Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Расположение отеля хорошее. Метро, автобусная и трамвайная остановка недалеко. Приветливый персонал.
На фото отель выглядит новым, чистым, ухоженным. По факту все старое. В номере в ванной комнате в душевой кабине плесень. В номере нет ни одного стула/кресла. Уборка не проводилась ни разу за все 5 дней пребывания там. Уборщица заправлял а постель, на этом всё. Даже мусор не выносила из туалета когда мусорка была уже полная. Только когда мы сами выставили пакет она его забрала. На пульт от телевизора и от кондиционера вместо 4 батареек было 3. Кондиционер работал оооочень шумно. Тарахтел как трактор. Ночью из за этого было тяжело уснуть. Внизу на ресепшене обычно кофе/чай всегда бесплатно. Тут платно. На завтрак выбор еды был очень ограничен. Овощей не было (кроме помидоров и огурцов). Яйца только вареные. Картошка фри и какие то сосиски непонятные.

La chambre a une seule fenêtre qui donne sur un climatiseur grand du restaurant. Beaucoup de bruit et comportement inadmissible du réceptionniste du matin.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Le personnel de la réception surtout la dame était très accueillante , écoutante et toujours prête à nous aider à trouver quelque chose dans les environs ..la propreté de la chambre était en gros impeccable, le petit déjeuner était bien .. l'emplacement de l'hôtel est très pratique, parce qu'il y a une station de tramway, de bus et métro à 10 minutes de marche...y'en pleins de restaurants, pharmacies , mosques et surtout bureaux de changes de devises.
Le seul point négatif que j'ai rencontré c'est le jour de l'arrivée où j'ai essayé tant de fois de contacter l'hotel par le biais des emails ou via WhatsApp, mais je n'ai reçu aucune réponse, j'étais déçu par cela...aussi la connexion wifi était médiocre, très lente dans les heures avancée >22h .
