I do not intend to write war and peace again that can be found in my previous review last year. This will be a short updated review. Nothing has changed dramatically. The resort and staff are fantastic. The food, beverage and entertainment are still good therefore no reduction in standards. We were fortunate to be there when the resort put on a Bavarian night that was out of this world. Took the multitude of staff 2 days to prepare and set up and the resort was back to normal overnight. Absolutely outstanding work. I don’t often return 3 years in a row to the same resort but I have already booked for Sept 2026. Useful tip for the Brits is to get an airport transfer to resort. Well worth the money and gets you in resort in time for dinner. Check my other review for the transfer details. Rob

We recently stayed at TUI Magic Life Masmavi, and while our trip started with some disappointment due to a mistake made by the travel agent regarding the type of room we booked, the hotel staff truly turned things around for us.A huge thank you to Ulas, the Guest Service Manager, and Rezan, the Front Desk Manager, for their exceptional service and hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home and worked hard to provide us with a room that met our expectations. Their dedication made all the difference in our stay.The hotel itself is wonderful, with great facilities, delicious food, and a relaxing atmosphere. Thanks to the helpful and friendly staff, we ended up having a fantastic holiday and left with happy memories. We highly recommend TUI Magic Life Masmavi and are grateful for the incredible service we received. Thank you again, Ulas and Rezan!

During our holiday everything was perfect. I would like to thank to Dora, Kadir and Tolga Çimen from the reception team for helping with the late check out. They expected our needs very well.

Second visit this year. Lovely hotel. Very clean and well laid out. Majority of guests German. Children’s entertainment mainly in German which our 3 under 5s struggled with. Post 9pm no entertainment in main area but tonight portuegese singer which no one can understand. Staff generally very helpful. Requested rooms close by and paid extra for larger family rooms but we weren’t happy with our rooms and moved after one day. Food very good.

We had a great stay at Tui magic life Masmavi, hotel is very clean and well maintained, food is fantastic, although Im now addicted to baklava and I do not know how will I cope without it 🙃 Weather for end of October/beginning of November is perfect for us Brits at a whopping 26 degrees for the full 7 days we stayed. Staff are amazing and really go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need, A special mention to Kadir and Dora who work on reception they were very helpful and are a credit to the hotel. Thanks guys! 🙂

We all had a fantastic time as a family of 4 Pros: Excellent food. Always a great selection at both the main restaurant and the dine in lunchtime snack bar Evening entertainment. Plenty of shows at the amphitheater. Especially enjoyed the acrobats. Party nights at the pool bar also great. Pools. We used the main activity pool which always had plenty of sunbeds available. The pool guy was fantastic and was very attentive, ensuring tables were wiped, glasses collected etc Beach. The beach is fabulous with a huge amount of sunbeds available. Foam party on a Sunday was great fun! Cons: Rooms. We stayed in 2 x double rooms in the Village area. Whilst the rooms were cleaned well and towels changed daily they are quite tired looking and not much space. The soundproofing also not great as could often hear conversations from the adjacent room. Room location. If you don’t want to have late nights then these rooms aren’t for you as the music from pool bar is exceptionally loud up until 11.30 most nights. Layout. The hotel did feel very disjointed but I assume this is due to areas a being added on over time. Overall we had a great holiday but wouldn’t return but we prefer to try different hotels.

Spent 11 nights in masmavi with wife and 14 year old son The reviews for this hotel were great and I now know why My son had a great time mixing with German teens, we basically never saw him such was the independence he got from this holiday set up He put himself out there and his enthusiasm was matched. Food at all dine around restaurants was really decent, our favourite was Tepenyaki closely followed by steak house The beach snack bar was very good as was wunderbar coffee house Main buffet restaurant was ok but crazy busy with food spread out all around, but it gets pass marks Beer and cocktails were very good as was entertaining at evening times We caught Oktoberfest, white night and even joined in the silent disco Shows were of good quality We stayed in lagoon room ground floor Again excellent Beach on doorstep It was a little cold at night so I would suggest taking some warm evening clothes Great holiday, great hotel and staff.

We have just returned from a 10 day holiday at this hotel, absolutely recommend it, The rooms were great, food was fantastic and I am a fussy eater, entertainment was very good, special shout out to Gui,Emma,Jodie,Belu,Bryant,Melissa and the rest of the entertainment team for making it so special.

Disappointing First Impressions We arrived last night and were greeted by friendly staff, though the receptionist seemed tired and was constantly yawning. We had booked a "village room" through Booking.com, which was advertised as modern, spacious, and equipped with a double bed. However, upon arrival, the room we were given was nothing like the description—it felt more like a small, shabby dormitory with 2 super narrow beds and single duvet which me and my husband were struggling to cover ourselves with. and child size mattress cover under the sheet. I could not sleep and feared to fall from this bed. After some investigation on the TUI app, we discovered there are different categories of "village rooms"—economy and standard—something neither Booking.com nor TUI made clear. This lack of transparency left us feeling misled and disappointed. The resort is massive, but there’s a lot of confusion about what exactly you get as a room for the price you pay. To make matters worse, we arrived late in the evening, only to find that all the restaurants were closed at 9:30 pm. Instead, they offer low-quality, unappetising sandwiches in Wundabar, which felt like an afterthought rather than a proper welcome. The receptionist appeared overly preoccupied with his constant yawning and didn’t even make an effort to offer a room change, treating us like demanding children rather than customers. He told us to come back tomorrow, but not before 2 pm, claiming the hotel was fully booked—though other sources suggest it’s only at 75% occupancy. The snacks in Wundabar were unappetising, loud music did not stop until midnight, and the excessive flashing lights were blinding in the dark. To top it off, the staff seemed tired and unhelpful. This is only our first evening, but so far, it’s not living up to the 5-star standard they advertise. Hopefully, things improve, as we booked 17 days here but the initial impression has been underwhelming. Will update regarding changes.

Nice hotel with plenty of facilities. We stayed in a double village room which was a little small but ok for our stay . The room was cleaned every day for our stay ( 3 days ) . We where the during german half term which we didnt realize which made th3 place a bit noisy .Bar areas are good , beer is good and cocktails amazingly are good for all inclusive. The main buffet can be a bit hectic and a little disjointed . I found it a bit stressful and hassle actually trying to get a plate of food together without moving around alot . By the time you have something you want it's a luke warm . The food on the whole was decent though and the staff friendly and approachable. The spa was a plesant surprise, nice big finish sauna , steam , chill room , salt room . However they do allow children in the spa which can make it noisy and less relaxing . The beach is lovely and sun loungers can easily be scrounged from here and there . Overall a very nice stay and we would probably go back. Areas that could be improved .... the buffet could be laid out better in my view . The spa could have longer opening hours and adults only times . Thanks you to all the staff for an enjoyable stay .

This was our third time at Masmavi and we were upgraded to a Lagoon swim up room. The room and view were fantastic. The food was excellent with a great selection. The staff were all friendly but a special mention to Muhittin who was so friendly and looked after us so well at breakfast time bringing our usual coffees and orange juices without being asked and the same treatment in the beach bar at lunchtine with prosecco arriving before we had sat down. Thank you so much Muhittin. The entertainment was again fantastic particularly the Michael Jackson dance act. The private beach is metres away and is perfect for sunbathing and just relaxing, with the occasuonal dip in the sea. All in all, a perfect holiday and yes we will be back next September. Our daughter had the best time ever at the Mini Club in TUI Masmavi! The staff were so warm, energetic, and genuinely caring — they made every child feel special and included from the very first moment. The activities were creative and well-organized, from arts and crafts to fun games, mini discos, and even little shows that the kids loved taking part in. A special thank you to Louisa, Arife, Steffi, Yoann, Özgün and Aleyna.

This is the 5th time we’ve been here and it gets better every time, the staff are amazing and they cannot do enough for you, the pools, bars and restaurants are fantastic, we are booking now for next year.

My experience of the hotel exceeded all expectations – and so did the staff. The housekeeping team did an excellent job and greeted me with a smile every morning. The restaurant staff were just as friendly, walking around to chat with guests about the food and ensuring everyone was happy. The variety of dishes each day was impressive and kept things interesting. The absolute highlight, however, was the training and sports activities. Booking sessions through the app was quick and easy. The tennis instructors were highly skilled, friendly, and adapted each group according to everyone’s level. They were patient, encouraging, and truly professional. I recommend the Hotel !!

The hotel exceeded all my expectations – everything was clean, well-organized, and beautifully maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the food was delicious and varied, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. What made my vacation truly special were the animation team and all the daily and night activities. The animators were full of energy, always smiling, and made sure everyone was having fun. We had the most amazing time at TUI Magic Life Masmavi and honestly couldn't fault a single thing. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel grounds are absolutely immaculate and full of lush greenery – a paradise for nature lovers like us. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail was outstanding. We stayed in the main building and were lucky enough to receive a free upgrade, which was such a lovely surprise. The maids even left beautiful towel decorations on the bed for my birthday and our first day – such a thoughtful touch! All of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, but we want to give a special shoutout to Kamal in the Magico main restaurant. He looked after us every single day with such genuine warmth and care. He was always polite, attentive, and went above and beyond – it truly made our dining experience special. One of the biggest highlights for me was how well the hotel catered to food allergies. I have both a gluten and dairy allergy and have never felt as safe eating abroad as I did here. I was given and allergy card and the number of the chef, who I could text before each meal to request dishes that suited my dietary needs. The level of care and attention I received was outstanding. The chef made sure every single meal was allergen-free, safe, and delicious – it allowed me to relax and fully enjoy my holiday without stress or worry. I’m incredibly grateful for his kindness and dedication – it really made a world of difference. A big thank you to chef Mehmet Arici for making this possible and providing the meals. All the food in the buffet is labelled with allergy labels so if I wanted to try something, I could. My partner loved the food on the buffet, he never got bored and it was always fresh and had a range of things to choose from. We also really appreciated the hotel’s focus on sustainability. It's clear they’re making a real effort to protect the environment, which is so refreshing to see in a resort setting. We travelled as a couple but would absolutely recommend this hotel for families too – there were plenty of activities, a kids' club, and a fun evening area just for little ones. We’re already talking about coming back next year – that’s how good it was. Thank you, TUI Magic Life Masmavi, for such a memorable and relaxing stay. You’ve truly raised the bar!

Let me start this is the third year on the trot we have been to Masmavi and we returned home yesterday . Some things have changed in the hotel , my personal opinion is some good ,others not . However it is still the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in . During our stay my wife fell over a small bush sticking up trying to take a short cut ,the staff from the beach restaurant were like flys running to her rescue , they came from everywhere. Even the the accident was her own , customer services rung us in our room later in the day to check she was ok . The next morning I opened our room door to find a blue eye fridge magnet and a postcard saying they were sorry for her accident. This is a very personal touch by them and it shows they go that bit further . The food was outstanding once again , various themes which are repeated every seven days .The staff work tirelessly throughout the day but a few stood out for us . Kemel in the restaurant, he used to look after us at breakfast time . Furkan Can , once again in the restaurant, he used to look after us in the evening . Two staff also get a mention but unfortunately I didn’t get their names ,The older lady who used to look after the pool area near the beach bar and a cleaner who never stopped sweeping and cleaning , he seemed to be all over , his sweeper/ mop was always on the move . Whilst we were there we actually book to go back again next September for the 4th year running , it was my wife’s sister and husbands 1st time there and they have booked to come along too . Can’t wait to next year now

Well what can I say. This is a fantastic hotel all round. We have been to 2 other Magic Lifes in Turkey but this one tops the list. It has something for everybody. The staff, entertainment , food , cleaning are all exceptional. Beautiful beach .. no need for sea shoes as no rocks and not stony.No trouble getting sunbeds either.The sea was lovely and warm too. We were upgraded free when we checked in so had 2 bedrooms , one with 2 single beds and the other had a double.Lots of storage space, fridge with big bottles of sprite,coke ,fanta etc and lots of big bottles of water. We didn't have a kettle but they brought one straight up when asked. The cleaner came in every day and made a good job and replacing toilet rolls,tissues and water every day.We got 2 cans of beer and popcorn the first day there too. We had 2 phone calls from reception whilst there to check we were happy with our room. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in anywhere and we have been all over . We tried 2 of the 3 a la cartes and both were good. We did the aqua fit most days and it was good although the pool felt cold on entering you soon warmed up. We went with 4 friends and had a brilliant time. Perfect sums it all up. Well done!!

Die Anlage ist wunderschön und sauber. Das Essen schmeckt ausgezeichnet und ist vielfältig. Schade ist, dass die A la carte Restaurants nur gegen Aufpreis (z.T. 1x pro Woche inbegriffen) gebucht werden können und dass diese drinnen sind. Was uns gestört hat ist die Tatsache, dass jeden Abend bis spät in die Nacht hinein laute Musik gespielt wurde. Der Bass war so laut, dass Schlafen vor Mitternacht unmöglich war. Entspannung und Ruhe kommen etwas kurz in diesem Hotel. Insgesamt können wir die Anlage jedoch empfehlen.

Our first time here at magic life masmavi, very pleased with the hotel, everywhere is kept spotless, rooms, grounds, beach and bars. All the staff are extremely friendly, themed buffet nights are really good, excellent choices of food, we went as a couple but the hotel caters for families very well, no problem getting sun beds. We would come again, special thanks to Mehmet Barak in the chill out bar.

This was our second time at Tui Magic Life Masmavi (the first was in August 2024), so we were able to see if the incredibly positive impression the hotel made on us during our first stay would be sustained. We can say with complete confidence that this year's vacation was just as wonderful as the previous one, and the time spent at Tui Magic Life Masmavi was the most beautiful of the whole year :) We could write a lot about the hotel itself, its beautiful surroundings and the attractions it offers, but for us one of the most important determinants of hotel service quality is the people. After all, it is the people who create the atmosphere of a hotel and it is thanks to their commitment that we felt like special guests every time. Ms. Marianna, the resident representative, deserves great recognition. As soon as we arrived, she introduced herself and offered her help if we needed it. In addition, we were pleasantly surprised when one day she called our room to ask if everything was okay, if we needed anything, etc. This shows great professionalism and it is clear that Marianna knows how to make guests feel cared for. We must also mention the reception staff – the wonderful Kadir, Sami, Seda, and Sibel (sorry if we got their names wrong) were always very helpful, friendly, answered all our questions with a smile and always tried to meet our needs :) Such employees are a real treasure! We would like to thank the entire hotel staff for their work, because thanks to their efforts we want to come back to this place :) And we will definitely return to Tui Magic Life Masmavi ;) Katarzyna & Grzegorz H.

The masmavi magic life Club is an amazing place for families. There are facilities for all sprrs of activities and our kids (5 & 3) loved every second here. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and accomodating even if things have to be changed last minute. Ebru from guest service was especially helpful and went beyond what anyone could expect.

We are very happy about our stay at this place. We are a gropu of two parents and kids (8yrs and 11 yrs) & two seniors. Everyone working there was very nice and friendly, but we would like to send our special thanks to Sewal, Sibel, Dora and Reception Team, who helped us to change rooms, so we were located next to each other. These new rooms in Lagoon area were really lovely and made our stay very comfortble. We will come back next yr.

Holiday’d with my grandchildren aged 9 & 11. Booked magic life for the range of activities/sports on offer. Sadly most of the activities were for over 16yr olds. One day a week for family activities eg: darts, volleyball, shuffleboard, football. Pool games. When we queried this we were told ‘health & safety’ I asked to see the policy as it was ok on 1 day a week but not the other 6. No response. The slide pool was closed for 2 hours over lunch time. (Staff lunch break?) only 1 flavour ice cream available on 4 days. For a 5* hotel this is not acceptable. This had a big impact on our holiday as the children were board. On the plus side food in the restaurants was good and rooms were fine. Plenty of pools and all fine & clean, also plenty of sunbeds. Beware pool rooms did not have direct access into pool but had a terrace in front, this was ok for us but others may find it disappointing, pool rooms can be on higher floors, and if you wanted to make sure you had a ground floor pool room you had to pay extra to pick your room (£170 for 10 nights) would not holiday here again with children under 16.

Our stay at Tui Magic Life Masmavi was truly unforgettable! Magnificent grounds, a clean beach, varied cuisine, and excellent service. Everything is organized so guests feel comfortable and every detail is carefully considered. The hotel atmosphere is very warm and relaxing. Accomdation- fantastic room, quiet but still close enough to the pools and beach Food- we didn’t book any restaurants but didn’t need to because the main restaurant is fantastic. We are currently here at Masmavi only 5 days left and really don’t want the holiday to end . This is only our 2nd time here but just gets better we have looked at countless holidays on You Tube but just can’t find one better than this !! The staff work tirelessly it is spotless the food is best we have had and plenty of it . Staff go out of their way to help we changed rooms as wasn’t happy with first as was family room too much for us changed straight away . Entertainment is unbelievable always something on every night usually on other hols we were in bed by 10 as lack of but haven’t been to bed before 12 here as so good, I really can’t praise this hotel enough you will not be disappointed already booked for next year Thankyou Masmavi and staff for making us a holiday to remember.This is not 5 star it’s a big 6

We came back from TUI Magic Life Masmavi a week ago, and overall, the holiday was a really positive experience. The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely the grounds. It’s a huge, beautiful area where you never have any problems finding sunbeds – there is always plenty of space for everyone. Another strong point is the variety of activities. There are lots of sports events during the day and evening entertainment every night. There was always something going on, so it was impossible to get bored. The food also deserves the highest praise. It was excellent, and the restaurant itself is very nice and pleasant. A very special mention must go to Mariana, who truly put her whole heart into making sure guests were happy with their stay. Every day she asked if there was anything she could help with, or if we needed something. She was always extremely kind and warm, yet never pushy – a perfect professional who clearly loves her job. Thanks to her help and effort, my husband even managed to get back his prescription glasses, which he had lost. She made sure the issue was addressed and taken seriously, and we are very grateful to her for that. We also really liked Oktay, who organized archery sessions. He was a very kind, friendly person, always smiling and approachable, which made the activity even more enjoyable. Unfortunately, the weakest point of the hotel are the rooms. They are definitely not 5-star standard. I would rate them somewhere between 3 and 4 stars. The walls are extremely thin – every evening and night we could hear our neighbors clearly, literally every word they were saying. On top of that, whenever they moved a chair, it felt like they were rearranging the entire room. To sum up: the grounds, entertainment, food, and above all, the amazing staff (especially Mariana and Oktay) made this holiday truly enjoyable, but the rooms really need improvement.

Disaster, we arrive very late and we could not open one of our cases. Went to bed, woke up at 06.30 and contacted Reception. Ten minutes later a very nice gentleman arrives with his plyers, and our problem was solved. Let’s be honest a five-star hotel in Turkey is not equivalent to a UK five-star hotel. Then again, the Savoy does not have all the swimming pools or tennis courts that Masmavi has. For us to go for a swim at 07.00 in the 50m pool and have spinning classes six out of seven days is perfect. No problem getting a lounger and a shade, and there was so much choice of food, that we were never going to be hungry. Checkout Masmavi on Goggle Earth and the Magic Life app.The high visibility of Guest Service staff looking for problems or helping guest out, tells you that nobody from the Management Team is running away from any problems. Shows in the amphitheatre are very good. But the wonderful Melissa surely needs her own show, the lady has a wonderful voce and personality – I believe she is returning in 2026. The hotel is closing for three months over the winter for some refurbishment, so I am sure it will be even better next year.

Wir sind vor einer Woche zurückgekommen und sind immer noch schwer beeindruckt von der sehr gepflegten Anlage, hervorragendem Service, sehr gutem Essen, sauberem Strand. Wir können dieses Hotel wärmstens Empfehlen! Herzlichen Dank und hoffentlich bis bald!❤️

Masmavi ist für unser Verständnis von "All Inklusive Urlaub" einfach perfekt. Von Anfang an fühlt man sich hier Willkommen und die vielen, vom letzten Jahr bekannten, Angestellten, geben einem gleich das schöne "zu Hause ankommen" Gefühl und zeigt natürlich auch, das die Geschäftsleitung bei den Mitarbeitern vieles richtig macht. Ein gutes Beispiel ist Ebru Gülec, vom Guest Service, die immer ein offenes Ohr hatte, wenn mal etwas fehlte oder sich einfach nur nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigte. Als Fans von Disco- bzw. Elektronischer Musik + Lasershow, fanden wir besonders klasse die Beach- und die "Just White"-Party (an der Poolbar-Arena). Aber auch die Halloween Party im letzten Jahr... ganz großes Kino/ sensationell...!!! Wenn es nach uns ginge, dürften gerne noch an 1-2 Abende mehr in der Woche, solche Open-Air-DJ-Partys stattfinden! Aber auch die Shows der Animation und der gekauften Künstler/ Bands waren gut/ teilweise sehr gut. Halt für jeden was dabei...! Auch mit dem angebotenen Sportprogramm (bei teilweise 35°C) waren wir sehr zufrieden. Und ein ganz großes Lob geht auch noch an das komplette Küchen- und Serviceteam. Wir haben immer sehr gut gegessen.

Good food (very good at times). Room and facilities very clean indeed. Night time entertainment EXCELLENT Archery and Tennis lessons on offer (book on the app) Oktoy archery instructor very good, should run more classes. Show team Talita, Guilherme, Belinda, Bryant, Catalina, Baquero, Belu, Emma, and Melissa. all excellent. Dilek our room 4210 cleaner was excellent too the night time entertainment was the best i've ever seen in 40 years travelling, sme amazing shows.

Was here for a week and everything was great. Only thing i could fault at all was the mattresses being slightly uncomfortable. We also had an issue with the AC but the members off staff at reception including, Seda, Buse, Tonga and Gimem were all really helpful in getting this fixed within the hour. Also gave us a free late checkout which was a massive plus with leaving at 22:10. Food was also brilliant with themed nights everynight. Mexican was the best. Overall a great week in the sun.

Had a good stay at Tui magic life masmavi, staff were very friendly and helpful especially, seda, buse, tolga gimem and sami yusuf at reception with late checkout and room change when we needed it, the entertainment at night was always engaging and fun for all ages, the pools were great there are so many and a lot to do, the water slides are fun for all ages. The food was good and different variety every night. Very good stay, the only issue we had was with the rooms themselves they are quiet small and the beds arnt very comfortable

Food The food is incredibly delicious and varied, so everyone will find something they like. Three times a week, the hotel organizes themed dinners (on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays) with a beautifully decorated hall, special dishes (meat or seafood), and live music. A nice detail is that the cutlery is already on the tables, which is very convenient since you don't have to carry it while serving yourself at the buffet. Waiters also serve drinks directly to your table. The staff is always smiling and friendly. The food at the buffet is also beautifully presented and a pleasure to look at. The number and variety of desserts will delight any sweet tooth like me. Alcohol Alcohol is available almost constantly at one bar or another. Unfortunately, not all bars at the hotel make cocktails, but you can find drinks like wine, liqueurs, or beer just about anywhere. The selection of cocktails included in the "all-inclusive" package is quite large, but you can also order a cocktail from the paid menu if you wish. Despite the easy availability of alcohol, we didn't see any drunk guests, which is a big plus for the atmosphere of the vacation. Guests Perhaps the main target audience for the hotel is Germans. Almost all signs are duplicated in English, German, and Turkish. All entertainment and shows are in English. The entire staff understands English, and the receptionists speak English fluently and can answer any questions. In addition, the hotel has its own mobile app where you can find hotel map, and information about upcoming entertainment events and sport activities. Grounds The hotel has large, very green grounds. It's a pleasant place to walk. The hotel has one main building (7 floors) and a separate spa building. All other rooms are scattered around the grounds in small 2-3 story cottages. There are many cats and even hedgehogs running around the territory. The staff looks after and feeds them, which adds a very cute element to the vacation. The hotel information says their animals are regularly checked by a vet, so it's safe to pet them. Sea/Pools The sea is clean and calm with a sandy beach and plenty of loungers. There is a large canopy that makes it easy to find a shady spot at any time of a day. There are also many loungers by the pools. Some of the pools are practically empty. There is a separate 16+ "relaxation pool" for people who prefer a quiet atmosphere. The depth of most pools is 140 cm. A "towel station" is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., allowing you to exchange your towel as many times as you want (one beach towel per person). Entertainment Information about all the entertainment offered is available on the hotel's app. Every day, the list was huge, with various sports activities (tennis, archery, aerobics, yoga, water bikes, etc.) and group activities for children. You need to register for some of the activities in advance because the number of participants is limited. Also, there were different concerts and shows almost every other day. A group of 6 dancers worked at the hotel and put on truly interesting performances. The hotel has an "amphitheater," which is an open-air concert hall where the shows took place. Room/Cleaning The room is clean, spacious, and cozy. On the downside, there are no dressers or drawers; you can only put things in the built-in closet or on the table and bedside tables. The room had a balcony with a small drying rack where you can hang wet swimsuits. The sound insulation is generally decent, but if you get very noisy neighbors, you can still hear them in the room. The air conditioner works well and quietly. The hotel staff is very polite and friendly.

Our holiday in Turkey at this hotel exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, the service was outstanding – the staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The food was absolutely perfect. Every evening there was a different themed dinner focusing on a specific cuisine, which gave us the chance to taste specialties from all over the world. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The drinks at the bars were top quality, with a wide selection and cocktails prepared with real care. I especially want to highlight Mr. Mikail, the bartender at the Wunderbar. He looked after us fantastically – always smiling, attentive, and proactive. Throughout our stay, he made sure we had everything we needed and that we enjoyed every moment. It was clear that he genuinely cares about guests’ satisfaction. Thanks to him, we felt truly special and pampered. We can only recommend this hotel – beautiful surroundings, amazing food and drinks, great entertainment, and above all unforgettable service. I was in Turkey for 10 times already snd this wast the best hotel I have ever been. The service is on top level, the best show, everything just perfect! Clean room everyday, food delicious, drinks perfect. And guy Mikail from wunderbar is the best really! He helped us with everything, He took very good care of us, always bringing us drinks and snacks. He is the best guy! He also give us the best shots of Raki! Also others waitress were really great. We will come back for sure!

The resort is really great – beautiful surroundings, clean hotel and pleasant atmosphere. But I would like to especially highlight the bartender Mikail, who does his job with all his heart. He is always smiling, helpful and tries to accommodate the guests as much as possible. Thanks to him, the stay is even more pleasant. I appreciate such people and would like to give him at least this review.

The staff overall was super friendly and very helpfull. Especially in teaching Turkish. From check in to check out everything was perfect. The staff are the most friendly helpful kind people who can’t do enough make your stay the amazing. Reception team Kadir , Tolga , Sami, Dora very helpful and so kind. A few names who went above and beyond are Suat Ozan Ulay Yama Yasin and Sia. The hotel is clean and tidy with plenty of space with lots sun beds around the many pools. The entertainment team so good. We are animal lovers and really loved to see how there are residents cats and hedgehogs that are very well looked after by hotels vet , really nice to have a cuddle when your away and missing your own pet back home, so all in all get booking and enjoy your holiday in fantastic resort .

Great holiday complex , never a dull moment , can not fault the staff always willing to give advise.Never at the bar longer than 3 minutes waiting to be served , buffet restaurant was varied and catered for all tastes. Whether you just want to chill on the beach or join in the numerous activities this place is excellent . Entertainment on a night is just the best from shows in the amphitheatre to live music and dj sets at the pool bar and a foam beach dance party you just cant go wrong absolutely 5 star . Will be back next year , keep up the good work TUI masmavi . Thanks for a great holiday experince . Oh and the golf courses are only a stones throw away .

Honestly, the guest services here were amazing and made our holiday so much better. My boyfriend and I got sick during the first few days (nothing to do with the hotel we believe), and when we let guest services know, they went out of their way to help us enjoy our trip. A huge shout out to Yiğit who is such an amazing asset to this hotel, we’ve never had someone at a hotel look after us aswell as they did! Yasin was also lovely! They upgraded us to a nicer room since we were spending more time there, which was such a thoughtful touch. They also helped us book into the restaurants so we didn’t miss out. The spa is incredible too — there’s so much on offer that isn’t really advertised, so I’d definitely recommend any adults check it out. The relax pool was perfect if you wanted some peace and quiet away from kids. We know this is a family-friendly hotel, but it was lovely having an area just to unwind. There are so many pools to choose from that you’ll never be stuck for a place to be. As a vegan, I was blown away by how well the hotel catered for me. There are whole areas dedicated to vegan and vegetarian food, and every à la carte restaurant we tried had a full vegan menu. It made eating out so easy, and the staff were so attentive and thoughtful, always making sure I had an amazing experience too. The teppanyaki was an incredible experience, I would recommend this to anyone visiting. All of the bars had really quick and friendly service. The only small downside was that the cocktails weren’t the best, most of them tasted quite similar, so we stuck to just a few drinks off the menu. What could have been a rough holiday actually turned into one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had, all thanks to the incredible staff. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

What an amazing holiday we had with our 3 sons age 17, 15 & 10. Tui Masmavi suits every age. We had two family rooms in the main building which were a great size and spotless, and my sons loved the unlimited supply of drinks in the mini bar. Our balcony’s were facing onto the kids club but you can pre book rooms if the view is important. It didn’t bother us as it was quiet and we were barely in the rooms as there is so much to do. The food in the buffet restaurant is faultless, so much choice and of a really high standard. For lunch everyday we went to the beach snack bar but its actually a full lunchtime buffet with a great salad and fruit bar and different cooking stations and the fact you are at the gorgeous beach we loved it. The theme nights were so good we didn’t have time to go visit all the speciality restaurants. We did go to Green Curry which was really delicious, it was a selection of set starters (the freshly made nan bread was out of this world) and there was a choice of main dishes. The stand out meal for us however was a visit to the Tapenyaki restaurant, we are still talking about it. There is an extra charge but it’s so worth it, the food, the service, the show and the view at sunset. The day time activity team were brilliant, the kids loved football on the Astro, archery, water polo, darts, the pool games and the water slides. The foam party on the beach was great fun as well as the beach Zumba party, so much effort was put into everything. So many nice touches from the staff too, like being handed watermelon whilst chilling out on the sun beds and the roller blading waiter. There was never a shortage of sun beds and umbrellas no mater what time of day we decided to sunbathe. The beach is super chilled and quiet and I especially enjoyed the sunrise yoga. The exercise classes were excellent too. The evening entertainment was fantastic, the shows were super slick and professional, the dancers are amazing and a special mention goes out to Dance captain Emma for the work she puts into everything. Also Cetzin the entertainment manager organises amazing shows, we absolutely loved the beach party and the white party and my 10 year old son loved being asked up as dj assistant. All the staff are absolutely brilliant, but a special mention goes to Edna the bar manager who went above and beyond to make sure we were all having a super time. Tui Magic Life Masmavi was a winner for our family!

I had an incredible time at TUI Magic Life Masmavi in Belek! The resort offers so many activities, but my favorite was archery with Oktay. He’s an amazing instructor—patient, encouraging, and very thorough. I started as a complete beginner, and after just four days, I achieved results I never thought possible. The resort itself is fantastic, with plenty of pools, a beautiful beach, and endless entertainment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun and active holiday!

Schöne Anlage, allerdings ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Aufmerksames Personal, Essen war klasse. Auffällig das Bier, Wein und Cocktails wenig bis keinen Alkoholgehalt haben. Auf der Anlage ist ein Shop für Kleidung (direkt hinter der Poolbar) mit reichlich „Luxus-Labels“. Die Verkäufer sind sowas von unhöflich und unfreundlich, dass wir aus diesen Grund nichts gekauft haben (sollte man meiden). Ansonsten war es ein erholsamer Familienurlaub.

Just returned from a 2 week stay. A lovely holiday and the staff can’t do enough for you. Lovely well kept grounds, food plentiful and always very well presented. The older chap who cleans around the pool area during the daytime is fantastic, he’s always smiling and can’t do enough to help out. Word of warning for people, the tiles around the pool area are very slippery, we’ve seen so many people slip and hurt themselves whilst we were on holiday there. Always walk on the blue rubber matting. We had a room in the village which was a 2 bedroomed room, was very comfortable but quite dated. We’ve been informed that when they close for the winter, they will be updating the village rooms. Would have preferred to stay in the lagoon rooms. The gym is well equipped and I used it a lot whilst away. The watersports we found on the pricer limit than we would normally pay, but well worth haggling down, as we had a big discount on both parasailing and the jet ski. Plus done pay silly money for the photos/videos from the drone, we got them down to £80 from £150. All entertainment staff work very hard and it was great to see them mingling with us holiday makers. The shows that take place at the amphitheater are always well worth the watch. The cats that are resident in the hotel are well looked after. There’s vets that come in every other month to vaccinate and check on the cats. Plenty of food and water stations around the hotel for them all. They never pester you or jump up on tables for food. The sea and swimming pools were all like stepping into a bath, lovely and warm. A must is to visit the land of legends at night for the light show, this is free but such a lovely thing to see and witness. It just costs the taxi ride. Belek is a nice town to visit for the shops of a night time too, always barter though with prices. The only thing that let it down for us as a family, there was nothing to walk out to of a night time, you have to pay for a taxi, which is a pain. All in all a lovey holiday, thankyou Masmavi and all the staff that work so hard in very hot temperatures

We have just returned from an amazing visit to Magic Life Masmavi. We were delighted to be upgraded to a family room in the main building. It was spacious, very clean and our housekeeping lady, Aisha (not sure if I have spelt that correctly!) was very friendly and created some wonderful origami with the towels! There are several pools, the activity pool tends to be busy as lots of activities take place there. We spent a lot of time in the island pool which was generally quiet. Slides are open 10am - 12 and then 2pm - 6pm, plus 2 nights a week they are open late at night! There is so much entertainment, from shows to discos to foam parties, you will not be bored! Special mention to Pia who had a lot of energy and was very welcoming to us on the dance floor and when playing shuffleboard tournaments! We didn't try any of the special restaurants as the Magico restaurant has a great variety of food. It does get very busy in the evenings so go early or later if you want it a bit quieter. The hotel is very clean and we spotting the various animals around - cats that have feeding stations, the hedgehog and tortoise, and the two dogs behind the reception area. We have loved this holiday and hope to come back in the future.

I will be writing a separate review as we have had some bad experiences at this hotel however i wanted to write a separate review for an outstanding member of staff who throughly deserves this five star review. Hassan the food and beverage manager is an absolute credit to this hotel! He has gone above and beyond to resolve our problems. He has spoken to us with kindness and empathy and genuinely cares about his guests. He is personable, has given us outstanding service and respect. Nothing has been too much trouble for him and without him here our experience would have been ruined! The man needs a pay rise! What a member of staff absolutely 5 star management! Thank you Hassan we appreciate you so very much

Me and my husband are on our last day here today with our 2 kids aged 16 and 12 and we can safely say what a place!!! Cleanliness - 5 stars here …the pools, the room, the outdoor areas..so clean and you constantly see cleaning staff working hard! Pools - all 10 are fab, not too cold either! Cats - I’m an animal lover and typical Brit when it comes to animals abroad …I was a bit worried I was going to see thin and stray cats but not here, they are well looked after by all the staff and there even cute little feeding stations and cat houses dotted around …to be fair, I only saw a handful ..and that’s because the kids hunted them down 😂 Rooms - Our kids were next door …rooms are spacious, clean and shower is amazing! Fridge in the room and hairdryer in the bathroom ..the air con was amazing! WiFi - Unfortunately if you have teens like us , WiFi is their main priority…it’s perfect here, works no problem Staff - Brilliant…nobody pesters you by the pool to join in if u don’t want to …nobody coming round pestering you for trips ..staff all very helpful and can’t do enough for u! Food - I’m a picky vegetarian and even I was spoilt for choice …different theme nights every night and the Turkish restaurant and the Indian were exceptional! Tip - between 7.30pm -8.30pm was when meal times where the busiest but no food wars and there is plenty!! Sunbed wars …we went for the last 10 days of the summer holidays so maybe it was just a good time to come ..but we got to the pool around 8.30-9am and there were still plenty and I didn’t see any wars! Gym .. I’m a gym goer and I was still able to do my full workout ..full equipment and fully air conned! There is so much to do here if you want, and if you don’t they let you just relax …the beach is just next to the pool and is beautiful and also very clean …water sports ..as usual very expensive …so make sure you account for a few hundred euros if you want to do them! Entertainment…top notch! Loved the silent discos and foam parties on the beach!…Tip …take a white outfit ..they do white nights! All in all well done to this hotel …you have given us many wonderful memories

Food quality and choice is absolutely overwhelming. There's only 3 hours out of 24 where there's no food available at any place. The club offers countless activities, lessons, surprises etc. If you think it's boring at Masmavi then I believe nobody can help you. The interior of the rooms is not latest style, but it's kept in a good condition. Air condition can be set to a certain degree and works well.

We have been to this hotel a few times now and I am always very happy with it. The service and hotel is amazing. This visit didn’t disappoint at all. Food has got even better than last year and we really enjoyed the Green Curry restaurant. I want to say a big shout out the entertainment team. They work incredibly hard and in the heat of summer as well. Emma the dance captain as always makes us feel welcome and great to see someone we know. It was great to see new team members as well. Bryant, Belu, Melissa and Gui from the show team, are amazingly talented! Sarah, Jodie and Oktay from sport and game. Kids club amazing as wells! It was a shame at some points some members on the entertainment team seem to ignore us in the evening program. Which is a shame, As we love to talk and show are support for them. We loved our time here and so glad we’d decided to stay for two weeks. The accommodation was brilliant. It was us and the two kids. They had a twin room and we had a double but they were joined together. The balcony was attached to the double. The rooms were clean and cool with the air conditioning. The shower was lovely. The food was so good. Two of us are vegetarian and had no problems at all. There were fewer veggie options than meat options on the themed nights but still so much selection with clearly marked vegan sections for anyone needing to know. The staff everywhere were so friendly. The entertainment was way more than we expected. There were talented dancers, BMX/scooter/motorbike shows, Cuban acrobats/silent discos and more. Really impressive. Our kids are aged 10 & 12 and there was plenty to do. We didn’t really make use of the kids clubs as they were just enjoying the pools and slides but what they did join in with they enjoyed and the staff were brilliant. We all did some activities. There are way more included activities than we’d thought from the website. Between us we did archery, spinning classes, aquí-cycling (new one for us but brilliant!), a triathlon and a lot of joining in with dancing/fitness both in the pool and the sea. My husband also used the gym and said it was well-equipped. The water slides were fantastic fun, especially when they opened them on some of the evenings too. The beach is clean and the sea very warm. Nothing in the way of snorkelling though without doing a trip. As well as the activities, it was easy to relax. Felt totally and utterly spoilt. If we can afford it we’d definitely come back again or try another TUI magic Life site. They use an app (TUI Magic Life app) for you to book activities so we’d definitely recommend checking what activities are available if you’re thinking of booking. Like I say, it’s way better than the website will lead you to believe!

We’ve now stayed at Masmavi Magic Life Resort three times over five years, and each visit has been a fantastic experience. We always book the ground floor Lagoon Rooms, which offer direct pool access and are perfect for families. The staff are consistently attentive, friendly, and quick to respond to any requests. On our most recent visit, I accidentally left my phone in the room on our way to Antalya airport. We contacted Guest Services and spoke to Ulas (Guest Services Manager), who not only retrieved the phone but arranged for it to be delivered to the airport by the hotel driver—at no cost. That level of care and efficiency was truly impressive. Special thanks to: • Yigit (Guest Services) for his ongoing support • Siyyar (Breakfast & Beach Restaurant) for his warm hospitality • Hadi (TUI Rep) for his helpful guidance • The amazing Kids Club team—Louisa, Arife, Lisa, Aleyna, Yoann, Stephanie, and Ozgun—who kept our children entertained and engaged every single day The entertainment and events throughout the resort were top-notch and added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Minor feedback: While the Lagoon Rooms are advertised as swim-up, in reality they don’t offer the exclusivity one might expect—any guest from the hotel can access and use the sun loungers in front of these rooms. During the last few days of our stay, we noticed that people were coming as early as 6am (or even earlier) to claim all the loungers, which made it difficult to enjoy the space we had specifically upgraded for. After paying for both the swim-up room and the “choose your room” option, we expected at least two sun loungers to be reserved for our use. Instead, we were told that only guests who pay for the Lagoon+ upgrade receive reserved loungers. This felt disappointing, especially considering the additional costs already incurred.

I cannot thank Ulas enough for the incredible service he provided during our stay. From the very beginning, nothing was ever too much trouble for him. When the app showed the cabanas were fully booked, he went above and beyond to secure one for me and my family – something that made such a difference to our holiday. He also helped sort out a few things in our room quickly and efficiently, always with a smile. What stood out most was his genuine kindness. He showed such care and respect towards my elderly mum, which meant the world to us. And when I was feeling a little unwell, Ulas was unbelievably compassionate and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed and checking in on me. His customer service is truly next level – crest class, if not better. People like Ulas are what make a stay unforgettable. He is a credit to the team, and I feel so grateful for everything he did for us. This place is the best family resort I've been to and I travel all over the world. The entertainment, food, service were all to a high standard! The whole resort is class.

The water is not in the bottle!!! I was affraid to drink water!!! They don't have snaks,they have just french fries and are closing at 17!!! They don't have drinks at the beach,the personal is not educated!!!the food is good but not varieted. I am not recommand this hotel. 4 years ago i've been at tui magic jacaranda but was better than masmavi. I dind't expected to be so bad.

We have just returned from an 11 night stay at the hotel. Our first time at the resort although we have been to the Tui Magic life, Plimmiri, Rhodes. Accommodation We had a 2 bedroom family room in the main building which was kept clean and was everything we needed it to be. Air conditioning worked well and plenty of plug sockets plus space to put clothes away. Our only comment would be that the bed cover wasn’t very big for the double bed in the main bedroom, a bigger cover would have been better, but you could probably ask for two bed covers if you wanted! Extra pillows were supplied straight away on request. Food We felt this hotel lived up to our expectations in terms of the main buffet restaurant. We really enjoyed the theme evenings, particularly the Mexican and Italian evenings in the restaurant. Acoustic guitar performances and the singing ‘Italian chefs’ were a nice touch. We had a nice meal in the Levante and Green Curry restaurants, which was great for the whole family and excellent service. We also paid extra for the Tepanyaki restaurant, which was amazing. A real culinary experience, with a very talented chef. The children loved being involved with the whole ‘theatre’ of the show cooking and watching the fire from the grills! I did think the cocktails were a bit similar and you didn’t get much choice on the all inclusive option. White wine was the best and I did appreciate having an Irish cream liqueur on AI! Please serve sparkling wine in the main restaurant not just the bars. Entertainment It’s what Magic Life do best, get people involved in a friendly and positive manner. Never intruding but always wanting to make sure guests have the best time. I took part in several of the exercise classes and from the first one I was made to feel really welcome by dance Captain Emma, who was so welcoming and friendly. It was lovely to continue our conversations throughout the holiday. You can take them at your own pace but the fitness instructors always helped you to get the most out of the class. My husband also took part in the tennis lessons, archery and water polo. As a family we did the small and tall classes with Melissa, which we all enjoyed. The night time entertainment was fabulous and kept us all busy. We loved the shows in the amphitheatre and the theme nights such as the beach party and the ‘White night’. The entertainment team are all fabulous dancers and this is what elevated our holiday. They take time to speak to you and make sure you are having a great time. The children took part in the Mymo show and really enjoyed being a part of this with the entertainment team. A special mention to all the entertainment team, Tabitha, Belinda, Emma, Melissa, Bryant, Catalina, Baquero, Guilherme, Belu, Daisy and Jodie. You are all fabulous and do a really wonderful job to make everyone’s holiday so entertaining. Kids Club Our children loved the Kids club and were made to feel really special by the Kids club staff. They often went to the sessions three times a day and were kept busy with archery and fitness classes along with making bracelets and playing games. They made friends too from all over Europe, which was lovely to see. Special mention to Louisa, Arife, Lisa, Aleyna, Yoann, Stefanie and Özgün. You all doing an amazing job and really made our children’s holiday very special. Another mention is to Oktay, Archery teacher. Both my children and husband joined in with the archery and loved his classes. He always had time for them and was a very positive person, who had time for everyone. Overall we had a great stay, and were well looked after by all the members of staff. Guest relations were really helpful with restaurant bookings and helped us to book a late check out. I wish I knew all their names! We even had a lady come by the pool to ask if we needed anything and supplied us with extra water in the room. It really is the people that made this holiday so special for us as a family.

We have just returned from 9 nights at Masmavi. We have stayed at lots of Tui hotels but this was our first Magic Life. We had an amazing time. The hotel is big we were told that there were 2000 guests but the hotel never felt crowded. This is the biggest hotel we have stayed in and With 2 x 15 year old boys to keep entertained the draw of water polo, football, the pools, water sports and hotel nightlife etc were a big draw. The boys had a brilliant time, met lots of friends, we hardly saw them. None of us wanted to come home. We were upgraded to a Lagoon room, which I would highly recommend. Very spacious, 2 bathrooms and access straight out to the pool. We were literally 50 steps from the beach. The boys did inflatable and jet skis, Muhammad at the water sports was great. Ygit from customer relations was superb, friendly, knowledgeable and was always checking in on everyone. Our maid did a wonderful job cleaning our room everyday. Food was good, we ate at the curry and Turkish restaurants. We went into Belek town via taxi and also Lara Beach. We also did a boat trip. There is no where to walk to outside of resort but taxi into Belek is under 10 mins. All the staff work so hard, including gardeners, cleaners the hotel is spotless. If you are looking to book his hotel do it, you will not be disappointed .

For my first to Turkey with my son I don’t think we could have picked a better resort, our room location was brilliant, central to all the restaurants, bars and coffee lounges as well as a 2 minute walk from the pool, my only very little moan was we had a double bed not two singles, the resort was spotlessly clean, the choice of food literally catered for everyone everyday, now onto the entertainment team, Jodie you were bad ass, the best waterpolo games ever, Melissa was a legend to, the variety of activities throughout the week was crazy these guys and girls just don’t stop, it’s a 10/10 for Jodie and the entertainment mob

We really enjoyed our holiday at TUI Magic Life Masmavi. It was our third visit as a family to a TUI Magic Life Location having been to Ibiza and Calabria before. We found the Masmavi location a beautiful setting, the Lagoon rooms were really very nice. Our 9 year old son really enjoyed the Young Stars Kids club. Thank you especially to Lisa and Aleyna and all the Children’s entertainment team who made it a really fun time for him leading the group. He loved the activities including football.Our 6 year old son enjoyed the swimming pools, water slides and archery, as well as the survivor obstacle course. We all enjoyed the evening entertainment at the Amphitheatre especially the Cuban circus. The Lagoon rooms are worth booking ahead and paying the extra for, they were modern and very clean, Firdevs, the cleaner took real pride in keeping them perfect and was friendly and welcoming to us. There is a wide range of pools of different sizes catering for different needs, for example there were some days where there were inflatables in the activity pool. The speciality restaurants were good including the Turkish restaurant Levante and a Thai & Indian restaurant called Green Curry. We did one trip booked onsite to Managvat waterfall, Bazaar, beach and river which was fine. We flew there and back with Sun Express which was not a great experience, it was delayed and really was a basic service, not comfortable, and not value for money. Best to go with another airline.

My kids were told off for trying to exit the pool, then told off again when trying to eat because my austic son had his feet on the chair stimmimg. Food was awful. Cold or just disgusting. The soft drinks were warm. I do not recommend this place.

We really like the resort. It was our third stay and for the first time we had a family room in the main building. The room was a good size, bright and modern, with air con in both bedrooms, comfortable beds, a nice walk in shower and plenty of storage. We were very happy with housekeeping. Minor issues were lack of TV apps and very few TV channels in English (although we didn't spend much time in the room) and having a stone balcony instead of a glass one which meant clothes didn't dry as quickly as they would have otherwise. The beach is lovely and sandy with warm water, a nice big swimming area and lots of sun beds under canopies. As well as being able to swim in the sea and enjoy a lovely view up the coast there is a selection of good size pools providing variety for anyone that wants it. My 7 year old really enjoyed the water slides (there are 5 or 6 with one that's quite big). The water slides are well supervised by the lifeguards. There are also two small kids pools, one with some fun things like water spouts and tipping buckets and one that's very shallow and under a canopy, so good for younger children. As well as the pools, there is a very good daily activity program (check out the Magic Life app for more details). I had a really good archery lesson with Oktay. Close to the hotel I found long stretches of pavement which are good for running including two long tree lined straights which provided shade. Minor issue with activities: lack of golf balls for the putting (most days there were only two and one day none!). The entertainment program is also good. We enjoyed a number of shows at the amphitheatre. I find having the main evening shows at the amphitheatre works better than having them at the pool bar. The in-house entertainment team is very impressive, great dancing and acrobatics and a super singer. There's a really good clothes shop in the resort beside the amphitheatre selling regular clothes, swim wear and football strips at good prices. The food was good, with plenty of variety although there were occasions I felt it could have been hotter. While the food was good, service at the bars could be faster (although maybe I'm just impatient and one guy was super fast; tall, dark hair, worked the pool bar, name begins with M, I think). Maybe give the staff more blenders or have a few popular drinks premixed to speed things up. Also, there was a tendency with some bar staff to fill glasses with too much ice, leaving little space for the actual drink. It's a big resort but nothing seems further than a short walk. A minor issue to report is the lifts in the middle of the atrium of the main building were slow or unresponsive at times (the ones at the side were much more reliable). And to finish on a highlight: the MyMo kids club! My son loved the kids club last year and it was a major reason we came back this year. And it was great to see some friendly, familiar faces among the staff with Louisa, Özgün and Alenya all there again. This year the kids club was also brilliant, with my son keen to go to almost every session! My son's group was mainly supervised by Louisa and Özgün and I'm very grateful to them for making his holiday so special. Overall, lots of positives, so we may return for a fourth stay.

Amazing hotel! Definitely deserves five stars! However, some categories could improve… FOOD was very good quality and safe to eat. Meat was cooked very well and was clearly made with care. Specialty restaurants are the same. Wide range of food every day and themed nights daily. ROOMS are very well made up! Got a free upgrade from a normal room to a lagoon room and it is spacious with air conditioning that works so well that sometimes I felt the need to have to wear a jumper in bed. Lagoon rooms and the village rooms are in very peaceful parts of the hotel and have nice balcony views, with the sea or not. Rooms are very clean and comfortable however, the shower open and water spills out and onto the floor very quickly. ENTERTAINMENT was good. Some nights better than others but overall a good show. And, once in a fortnight, the kids get to put on a show in the amphitheater which is a lovely thing to do! On quite late though, for families with young kids who struggle to stay awake. ACTIVITIES were put on regularly. There were things for kids and adults to do. Kids could do: kids club, disco, inflatable obstacle course on water etc etc. Adults could do: Aqua aerobics, yoga, bicycles underwater, nighttime beach volleyball. etc etc. STAFF were very friendly and on the go. However some of them didn’t say anything when you take your order in the bar or restaurants. OTHER: pools are kept cold and refreshing, kids club is often inside to play games during the heat of the day, the is a kids club for different age groups, there is an adults only bar but I have seen kids in it, the entertainment performers are very friendly and the people working in the kids club are very fun and playful! I want to start by saying this is an honest review as a family travelling with young child who travels to many tui hotels mixed 4 and 5 star and this hotel is not a 5 star. ACCESSIBILITY - this hotel is not pram friendly or wheelchair friendly some ramps here and there but no lift to use restaurants so need to carry pram up two flights of stairs and we specifically emailed the hotel asking for a pram friendly room before arrival but one was not provided and we had to carry pram up and down stairs took hotel 3 days to move room some areas are good but others are a let down. FOOD - quality of food is brilliant! So much choice all fresh and hot however only one point need more dairy free alternatives. But other than that food was brilliant. ROOM - we stayed in a double village room and they are very pleasant however very small especially if you have a pram and travel cot it is tight but overall nice rooms and village rooms are very quiet which is great for babies sleeping. ENTERTAINMENT - saw a couple of shows but it's a little hit and miss and it's on sooo late which is a shame for children who struggle to stay up late. The White night is great fun. There are many different pools if you want relax or entertaining in the day. OTHER - cocktails are a huge let down a small selection and it's basically the same cocktail each time they all taste the same you have to pay for the nicer ones which was misleading on the website. If you have a late flight the Farewell room is really handy. Staff are all very friendly and helpful except I did find the TUI reps to be quite rude and uninterested. Plenty of sunbeds no need to reserve Baby lounge is great, it's very helpful especially in the hot weather. Overall it was a lovely holiday but I feel it isn't a 5 star and more of a 4 and needs work in certain areas but we did enjoy our time there.
