Puan kırılacak bir yanı yok sadece buraya gelirken navigasyonun size verdiği konuma dikkat edin. Yollar çok bozuk olabiliyor.

Het hotel is niet heel groot, dat vind ik juist fijn. Er zijn 2 verschillende zwembaden, 1 aan de voorkant (daar is het druk, met glijbanen en animatie) en een aan de achterkant van het hotel (waar het rustig is) . Hygiene is goed. De kamers zijn schoon. Lekkere stortdouche. Eten is prima. We hebben het echt naar onze zin gehad.

Om 6:45 zijn alle ligbedden al gereserveerd en de meesten komen pas na 10 uur aan t zwembad. Er zijn zelfs mensen die de beste plekken reserveren en vervolgens naar het strand gaan en in de middag pas terugkomen. Hier moet echt iets mee.. En hele lange wachtrijen in het restaurant. Alle gerechten staan aan 1 kant, waardoor de wachtrij erg lang is. Vaak sta je echt een half uur te wachten. Ik had dan ook een bord voor m’n kind in m’n hand, wat erg zwaar werd. De borden zijn zelf al zwaar en je hebt altijd koud eten. Hier kunnen ze best iets op verzinnen, want dit is echt geen doen zo. Bijvoorbeeld aan 2 zijden van dezelfde gerechten, zodat de rij in tweeen splitst. Verder vond ik (op een paar medewerkers na) het meeste personeel onaardig en soms zelfs onbeschoft. Ik hoorde ze vaak praten over andere hotelgasten in het Turks. Ik vind dit niet kunnen. Kon vaak geen lach vanaf. Erg jammer!

Stayed here for 10 nights (2 adults and 4 older teens). The hotel is clean and the rooms were fine, though a little tired. The animation team, reception staff, and housekeeping were all excellent. The on-site restaurants were lovely—make sure to book in advance upon arrival because the slots fill up quickly. The Gypsy Cafe located near the hotel also serves a lovely variety of food and gave us a nice change from the buffet; the owner is very attentive toward tourists. Because the hotel is located far from the airport, it is absolutely worthwhile to pre-book private transport to save time. Good location, lovely beach, and beautiful area. However, we rated our stay down for two major reasons: First, we booked a shopping trip via the hotel guide to what we were advised was a local shopping centre. This was not the case. We were taken to a local shop (similar to a shack) with highly inflated prices, where the shops adjacent to the hotel sell the same items at a lower cost. The owner states prices are fixed but then significantly inflates the agreed price at the time of payment. I do not recommend using the hotel guide for this. Second, and most importantly, I experienced highly inappropriate and degrading behaviour from one of the hotel lifeguards. He made highly suggestive comments, crossed personal boundaries, and asked me to meet him outside of my marriage. This completely ruined the comfort of our stay, as I had to actively spend the rest of our holiday avoiding him. I have since raised a formal complaint regarding this individual through our booking agent. Management needs to ensure that clear boundaries and professional etiquette are strictly enforced with their poolside staff so other female guests do not experience this.

We had an excellent experience at The Lumos Hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Ismail, the lifeguard. He is truly outstanding at his job and goes above and beyond for all the guests. Ismail is fantastic with both adults and children. He is always friendly, approachable, and happy to help whenever anyone needs assistance. The kids absolutely loved him because he made their time around the pool so much fun, especially when helping them on the slides and encouraging them safely. He has a great way of interacting with children that keeps them entertained while making sure they are always safe. What impressed us most was his professionalism. He is constantly alert and has his eyes on everything happening around the pool area. You can relax knowing that Ismail is paying attention and taking his responsibilities seriously. He creates a safe, enjoyable atmosphere for everyone and is a real credit to The Lumos Hotel.

We stayed at this hotel with two families of seven. Due to a flight delay and being checked into the wrong hotel, the manager at this hotel was helpful, calming us down, and showing us the hotel grounds and rooms while we were resolving the issue with the tour operator. The food is good; you won't go hungry. The service is good, but the bartenders are surly. The rooms are cleaned daily. The beach is clean, with small pebbles and a good entry into the sea, but small children need life rings or armbands. The entertainment staff is top-notch, and the guys are great: men versus women shows, magic tricks, different activities every day for both adults and children, yoga, aqua, bossa, darts, and volleyball. We went to a beach party with the entertainers and were delighted. The fire show, foam rolling, and transformers were top-notch. A big thank you to Margo at Aqua for helping with everything. We highly recommend this hotel and will be back.

We had a really lovely stay at the hotel. Staff was always friendly and helpful, and there was plenty to do inside and around the hotel to keep the family entertained.

We stayed at this hotel with my son from June 4 to June 18. We came to this hotel for the second time. The room is cozy, there is a minibar: cola, fanta, sprite, 2 apple juices, water. They cleaned every day, changed the towels when we asked. The food in the restaurant is delicious, we did not leave hungry, but the concept of the hotel is more family-friendly, and there was a lot of spicy food, which is not suitable for every child. We would recommend making 2-3 types of porridge at the hotel in the morning. The sea is warm, the beach is clean, 5+, the staff there is very friendly, they will always come to help, the entrance to the sea is good. The animation speaks 4 languages, every day there are different activities for both children and adults. In the evening there is a children's disco, then a show for adults, either the animation team puts on or a show from the city. We went to the fruit party and we really liked it. We also went to the beach party, which runs from 8:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Our 8-year-old really enjoyed it. There were transformers, a fire show, and a foam disco. I'd also like to highlight the entertainers who were jumping around day and night, entertaining all the guests: Hamza, Deniz, Dj, Margo, Sami, and Ozlem in the mini club. They were great—respect and a huge hello to you.

Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The food was delicious, fresh, and very diverse every day. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The quality of service was at the highest level, and the staff were very warm, friendly, smiling, and always ready to help. The animation team was especially outstanding — they made me love them so much. They were energetic and fun, and made every day more interesting and enjoyable. They truly left me with unforgettable memories. The highlight of our stay was the disco. The atmosphere was amazing, and DJ Dogukan was absolutely fantastic! His music, energy, and interaction with the guests made every night unforgettable. He created great fun for everyone and an excellent vibe. Many thanks to the entire hotel team for such a beautiful experience. We had a really great time and would happily come back again!

Best family holiday we’ve been on to date, 24 hour all inclusive (drinks) you could go and get a drink at 2am if need be, the best air conditioning(no bugs) , such a multi cultural crowd family’s from everywhere, the foyer is pure luxury, local shops less than 5 minute walk, the beach is across the road and still included in the all inclusive serving food and drinks and the kids really enjoyed the slides and splash park we would definitely come back here again

We stayed 2 weeks in June 2025. The sea and the beach were amazing. The room was ok, had some problems with air conditioning, shampoo and shower gel were never refilled so we had to go and ask for a refill. The food. Desserts were great, the other food was good but not a big choice for kids. The animation could be better, the evening programs were boring, and the kids disco lasted 15 minutes the most.

We started here only for one night on our way further to Alanya cost. Location was good, not too far from Gazipasa airport.

We had a late check in at the hotel and most likely got the last free rooms. The other room was most likely normally out of service, but was given to us as a last resort. The AC was out (was fixed qickly though) and the lock had Its own life. The rooms were clean but both smelled heavily on cleaning naphtha or such. Breathing that cannot be healthy. I’m happy we had to stay only one night

Very good hotel and service. The food is delicious, with a daily rotation of dishes. There are interesting evening shows. The sea is just a stone's throw from the hotel and is always clean, but it's best to reserve a seat in advance, as getting a spot in the shade is unlikely. The alcohol is the same everywhere and probably leaves much to be desired. They don't skimp on the cocktails; if you don't like strong drinks, ask for less. The desserts were delicious. Overall, everything was great; I'll definitely be back! I'd like to express special gratitude to the reception staff, especially Atakan—he's responsive, polite, and always willing to help and advise. Thank you, team, you're the best!

I recommend lumos hotel and I had a best experience, me and my kids had thier best experience in game center with talented experienced people and thier food were also nice and nice play ground for children and pool and so on

I had such a wonderful experience with the entertainment staff at kid play and would love to share my gratitude. They took care of my two kids with so much love, care, and professionalism that I felt completely at ease leaving them there. The environment is spotless and very well maintained, which gave me even more confidence knowing my children were in a clean and safe space. A very special thank you goes to the three amazing ladies – Sibel, Ayse, and Havva – who went above and beyond to make sure my kids were happy, engaged, and comfortable throughout their time. Their warmth, patience, and kindness truly made the experience exceptional. I would absolutely recommend the entrainment staff at Kid Play to any parent looking for a caring and professional place for their children.

ROOM - 1311 Third Floor Air Conditioning worked well. Pillow and mattress were comfortable. Double bed with an extra single bed. Corner lamp had an electrical fault I had to put my shoe under cable to keep it on. Fridge with water, small cans Sprite, Fanta but no milk. Kettle, coffee, fruit teas (took our own tea bags). - ask at lounge bar for milk carton. Beware- small Fanta, Sprite cans are only free 1st day at 3€ each you could have a big Bill on check-out. Plenty of drawers and hangers, free safe. Balcony faced the sea, no excessive noise at night. BATHROOM- Lovely large shower with hand shower. Light under mirror, useful for night - no extractor noise. Soap, shampoo, shower gel in small bottles, also liquid soap by the sink and shower gel dispenser. Small maintenance issues - no filter on sink tap so water shot onto floor, hairdryer with exposed wires, pedal on bin broken. FOOD BREAKFAST - Soup (grandson liked this), fresh bread, rolls, small croissants. Eggs - scrambled, boiled, fried, Omelettes made to order. Children's cereals, melon, pink grapefruit, other fruits. Lift up toasting machine heavy and hot - risk to unsupervised children. LUNCH & DINNER Soup, fresh bead and rolls. Salads- cucumber, mixed lettuce, tomatoes, olives, couscous. Would have liked cold tuna, cold meats for lunchtime. Chips, chicken, not many green vegetables. There was lots of choice, but taste and quality not always there. Salmon ruined by not being filleted. There was a tremendous amount of food waste, so it wasn't just us that thought this. Desserts 🍰 usually my favourite. They all look really nice but once you have tried a few they all taste similar. Baklava and Creme caramel were nice. Fresh melon, watermelon, peaches, banana's were good. No Ice Cream which is what you want when it's 38/40 degrees. DRINKS - Not Ultra All Inclusive as advertised. No Branded drinks such as Baileys, Malibu cheap alternatives were horrible. Rosè wine was sour, white and red wine were ok. Cocktails were sickly only nice one was Mojito. Champagne was a drinkable sparkling wine. Bar staff were friendly, worked hard, but queues as not enough staff. Coffee and hot chocolate from the machine were good. Machine with orange juice, pineapple etc weren't nice. Sprite and Coca-Cola were a saviour. I had duty free pink gin which I brought down in my flask and mixed with Sprite. Fridges around with bottled water. Iced Tea with peach syrup was nice. I'm a quality not quantity drinker, so this was a big disappointment. WiFi worked well everywhere, including on the beach. POOLS Pool towels were provided. Hand in used towels and you get a card. Hand the card in to get clean ones. Pool across the road had slides, a pool, snack bar with burgers chips and salads. Ice lollys for 1 hour a day. Very loud booming music. Our Grandsons did enjoy it there. There is a bridge going across the road from one pool to the other but this is only used for staff. If it was used then the hotel wouldn't have wet trails through the lobby. Quieter pool with bridge across the middle. You had to get up early to get a sunbed (thanks to Son and Daughter In Law) then you were surrounded by unused sunbeds for a lot of the day. There are only 3 rows of sunbeds but plenty of room for more. Safety Issue's - excess water not cleared up. Adults and children were slipping over all the time. Outside toilet was very wet on the floor with overflowing small bin for toilet paper, never saw it cleaned. Timer on the light after 30 seconds you were plunged into darkness had to wave to get it back on. Very annoying all for saving money but make it longer. SPA Didn't use as was 60€. Inside pool had 4 sunbeds and water was freezing no jets in whirlpool. LOCATION This hotel is half an hour from Alanya, about 3 hours from Antalya Airport in a private transfer. There are a few bars, shops,Supermarkets. GYPSY LOUNGE nearby had lovely food and friendly service from Ali. This is a family hotel if you just want to spend by the pool with your children, if you get up early for a sunbed. SUMMARY The Hotel Management need to make improvements to gain true 5* Ultra All Inclusive - 1. Improve quality of drinks. 2. More Sunbeds. 3. More Staff. 4. Dining - Fillet the fish, offer ice cream in a freezer. 5. Rooms are getting a bit dated, maintenance should be done. We enjoyed the holiday as we had our family, so we made the best of it.

We really enjoyed our stay here, staff were friendly and helpful in accommodating SEN children. Entertainment every night and a variety of food options for all appetites. I would recommend this hotel and would come back!

We were a group of 8 people (7 adults and one child). First of all, the distance from Antalya airport to the hotel is about 2.5 - 3 hours by minibus. At the hotel we encountered problems with accommodation, receiving a room for a family with a small child with a sewage smell, in another building where we were accommodated in the other 3 rooms, an extremely rude receptionist who, when we said that we would sleep in the hotel lobby (family with a 6-year-old child), said that we had nothing else! The manager did not show availability from the beginning and offered us an identical option with rooms on the ground floor in the main building, without a balcony with a strong sewage smell. They said there were no rooms available but we saw in front of us that check out had been done. Then they reasoned that they did not have staff to clean that room (it was 11:30 p.m.). But then staff were found to clean! After phone calls, nerves stretched to the max, the problem could be solved in an hour, which with a little tact and common sense could have been resolved without any nerves!. Enough food at all inclusive, drinks too. Cleaning and changing towels randomly depending on the room and the tub (in some daily, in others every 2-3 days). The option to go to the Alla carte restaurant one day turned out to be a fiasco: in fact, there was a choice between a Mediterranean or Turkish menu (in different rooms, and you couldn't go to both), a menu set by them (some salads as an appetizer, a creamy potato soup, lamb leg with mashed potatoes and a rice pudding). Whoever doesn't want what's on the menu has no other option! It's better to go to the hotel restaurant for dinner and choose what you want! The beach, a few hundred meters away, has coarse sand, the entrance to the water after two meters is quite steep (the water is up to your chest). There were big waves almost every day (5-6 days) and the red flag was raised. The beach bar does not serve alcoholic beverages except beer and wine. All the wines in the restaurants are only dry (nothing semi-dry, semi-sweet or sweet!). The snack bars at the Aqua park pool and on the beach have pretty much the same dishes every day (hamburgers, hot dogs, onion rings, french fries, pasta, raw salad). The ice cream bar is actually a cooler where they put ice cream on a stick, different flavors). The music from the nearby disco can be heard until 2 am (depending on the orientation of the room). At the indoor pool, they practice occupying the sun loungers with towels in the evening for the next day, or in the early hours of the morning (6-7 am). The water in all the pools is pleasant in terms of temperature. As a general conclusion: it is clearly not a 5 star hotel as we imagined, but it is acceptable for the price (1750 euros for 2 people). They certainly have something to improve but since the hotel is full all the time they are satisfied. Probably if we were to repeat the experience we would choose another 5 star hotel for several reasons (and to have a comparison period).

We arrived early in the morning and were greeted by a wonderful and supportive team who showed us to our rooms, which were immaculate. The activities were enjoyable for whole family and the food was also good and readily available. The hotel itself is truly stunning with marble effects and glass elevators. Couldn’t recommend more!

We arrived late in the morning, 2am. We were welcomed at the front desk and offered food and drinks to help get us settled. The hotel staff are super friendly. Everything was explained and sorted when we asked. The pools are perfect for families. The hotel/resort itself is absolutely stunning. Would definitely recommend!

Hotel- Looks beautiful pretty lighting and carpet, 1 big pool, 2 baby pools and 1 water slide pool, slides are open 10-12 and 2-6. Pool walkways are extremely wet cleaners did not attempt to clean up, watched several people fall over, I know its a swimming pool its going to be wet, uses your common sense blah blah blah but this was a new level of just water left to pile up. Pool toilets were absolutely vile cleaner entered pool toilets put an l to sign on the wall to say its clean but then didn't clean, we used inside lobby toilets, tissue was over flowing as had a small bin but weren't allowed to throw toilet paper down so built up quite easily but very clean toilets. Food- This is a Russian eastern European hotel not catered for European or English tourists. Breakfast was mainly cauliflower, brocoli random vegetables from night before, soup,eggs, little sausages, chips, no cereals, yoghurt, bacon, sausages, only as an English person I would say this is shocking but to others this food maybe delicious, dinner and tea are the same at the restaurant chicken, beef and fish dishes with potatoes and various vegetables, the bbq grill outside was lovely, one 7 year old embraced the new foods trying everything and one ate chips and nuggets every night The pool bar food was burgers, hotdogs, salad and onion rings which kids loved. Drinks- standard local drinks only, wine tasted like vinagear, but coke, fanta, sprite lovely, Location- technically In analyna but its 27 mins from the main town of alanya, only handful of shops and restaurants near by, beach just across the street, private with WiFi food and drinks avalible for free. Next to nightclub and mosque nightclub stops around 4am and mosque calls all through the night on a speaker if you are on the left side of the hotel can be extremely noisy Staff i have mixed feelings- cleaners absolutely 10/10 bedroom cleaned towels changed. Cleaners around hotel- short staffed/cutting costs saving on staff (informed by one of them) they are doing there best but drinks cups Left everywhere, lack of bins, not keeping the poolside or lobby clean Bar staff lovely tried there best not enough of them, they have a tip box, the staff informed me they dont keep the tips that go in the box so better to give directly to staff. Would i come here again absolutely not, would i recommend to come here no, but its not a bad place to stay its just okay, we survived 14 days no real major issues. . Boat trips, Quad bikes and Aqua Park are around 1-2 hours by bus transfer. Still enjoyed trips

We have had a great holiday. Animation show it is very nice and they are super guys that involves everyone in the activities. Super music and the hotel is nice. Good is great lots of choices. A big thank you to all hotel staff.

English family, here now, as I write! This hotel is absolutely beautiful, immaculate, and we loved the slides and the two pools, we always got sunbeds. The onsite Turkish spa was amazing!! Yes the hotel Is slightly isolated, & 2hours from the airport but it still delivered everything we wanted. The food was amazing with a good variety & as a fussy eater I still managed to eat delicious food three times a day! The staff are always helpful and the animation team are 100% awesome!! They involved us in all the games throughout the day (bowls, darts, aqua Aerobics, volleyball) and the kids loved the mini disco, football pitch & arcades. most nights had external entertainers come in and do a show.(fire show was epic) On site Photographer took the best sunset pictures and prices were very reasonable. The few shops outside offered everything we wanted, cheap! good quality! clothes etc. And the Migros supermarket next door was perfect! If you want a chilled holiday and not want the hustle & bustle of been in the main town the Lumos Deluxe is perfect.

Fantastic family orientated hotel and relaxing atmosphere. Many day time activities including water polo and volleyball amongst other fun events. Animation team helpful, joyful and very friendly. Lots of events on the evening with each day different show. Couldn’t recommend enough this hotel. Best option for family in the area!

Came to this hotel in August as a family of 6! It is full of rude foreigners! The pools are rubbish no entertainment and the slide pool is dirty and way over crowded. Defo not a hotel catered for English people half of the food you don’t even know what it is! I would say this is an average 3 star not 5! Outside the hotel there is one bar that you can watch football in but hardly ever works it’s a very secluded area with not much to do! I wouldn’t recommend going here and I’m absolutely gutted paying so much money to come! Most of the staff are lovely and the rooms are nice and big , cleaned each day .

Excellent Hotel, very clean & very friendly the Animation Team are the best!! Very friendly, helpful & the shows & the mini disco was very Good! The activities throughout the day were very fun and entertaining, and we really loved all the team who were amazing with our children! 200% recommend this hotel as the cleanliness and food were top quality!

We planned this holiday following last year holiday in Eftalia Village Resort, but it was 4 star and we were happy, but we were planning this trip to Lumos as it offers ultra all inclusive and is 5 star. But first shock was when we arrived and it was late around midnight so we expected some welcoming pack, but it started on reception when they started to explain what is included in, all local alcohol in bar, so we were bit surprised as it is 5 star ultra allinclusive, in bar drinks in plastic cups, I was expecting some jack daniels or other branded alcoholic drinks in cocktails but all locals, beer was again only efes but they had becks but only for 2 days after it was gone, and as it was 11 of us we went out to get something else. Yes bar was 24 hours but local drinks sorry no, no much choice at all, following days more disappointment followed, to compare with eftalia Village 4 star this we would rated to 2 star hotel, Let's be realistic how can you eat same offer every day, but staff it was excellent which I am not commenting on people working there. But management and who is organising whole thing. People don't do same mistake as we did, and a plenty people when we started having conversations while we stayed there for 10 days. 1. Animation team zero, only for kids but be carefull kids in 2-6 max10 years old, we had 5 kids and honestly 0 activity around. To compare with eftalia (we never had moments where animation team was fantastic, lot of games in whole resort, hotel also on Island) 2. Food was ok but not for 5 star ultra allinclusive, but for 3 star hotel, 3. Drinks was horrible (but only rating as it is 5 star nothing else), they were free, but not branded alcohol but only local 4. Gym was ok, air conditioning working, spa massages were nice also 5. Lights in hotel lobby turning off after midnight, strange but ok maybe local policy 6. If you planning to spend time around the pool, please take speakers as it was like on funeral around pools. 7. Slights are for kids mostly not for adults, small better than nothing at all, 8. Local food which should be around the pool was found only on the beach when local lady was making those local pancakes but only from 12:00 - 16:00, it should be also by pool with slights but it never happened so If you wanted to try you need to go to beach, but you can't bring them in hotel they will turn you back before you leave the beach. 9. The best thing is only what we found was sea area, but only when you can enter the see from ponton, but again only if you are fan of sea overall thing twice before you book this resort, not worth it for this kind of money, but again 1000 people 1000 opinion,

Where should I start? We are visiting Turkey every year, this was our worse hotel ever!! We arrived at 10pm reception staff very friendly can't complaint about that at all, room was nice and spacious clean and tidy. Hotel overhaul looked really nice but that's all. In the morning all sunbeds where full there is not enough beds for all guests . Main pool very boring no music at all completely relaxed side. Sunbeds by the slides again always busy not a chance to get a bed. Animation team ??? One big joke !! they don't do nothing around the pools at all ! No pool dance , not pool games , only darts where is about 30 people kids mixed with adults and one game takes about 1.5hr just because it is mixed with kids! There is animation team but I'm not sure what for when we did complaint to animation manager all what he said his excuse was management doesn't want them to do the dance around the pool with the guests because of children safety, they doesn't want them to do the pool games again because of children safety and nights programs again as I already said a big Joke. We had to gone out every night because there was nothing going on at the hotel we have been as a group of 11people but we definitely won't be back at this hotel . 5* hotel and they give you plastic cups for a drinks just because they can't be bothered washing a normal glass cups after the 10pm ! Also at the beach bar snacks should be out until 5pm but just because of staff being lazy snacks gone 16:53pm. Same at the main restaurant bar should be opened there until 9pm but the lady there decided to shut the light off at 8:55pm just because of laziness. And lobby bar same problem plastic cups after 10pm. Ultra all inclusive? I thought ultra all inclusive is when they are offering branded alcohol as we have had that every where else in Turkey and not cheap alcohol which taste like sh... and you can't drink it, there is advertised you have got nightclub!!on website so we have been looking forward to go there and have some fun so after first night we couldn't find nightclub we asked at the reception where is that nightclub what it does say on website as facilities there answer was Oh it's outside local nightclub which you have to pay extra for everything :-) as I said one big JOKE this hotel never again!!!!

Amazing animation team kids loved it they was very entertaining and get everyone involved overall amazing hotel all staff were very friendly and helpful would definitely recommend come here!

It is my first time coming to this hotel as a family of with 2 children and we have had a fantastic time. There is lots to do in the hotel resort for both Adults and children. The rooms are cleaned regularly and the mini bar and fridge is topped up on a daily basis. The staff here are very friendly and make you feel welcome. The pools are very good and our kids really enjoyed the pools and the refreshments provided in the bars next to the pool. They provide you with a lot of variety of food during the snack bar opening hours and can choose from hot or cold meals. I can definitely recommend this to everyone who is looking for a kids friendly hotel resort with lots of kids entertainment and lots of fun activities for kids to do and also kept us entertained with the daily entertainment on stage. The all inclusive is the best way to enjoy and get most out of the package and you will get lots of variety of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner times. All the food is fresh and made in house to give extra quality. Thanks to all the staff at Lumos Delux Hotel and Spa

This hotel has been amazing and we would definitely come again and recommend to all our family and friends. It’s clean and when you first walk in you get that wow factor. Staff are very helpful and friendly including security on the front of the hotel, one guy in particular always greets us with good morning or good afternoon, and asks how we are. The reception staff go above and beyond to help you and the cleaning staff we cannot fault. The lady on the 3rd floor has always exceeded our expectations. The facilities, food and staff have made our holiday one to remember. The food has been amazing, bar staff have been exceptional and the facilities have lots to do to keep you occupied, including live entertainment every night. This has been a wonderful experience and has only been made that by how the staff have been which has made our holiday one to remember and we will miss the hotel and staff when we leave on the 10th of July.

Hotel was lovely but its badly managed.loved the food but wasnt hot .the drinks were low cheap brands.for a 5* hotel the drinks should be high end brands like other 5* hotels in turkey. Staff were rude up until 2days b4 u leave when they cant do enough for you,thats when they chose to b nice so u tip them.toilets never had loo roll and bins were all overflowing.didnt see a cleaner in toilets for whole week I was there.adult entertainment was appalling..they had kids disco b4 and when adults entertainment started it was all for the kids to get involved in .paid 60 euros for 3 of us to play bingo and I won but prizes were mainly kids prizes even tho I told them I have no small children. Private beach is lovely.24 hour bar in hotel .coffee out the machines is absolutely rank.avoid the wine cos its worse than piss I imagine.no daytime pool entertainment..fridge in room was warm,air con didnt work for ages.staff were really bad at English.. moses in the shoe shop is really funny and nice and Ali from gyspey lounge restaurant is great ,recommend you go there to eat one night as its cheap and really welcoming.if the staff wernt acting like headless chickens and management was changed to some1 that knows what they r doing it would have been so much better.every1 we spoke to said they wouldn't go back

the worst vacation ever. very bad tasteless food. very arrogant staff. if you asked them to make a pizza for the kids their answer was no. it was not clean, the toilet paper holder looked like it had not been washed for months. when they came to clean the room they did not change the linens they just made the bed and changed the towels, in the bathroom the toilet was unwashed the sink was also unwashed they just made the beds and wiped the floor.

Totally enjoyed our 20 day stay. Family of 15. Staff really helpful during meal times with the young ones. Large variety each evening meal time. Beer not so great, but drinkable. Hotel & room spotlessly clean. Long transfer even with private mini bus. Some people mentioned 4 plus hors with shared coach.

My friend and I came here with our children at the start of June. The hotel is beautiful and clean, we had a family room which was great for the 5 of us - very spacious. The kids used kids club a few days. It was ok but not much planned activities like I've seen in other hotels. There is t-shirt painting and sand painting which costs extra but other than this there isn't a lot on. The evening disco for the kids was between 9 and 9.30 and was the same songs on repeat although the kids loved this because it meant they knew the dances. Food wasn't great. Some nights we were struggling to find something we wanted to eat, and I wouldn't say I am particularly fussy. Compared to other 5* all inclusive resorts I've stayed in, the food was really lacking. I think the bars could do with having more staff on - you could be waiting for service at busy times. Overall we did enjoy the holiday. I am not sure I could have stayed longer than the week due to the food not being good.

The water park and the beach and the breakfast

The staff are not professional and rude, i had an issue with the A/c and the asked me to sleep in a hot mode till morning without offering change of a room and then when i insisted they fixed it. They are under staffed and there is a language barrier with a very long check in process

My spouse and I stayed at Lumos Deluxe Resort, expecting a 5-star ultra all-inclusive experience. Unfortunately, our stay fell far below expectations. We visit Alanya 1-2 times a year and have stayed in various 4- and 5-star hotels, but this hotel’s "5-star" rating did not reflect our experience. 1. Reception & Check-in The only positive aspect was that we received a room upgrade. However, the green wristband provided at check-in felt like a symbol of the hotel’s cost-cutting measures. 2. Room Cleanliness & Comfort Despite the upgrade, our room was not properly cleaned. The bed had hair on it, the pillows were stained, and the floors were dusty (photos attached). Basic bathroom amenities such as cotton pads were missing, which was surprising for a 5-star hotel. 3. Main Restaurant The lunch selection consisted mostly of carbohydrates, herbs, and a so-called "fish" dish that was all bones and no meat. The beer tasted like diluted water, and staff admitted it contained almost no alcohol. 4. Pool Bar Cocktail ingredients were missing, and my "Blue Hawaii" was nothing more than artificially colored liquid. 5. Guest Relations We waited over an hour for à la carte restaurant information, only to be told, "The system is down, come back tomorrow." When we asked about the menu, the response was simply, "It's fixed"—with no further details or assistance. 6. Beach & Facilities The beach required crossing a busy road, and the water park was located outside the hotel premises. The "Beach Snack" bar served wine that tasted worse than cheap vinegar and beer that was overly diluted. 7. Cleanliness Issues Despite multiple complaints, our room remained unclean. The beach restroom was in extremely poor hygienic condition (photos attached). 8. Staff Harassment After Checkout After checking out at 7:55 AM, we received a call at 5:30 PM from Ms. Aybüke, demanding video proof that we had left. Even after sending footage showing us at another hotel, the questioning continued. 9. Unfair "No-Show Fee" Charge We booked and paid for 7 nights but left after 2 due to the unacceptable conditions. The hotel still charged us for 3 extra nights under a so-called "no-show fee"—something we had never encountered in over 10 years of traveling. Final Verdict The hotel’s high ratings do not match the reality we experienced. Poor food and drinks, lack of cleanliness, and dismissive customer service made our stay unpleasant. Based on our experience, we recommend choosing a different hotel for a better vacation. Photos of room and restroom cleanliness issues attached.

The best holiday ever. The waterslides and pool were amazing If I were you i would visit a place round the corner called the Gypsy Lounge. the place is amazing,it has drinks food and even live football. the best bit though is Ali he is so kind and friendly,Any way the ho6tel is brilliant and the shows on the stage are so good. me and my family will always remember it.Irate it five stars . overall its the greatest hotel ive stayed at.

one of the best hotels i have ever been to, i did not want to leave , i was never hungry and i felt very safe! food was lovely pool was clean. the water games was fun, i played it everyday. my kids had a great time and i was able to leave them in the pool and watch over them and feel safe. the water slides was epic! staff was lovely and helpful. amazing holiday!

Very nice 5 star hotel with nice swimming pool, big tasty food selection with caffe and bars, private beach for guests with snack bar, nice coctails included without additional charge, overall very nice hotel and stay Bad things - travel agency agent from the hotel was pushing us to buy from him additional attraction and tried to overchage us with prices 4/5 times more than you can get online or directly with companies, saying guest "must attend" his meeting? Is this jail or 5 star hotel? why hotel allow them to do it? They are ruining this hotel reputation Also wifi was not working good or not working at all

Aile oteli tabiri uygun olacaktır. Resepsiyonda kibar bir beyfendi güzel bir şekilde karşıladı ve isteklerimizi yerine getirdi. Oda ve temizlik iyiydi lakin havlular söylenildiği takdirde değiştiriliyordu. Günlük ya da en fazla iki günde bir değiştirilmesi hijyen açısından daha iyi olacaktır. Genel olarak yemeklerde her çeşit seçenek sunulmuştu. Lezzetli yemekler yapılıyordu. Otelin yanındaki büyük havuz yeterli sayılabilir lakin Aquapark kısmı yetersiz. Şezlong bulmak çok zor oluyordu. Plajının olduğu yerdeki sulama kanalının pis suyunun denize akması rahatsızlık vericiydi. Bu sebeple deniz yerine havuzda daha fazla zaman geçirmemize sebep oldu. Genel olarak fiyat performans oteli diyebiliriz.

The hotel is beautiful really 5 stars the crew are wonderful special thanks to Merjen GRM,Yakup and Arzu in lobby bar,the hotel is clean the rooms are cleaned every day the food was very good the personal was excellent,very clean with a lots of hospitality.Everyone is so pleasant.Less places by the pool cause the guests are blocking the chairs.Special thanks to everyone specially the GRM Merjen and the executive chef.We will definitely be back.

Otel güzeldi, ancak denize uzaktı. Denize yola çıkılıp gidiliyordu. Otel temizdi.

The hotel is really luxurious. It is very beautiful inside and we had everything necessary in our room. The range of food was very good indeed and everything was very delicious. There was a nice aquapark, two outside and one inside pool, sauna, steam room and salt room - all included in price. The sea was not far away although it was still too cold to swim.

The real problem of the hotel is staff at the reception. Most of them (including senior manager) were absolutely unhelpful. Although they do speak good English they just couldn't solve the simplest problem, nor could they explain why it couldn't be solved. They kept giving us stupid excuses probably hoping that we will give up soon and go away. At first we wanted to prolong our stay but decided against it as it looked like that we are not welcome there at all and they want to get rid of us ASAP. However I should mention that not all staff was unhelpful and useless. Aladdin and Slava at spa center were very nice and waiters at the restaurant and maids did very good job. Wi-fi was not good at all.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. I went with 2 children. Aqua park was fantastic and there was another separate pool. Food was excellent. There was food literally everywhere you go, at the beach they had plenty of food and drinks, near the Aqua park, another one near the pools, and 4 different places within the hotel building. Beach was decent and nicely connected to the hotel through a tunnel which is under the main road. Loved our stay and staff were well mannered. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend. Plenty of shops nearby for all kinds of necessities.

Ekmeklerin çoğunluğu bayat . Temizlik anlamında zayıflar . Lobide servis yok hicbiryerde yok daha doğrusu herşeyi gidip kendiniz alıyorsunuz . Sözde ultrahersey dahil konsept. Hamama gidiyorsunuz sabun yok. Istiyorsunuz vermiyorlar ama bizden sonra Rus bir çift gidip istediğinde onlara veriliyor sabun ???!! Kısacası bir daha hicbirzaman gitmem bu otele gitmeyi de tavsiye etmem.

Ich war dort mit meiner Familie unterwegs, das Hotel ist sehr schön ausgestattet. Es verfügt über 2 Pools. Ebenso hat es zusätzlich neben allen beiden Pools Kinderbecken. Personal ist sehr nett und redet und macht Witze mit einem. Die Managerin Eylül dort ist jederzeit für einen da und kümmert sich um die Kunden.
