Hampton Inn by Hilton Turlock

Hilton

No hot water! No call back by management. Very poor customer service!

Solides Hotel für Roadtrip, gute Ausstattung, gepflegter Zustand, einfaches Frühstück inklusive

Pool direkt am Parkplatz

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. I loved the location and how much was nearby! The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable and the employees at the front desk were amazing and made sure I had everything needed for my stay.

Clean

When we arrived a little bit past midnight, there was no one at the front desk . It took about 10 min till front desk clerk arrive . Said she was busy delivering something to a guest . Perhaps have a ring bell or leave a sign or something to let the guest know someone will be back shortly. She was very nice & attentive to us

It’s close to my family and right off the freeway

All was good, we even got to enjoy the pool

Very clean and staff was friendly

La limpieza y el personal muy amables

Good Hampton. Good area. The staff was fantastic and very helpful!

Clean, comfortable, easy to check in, staff friendly, breakfast available, coffee around the clock.

Hot water didn’t last in the shower, wifi can be unstable

Coffee in the room, bed comfort and easy of check in. Clean and quiet room and area.

Odd that there were no water glasses in the room.

Very good breakfast, comfortable beds.

All

Tha location

Everything staff were friendly and professional

Clean property always

Everything

Location and breakfast were great

Good Location. Staff was friendly.

Near where we needed to be

Slamming room doors kept us awake all night. People were going in and out of their rooms well past midnight then it started up again just after 3 am. They need to add door closers

Die Lage war gut.

Leider waren Flecken auf dem Bett. Alles etwas abgenutzt und wenig gepflegt.

Staff was very accommodating when I asked to extend my stay a third night. Everything and everyone more than exceeded my expectations confirming my family’s recommendation from a previous stay here. Thank you.

Breakfast was good it had a variety of food deserts Not a 5 star but it was great.

It was good remember if it’s not broken don’t fix lt.

The breakfast area was well kept and stocked. The food was good, and the morning staff was friendly. The front counter employee, Beeson, was very friendly and cordial.

The shower floor was a bit slippery. Providing a rubber mat in the bathrooms would remedy this concern.

The breakfast was bad the egg wasn’t mix well enough it was with too much water anyone could tell it was out of a bag too artificial. Not enough options

The pool and jacuzzi wasn’t clean enough to get in it the water was too green/dirty

Everything was awesome

Very Clean, and the costumer service was number 1

You need to extra strength to open the door to the stairs.

Very nice, clean and easy access. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Clean and comfortable

Ok

Location was great fight off of main road with food and gas station in same area

Staff was very nice and welcoming. When I arrived I asked for a bottom floor room and the guy at the desk was right on top of it and gave me a bottom floor due to my disability

I didn’t like the fact that there was a lot of parking when we arrived but wen we left and came back later we could not find any parking at all, the parking lot was very tight and some of the spots were very small for our vehicle.

"My one-day stay at the Hampton Inn had its ups and downs. Check-in was smooth, and the room was spotless and comfortable.

The main drawback was the extreme noise from the upstairs tenant. There was a crying baby and kids running around that I could hear every single step of, making it nearly impossible to sleep. It seems the sound insulation between floors could be better. If you are a light sleeper, you might want to request a top-floor room."

Very close to the freeway and many convenient stores close by

The free breakfast didn’t have a variety. No kid friendly cereals and the juice machine wasn’t working. Would have been nice to at least offer water

I had a terrible experience with this reservation. I booked through Booking.com, but before I even checked in, the hotel charged me more than the rate I originally booked. When I contacted the hotel, they told me it wasn't their responsibility and that I should talk to Booking.com. Booking.com then said the hotel had overcharged me. They kept passing the responsibility back and forth, and no one took ownership of the problem. As of today, I still haven't received a refund for the extra charge.

Friendly staff and clean rooms

Breakfast was delicious.

The only thing I didn’t like the hard boiled eggs should be peeled when they’re warm because when they get cold, it’s very hard to peel

I liked everything, from the food to the cleanness and stuff, I have stayed here before that's why I came back!

The size of the room was wonderful. And the bed in room 334! So comfortable. If I knew the brand of bed it was, I would have gone out and bought one!

I didn't see any hand soap in the bathroom. The dispenser on the wall said "body lotion". Also, the second day, it took a lot to get my key card to work. It finally did, but I thought I was going to have to go down to the desk. The cafe was very clean and tidy, and I appreciated the hot breakfast.

The gentleman who checked us in was so helpful. The hotel was sold out but he found a way to get our rooms close together. Housekeeping said hello every time we interacted with them. Breakfast staff asked if we needed anything. Great customer service!!

Friendly staff and they accommodated an early check in.

Rest room in the room had a barn door that didn’t lock. Less privacy when traveling with non immediate family member. A normal door with a lock would’ve been much better.

Todo está limpio tanto los cuartos como el edificio en general

El sistema para acceder estaba muy lento y tardamos mucho para hace check in

Na

Good and clean hotel.

AC keep the room quick, staff was friendly, quick to check in, room look clean. All of us woke up with insect bug bite. Took pictures of my back with my bug bite. Had to take a shower at 3am to feel at ease. Son and my sister in law had bug bites on their leg. Breakfast as ok.

The hotel was nice and clean. Love the cleanliness of the rooms. All the staff were so kind. Check-in was fast. My kids enjoy our stayed and that's what matters

Had an active day outdoors and was tired, dusty and needed a shower. The room water temp was barely warm however in both shower and sink, even after running for 15 minutes! Noone answer the front desk phone to help either, adding to the insult. Mamagement of this Hamptons is incompetent for permitting this failure in a premium priced business. Fire them and refund my money.

No Breakfast really bad

Nothing to add

The room was great. Just wish there was a soap dispenser on the wall instead of a lotion dispenser

Breakfast was good. Property was clean

The accommodations are comfortable and the staff are alway friendly and helpful.

Nice staff

Location

Great

Safe and clean.

It was a nice, safe location.

Sehr neues, sauberes Hotel. Bequemes Bett und großer kostenfreier Parkplatz. Restaurants fussläufig. Amerikanisches Frühstück mit guter Auswahl.
