarkt. De kamers waren mooi schoon en het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Joanna van de receptie was erg lief en heeft ons goed geholpen met het uitleggen van het ov, vertellen waar je leuk kan eten en wat je gezien moet hebben. Zelfs toen we door gingen naar onze volgende locatie gaf ze ons nog tips mee voor daar.

De kamers zijn wat gehorig, je hoort de de andere mensen als je op de gang loopt praten en de metro hoor je zo af en toe. De koelkast op de kamer was oke, maar niet heel groot.

Adoramos o lugar, camas super confortáveis, bem localizado, recepcionista muito atenciosa.

Gostei do atendimento, do carinho com que fomos recebidos, inclusive tiveram a delicadeza de deixar uma bandeja com pastéis de nata e vela de aniversário e balões, com um cartão muito gentil em comemoração pelo aniversário do meu marido, que ocorreu no dia de nossa estadia. Foi realmente uma surpresa e nos deixou muito felizes. O quarto que ficamos era uma delícia, aproveitamos muito cada cantinho, os cafés, os chás e a praticidade de poder prepará-los no quarto. Utilizamos também a cozinha compartilhada, tudo muito limpo e organizado e tinham todos os equipamentos que precisamos. As camas eram muito confortáveis, a banheira era uma delícia, especialmente depois de horas caminhando à pé pelas ruas e ladeiras.

O único inconveniente era a escada pra chegar nos quartos. Quando se chega da rua, não se vê logo a recepção, precisamos subir um lance de escadas. Uma placa indicativa ali embaixo ajudaria muito os hóspedes que chegam sem saber muito bem onde devem ir pra fazer o check-in.

It had spacious rooms and a nice garden. The staff were friendly and helpful. Given the location on busy Almirante Reis, it was remarkably quiet.

Fußläufig zur S-Bahn Station war die Lage sehr gut. Das Zimmer war super sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. Auch beim Garten wurde sich viel Mühe gegeben eine schöne Oase in der Stadt zu schaffen. Die Möglichkeit der Nutzung einer Gemeinschaftsküche ist besonders für Familien ideal.

La simpatía del personal del hotel. Antes de llegar nos enviaron información precisa de cómo llegar al hotel y de los lugares para visitar en Lisboa . Además nos dieron info de dónde comer y desayunar. Está muy bien situado, junto a estación de metro. Nos obsequiaron con café y pasteles de nata el día de la llegada, un dulce detalle.

Realmente no hay nada que no nos gustara. Pero hay poca luz en el cuarto de baño, podían poner algo más por ejemplo para ponerse las lentillas ...

Todo muy bien, ubicación, cama, baño, atención del personal. En resumen todo.

Tener que dejarlo al terminar la estancia.

Everything was great. Super friendly staff, welcome tea and Pastel de Nata. Super helpful staff with maps and recommendations. It was our pied a terre for 4 returns. Very central so could get everywhere including airport, train station and subway. Room was Uber clean. Kitchen was super well stocked. Access to fridge. Lots of groceries near by so dd a few picnics in their rooftop garden. Fantastic.

Busy street, but lively

The room is bright with a balcony and the location is perfect close to the metro. Stuff was super friendly and it was a perect stay.

Osoblje je iznimno ljubazno, lokacija odlična (20-ak minuta od centra), smještaj je prostran i udoban i ono što je najvažnije - čist! Nakon što smo se smjestili, ljubazna gospođa s recepcije nam je donijela kavu i pastel de nata za dobrodošlicu :)

Jedino što mi se nije svidjelo jest da smo prekratko boravili u Lisabonu, ali svakako se vraćam u ovaj smještaj!

Otel eski şehrin yukarılarında bulunuyor. Alfama'ya yürüyerek inmek mümkün, fakat geri gelmek için en uygunu metroyu kullanmak. Arka tarafta güzel bir bahçe ve güneşlenme imkanı mevcut. Odaların hepsi farklı ve bazılarında balkon bulunuyor. Haziran ayı içinde Alfama bölgesinde yerel bir festival var.

Fiyatı biraz yüksek ve asansör yok. Büyük ve ağır bavulla gelenler için zor olabilir.

Una maravilla el departamento. El cuarto el baño y por suerte el aire acondicionado. Muy cerca del centro para hacer cualquier tipo de actividad. Supermercados cerca tambien y muchos restaurants y lugares lindos para ir a tomar un trago y comer rico.

Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und der Stoff der Bettwäsche - ein TRAUM :) Trotz lage direkt an der Straße, hörte man bei verschlossenen Fenster fast nix, auch konnte man die Fenster fast vollkommen abdunkeln - Gerne wieder!

The location was a little off putting at first.

Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Hugo, muito simpático, tirou todas nossas dúvidas e tivemos um café com pastel de nata de boas vindas! O quarto é amplo, limpo e os sabonetes maravilhosos.

Apenas o isolamento acústico não é muito bom, mas não afetou nosso descanso

Super Lage, man ist schnell am Flughafen und auch in der Altstadt. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer und bequeme Betten!

Es gibt kein Frühstück.

A perfect little hotel in a great area. Two minutes from the Metro (an easy cheap way to navigate the city) Our lovely room was clean, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom smelt divine. It was a bonus having a bath and a little balcony. Coffee making facilities fridge and safe all worked well. There was a full kitchen off the reception where you could prepare meals if you didn’t want to go out. The city felt very safe even at night.

Nothing but there are quite a few steps and no lift so may not be suitable for less able people.

Vicino alla metropolitana, la linea raggiunge in poche fermate il centro città senza alcun cambio. Raggiunge pure la stazione ferroviaria per località famose come Belem e Cascais.

Non c'è l'ascensore, avevamo una valigia abbastanza pesante, fortunatamente la stanza era al primo piano. Ma per correttezza viene segnalato già durante la prenotazione, quindi lo sapevamo.

Room was spotless, airy, modern and fresh. Bed was super comfy, as were pillows. Common area facilities like kitchen (full with dishes, fridge, freezer, DW, MW, etc.) reception, garden area were top notch. Staff were all great to communicate with and their knowledge of the area and spots to eat was very good. We used VG as our home base as we moved around Portugal; returning 4 times. Each time, the staff let us keep foods and souvenirs in storage until our return. Area was central though on a busy street. There is some street noise, but that's urban tourism. Garden is quiet and protected from the stree. We enjoyed picnics there on many occasions. Has great grocery, wine and vegetable stores within a block. Would highly recommend.

Чудовий готель! Все максимально комфортно і зручно, поруч багато магазинчиків і є місця де можна смачно поїсти, поселення швидке і дуже приємне, дівчинка на рецепції дуже мила, вона вкрала наші серця❤️ Гарні номери, чисті, достатньо рушників, великий обʼєм косметики, що максимально зручно! Окремої уваги заслуговує їхній внутрішній дворик🥰 це любов, так приємно було там відпочити і випити смачної кави. І ще нам в номер зробили комплімент, у вигляді місцевих смаколиків і вітальної листівки! Це дуже приємно. І без жодних питань дозволили залишити багаж, після виселення, бо ми мали пізній рейс. Рекомендую від щирого серця!

Дорога до центру займає 20-25 хвилин, ми знали про це і це не було для нас проблемою.
