Łazienka w pokoju bardzo brudna, brak parkingu na terenie hotelu mimo wcześniejszego zapewnienia i rezerwacji że można z niego skorzystać. Kilka razy w nocy budziły nasz alarmy przeciw pożarowe, obsługa nie reagowała, zbywała że ktoś sprawdzi to rano.

This was the best hotel I have stayed at in Italy so far. All newly renovated, no made up charges for everyday amenities, great breakfast included and amazing staff at the reception and the breakfast bar.

I really liked the location, the cleanness, the breakfast and all small details which are adding touch of atmosphere

Capisco la stanchezza dopo l'estate! Pecca un po' di manutenzione...gli adesivi cominciano a staccarsi

Very comfortable hotel, close to the sea and walking distance to Miramare train and tram station. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Air conditioning was good and kept the room chilled. Would gladly recommend Up hotel for a lovely stay in Rimini.

All good in the hotel...only gripe was with the mosquitoes that attacked at night. I would recommend keeping the bathroom window closed in the evening and bringing pest repellent.

The room is a good size. Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception and breakfast as well. Thank you Matteo from the reception for all the help! Plenty of choices at the breakfast.

Parking is a little bit complicated

Świetny hotel lokalizacja bardzo dobra blisko lotniska i jeszcze bliżej morza. Bardzo czysto pyszne śniadania i przemiła obsługa.

La struttura è moderna e praticamente nuova, si trova vicino a ristoranti, bar, spiaggia (anche per chi ha cani) Ragazze che ti servono la colazione gentilissime 😊

Das geschmackvoll und richtig schön eingerichtete Hotel liegt 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt, in unmittelbarer Nähe sind zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und Cafés Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Personal immer freundlich und Hilfsbereit Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen

The breakfast is delicious with lots of options to choose from and the staff is exceptional. It’s also really close to the beach and the city centre is easily accessible by the Metromare. I highly recommend the hotel. We had a really nice stay.

Junges Hotel mit tollem Personal. Alle sehr freundlich und motiviert. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, für uns ideal und die Lage ist einfach fantastisch. ❤️

Ωραίο δωμάτιο μεγάλο με μπαλκόνι καθαρό. Το πρωινό νόστιμο είχε αρκετά πράγματα και ήταν μέχρι της 11:30 πολύ σημαντικό για το Ρίμινι αλλά και όταν μια μέρα ξυπνήσαμε μετά από 1 ώρα πάλι μας έδωσαν κάτι. Από το κέντρο του Ρίμινι με το λεοφωρειο που περνάει από έξω είναι 15 λεπτά.

Η ηχομόνωση άκουγαμε τους δίπλα σαν να ήταν μέσα στο δωμάτιο. Εάν ήξερα ιταλικά θα τους απαντούσα.

Der Aufenthalt im Up Hotel war wirklich außergewöhnlich, von ersten bis zum letzten Moment. Das Hotel war wirklich sehr schön gestaltet, es wurde Wert sogar auf winzigste Details gelegt und man hat sich von der ersten Minute wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel war wirklich sehr sauber, das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt. Das Frühstück war echt gut, hierbei möchte ich noch ein Lob aussprechen an die rothaarige Servicekraft, die während des ganzen Aufenthalts höchst freundlich, hilfsbereit und serviceorientiert war. Generell habe ich selten so einen guten Aufenthalt wie hier gehabt, das Hotel ist wirklich auf einen Spitzenniveau, kann es also sehr empfehlen und würde jederzeit gerne wieder buchen. Danke!

Super Frühstück. Hinter einer Glastheke ist eine extrem große Auswahl an Köstlichkeiten. Die Eierspeise wird frisch zubereitet. Der direkt gepresste Fruchtsaft schmeckt vorzüglich. Das war das beste jemals in einem Hotel konsumierte Frühstück. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer laden aufgrund der geschmackvollen Einrichtung zu einem längeren Aufenthalt ein. Das ganze Hotel zeichnet sich durch eine große Anzahl verschiedener Einrichtungsgegenstände aus.

Parkplatz sollte man unbedingt dazu buchen, da das Hotel nur über ein paar Abstellplätze verfügt.

Готель сучасний , чистий , зручне розташування , номер був чистий , дівчинка змінювала постіль кожного та дуже гарно прибирала , дуже за це дякую ! Був холодильник в кімнаті , що рятувало нас прохолодними напоями в спеку ! Особливо хотілось відзначити смачні сніданки , особливість їх подачі , було естетично ! Ми дуже задоволенні були перебування

Very nice location, not far from the promenade. Lovely staff and great breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable. We really liked the little “shop” downstairs where you get drinks and snacks and put it your room account.

Parking is small and could be an issue if you want to explore with your car but it is also a plus that they have parking in the first place 😊

Preis Leistung geht es nicht besser. Top Hotelkonzept. Top Lage. Sehr sauber und das Frühstück war super!! Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Also wenn jemand ein gutes 3* Hotel sucht - das UP Hotel ist wahrscheinlich das beste was ihr kriegen könnt.

We absolutely loved our stay! The staff were incredibly caring, friendly, and attentive. The breakfasts were amazing, the hotel was beautiful and very clean, and our room was cleaned every day. Everything was perfect, and we were truly impressed with the service. We left very happy and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! ❤️

Hotel zachwyca od pierwszego wejścia ma piękne, oryginalne i bardzo klimatyczne wnętrza, które wyróżniają go na tle innych miejsc. Na duży plus zasługują również dostępne udogodnienia, m.in. możliwość wypożyczenia rowerów oraz całodobowy Honesty Bar, gdzie można samodzielnie wybrać i kupić coś do jedzenia lub picia. Personel hotelu zasługuje na ogromne wyróżnienie! Recepcja jest niezwykle miła, uśmiechnięta, pomocna i zawsze gotowa służyć dobrą radą. To właśnie takie podejście sprawia, że od samego początku można poczuć się naprawdę mile widzianym. Pokój był czysty, pięknie urządzony i bardzo komfortowy. Ogromne brawa należą się również za śniadania! Pyszne, różnorodne i serwowane przez bardzo uprzejme, uśmiechnięte Panie. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie zarówno coś słodkiego, jak i wytrawnego, a także wyjątkowe specjały szefa kuchni. Z czystym sumieniem polecam ❤️ To miejsce, do którego zdecydowanie chce się wracać. Hotel oraz cały personel zasługują na medal! 🏅

На практика хотела няма собствен паркинг/3-4 автомобила/. Обществен платен паркинг е наличен, но разтоянието до него е около 300 метра от хотела.

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel mit einem super freundlichen und herzlichen Team. Wir haben uns direkt willkommen gefühlt. Besonders das Frühstück war klasse – sehr viel Auswahl, frisch und lecker. 😍 Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt, nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Unser Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

This was our third summer choosing this hotel, and once again, we had a very pleasant stay. Overall, everything is always excellent, the hotel is lovely, the breakfasts are delicious, and the staff serving breakfast are incredibly kind and welcoming. This year, however, we were a little disappointed with the room we were initially given. We booked the same room category as in previous years, but unfortunately, this time we received what felt like the least comfortable room so far. The sink being located in the middle of the room was quite an unusual solution 🙈 — personally, I don’t think anyone wants to wash next to the bed and have water splashing around the room. :) The lady working at reception had some difficulties communicating in English, but eventually we managed to change the room. Only after moving in did we realize that the new room was adapted for guests with disabilities, so unfortunately, the overall comfort still wasn’t quite comparable to our previous stays. That said, these are really just minor details, because the hotel itself is wonderful. The breakfast is delicious, the atmosphere is great, and the ladies working in the breakfast area deserve a special mention for always being so friendly and helpful. And a particularly big thank you to Giovanni (I hope we got his name right!) from the reception/administration. He was truly professional, helpful and welcoming, and his attitude really adds value to the hotel. We will definitely be back next summer and hope for another great stay — hopefully with a room that matches our previous experiences. 😊

Docházková vzdálenost na pláž, zajímavě řešené snídaně, kdy jsou servírované z výběru za pultem. Zaměstnanci všichni s úsměvem 👍 Klidná lokalita, Celkově příjemný pobyt.

Parkování, ikdyz bylo rezervované dlouho dopředu, při příjezdu nebylo. Odešlou vás cca 5 minut od hotelu na velké parkoviště, což je v pořádku a neni v tom problém. Jen mi přijde zbytečně tedy rezervovat parkování a nabízet místo, které pak není. Každé zavření dveří ve vedlejším pokoji je slyšet, ale dá se s tím žít

- Parkplatz leider nicht am Hotel , 8,50 Euro - Ort Rimini ist Massentourismus, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Free Beach ist etwas entfernt , kann aber erlaufen werden - Klimaanlage war nacht etwas zu sehr zu hören ( Badfenster)

La situation de l’hôtel est excellente : il se trouve à une minute de la plage et à proximité de nombreux magasins et restaurants. Les chambres sont propres et la literie est confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est correct et le personnel est accueillant, ce qui est assez rare en Italie.

Le seul point négatif est l’insonorisation des chambres : nous entendons tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres voisines.

Skvělé umístění kousek od moře a promenády. Velice ochotný personál a servírované snídaně. Pokoj čistý s chytrou televizí a prostorným sprchovacím koutem. Pozor na zásuvky, podobně jako jinde v italii je lepší mít sebou adaptér, našel jsem jen jednu klasickou kulatou zásuvku. Manželská postel měla 1 velkou matraci, ne jako v hotelech u nás kde bývá velká mezera. U recepce je 24h Honesty bar a možnost si zdarma načepovat pitnou vodu a led. Parkováni je možné za branou hotelu pro cca 6 aut za 12 eur/noc. Na pokoji je minilednice a klimatizace.

Vybavení balkonku by mělo odpovídat počtu ubytovaných osob. Měli jsme jen 1 židli.

Well equipped apartment, everything clean and functional. No problems with check-in and check-out. I will use the same hotel next time without hesitation.

The menu and everything can only be used via a smartphone and the hotel app. A small problem with the phone is enough and you will have trouble even ordering breakfast. My Apple 17 Pro Max refused to communicate with the hotel app (reason unknown) and there were problems in the world. But this is not a problem of the hotel, but of my phone.

This hotel is outstanding on its own, but compared to many of the other hotels in Rimini – which often feel stuck in the 1980s – it is a true gem. The first thing that deserves special praise is the staff. After staying in hundreds of hotels around the world, I honestly struggle to remember another place where the team was so genuinely passionate about what they do and so eager to help. The service feels effortless, and every process is exceptionally well organized. The management deserves real credit for creating such an atmosphere. The second highlight is the design and the incredible attention to detail. The hotel feels like a small design museum filled with fascinating pieces. Even though there's an elevator, I'd recommend taking the stairs at least once to enjoy this "exhibition." What's even more impressive is that the design never comes at the expense of practicality. Everything is thoughtfully engineered – from the extra hallway doors that keep noise and heat away from the rooms, to rooms that stay pleasantly cool even after you remove the key card, to the complimentary still and sparkling water station and the 24-hour self-service bar. The breakfast is another standout feature. Instead of a traditional buffet, the friendly staff personally serves each dish you choose, briefly explaining what it is. Many of the dishes are freshly prepared by the hotel's chef, which makes breakfast feel much more personal and enjoyable than the usual hotel experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rimini. While it is located away from the city center, I don't see that as a disadvantage. The central beachfront area is largely the same – an endless row of hotels, souvenir shops, and busy restaurants. If you plan to visit Rimini's beautiful historic old town – which I strongly recommend – you'll still have a long walk from the seafront regardless of where you stay.

Among the minor inconveniences, which, however, are not related to the hotel itself and do not detract from the overall excellent impression, it is worth noting the reconstruction of the pedestrian section of the promenade near the hotel. This does not interfere with the use of the beach itself, but it spoils the view and makes walking a bit inconvenient. However, the quality of the hotel itself certainly outweighs this minor issue compared to other options.

Pokój zadbany, czysty i było w nim wszystko co potrzebne:) lokalizacja bardzo dobra - od lotniska 20 minut spaceru. Przepyszne, różnorodne śniadanie. Świeżo wyciskany sok i aromatyczna kawa oraz szeroki wybór dań na słodko i na słono. Personal miły, pomocny. Rowery do wypożyczenia na miejscu w cenie pobytu. Gorąco polecam 😉

It’s in a great location, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The hotel has a unique, modern design, and the rooms are also unique. We missed having shelves or a gardrome in the room. Breakfast looks great and tastes delicious; it would be nice if we could help ourselves to drinks (water, juice). The cycling opportunities are excellent—it’s close to the beach and the local restaurants, which serve delicious food. We recommend it to everyone.

Чрезмерная навязчивость ещё до приезда. Настойчивая попытка продать место для парковки в переписке при доступных свободных бесплатных местах прямо у отеля. Вид из окна на глухую стену, причём это был самый дорогой вариант из доступных для двоих (Junior Suite). Запах. Тяжелый воздух в фойе. В самом номере чуть получше, но не намного и только после проветривания. Кондиционер в первый (из двух) вечер/ночь не работал. При закрытых окнах (на следующий день эту причину назвали). Персонал скорее перепуган, чем вежлив и приветлив, хотя пытались казаться такими.
