Colazione buona, con possibilità di utilizzo della cucina condivisa (pulita giornalmente = top!). Come vista, a seconda della camera scelta è possibile avere vista mare e\o terrazzino.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026I absolutely loved my stay at Outsite Ibiza. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The location is fantastic – close to both the airport and Ibiza Town, which is very easy to reach by bus. It’s the perfect base for exploring the island. There are also several beautiful beaches nearby, with Cala Nova being my personal favorite. If you're staying in the area, I highly recommend visiting it – it's absolutely stunning. A very special thank you goes to Maria, the hotel manager. She is incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Even though you don't often see staff around the property, you always feel well taken care of because Maria responds almost instantly whenever you have a question and is always ready with helpful solutions and recommendations. One small story that perfectly reflects her thoughtfulness: I became obsessed with the Isle of Paradise sunscreen that was provided in the bathroom and spent days trying to find it somewhere on Ibiza, but had no luck. When I mentioned this to Maria and asked where I could buy it, she was kind enough to give me some herself. It may seem like a small gesture, but it's exactly these kinds of thoughtful details that make a stay truly memorable. I really appreciate this level of care and attention, and it's one of the many reasons why I can wholeheartedly recommend Outsite Ibiza. I would happily stay here again and can't wait to come back.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Πολύ καθαρό, πολύ κεντρική η τοποθεσία, ωραίο ξενοδοχείο, μοντέρνο και ήρεμο. Το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Η στάση του λεωφορείου πολύ κοντά και γενικά πολύ ωραία γειτονιά, βέβαια μακριά από το κέντρο.
Το μόνο που θα θέλαμε περισσότερο είναι περισσότερες επιλογές στο πρωινό και λίγο περισσότερες ώρες να είναι το προσωπικό διαθέσιμο σε περίπτωση που ήθελες να ρωτήσεις κάτι. Γιατί το βράδυ δεν υπήρχε κάποιος να ρωτήσεις.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Top Lage mit Fähre direkt vor der Tür sowie Bus- und Taxihaltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Frühstück ist 24/7 verfügbar und völlig ausreichend. Praktisch sind der Kühlschrank im Zimmer und das zusätzliche eigene Fach im Gemeinschaftskühlschrank.
Der Preis für die Einzelnutzung war etwas zu hoch. Für zwei Personen wurde ein günstigerer Preis angezeigt (möglicherweise ein Fehler bei Booking.com)

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per cinque giorni a giugno 2026. Perfetta per chi non vuole stare nel caos di Ibiza City ed esplorare le tantissime spiagge che offre l’isola. Struttura proprio in fronte al mare con supermercati, negozi e ristoranti, vicinissimo tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la cucina e gli spazi in comune in cui fare colazione e potersi preparare i pasti. Struttura pulitissima e arredata veramente con buon gusto. Bellissimo il balcone, Frontemare e anche la terrazza comune. Comoda anche la lavanderia Comune completamente a disposizione degli ospiti gratuitamente. Un consiglio: se state cercando un ombrellone per la spiaggia, andate nella Laundry che ce ne sono parecchi abbandonati dai precedenti clienti.
Tutto perfetto. Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa, la struttura potrebbe stabilire una tariffa agevolata con il parcheggio proprio aderente perché in certi orari è difficile parcheggiare in strada o nei parcheggi pubblici.

Es ist insgesamt sehr hellhörig. Wer kein Problem damit hat in seinem Zimmer zu arbeiten ist hier gut aufgehoben. Die Community area finde ich zum Arbeiten nicht gut geeignet. Es gibt nur einen langen Tisch, keine wirkliche Privatsphäre und die Stühle eigenen sich nicht zum lange sitzen. Das rooftop hat total Potential wird aber sehr vernachlässigt. Es stehen zwar liegen bereit aber kein Schirm oder Ähnliches der zb fürs Arbeiten Schatten bieten könnte.

Das Wasser aus der Dusche war sehr heiß, man könnte es nicht regeln und hat nach Kanalisierung gestunken. Toilette ist nicht von Geräusche geschützt. Wasser aus der Klimaanlage ist ständig mitten im Zimmer getropft.

Heel eerlijk vonden wij het ontbijt een beetje tegenvallen...Maar op de hoek zit een hele fijne bakker.

Camera piccolina ma dotata di tutti i comfort,dal bagno con tutti gli asciugamano all’aria condizionata. Pulizia della stanza all’arrivo ottima.
Unico punto a sfavore a mio avviso e l’assenza costante di qualcuno in reception. Praticamente il desk era sempre vuoto e si accedeva alla struttura tramite un codice. Per il resto tutto benissimo.

Haber, no es un hotel! Aunque te ponga desayuno incluido, el desayuno hay 4 cosas que están bien, pero bueno, luego te tienes que hacer tu si quieres las cosas, puedes traer cosas de fuera y hacértelas tú en la cocina, tienes frigoríficos para cosas comunes y cosas de cada habitación! Un poco raro, pero para un par de días…. Te sobra

El desayuno es lo peor, poca variedad, poca calidad y encima tienes que recoger y lavar los platos. En relación calidad-precio para ser Ibiza pues no está mal del todo. En cualquier caso no repetiría. El aparcamiento en la zona es inexistente, puedes pasar más de una hora para encontrar aparcamiento o dejarlo en uno privado por 20 euros la noche.
El desayuno , el aparcamiento de la zona y que no hacen la habitación en todos los días se te quedas .

Not having staff and not very clear instructions for the checkin/out made the process more complicated than could have been. Also, says there’s parking but actually there isn’t. Either you pay the private one or try to find free parking around the block. Breakfast is more like a few items that are available for the guests throughout the day.

The room was beautifully designed, modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful details that made it feel both stylish and welcoming. The location is perfect, offering a great balance between peaceful surroundings and easy access to Ibiza’s vibrant spots. One of the highlights was definitely the view. Waking up to such stunning scenery every day was unforgettable and added a special touch to the whole experience. I also really loved the common areas, which were spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for relaxing or socializing. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ibiza!!

I usually prefer a separate bathroom in the room, but it was great anyway.

Reviewed Apr 12, 2026Outsite was so unexpected, at the time of booking I hadn’t realised it was a co-living/working space, so it was fantastic to have a breakfast bar with fresh coffee/ fruit and bread (self-service throughout the day), fridge, food storage, full kitchen facilities and a lounge and printer. My room was excellent, I’d definitely recommend an upgrade for a sea view. Friendly and available staff on WhatsApp.. great help to have late check out until my flight in the evening as my room wasn’t booked. Big thanks OutSite Team!
Location and the co-working vibe. I met people attending the same conference. Loved my balcony and sea view! Plus the kitchen was great I didn’t eat out once!

Also liked the fact that basics were provided milk / butter / cheese /fruit / cereal /coffee so you didn't have to purchase these and only use half of them etc
Sign in bathroom saying don't flush toilet paper yet only a bin not much bigger than two coffee mugs and room not serviced to empty them so what do you do ?! Minor gripe : Front entrance door swings back and bangs hard ( until you figure out you have to stop it ) sign saying it will be fixed - I bet it's been like that for a while Also it's unlocked whole time => don;t need code - not big deal for me tho really.

La vista parcheggio della camera, e il fatto che non c era mai nessuno di fisico dell hotel a cui far riferimento. Poi la serratura della porta principale d ingresso era rotta e la porta rimaneva aperta.

De rooftop lounge was lekker rustig en goed uitgerust, alleen is er wel wat lawaai van een ventilatiemachine. Er is douchemateriaal aanwezig. Leuk dat er wat voor ontbijt voorzien wordt, maar ik verkies liever een volledig ontbijt of helemaal geen ontbijt. Nu was er haver, fruit en koffie. Soms eens een klein Spaans gebak of gekookt eitje. Nooit alles samen, geen ontbijtgranen of yoghurt. Die haalbare best zelf in een winkeltje nabij.
De renovatie heeft zijn beste tijd alweer gehad. De inkomdeur slaat hard dicht als je die niet tegenhoudt. Het slot hiervan is dan ook kapot. Onze badkamerdeur slorpte het vocht van de douche op waardoor het fineerlaagje loskwam. Geregeld ligt het laminaat los, voornamelijk in de gemeenschappelijke eetruimte. De keuken was minder hygiënisch gezien die gedeeld wordt. Het toiletpapier mag je niet doorspoelen maar moet in een vuilbakje.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2026Sehr ringhörig und störendes Geräusch von permanent (24h) laufendem Wasser und das auch im Zimmer von meinem Kollegen. Kein dunkler Vorhang oder Fensterladen, somit ab 7:00 Uhr keine Möglichkeit weiter zu schlafen. Eingangstüre zum Hotel war nicht verschlossen (Schloss defekt) und kein Personal anwesend. Somit konnte Jedermann unkontrolliert ins Hotel.

Reviewed Mar 14, 2026Uitzicht grandioos, ruime kamers, prima badkamer en voldoende zitmeubilair, ook op balkon. In Es Canar wel voldoende open voor boodschappen. Mogelijkheden voor ontbijt, lunch en avondeten begin maart beperkt. De rust en mooie baai zijn weldadig. Met huurauto zijn binnen 15 minuten zat fijne andere plekken bereikbaar, waaronder Sant Eularia. Sant Eularia is prachtig en je kunt daar terecht voor wat meer reuring.
Glazen of bekers ontbraken. Konden we wel halen in gemeenschappelijke keuken. Ook zou een stoffer en blik handig zijn, aangezien er nier dagelijks schoongemaakt wordt.

La limpieza estaba todo muy dejado las.zonas de desayuno super sucias, estuve 5 noches todas con las mismas toallas me hicieron la habitacion muy por encima solp un par de dias en geberal esta muy abandonado no vi a nadie del personal en las 5 noches, el agua tiene muy muy ppca presion ducharse es realmente incomodo en fin no lo recomendaria para nada

Reviewed Mar 2, 2026Ubicación muy buena en Ibiza, es una zona muy tranquila. La playa está super cerca, hay comercios, supermercados y en invierno todo muy muy tranquilo. La habitación estaba super limpia, muy completa, había café y frutas, cocina, bebedero y un gatito hermoso super tierno!!
La habitación decía que tenía "cama grande" pero en realidad eran dos camas, eso estaría bien que aclaren, el check out es recién a las 4 de la tarde, me parece muy tarde, también lo podrían mejorar y los utensilos de la cocina no estaban en buen estado y algunos huéspedes no destacaban por dejarlos limpio (eso no es culpa del hospedaje). Otro punto que mejoraría es el de que no hay recepción, osea podés comunicarte con una persona pero la presencialidad me parece que está bueno para por lo menos pedir cambio de toalla o alguna que otra sugerencia, duda, consulta, etc.

Limpieza. Las zonas comunes están desgastadas y sucias. Comparto el concepto de no ser necesario todos los días hacer las camas o cambiar toallas. Pero el 4º día en un hotel de turismo de playa, la habitación estaba llena de arena y las basuras por cambiar. Me gusta el concepto de las neveras y espacios compartidos pero hay que supervisarlo, hay comida en mal estado en la nevera. Lavaba las cosas antes de usarlas. Limpieza fatal.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Un hotel muy encantador y acogedor, la encargada super amable y nos ha ayudado mucho. El hotel cuenta con muchas facilidades como cocina comunitaria, un salón encantador. Nos cogió por sorpresa que no hay recepción pero la encargada responde muy rápido ante cualquier inconveniente y tampoco hay limpieza incluida. Las habitaciones muy acogedoras limpias y ordenadas, el plato de la ducha estaba en mal estado y necesita reparación pero todo lo demás excelente. Un muy buen hotel y muy recomendable.
