Reviewed Sep 14, 2026バス停からすぐ近くでアクセスが良かったです。 キッチンの使用できる時間は限られていますが、声をかければお湯を貰えたりなど、スタッフはとても親切でした。 ベッドの場所は決まっておらず、チェックインした順なので、選びたい方は早めのチェックインをオススメします。 私は早めに到着し荷物を預かってもらうだけのつもりでしたが、部屋の準備が完了しているとの事で、かなり早くチェックインしていただきました。
朝食は別料金なので、節約したい方は持参をおすすめします。

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026La ubicación no está nada mal , la linea 5 del buss te lleva al centro y pasa cada 5 minutos. Está a lado de supermercados y farmacias. A 5 minutos andando de la parada.
Que no entrarán a limpiar mi habitación en ningún momento. Ni un solo día. Nos hemos tenido que apañar solos con la basura de 4 días.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Sehr schöne Jugendherberge mit einem tollen Pool. Man hat alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Mit der Reservierungsbestätigung bekommt man das Ticket für die Busse. Denn die Jugendherberge liegt vom Zentrum etwas entfernt, dafür in einer ruhigen Lage. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder. Sehr nettes Personal.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026The room and other common areas were very clean. The location was good. It was nice to have a parking area, and the pool was adequate.
Having to remove and hand over the bedsheets in the morning was a hassle. It was inconvenient that the toilet wasn't inside the room. The outer door gets locked after 10:00 PM, so you have to notify them if you plan to return late. There is no air conditioning, and the fan isn't enough; opening the window lets in too many flies.

Es sind vereinzelt Schulklassen vor Ort, daher kann es auch mal laut rund um den Pool zugehen. Aber das gehört einfach zu einer Jugendherberge dazu :)

La cuisine commune je n'ai pas aimer ,je ne trouve pas que c'est propre ,les gens laisse leur vaiselle partout c'est dommage . Et manque de frigo ils étaient toujours pleins . Il est dommage aussi que les dortoirs ne soient pas équipé de clim.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Wir haben den kurzen Aufenthalt ( Zwischenstopp mit einer Übernachtung) sehr genossen. Die tollen Außenanlagen mit großem Pool ( nutzbar bis 21:30) und schönen Sitzgelegenheiten im Park lockten uns nach draußen. Unsere 3 Teeanger fanden vielfältige Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten. Ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, das immer wieder nachbestückt wurde um wenig wegwerfen zu müssen, rundete unseren Aufenthalt ab. Sehr nett waren die Namenschilder im Frühstückssaal:-) Man kann sehr nah am Haupteingang parken, was das Be- und Entladen erleichtert. Das ganze Gelände ist gut eingewachsen, sehr gepflegt und mit einem Zaun versehen. Verschiedene Gebäude, in denen die Gäste nächtigen können, tragen verschiedenen Bedürfnissen Rechnung. Eine zentral gesteuerte Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer sorgte auch unter dem Dach für guten Schlaf! Hier setzt man viel Liebe in die Anlage!
Die Laufwege im Zimmer unten waren recht eng, Stauraum und Möglichkeit Handtücher aufzuhängen eher wenig, aber für eine Nacht ausreichend. Die vielen Mücken haben die Abendstunden draußen etwas getrübt

Séjour en même temps que des groupes scolaires d'adolescents complètement ingérables. Cris, hurlements, claquements de portes, musique techno pour tout le monde, explosion de pétards devant notre fenêtre, courses poursuite dans les couloirs, coups frappés contre les murs de leur chambre ou je ne sais quoi qui fait vibrer les murs. Pendant la nuit aussi. Se permettent de regarder à travers les stores de chambre qui ne leur sont pas dédiées. Cette ambiance de fous commence tôt le matin. Et ça recommence en fin d'après midi jusqu'à très tard dans la nuit. S’ ils partent en excursion, il y a quelques heures de répit. C’était déjà comme ça l’année passée. Apparemment, cet hostel reçoit beaucoup de groupes scolaires. Mon voisin de chambre, un jeune américain était choqué de subir tant de bruit. Il avait de la peine à comprendre que ce soit possible. Et bien oui ! C’est possible . Et ce cela semble sans possibilité de cohabitation harmonieuse et respectueuse.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Eine tolle Jugendherberge mit großem Garten, inkl.kleinem Pool. Wirkt wie eine kleine Oase inmitten der Stadt, wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Gemeinschaftsküchen, Grill und viele Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten vorhanden. Die Damen an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück sind alle sehr nett. Mit Buchung gibt es kostenlos das Ticinoticket für den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Mit dem Bus ist man in 10 Minuten im Zentrum. Was will man mehr?

Some of the days were with teenagers on summer camps where it was really noisy but they were also always polite to me.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Wir haben auf der Durchreise nach Italien eine Nacht in einem Familienzimmer übernachtet und waren begeistert vom Garten mit kleinem Fußballplatz, Pool, Tischtennisplatten. Die Außenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt. Obwohl es ein sehr heißer Sommertag war, konnte man im klimatisierten Zimmer gut schlafen. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfreich (z.B. was die Busfahrt in die Stadt angeht).
Lediglich das Frühstück war so, wie man das von Jugendherbergen gewohnt ist.

The room facilities were great and the kids loved the pool. Free travel pass was easy to help us get around and it was lovely to see another neighbourhood a short ride from central Lugano. The hostel is really eco focussed and that was also great to see
Whilst the room had Aircon, it would have benefitted from having a fan also for airflow, as the one unit was only just about sufficient for such a large and two storey room. The upstairs beds and the spiral staircase was also very creaky! Be aware there are a lot of mosquitos here (and throughout Lugano) so bring some repellent!

Manca l' aria condizionata nelle camere, abbiamo sofferto tantissimo e non dormito la notte per il caldo, qualche pecca nella pulizia e la cucina in comune è molto utile ma dipende anche dalla gente che ne usufruisce insieme a te, non tutti rispettano le regole di civile convivenza e la camera troppo piccola per 4 persone

Jammer dat er geen airco in de kamers zijn. Het wordt daardoor snel benauwd en warm. Zeker in onze kamer met 6 personen. Kamers zijn ook wel wat gehorig.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Het was warm dus het zwembad was prettig. Ook de tafeltennistafel is leuk voor de jongeren. De tuin om de hostel is echt heel mooi. Ook zijn er buiten een aantal picknicktafels om te relaxen of aan te eten.
Geen handdoeken op de kamer, zelf achteraf beddengoed naar receptie brengen, tot 15:00 uur was receptie gesloten terwijl we eerder aankwamen, geen airco. We vonden de kosten (267 euro voor 1 nacht) best wat fors.
