Reviewed Sep 9, 2026A charming and pleasant hotel—clean and quiet. Great location, just minutes from the train station and right across from the lake and the beautiful promenade. The staff is very nice and welcoming. There is an elevator; reception is on the first floor, and the dining room is on the second floor, where you can also make unlimited coffee and tea throughout the day. The single room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable with very pleasant linens. Amenities included a wardrobe, a safe, and a small fridge stocked with water and soda. There was also a small balcony overlooking the lake. I really liked the TV channel menu—it makes things so much easier (I wish every hotel did this). The bathroom was spotless and fully equipped, including hair conditioner and body lotion. In summary, this hotel offers good value and is recommended for those who cannot afford luxury hotels but still want to enjoy proximity to the lake and all what the city has to offer.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Rezeption spricht deutsch, englisch und italienisch. Zimmer mit Seeblick .Zimmer Mobilar sehr modern und neuwertig eingerichtet. Sonnenaufgang vom Balkon. Parken 18-8 Uhr gegenüber des Hotels an der Straße kostenlos ansonsten im Parkhaus 5 Minuten Fußweg. Nähe zum Bahnhof, Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich, verschiedene Sorten Schnittwurst, 3 Sorten Käse, Frischkäse, allerlei Obst, Obstsalat, Porridge, 3erlei Säfte, Kaffee- und Teespezialitäten, warme Eierspeisen kann man kostenlos beim Personal bestellen, verschiedene Brötchen und Brote, Baguette, 3 Sorten Kuchen, Müslis, Joghurt. Betten sehr bequem und hart genug.
Nichts, alles ausnahmslos super.

Un petit moins pour les confitures qui pourraient facilement être meilleures... Point à améliorer: le 3e lit demandé dans la chambre n'était pas fait quand nous sommes arrivés et les 3 clés magnétiques ne fonctionnaient pas. J'ai dû faire 2 allers et retours à la réception. Mais la réceptionniste était sympa et disponible.

Da wir ans Moon & Stars gingen, stimmt Preis-Leistung leider nicht ganz. Alle Hotels sind in dieser Woche viel zu teuer!

Trinkwasserflaschen ware nur am ersten Tag im Zimmer da hätte ich mir schon gerne jeden tag eine neue Flasche trinkwasser erwünscht.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Super Lage, direkt am See und sehr nah am Bahnhof, sehr saubere Zimmerreinigung und nettes Personal an der Rezeption.
Gebuchtes Zimmer hätte ein renoviertes Bad gehabt, hatte es aber nicht. Uralt und die Schiebetür der Dusche liess sich nicht dicht zuschieben, weil klapprig. Hier stimmte Preis-Leistung nicht. Das gebuchte Doppelzimmer mit Seesicht ist als vollständig renoviert beschrieben, hatte aber ein uraltes Bad, siehe Fotos. Links von der Webseite, rechts die Realität. Das Zimmer ist sehr kahl und wirkte kalt, man sollte über dem Bett ein Bild aufhängen. Für 340 CHF PRO Nacht stimmt es hier nicht zusammen. Frühstück im Grunde sehr gut, grosse Auswahl, aber für das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sollte eine bessere Konfitüre angeboten werden und nicht diese billigen Alu-Döschen, das ist schade.
