Villa Levante

Très belle vue de la chambre sur la mer. La chambre très propre tout était parfait. La propriétaire est très sympa ,la propriété est vraiment nickel. Nous s'y retourneront certainement a notre prochain passage a Zante.

Séjour parfait à Zakynthos ! Tout était parfait. Les hôtes sont très gentils et attentionnés. La vue sur la mer est tout simplement incroyable, et une plage est accessible en 5 minutes à pied. La chambre était rangée tous les jours, ils étendaient même le linge oublié et faisaient la vaisselle. Petite attention très appréciée : nous sommes repartis avec un petit cadeau laissé dans la chambre le dernier jour. Je recommande vivement !

La connexion wifi mais ce n’est pas très important

A short drive from Zakynthos Airport and easy to reach by car. The property and location look even better in person than in the photos and super clean and well taken care of. The owner, Adriana, met us at arrival with a huge smile. Even though she doesn't speak English, we communicated perfectly and she showed us all the amenities of the apartment. The view from the balcony is mesmerizing, we had breakfast out there every morning and watched the sunset after coming back from the beach. Kaminia Beach is just a few metres away, you can walk or drive if you prefer. Parking and sunbeds are free, and it's a quiet beach. Gerakas Beach is also just a short drive away, where loggerhead turtles nest, an amazing beach too. The apartment had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay, and the room was cleaned every day. A small detail worth mentioning: we didn't see mosquitos in the area but the doors and windows have mosquito nets, which many properties don't advertise but can make all the difference if mosquitoes are attracted to you!. There's a supermarket quite close by, along with plenty of good restaurants. In my opinion, this is the best part of the island a quiet, peaceful area that we truly loved. Great value for money. Next time we're in Zakynthos, this will be our first choice.

El lugar es increíble! El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario y las vistas son inmejorables. Nos limpiaron la habitación a diario, detalle que se agradece muchísimo! Los propietarios fueron encantadores y auténticos, qué pena que la puntuación máxima sea un 10 porque se merecen muchísimo más! Muchas gracias!!

La struttura è molto pulita e accogliente. La posizione è top per spostarsi in tutta l’isola, molto tranquilla la sera e con una vista sul mare spettacolare, soprattutto al tramonto.

Posizione eccezionale, a Xirocastelo zona tranquilla ma vicina alle più belle spiagge del sud, camera pulitissima, gentilissimi e ospitali gli host. A pochi passi a piedi una tranquilla spiaggetta. Siamo stati veramente bene.

Zona tranquilla adatta a chi vuole rilassarsi. C'é una spiaggia sotto la villa con ombrelloni e lettini gratuiti. Camera spaziosa e con balcone.

Amplasarea este de VIS! Daca m-as muta vreodata in Grecia, exact asa mi-as dori o locatie, care poate este chiar mai frumoasa decat una pe malul marii. Se afla la circa 150m de mare dar in linie dreapta fata de cea mai apropiata plaja, insa nu se poate cobori drept, ci pe un drum pe care ar dura aproximativ 10 minute, dar destul de obositor mai ales cu copii mici si bagaje multe la urcare cand te intorci. Cu masina am facut 2-3 minute, iar intotdeauna am gasit loc de parcare fara probleme. La baza se afla o plaja destul de retrasa, insa cu Bar si mancare, preturi mai mult decat decente, preturile fiind de 5 euro/sezlong care de fapt este consumatia minima. Nu este deloc aglomerata, inclusiv intr-o zi de duminica am fost acolo si era ocupata in proportie de 80%, iar apa e placuta inclusiv pentru copii. In weekenduri pretul era de 10 euro/sezlong (consumatie minima) Gazdele au fost foarte amabile, atat cu noi cat si cu copiii. Inclusiv copiii i-au indragit foarte repede. Curtea mare, plina de plante si vegetatie, briza marii care se simte tot timpul. Cladirile (sunt 2) sunt dispuse astfel: prima cladire parter+etaj in care sunt 6 apartamente/camerere, iar ce-a de-a doua cladire in care am stat noi are un apartament mare la parter si 2 la etaj. In apartamentul de la parter in care am stat sunt 2 dormitoare matrimoniale (unul dintre ele cu 1 pat de 90cm + 1 pat de 160cm). Un dormitor are vedere la mare, iar celalalt la curte. Mai este si o chicineta destul de mare care include si o masa suficienta chiar si pentru 6 persoane, utilata aproape cu tot ce trebuie. Poate doar un cuptor cu microunde ar lipsi, dar este irelevant. Curatenia se face zilnic, asternuturile s-au schimbat la aproximativ 3 zile, prosoapele la nevoie mereu. Baia suficient de mare si foarte bine utilata, cu cabina de dus iar dusul cu presiune mare. Include si uscator de par.

La vista dalla nostra camera era semplicemente pazzesca, inoltre l'appartamento è letteralmente a 3 minuti da una spiaggetta similprivata. La posizione è ottima per andare in spiagge come Banana Beach.

La pulizia non era eccellente: stoviglie sporche, qualche capello qua e là e ho trovato anche dei calzini sporchi in un cassetto. La casa non era fornita di nessuno snack e nemmeno del caffè in polvere, costringendoci a comperare tutto nell'unico market vicino che, ovviamente, ha prezzi folli.

The accommodation is a bit isolated, so you definitely need a car, but the beautiful sea view makes up for everything. The hosts are very sweet; they even gave us a gift on our last day. They came in to clean every day. I highly recommend this place!"

Villa Levante was an oasis of peace and tranquility. The apartment was very spacious, consisting of two rooms, one of which had a sea view, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a terrace that extended across the entire apartment. From the terrace, we could admire the sea, offering a breathtaking view unlike anything we had experienced before. Watching the sunrise from there was truly magical. It was on the terrace of this villa that we got engaged. We will definitely return, bringing with us beautiful memories. The accommodation was very clean; our rubbish was taken out and the floors were cleaned every day, and the bed linens were changed every few days. The hosts were very respectful and always available to help with anything we needed. The accommodation has air conditioning and mosquito screens on the windows. The villa is located just 5 minutes from Porto Kaminia Beach, a small beach with pebbles (water shoes are recommended here). A 15-minute drive from the villa takes you to Gerakas Beach, famous for its sea turtles. It is a wide sandy beach with fine sand and crystal-clear water (this was our favourite beach).

There was nothing we disliked about this location. Everything was perfect.

Un appartement confortable avec une vue magnifique. Les hôtes sont très accueillants (pastèque fraîche à notre arrivée, cadeau en partant...) et aux petits soins. Il y a une plage accessible facilement à pied, de même qu'un mini supermarché et plusieurs restaurants.

Tout était bien. A noter : l'eau du robinet n'est pas potable et la climatisation n'est présente que dans la pièce principale.Toutefois, en ouvrant les portes des chambres, aucun problème de température.

Everything was perfect. There is a lovely window with breathtaking sea views, I really adore this place. The landlady is very warm and welcoming, she keeps the yard beautifully maintained, and the small courtyard is so cosy. We had a plumbing issue on the first day, which the landlord fixed promptly. I’ve had a really lovely holiday here. The hotel is right next to the beautiful seaside, and everything is very convenient.

An amazing view on an amazing island

La camera era molto confortevole, nuova e accogliente. Il bagno nuovossimo e con tutte le comodità, dalla doccia agli appendini per non parlare della presenza della finestra . Tutto è stato pensato per accogliere il turista nell migliore dei modi. Alla fine della vacanza ci hanno persino omaggiato di un presente. Eccellente struttura. Consigliatissima.

Hier stimmt einfach alles. Die Lage in Vasilikos mit dem Meerblick ist einfach traumhaft. Spiros und Andriana sind ganz wundervolle Gastgeber. Ich habe mich sehr wohl und willkommem gefühlt. Im Studio fehlt es an nichts. Alles ist da, was man braucht. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß. Das Bad ist für griechische Verhältnisse Luxus. Allgemein ist alles sehr sauber und liebevoll gepflegt. Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Ich komme definitiv wieder.

We stayed at Villa Levante Studios in Vassilikos, Zakynthos, this September and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The owner, Mrs. Andriana, is an exceptionally kind and caring host who made us feel welcome from the very first moment. The cleanliness of the studio was at the highest level, and the hospitality exceeded our expectations. The studio itself is well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxed and comfortable holiday — a spacious fridge, an electric mini stove, a bathroom with all the essentials, and of course, a beautiful balcony with a breathtaking sea view. We enjoyed our breakfasts on the balcony every morning, which was simply unforgettable. One special moment we will never forget: while we were waiting for help with a flat tire on our rental car, Mrs. Andriana treated us to coffee and homemade cookies. That personal touch showed her genuine warmth and care. The location is perfect, very close to some of the island’s most stunning beaches. And on our departure, Mrs. Andriana surprised us with a thoughtful gift — homemade fig jam and a Zakynthos cup, a lovely souvenir reminding us to “come back soon to Zante.” We left with full hearts, beautiful memories, and the certainty that we will return to Zakynthos and Villa Levante in the near future. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, hospitality, and an authentic Greek holiday experience.

No such thing. We didn't stay on the near Kaminia Beach, we travelled the island and usually made our morning walks to the beach before breakfast.

Het uitzicht is adembenemend!

De kamers zijn oud, mijn bed was stuk, omdat ik er maar 1 nacht verbleef heb ik er niets mee gedaan. De airco maakte veel herrie en lijkt al een tijdje niet onderhouden, de unit zit ook meteen buiten op het balkon, als je een lichte slaper bent kan je er last van hebben. Tevens is het 1 enkele airco voor de hele kamer, dus niet in de slaapkamers zelf. Ik lees prachtige reviews van de kamers, maar deze zijn ongegrond lijkt mij. Het is gehorig, wij hadden ruziënde buren, erg onprettig! De accommodatie is geen 5 sterren waard, het uitzicht daarintegen zou ik 100 sterren geven!

Die Aussicht war unglaublich!! Definitiv unser Highlight von unserem Zimmer. Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt - wenn auch nur ein kurzer :)

Der Weg dorthin war nicht ohne. Wer mit dem Auto dorthin fährt, muss beim Weg hinauf schon sehr geschult sein. Sehr sehr steil!!

Villa Levante oferă un loc foarte liniștit, cu o priveliște superbă! Terasa cu vedere la mare dintr-un capăt în altul este absolut impresionantă. Proprietarii sunt cei mai drăguți oameni, mereu disponibili să ajute, discreți. Totul este foarte îngrijit, de la camere, curățenie, curte și grădină. Plajele nisipoase ale insulei se află în apropiere, la fel și orașul Zakynthos. Pentru cei care au la dispoziție o mașină pentru sejurul pe insulă, e un loc extraordinar.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The views were breathtaking, the hospitality was warm and genuine, and the location couldn’t have been better. It’s close to the beach and perfectly situated on the south end of the island, which is exactly where we prefer to stay. The hosts were amazing kind, friendly, and always welcoming. We would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Tutto perfetto. La vista , gli host, la pulizia. C'è tutto il necessario nella piccola cucina. Pulizie giornaliere e cambio biancheria ogni tre giorni. Infinita gentilezza dei proprietari. Posizione ottima per visitare le spiagge del sud e vicino a diversi market. Spiaggia kaminia a pochi metri con bar e lettini gratis previa consumazione, bellissimo. Altamente raccomandato, tornerei sicuramente.

Loved the views from the balcony and the spaciousness of the apartment. Perfect for a family of 4-5. The views were unbelievable. There is a great little beach bar at the bottom of the hill and a tavern at the top. Supermarket within walking distance.

Not a deal breaker but beds were a little hard for my taste but we were able to sleep. There is AC in the main room but not the bedrooms so if you need a very cool room to sleep this may not be the room for you.

La vue est extraordinaire, conforme aux photos . L'endroit est très calme. L'appartement est très bien équipé et très propre. Nécessité d'avoir un véhicule, un parking est disponible.Spiros et Adriana nous avaient donné des conseils pour la location d'une voiture et pour les excursions. Nous recommandons cette adresse!

Casetta bellissima accogliente, spaziosa, luminosa e con una vista mozzafiato. Personale più che disponibile ad ogni nostra necessità. Le pulizie vengono effettuate giornalmente per avere sempre la casa perfetta. Consiglio vivamente a tutti questa struttura!
