As soon as we got there you could tell it’s a family run guest house with so many little touches that make you feel at home. The staff were all amazing, the hot tub was perfect, the gardens views were lovely especially with the visitors. Breakfast was first class, defo recommend the full English and even a yoghurt with cherries as a starter. Loved every minute there and the pub next door does the most amazing food, highly recommend. 5 min drive from so a beautiful walk along the beach to Holkham was perfect. Thank you so much to staff for making our stay so lovely we will definitely be recommending to our friends and family.

The Sunrise suite on the ground floor adjacent to the guest lounge area was spacious and well appointed with a couple of comfortable arm chairs. A cake on arrival was a nice surprise too. Plenty of tea/coffee with fresh milk available in the room. Great choice for breakfast with quality food and a friendly team. Would definitely return. Also, just a few metres walk to the local pub.

Lovely big room with plenty of wardrobe space. Everything you could want in the room including cake on arrival. Nice lounge so we could all meet up. Hosts went above and beyond when one of us had a flat tyre on departure!

Excellent choice for breakfast but times were a little late, although you could ask for an earlier slot.

Breakfast was very good . The twin room was cozy and the beds comfortable . Good attention to detail . Delicious cake and available extra milk as required . Hot tub in the garden was lovely and was clean . Lovely views in the garden of the surrounding country side . The hosts were very organised and the breakfast served highly rated. Lovely Guests staying also warm and friendly definitely worth booking again .

The property is ideally placed for Wells but far enough away for a tranquil and relaxing stay in a quaint little village. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room we had had a lovely garden view over the fields. We both loved the location and a pub next door is always an advantage. The breakfast was astoundingly good. Plus the staff who we met were both friendly and welcoming.

Sam and Carol were excellent hosts. The house its self was very clean and beautifully presented. The garden area was lovely with sun loungers, shaded area and a wonderful hot tub. Breakfast offered a wide range of options,hot and cold, which were extremely good. A wonderful place to stay.

Everything , lovely big comfortable room and super comfy beds . All the extras like plastic glasses for the hot tub honesty bar for when you have run out of your own wine 🤣 robs towels and of course the huge hot tub honesty bar. Breakfast was fresh and lovely and mum and daughter hosts work really hard . Will be back

The room was lovely, very clean and nice touches such as cake on arrival, robes and slippers. Was ideal for visiting family in Wells.

The shower had separate taps and it was awkward to get the temperature right.

Staff: Sam and her mum Carol were really helpful and full of advice about attractions, parking, etc. We were given complimentary drinks as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Cleanliness: Everything was spotless. Bed linen and towels were of great quality Breakfast: Excellent quality and plentiful. Dishes were freshly made to order. Facilities: Had access to a big garden with loungers and a hot tub was available . Mini fridge was in the lounge, which had a large TV and comfy sofas. Stylish decor. Off street parking available. Powerful showers. Location: Quiet village with a pub open Wed to Sunday , art gallery and church. However, just 2 miles from busy Wells next the Sea.

Everything was excellent. The breakfast menu was extensive and everything was perfectly cooked and well presented. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Our room was beautiful and so many thoughtful extras. Cake in our room to have with a wide selection of beverages. Dressing gowns and slippers available to wear. Luxury products provided for the bath/shower. We enjoyed sitting in the large lounge enjoying a drink from the help yourself bar, which was very reasonably priced. The garden was relaxing. Other hospitality venues should use Meadowview as an example of excellence.

We liked EVERYTHING about staying at Meadow View, Sam and her Mum were warm and welcoming hosts, the property was immaculate, our room had everything we could wish for and had been carefully thought about for guests. Delicious and generous breakfast where we enjoyed long chats with the other guests. A perfect one night get-away.

Could have done with a bigger shared fridge, but that's only because we had an early start and wanted cold bottles for our race. We got ours in but others might have missed out. But this is really nit picking.

Grosse Gastfreundschaft, speziell für uns früher Frühstück gemacht. Tolles, hübsches Zimmer mit grosser Dusche und gemütlichem Bett. Whirlpool benutzt, einfach herrlich. Es würde sich lohnen länger als nur 1 Nacht zu bleiben.

Charming and tranquil accommodation offering views of the countryside meadows in the serene village of Wighton. The spacious bedroom is very tidy, featuring large windows that overlook the garden and village. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and a fan is provided to keep the room cool during the summer heat. Guests are greeted with a delightful welcome cake and biscuits, along with a bottle of chilled water. Breakfast is served in a beautiful kitchen where three generations prepare the meals while engaging in friendly conversation with guests. Meadow View is conveniently located just a short distance from Wells-next-the-Sea, Blakeney, and other picturesque villages.

The triple room features a shower that opens right into the bedroom, which can lead to the carpet getting slightly damp when exiting the shower. It's not a major issue, but it's something to keep in mind.

Fabulous location! We visited on the hottest day of the year so far, but thankfully, there was a huge fan in the room. The room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and very functional, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The communal areas were immaculate, welcoming, and well maintained. The hot tub was an added bonus, and the beautifully kept garden provided the perfect place to relax and unwind, overlooking a meadow with a heard of friendly cows. Breakfast was superb, with plenty of options, all freshly prepared and served in the breakfast room. Close to wells and other beautiful costal villages, a favourite being Burnham overy staith. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Good location. Sam and her Mother were exceptionally helpful and efficient. Really worked hard and kept the house so clean and tidy. Breakfasts were truly amazing and filled you up for the day. Big bonus.... NO DOGS !

Room got very hot, but that was the heatwave and no reflection on Sam and her Mother who really did their best to keep going despite the heat.

A wonderful hideaway place, perfectly suited for our visit with the added bonus of a hot tub! Our ground floor room was spacious and overlooking fantastic greenery. Would definitely recommend!

Warm welcome for our fourth stay. I didn't think Sam could better her breakfast but wow it was exceptional every morning. Garden was beautiful and we felt so relaxed

This little guest house was a pleasure to stay in, the beds were very comfortable with fresh smelling sheets. The room had lots of power points by the bedside including USB-A, the bathroom was fully equipped with lovely smelling shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and there was a nice selection of glasses and cups for hot and cold drinks. The owners have really focused on detail which I loved. Fresh milk in a little fridge in the hallway made morning coffee just that little bit nicer and a slice of cake in the room on arrival was delightful.

Everything was perfect, down to the littlest of details. The sandalwood suite which we stayed in was amazing, the location is beautiful and the staff are super friendly.

Parking was poor and the lanes were very narrow

The property is well located with excellent views of the countryside, it is clean and decorated to a very good standard. A lovely garden and we made good use of the hot tub also with lovely views of the nearby fields.

Its a lovely quiet spot in the village. Unfortunately the pub was closed but we ate in Wells anyway. We were there for the scarecrow competition and enjoyed walking around and spotting all the different ones.

The accommodation was absolutely brilliant, very well laid out and comfortable. We loved the cake and tea and coffee selection available. The garden and hot tub were fantastic, though we didn't have time for a dip! Breakfast was wonderful too👍 would also recommend the Carpenters arms, next door! Smashing food and friendly staff.

Everything about Meadow View was everything that we were looking for with our stay. This is the perfect ambient and peaceful place to use as a base for exploring the surrounding area. Add the gracious and caring hosts to the experience and the whole package is a wonderful time.

Thus does not apply to the Meadow View experience.

A wonderful retreat, great host's, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent choice for breakfast and fresh which is a bonus these days. Rooms where homily, spotlessly clean, serviced every day, couldn't fault a think and we are well travelled and would definitely say if Meadowveiw was below standard! Wighton is a tiny village, 10 mins from Wells by car, no shops but a very nice pub next door, not particularly cheap but again great service and top quality food. We would definitely recommend and will probably be be back again.

we have stayed here previously,so knew what to expect.the rooms are well equiped and very clean and comfortable,breakfast is above average with a good range of choice,,being pet free and adults only is a bonus along with the excellent hot tub.the staff being family of the owner exceed in all aspects to ensure your stay is as perfect as can be.early than expected self check in was given,ample free parking,only slight negative is the slow wifi, but as it is free you cannot complain.certainly looking to return again soonjust the slow wifi
