Dara Guest House

Nice area lovely garden

Beds was not so comfy

The space in the room. Beautiful space and delicious breakfast

Personal attention given. Heidi and crew is exceptional hosts. Facilities is impeccable. Venue is beautiful.

No dislikes.

WIFI 2 x Hot electrical blankets, although only the 1 was working. The wall heater is a bonus, thanks Small, cozy little room with a small fridge, microwave, tea, coffee provided and awesome home made rusks. Our own remote gate to enter the property (our room) Reception gave me a small pillow to sit on, that I took to the shooting range. (really appreciated that)

We only got 1 big towel between the 2 of us to share. But got about 4 little (hand) towels

.i liked the view and how it was inside

Very friendly host, beautiful garden,pool

No Aircon ,but there is a ceiling fan

The place was clean. It was over generous with the electric plugs. The service and check in was very friendly.

Nothing I did not like about the place. Bookings.com erroneously sent a message to the guest house to cancel my booking. Luckily it was still to be processed the cancellation when I called to say I was on the way.

Homely friendly - excellent helpful staff Food first class Relaxing environment

All very good

Comfortable & met needs

Aesthetically pleasing pool area, outside sitting areas and the room was amazing. The place is better than some of the places I’ve stayed at in Gauteng.

Die atmosfeer was puik. Kon heerlik buite sit. Pragtige tuin

Niks

The place is clean and location is good.

The shower would switch to cold and hot water without control in my unit.

We attended a wedding in town, hence only slept over for one night, but were surprised by the exclusivity the property provided and were welcomed and felt we can make ourselves feel at home for the short stay.

Beds were a bit hard, but I believe this will be a personal preference.

everything about the place. Breakfast was delicious

Dara guest house is a home away from home , even on a business trip you get to relax in superb comfort and enjoy great company and an amazing atmosphere all round , the place is beautiful and the staff make your stay so enjoyable

there s nothing that I would want them to chance or make better the place is really everything you would want in a guest house and is truly so peaceful and great they should keep up the great work

Great neat room. Excellent TV channels. Fridge + microwave :-)

Plugs. The room has no plugs to charge your gadgets and laptop.

The staff owner were nice and approachable. It was nice and quiet

Everything was exceptional

Super luxurious

the bed was very small

The room was really comfortable and had a good ambience. Facilities in the room were of good quality, especially teh bathroom.

The kettle in the room was not working and by the time I realised this, it was too late to let the host know. Had I found this earlier in the day, I am confident that it would have been rectified ASAP.

Lovely place! The host - friendly and caring. Swimming pool area so relaxing and quite.

lovely home away from home excellent service

excellent stay

Beautiful

Nothing

exceptional hospitality , friendly staff , warm and cozy atmosphere , a good home away from home environment ,

only improvement could be the dinners , a little bit better quality and more variety in terms of a more balanced meal maybe with different cuisines etc.

Beautiful spacious garden with many seating areas, peaceful area and comfortable rooms with a kitchenette and TV. There's a restaurant on the property as well as a bar. We stayed in room 15 which is perfect if you like your privacy

The slightly noisy parrot on one of the verandas

Overall the stay was short, but very good. There was loadshedding, however the generator was working.

The fact that there is no mirror next to a plug to blow dry

Heidie was amazing, extremely helpful and always pleasant
