Lacle Hotel - Luzhou Taipei

Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Nutritious and delicious breakfast. Best part is the access to a sports club - gym, swimming pool and hot tub spa. We had a great time at the LaCle.

Property has nice size room, clean and quiet. Hallways are also clean and quiet. Which is great for nice calm hotel stay. Gym and pool is behind the hotel, not attached to hotel itself. Gym and pool is great. Staff have hard time speaking English so can be some communication issues for sure. Also, staff could be more helpful to the tourists and more welcoming. Morning breakfast is okay. There are 3 meals in rotation. So nothing special, just okay. Hotel location is farther away from many interesting key tourist sites, so expect to spend a lot of time traveling. Bus stop is neaby but you have to wait sometimes 20 to 30 minutes.

Second time staying at this hotel. Location is great, close to the subway station and many great eateries. Room is quiet and comfortable. Only suggestion is to increase internet speed because it looks like all hotel guests share the same connection, thus in the evening when everyone is back the speed can drop substantially.

Bien à 10min du métro. Chambre un peu petite mais très confortable.

First impression was not favorable because of the ongoing works with regard to the Taipei subway, however the hotel turned out to be quite nice. Gym and swimming pool are in an ‘adjacent’ building. In house there is small laundry. Limited but good breakfast. Rooms are rather small. Toilet is very small (esp. for tall Europeans). Near to public transport (busses and subway).

The hotel is located in the city center, very close to the subway. It's an old property, but at least it's clean. Room size is small. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel

I really liked the property , nice rooms , friendly staff and it was near the metro . It was a bit far from the main centre of Taipei but as the metro was close by it was easy to get in.

Beautiful modern hotel, steps away from the subway. Our room was clean and modern, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing! Really liked the lounge and outdoor patio too.

very responsible， we left our clothes after check out， but staffs send a email to inform us. really appreciate.

Entrance was hard to find but overall experience was very good

Awfull Wi-Fi Small room The pool and the gym are on another building, you have to go outside, not cool when it rains

Was a very nice stay and pretty easy to get to town from

Pleasant, convenient, and nice staff.

We had a nice stay. Comfy room. Breakfast was large and tasty and low priced. 24hrs drink bar. Many buses nearby for much faster access to main tourist spots.

Nice place near a train station.

convenient location. friendly staff. clean room. Nice on-site amenities including: laundry facility, coffee expresso 24 hours availabilities,

沒有

👍👍👍

Very nice hotel, well situated with very friendly staff. I would definitely stay there again

Gym & pool are great !

Good

Lovely hotel handy tidy Ignatius high school metro stop. Come out of exit one and look to the right and you will see it. Reception on level 3 which threw me at first. Same area where breakfast is served. You have a choice of 3 breakfast each day and all are yummy. Lovely little patio area where you can sit and have free coffee 24/7 and snacks. Quiet hotel even with the construction going on at the moment outside. Easy to get around from here and handy to shops etc

The station near this hotel was far from the centre of Taipei. So it's not good for me to go shightseeing or something. But I like this hotei without that point.

Great hotel, room had everything we needed. Breakfast was good and staff were great. Neighbourhood was also great, with easy access to the MRT and all the attractions. Best part was that it had a lounge area where you could serve yourself coffee after a day out. Really nice small hotel, and excellent value for money.

The room was very clean and well laid out. Love the little add ons such as tea, water bottles, hotel slippers etc. Would recommend to others.

the pool is good

The prepared breakfast was excellent

Yes

WILL RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE WHO IS VISITING TAIPEI. Most amazing hotel we have stayed in. The breakfast was made to order and was different everyday. I liked how the room was comfortable and clean. The service is top tier. Everyone is so friendly here and always willing to help with anything you need. Unlimited water and coffee as well. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to visit.

The hotel location is convenient for using public transportation: bus stop in front of the hotel, 5 mins walk to MRT Yellow line station. The hotel provides 3 breakfast choices for you to choose, quinoa, congee with side dishes, and western tuna toast with eggs, which all was served in plate at your table. Coffee bar is self-service.

The service is good and the room is clean. My only complain is the order to cook breakfast. I stayed there for 4 days. Everyday was the same three options and I was sick of the breakfast by the third day.

Hotel ery Clean

Stayed here for 5 nights, overall it was a good stay. The breakfast was fantastic, come with per person per set, so you will not be over eating. The gym facility is a plus point, it is just behind the hotel, serve with full gym facility with huge swimming pool and etc. Only negative side is the TV connection had some error which i couldn't watch on last night. Perhaps the concierge can smile more?

Staff were excellent, very accommodating with our needs. Cleanliness is 10/10. Highly recommended hotel!

Great staff and service

The staff was welcoming and gave options when my card would not work. I was so stressed as the banks had closed and they didn’t accept USD. So I decided to rebook through hotels.com and cancel the other on another app.

We travel to Taiwan every year. For many of those trips, we've stayed at Airbnbs for the convenience of having a kitchen and washer/dryer as we stay for a longer period of time. This year, I was going on my own and for a very short visit so I figured a hotel would be easier. I was able to secure a great daily room rate by booking the hotel when I booked the plane ticket. While my room wasn't large, it was comfortable and clean. The hotel is fairly modern with a really good shower. There was a small in-room safe, a small fridge, and cable television. The WiFi was strong and included. The hotel is about 2 blocks from the St. Ignatius MRT station, close to several Family Marts/7-11s, and about a 10 minute walk to some food stands in the evening. The only reason I didn't give the hotel 5-stars for amenities was because, after I booked, I got a message that the pool would be closed for maintenance. Part of why I booked that hotel in lieu of another, less expensive in the same general area was because of the pool. That aside, I would definitely stay there again and would comfortably recommend it to others.

hotel and room was nice and clean, espresso machine in lobby is cool

Overall is very above very good. Some furniture can be more practical. Placing a big cupboard with a lamp beside a bed is not useful enough. Should replace with a sofa instead. Writing table with a big cupboard beside also not useful at all.

Everything was just fine and value for money. It is a small hotel and so was the room. Due to traffic the location may be an issue if you need to travel to.the city.

service is super nice and u can always get free cup of coffee! it’s close to bus station and mrt station.

Handy location with walking distance to MRT

Great Hotel! Great Staff! Just book! If I can give more stars, I would and would probably go back if I travel Taiwan again. It is comfortable, clean, and feels like home. The price is very fair and the staff is phenomenal! Very friendly staff, responsible, professional and follows up with everything you inquire of them. We had an early flight in the morning the day we left, and because we were too early for their actual hotel breakfast to open, they prepared some sandwiches and drinks for us to have breakfast to go. Highly recommend!

Staffs are helpful and polite. Good breakfast. Clean and tidy. Free laundry

Great hotel! Friendly staff, very clean room, well equipped, nice breakfast, close to MRT station.

Late checkout at 1PM

The hotel was amazing. Near the train station too. Free snacks 24/7

Location is good! Service is good. Price is good. Everything is good!

Ammneties and staff were great. However I keep hearing random noises at night. It sounds like drilling or construction work. Other than that it was perfect.

Super location, hotel in a new building with clean and well run conditions. The staff are courteous and helpful, the breakfast offers both Western and traditional Chinese style, very tasty. We certainly want to come back next time

na

Friendly and very helpful staffs. Comfortable stay.

very friendly stuff, the room are smaller than the neighboring hotel, not much of the hotel amenity, needs to update the breakfast menu.

Booked this hotel as cheap and close for our business visit so didn't expect too much. Just perfect for us ...started with a superb Japanese BBQ restaurant next door. Room are not large but have everything and are clean and tidy. Checking easy - breakfast nice. I noticed families there too so not just built for business. I would thorough recommend this hotel - if you are into over the top lobby and mega size rooms this isn't for you but for a good value comfy clean hotel you couldn't ask for more.

It was my second time staying in this hotel. Nice and clean environment. Comfortable bed and friendly staff.

the staff was so amazing, friendly, helpful, the facilities were amazing, the free coffee machine was wonderful, enjoyed a few Mochas on the terrace with my partner, close to a lots of restaurants and take-aways and 4 minutes to MRT, i would love to stay back at this hotel again

it's conveniently located; and, it's close to what i need to go.

The hotel is located near to the St. Ignatius High School metro station. It takes only about 2-3min walking distance from the station to the hotel. There are local food stalls, restaurants, and shops surrounding the hotel area. It definitely a less tourists area. The hotel room is new, clean, and the bed is comfortable. The hotel staffs are helpful.

Friendly staff. Great breakfast selection. Close to MRT station.

Great staff very helpful. 3min walk metro station . Slightly far from most main attractions. Plenty of local food around opening till very late. Rooms are clean , beds comfortable but sound proof needs improving . enjoy the free washing machine and dryer very handy. Enjoy our stay . Will stay again on next visit. Thank you

Very nice stuff! Close to subway and bus station. Very clean.

Good location / Nice service/ Clean Room/ I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone who would like to visit to Taiwan

I was slightly disappointed with the small-sized room (especially having to adjust after staying in a very spacious room in Guangzhou just before LaCle), but the staff quickly made up for it! As I told my friends, the courtesy, politeness and hospitality extended by the staff were virtually unmatched in any of my hotel stay in China, United States, and Europe! The fellow who was on night shift (11 p.m. - 7 p.m. on the 28th/29th February), whom I regret not to ask for his name, was easily one of the best, if not the best, hotel personnel I have ever met in my hotel stay in the last couple of decades. I hope hotel management will read this comment so that he'll be recognized for his exemplary service!

2 minutes walk to MRT station, easy access to places.

Very good hotel to stay in. Staffa re friendly and helpful. They will recommend you to go anywhere you want to. Breakfast selection is small but reasonable.
