Reviewed Aug 28, 2026O conceito, a piscina, o jacuzzi ( é top). A limpeza estava impecável, o miminho que deixaram era muito bom. Alojamento bem equipado com tudo o que é preciso.
Pouca privacidade no jacuzzi. Muito impessoal ( não fomos recebidos por ninguem, apenas fomos contactados por mensagens, numa ilha estavamos a espera de encontrar um anfitrião ou funcionário pessoalmente). O alojamento não tem qualquer informação turistica sobre a ilha.

Wir konnten leider nicht wie abgemacht um 15 Uhr in die Unterkunft, da sie noch nicht gereinigt war. War aber halb so wild - haben uns dann an den Pool in die Sonne gelegt. Also wirklich nicht schlimm.

Reviewed May 30, 2026The rustic idea of the accommodation. The outdoor pool was warm and available when we arrived.
The WiFi was not adequate. The door to the living area had an external lock and once in the area you had no phone service, highly dangerous if you get accidentally locked down there. Especially if there is no key for the door. The accommodation although clean needed aired and smelled damp. The bedding was damp to touch as where the towels.

Reviewed May 26, 2026I absolutely loved how they captured the spirit of Pico Island how it used to be before it became modernized and crowded with visitors. I remember going to Pico as a child and what I really loved about it was the silence and the ability to birds, cows and chickens in the distance. This place is absolute paradise in recapturing that atmosphere. I can’t think of a better place to go Rest in Pico. At the same time, the place has all the modern amenities than one needs to be comfortable. It’s the perfect balance between old quaint, traditional premodern Pico and the most advanced comforts that we have all become accustomed to including high speed Internet.
Generally speaking find a place absolutely wonderful. The only thing that I might suggest is for them to put easier access if somebody comes with larger or heavier luggage. The gravel is beautiful and it’s traditional Pico but if you’re older or if you’re carrying luggage with reduce mobility, it can be an issue. I normally travel with light luggage, but this time I came for work for three months, and my bag was rather heavy. I managed just fine, but I could see that somebody with reduced mobility might have issues. It is possible that they have units for people with reduced mobility so it’s worth asking since I did not see the hole of the property

Reviewed May 14, 2026Die Lage der Einheit war sehr nett und man bekommt von den benachbarten Einheiten nichts mit. Sehr schön eingebettet in grün. Am geteilten beheizten Pool kann man bis runter aufs mehr schauen und den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Der private Whirlpool war natürlich ein Highlight.
Das Bad ist klein und etwas ungünstig designed, aber ok. Verdunkeklungsmöglichkeiten sind sehr begrenzt, sodass man früh wach wird. Wir haben unsere Einheit erstmal gesucht, die Beschreibung wie man hinkommt war nicht ganz klar. Die Waschmaschine war defekt.

Reviewed May 14, 2026Die Lage mit Blick auf den Atlantik auf der anderen Strassenseite ist sensationell . Das urige Haus aus Lavasteinen hatte einen besonderen Charme. Parkplatz vor dem Haus war perfekt.
Wir waren im Haus INCENSO. Die Waschmaschine war nicht zu benutzen. Der Abfluss leckte und es fehlte der Stopfen für die Spüle. Einige Treppenstufen waren locker. Ein Schneidebrett wäre schön gewesen.

Het huisje is wat donker en de eetkamerstoelen waren een uitdaging om goed op te blijven zitten.

The property manager was always available and resolved any issues quickly. It wasn’t difficult to find the place. Highly recommended to everyone who wants to spend some time in peace and quiet and enjoy nature in complete relaxation.

Reviewed Jan 21, 2026Wunderschöne ruhige Lage mit Blick ins Grüne. Traditionelle Steinhäuser die trotzdem komfortabel waren. (Temperatur kann reguliert werden). Sterne schauen im Whirlpool, frisches Obst aus dem Garten und freundliches und kommunikatives Personal.
Es gab ein kurzes Warmwasser Problem, jedoch konnte dies schnell gelöst werden, Dank guter Kommunikation. Hocker etwas wackelig.

Notre jacuzzi était hors service!!! Dommage! Un petit barbecue pour chaque maison serait bien. Un petit meuble dans la salle de bain serait parfait pour poser nos affaires de toilette…

Leider war der Jacuzzi bei unserem Häuschen kaputt, wir durften zwar einen anderen auf dem Grundstück nutzen aber dieser wurde nicht richtig heiß. Und es gab insgesamt recht wenig Möglichkeiten, seine Klamotten zu verstauen (nur eine Kleiderstange)

Наличие мангала и всего для отдыха семьёй или компанией я зачет. Теплый джакузи зашёл всем. Домики с локальный калорийность и чудной природой вокруг. Все прелести ночной жизни 25 минут на авто. Но так и задумано.
Одкяло было одно на троих. На троих постояльцев 2 полотенца и халата. Муравьи в доме не добавляют комфорта. Но допускаю, что на природе иначе не бывает.

En fait de villa entière, il s'agit de l'équivalent d'un studio de 20 m2, fort bien équipé en équipements de cuisine, mais quelques aménagements supplémentaires sont nécessaires . Il n'y a par exemple aucun dispositif pour ranger les vêtements, pas d'armoires, absolument rien pour suspendre les vêtements.

Certains détails pour parfaire la quiétude du lieu : rideaux/volets, lampadaires de la rue allumés toute la nuit. Frigo bruyant dans la casa Louro. Quelques petits équipements de cuisine manquants (passoire par exemple)

The house itself is fantastic: spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with every comfort. A real slice of paradise! The garden with the deluxe Jacuzzi was definitely the highlight—relaxing there was an unforgettable experience. The price was absolutely perfect for what was offered, considering the quality and location.

Podczas naszego pobytu jacuzzi które należy do 2 domków w naszym segmencie nie działało - gospodarz powiedział że możemy korzystać z jaccuzi należącego do innych domków jednak było to dla nas trochę niekomfortowe. Rozumiemy jednak, że awarie się zdarzają więc nie ma to wpływu na naszą ocenę i postrzeganie tego miejsca :)

Reviewed Sep 10, 2025Nous avons été accueilli par Miguel. Instructions claires. Logement facile à trouver. Miguel a été très sympathique et disponible par message à la moindre question. Merci. Le logement est confortable et bien agencé. Bien que petit, le logement dispose d’un jaccuzi privatif et d’un barbecue et c’est un vrai bonheur. Bonne surprise, le complexe met à disposition une machine à laver et c’est un vrai atout.

Les équipements n'étaient pas tous opérationnels (jacuzzi en panne), comme indiqué lors de notre réservation. Matériel de cuisine très rudimentaire. Habitat sombre, chambre du bas humide. Rapport qualité/prix décevant.

De zeer donkere ligging van het huis en de nare vocht of rioollucht. Geen goede stoelen om lekker te kunnen zitten. Niet in de keuken als ook niet op het terras. Primitieve douche zonder ophang haak.
