Reviewed Sep 9, 2026The location was fantastic, The room was bright and airy with a nice little balcony looking directly onto the sea. every member of staff was excellent, particularly Mattrissia, who was so helpful despite our language barrier! The breakfast was very good with a wide choice of dishes and the evening restaurant was very good with attentive and courteous staff
The room needed more sockets, there was only one, which had an air freshener plugged in. A very minor point against what was a very enjoyable stay

Ich habe den Aufenthalt im Hotel insgesamt gut verbracht, musste jedoch einige Punkte feststellen, die den Komfort leider spürbar beeinträchtigt haben: Geruchsbelästigung im Zimmer: Der Essensgeruch aus der Küche beziehungsweise dem Restaurant zieht leider direkt in das Gästezimmer. Bad/WC: Die verwendeten Toilettensteine verströmen einen sehr intensiven, unangenehmen Chemiegeruch, der das Raumklima im Zimmer stark belastet. Diskretere oder geruchsneutrale Alternativen wären hier deutlich angenehmer. Hintergrundmusik im Restaurant: Die musikalische Untermalung im Restaurant fällt sehr eintönig aus. Täglich läuft stundenlang und bis nach Mitternacht (ca. 0:30 Uhr) dieselbe Playlist mit Bossa-Nova-Coverversionen. Eine etwas abwechslungsreichere Hintergrundmusik – insbesondere zu späten Stunden – würde die Atmosphäre ideutlich aufwerten. Mit ein paar gezielten Anpassungen bei Belüftung, Reinigungsmitteln und der musikalischen Gestaltung könnte das Hotel die Aufenthaltsqualität für seine Gäste erheblich steigern. Eine Ablage für die Koffer wäre auch gut.

En la habitación q nos tocó el armario no armario no se podía abrir las puertas, la puerta de acceso a la terraza estaba fatal, y el aire acondicionado no se podía regular. Si lo quitabas hacía calor y si lo dejabas frio Tienen q renovar en las habitaciones, se centran super bien en el Restaurante pero las habitaciones dejan q desear! Una pena porque es mi hotel preferido con vistas al mar y su restaurante

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026todo bien , excepto que durante el desayuno ( maravilloso, relajante y con vistas al mar) tuve que soportar como el dueño regañaba a los amables camareros en voz alta dando instrucciones sobre como disponer la fruta y yogures. No se debe hacer eso en presencia de huespedes. Pero , como siempre, todo lo demás aspectos.... sobresaliente

Sin embargo, la limpieza no estaba del todo como debía estar, pues encontramos en la habitación numerosas arañas, no propias del ambiente (que sería normal al estar cerca de la naturaleza), sino que, había muchas telarañas en los techos, rincones, etc. Por lo demás, todo estupendo.

El restaurante magnífico, cenar allí una maravilla, vistas al mar en primera línea, a la playa de Torreguadiaro, muelles de Sotogrande y a lo lejos el peñón de Gibraltar. Muy cerca de Torreguadiaro y Sotogrande. Personal muy amable.

I think they should add a chair near the huge window so you can make the most of the view. The bathroom window needs to open to create through breeze and help cool the place without the need for the AC. Desperately needs mozzy nets as the amount of insects in the room is crazy. Dead flies everywhere. Then you could enjoy the sound of the sea by leaving windows open. The floor needs to be changed due to humidity.
