Maria is such a welcoming host. This hotel is in an ideal location for exploring Fira and surrounding areas. Good sized rooms. Great pool and sunbathing area. Near the bus station so very easy to get the bus to other parts of the island.

Bathroom and shower in the rooms could be improved/updated.

Really friendly and accommodating staff. Checked in with us anytime we passed them around the hotel. Also arranged travel to the airport after checkout. Great location, just a short walk to all the restaurants and bars. Lovely pool area.

The hotel and pool were lovely. The room was also great and had a nice spacious balcony with seating. The bathroom/shower facilities were very small. The wall bracket holding the shower to the wall did snap on day two meaning we had to manually hold the shower head. The bathroom was also very hot. However this wasn’t a major issue, the room and hotel were great value for money. Room was cleaned everyday, new towels and bed sheets provided which we weren’t expecting as we only stayed for 3 nights.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questo splendido hotel e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La proprietaria sin da subito si è mostrata disponibile e affettuosa, ci ha dato informazioni sulle principali attrazioni dell'isola e con il suo sorriso ci ha fatto sentire sempre come se fossimo a casa. Grazie anche per il piccolo pensiero finale, segno di un'attenzione verso il cliente rara da trovare. Tutto lo staff è cordiale e discreto. La camera, con affaccio diretto sulla piscina, era dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi per la pulizia: tutte le mattine la stanza veniva ripulita a fondo e venivano sostituiti gli asciugami e le lenzuola quotidianamente. La posizione è ottima, a due passi dal centro di Fira con ristoranti, bar e negozi e vicinissima alla stazione dei bus da dove è possibile raggiungere tutte le più importanti destinazioni dell'isola, compreso l'aeroporto. Ultima nota di merito per la piscina, utilissima per un bagno o per prendere il sole quando non si vuole o non ci si può spostare verso il mare, anche essa sempre pulita e ordinata. Non potevamo scegliere alloggio migliore! Top rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Staff were very friendly. Maria is the best receptionist ever 🥰😊. Hotel is less than 5 mins walk away from all facilities, city Fira, restaurants,.clubs and all. Very affordable as well. Will recommend over and over again.

The location is excellent. Had a room with a balcony that overlooked the pool area. The pool was really nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and tidy.

The shower wasn’t the best and had the annoying curtain that sticks to you while you’re trying to shower. The cleaners turned the air conditioner off each day when they cleaned the room. The room was quite tight for two people.

We love that is close to amenities. We like the hotel we stayed it. Close to the airport. The view from Fira is breathtaking. Theres restaurant everywhere. Theres music one time with DJ in the street. We just love the place

The cleaning lady in the hotel we stayed in verbally abused me about the state of our room. She didnt clean our toilet on second day but i didnt complain. She is so disrespectful to all of us and never apologise. Flushing the toilet roll is not allowed so the bin will be full for the day and shes complaining about the smell. She shouted at me so my whole family defended me. If she had complain,she should talk to her boss not the guest. After all its her job. I was so upset and cried. We complain to the reception and they take action. The two lovely from the reception are very nice and friendly. One is a school teacher and the other one is Swedish. We like all the staff except that Romanian cleaning lady. The African boy who is cleaning our room is very nice also. He apologise to us on her behalf.

The bathroom shower felt quite tight and narrow. However the rest of the bathroom was really nice.

The staff was very polite and helpful, the pool was cool and the room was fine.

There was a bed smell coming from the bathroom, and the shower had the curtains, therefore the water was going all over the bathroom when having a shower.

I had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location — close to the center of Fira and the bus station, with coffee places, shops, and a market just a short walk away. The owners were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to lady Maria, who was absolutely lovely and made me feel very welcome. ❤️ I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!

Increïble ubicació lluny del centre però prou a prop del centre. Habitació ample per 4, piscina casi buïda i és bastant al·lucinant estant a 19 d'agost! Habitacions netes i llits super confortables.

Such a fabulous location to the bus station and the centre of Fira. The staff are so friendly. The pool was such a treat, we used it every day. It was lovely to have an under the counter fridge in our room to keep our drinks cold. Great value for money.

Next time, I would book a room that had a window in the bathroom. The air gets a bit stale in there otherwise.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. The host was amazing, very kind, and always available to help whenever we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again!

Lots of stains for a person either mobility issue although staff was always present to help you out also steep uphill 150/200 meters to reach main road . Breakfast was ok and could have added some hot meals like omelettes etc but it was good and healthy

L’hôtel est près de tout, à quelques minutes à pied de la rue principale. La piscine et son aménagement sont magnifiques. Le personnel est parfait. La propreté, la tranquilité et le confort des chambres sont un atout majeur.

Le petit-déjeuner est bon mais un peu cher.

The Place Is wonderful and the staff extremely kind and helpful, location is amazing really central with parking space available. Wonderful atmosphere.

Proprietari molto accoglienti e disponibili, in attesa del check in ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli così da poter girare senza portarceli dietro e stessa cosa prima di andarcene. Inoltre ci hanno consigliato come muoverci e cosa vedere nell'isola, fermandoci anche a chiacchierare ogni tanto. Simpatici e cordiali! Piscina molto bella e pulita, camere sempre in ordine. Ci siamo trovate bene!

l'unica nota negativa, come ho letto anche in altre recensioni, è il bagno. Un po' scomoda la doccia piccolina con la tenda, si finisce per allagare il pavimento. Per il resto tutto perfetto!

Herzliche Gastgeberin, die steht versuchte zu helfen. Kommunikation auf Englisch kein Problem. Angenehmes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und Aussicht. Pool mit Sonne und Schatten. Das Zimmer hatte auf dem Balkon einen Aufhänger um Wäsche zu trocknen.

Man hört manchmal laute Musik von dem Straßen. Sehr weiche Matratze aber das ist ja relativ ob mans mag oder nicht … Man hat immer alles geflutet beim Duschen 🥲

Un vrai coup de cœur pour notre séjour en famille ! L’emplacement est idéal, à seulement 5 minutes à pied du centre-ville et de la gare routière, ce qui est très pratique, surtout avec des enfants. Tout est facilement accessible à pied. L’hôtel ainsi que la piscine sont très propres, et le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Un immense merci à Maria pour sa gentillesse et toutes ses petites attentions, notamment le petit chocolat offert à Marco chaque matin qui l’a beaucoup touché. Merci également d’avoir pris le temps d’organiser notre excursion, cela nous a beaucoup aidés et a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. On ressent que les hôtes font les choses avec le cœur. Leur accueil, leur disponibilité et leur bienveillance font vraiment la différence. Nous avons passé un magnifique moment en famille et nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter. Merci encore pour votre accueil chaleureux !

Η ντουζιέρα θα έπρεπε να είναι λίγο μεγαλύτερη για να είσαι ποιο άνετα όταν κάνεις μπάνιο αλλά πραγματικά το συνιστώ 100% !!

La posizione eccellente praticamente si è nel pieno centro di fira e a 10 minuti dalla fermata dei bus.Lo staff è di una gentilezza unica ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli sia all arrivo che dopo il check out,e quando siamo andare a riprenderli abbiamo potuto usufruire del bagno per cambiarci.Sono molto cordiali e ti spiegano tutto per visitare al meglio l'isola.Si ha la possibilità di affittare quad o motorini stesso li ma non saprei i prezzi perché non sapendolo prima li abbiamo presi al centro. Inoltre le camere sono ben strutturate con aria condizionata e pulizia e cambio asciugamani giornaliero,anche il bagno è buono e funzionante

Maria & Louis look after you like family from the moment you arrive! The New Haroula is a close walk to everything, the major bus station, supermarket, shops and restaurants. We loved coming back to the pool on a hot day to relax- it is beautiful here!

The place is very nice, very clean indeed. It is close to center, very convenient to walk to the restaurant nearby, and the shops alike. Very nice staff.

The room was on the side of the hotel towards the street. Sometimes the noise from the cars could be heard. However with the windows closed, it is quiet.

New Haroula is a real gem. Beautiful boutique hotel in an amazing location, very short stroll to centre of Fira. Our room was spacious, beautiful balcony overlooking the pool. The pool was quiet, plenty of sunbeds. Highly recommend New Haroula as a base in Fira. Maria, the manager was very helpful and friendly, especially welcoming to our two children.

Upon check in they got confused with my cancelled booking and emphasised that my cancelled booking was the right one. Furthermore at 6am a man who happens to be their staff unlocks my room door and walks in. Upon checking with the staff they said it was a mistake. Something unacceptable to me

Il punto di forza della struttura? Sicuramente la posizione 5 minuti a piedi dai punti panoramici di Firà e 3 minuti dalle vie centrali (ristoranti, bar,supermercati, discoteche). La gentilezza delli staff ci è rimasta nel cuore, hanno soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta! Le camere sono un po’ datate, ma davvero pulite e con tutto il necessario!!! La zona piscina molto curata, ci hanno permesso di trascorrere in piscina l’ultima giornata anche oltre l’orario del chech out, il deposito bagagli è gratuito!!

The location was great, close to the downtown but quiet. The service of the staff was great, the owners were very welcoming and we felt at home. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Patron and staff were lovely and couldn't be more helpful. Location is very close to the centre but located down a quiet street. The room was a bit on the small side, but was kept in good order and was very clean. We had a lovely 4 days and I'm happy to recommend the hotel.

Bathroom was a bit cramped, but the water was always hot so no big deal.

Struttura bellissima, enorme, stanza che si affacciava sulla piscina. Stanza pulita e bella, molto accogliente e rilassante. Abbiamo anche fatto amicizia con i proprietari che ci hanno subito accolto a braccia aperte, super teneri. Ci ritornerei! ❤️

Absolutely beautiful hotel. The marble floors/pavers were washed daily. Pool area spotless. Comfortable new lounges. Bed linen and beds very comfortable. Everything was so clean and fresh! 50m to a small supermarket. 100m to main square. Staff speaks good english and are extremely helpful. Especially the lady owner. We even got small gifts at the end of the stay. I highly recommend this place.
