Noise insulation is not good. You can hear very clear the road noise, but luckily Pekanbaru is not crowded at night.

Reviewed Dec 9, 2025Goede, vlotte service. De kamer was onberispelijk, alles piekfijn in orde. De luchthaven shuttle op tijd, 04.30, dus was ik op tijd op de airport.
Ik was er maar 1 nacht en heb dat zonder enige ergernissen doorgebracht. Het inchecken ging gesmeerd ook al was ik aan de vroege kant.

Reviewed Sep 27, 2025I had such a great stay at BATIQA Hotel Pekanbaru! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything felt well taken care of. What really made my experience special was the service — especially from Rizki at the reception. He was super helpful with every request and made sure any little issues were sorted out right away. Always friendly and professional, he really made me feel welcome. Overall, this hotel is a great choice when staying in Pekanbaru. Highly recommend it!

The ambiance was chill and relax. Everything just simply perfect about this venue. Highly suggested you to visit and stay. You should try it once! I have a good experience in this place. The service was excellent! The staffs were very helpful. The place was so clean and nice. Worth to try! Hopefully I can visit this hotel again. Although it was coming to the year end, as I can see there are many guests staying but I can feel how the staffs are working from whole day and night, but I am really appreciated of the excellent quality, although we are not prepared as there is hotel policy guidelines The dinner and breakfast are served very well as I loved Muslim foods very much since I was attracted by many Muslims goers. I'm looking forward to come back again - Datuk Pak Wee(G20)
