Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Il resort complessivamente è grande, è disponibile il parcheggio a pagamento per le auto su prenotazione al costo di 15 euro ma fuori dalla struttura si trova senza problemi parcheggio su strada. Abbiamo chiesto check in anticipato e per fortuna è stato possibile concedercelo. la stanza era abbastanza grande e soddisfacente per le nostre esigenze, oltre alla presenza di un terrazzino molto gradito. al nostro arrivo ci hanno consegnato un welcome kit con il necessario per alcune necessità del pernottamento, ho trovato l'idea molto utile e apprezzata. la posizione era per noi ottimale, piuttosto vicina al mare e al centro. La piscina è abbastanza grande ed è disponibile sia quella per gli adulti, piuttosto profonda, sia quella per i bambini, oltre all'idromassaggio. C'è un addetto alla piscina / bagnino durante tutta l'apertura della piscina.
il resort si trova all'interno di uno stabile condominiale quindi, quando abbiamo dovuto fare carico e scarico dei bagagli, non ci è stato concesso di entrare dentro la struttura con l'auto. ciò era possibile solo dietro prenotazione e pagamento del parcheggio interno. ci è stato offerto un carrello per trasportare i bagagli, tuttavia mi è sembrato poco sensato non concedere un carico e scarico veloce che, a mio avviso, avrebbe arrecato anche meno disturbo rispetto al viavai del carrello e al rumore dello stesso lungo il sagrato del resort. Data l'attenzione dimostrata ad altri particolari, mi è sembrata una mera posizione economica per ottenere il pagamento del parcheggio.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Die Lage ist ruhig, da abseits vom Zentrum. Das Meer ist trotzdem in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar.
Etwas kompliziert die Rezeption zu finden, das ganze Areal ist eingezäunt. Wenn die 4 PP vor dem Eingang besetzt sind, wird es schwierig. Das ganze Check-in Prozedere ist kompliziert, zuerst alles per Mail einsenden und dann geht es trotzdem noch lange vor Ort, bis man den Schlüssel erhält. Preis eher obere grenze, da ohne Frühstück und das Bett muss von der Wand runter geklappt werden (über das Sofa).

Le lit pour le 3ème adulte est beaucoup trop petit. 1m84x78 cm plus petit qu un petit lit d enfant. On nous annonce une plage à 500m. Fausse joie, nous sommes arrivés face à des rochers, une petite plage a été créée probablement par les habitants vous pouvez tout juste y tremper les pieds si vous avez des chaussures. La nage est impossible ce n est que de la rocaille. La plage la plus pratiquable pour tous âges c est du sable à 24km environ soit 30 minutes de route. La résidence comporte assez de stationnements pour tous les appartements, mais vous devez payer 15 euros par jour pour y accéder, en plus de notre location à plus de 250 euros par nuit. La piscine c'est avec un bonnet de bain oblohatoire, quelle surprise. L eau y est chaude, tres peu de traitements, et le bain à bulle, aux bulles colorées de crème de bronzage ne donne pas envie. Dommage car elle est sympathique. La photo sur booking date d il y a longtemps. Maintenant entouré de résidences. Cet établissement n est pas un hôtel, pas de bar pas de restaurant, aucune animation.

Vi vidste ikke vi ikke kunne komme ind og at der ikke var mulighed for opbevaring af bagage hvis man ankom før kl. 16:00 Man får ikke sine håndklæder skiftet med mindre man betaler for rene håndklæder og der er kun et sæt håndklæder i lejligheden per gæst og sidst men ikke mindst man skal have cap på håret hvis man skal bruge poolen, som ellers er ret kedelig og dyb for voksne

The building is old and poorly maintained. Our balcony had old, worn-out furniture. The bathroom was also outdated and in need of renovation. Leaving the property in this condition gives the impression that guest comfort is not a priority and shows a lack of respect for guests.

Za parkování, které bylo v areálu a poloprázdné účtován další poplatek. Velmi velmi malý sprchový kout...

Everything was fine although the dishwasher didn’t work - great stop near Pisa for early flight - beach was walking distance however we found it hard to find a restaurant that wasn’t booked up so ended up having take away pizzas which were nice but we had to wait for them so ate very late - lots of walking and it was so hot !

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Velmi hezký uzavřený areál s parkováním a krásným hlubokým bazénem. Čistý apartmán s pěkným výhledem z terasy. Již po několikátý rok využíváme toto ubytování před ranním odjezdem trajektem. Dobrá volba ubytování i pro návštěvu Pisy (cca 25 km).
Přetrvávající nutnost koupacích čepic do bazénu (možnost zakoupit na recepci), opotřebovaná kuchyně.

Unterkunft ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das sieht man von außen und von innen (insbesondere Dusche). Kleine Zimmer. Betten müssen hochgeklappt werden, damit man sich im Zimmer bewegen kann. In den Pool kann man nur mit Badekappe. Wir mussten nur eine Nacht bleiben, daher alles passable. Ein „No Go“ für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026We thoroughly enjoyed the location. The roof-terrace apartment was spacious and exceptionally clean. In addition, the staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Pets are very welcome too, and there was even a treat waiting for them upon arrival. This was our second two-day stay here, and we will definitely return the next time we are in the region. We highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you for everything!
There was nothing to complain about. Although there was some light traffic and a few passing trains nearby, it did not spoil our stay at all!

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026-Lokalizacja-świetne miejsce wypadowe by zwiedzić Toskanię. - Obsługa- miła i pomocna,pierwszy raz zdarzyło mi się by ktoś z obsługi odprowadził mnie do apartamentu i zrobił jego krótką prezentację- można poczuć sie jak gość VIP:) -Wygodne duże łóżka i poduszki- spaliśmy jak dzieci😅 -Niezbędne udogodnienia-wszystko co może być potrzebne jest w tym apartamencie począwszy od suszarki, żelazka,tostera,kawiarki skończywszy na wacikach do uszu,czepku kąpielowym czy mini pilniczku. -Kosmetyki w łazience o bardzo przyjemnym zapachu, duży + za ekologiczne butelki i odżywkę do włosów :) -Basen- czysty- wymagane są czepki basenowe co nie stanowi problemu a sprawia, że można z niego komfortowo korzystać.Obsługa basenu również uprzejma. - miłe gifty na powitanie - to sprawia, że na twarzy pojawia się uśmiech i czujesz się mile widzianym gościem. Zdecydowanie polecam tą miejscówkę!

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026The reception staff were outstanding; polite, accommodating and fluent in English, but Italian was good for me. The receptionist took me to my suite, explained everything and made a simple stay for one night in a hotel extremely memorable. The suite, comprising of fully stocked kitchen, incredible lounge and huge bedroom, were hugely accommodating. All in all, a hugely pleasant experience, unrivalled in many hotels I have stayed in, over the past years.
Mostly, the welcoming staff. But the accommodations was superb.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Personale reception molto gentile e disponibile. Appartamento piccolo, ma conforme alla descrizione, ben insonorizzato, pulito e dotato dei comfort necessari per un breve soggiorno. Gradita in particolare la presenza di lavastoviglie e climatizzatore efficienti.
Letti non comodissimi ma accettabili.

Reviewed Jan 12, 2026Esperienza ottima, sicuramente da rifare. Appartamento pulito e in posizione eccellente. Tutto era curato nei minimi dettagli, dotato di tutto con dotazioni imbustate (cuscini) e ordinate. Davvero carino e apprezzato anche il kit di benvenuto per il cane. Consigliatissimo!

Reviewed Oct 15, 2025Anche se fuori stagione, non sarei stato interessato all'uso della piscina, per il resto era un viaggio di piacere ho 74 anni e ho vissuto fino ai 70 a Livorno.
Niente di particolare da segnalare; forse la struttura ha bisogno di una "rinfrescata" e qualcosa per migliorare l'insonorizzazione i treni e le auto che transitavano si sentivano abbastanza bene.

Reviewed Oct 14, 2025Alles! Super Austattung und modernes Apartment, sehr sauber. Wir hatten vor allem Freude an dem grossen bequemen Bett und den Fernsehern (in allen Zimmern!) mit Streamingdiensten. Aber auch die Lage, den Balkon und die Mitarbeitenden kann man loben.
Es war leider im Oktober doch schon etwas kühl und wir konnten die Lüftung noch nicht auf „warm“ stellen. Aber dafür gab es Wolldecken im Zimmer.

Van de buitenkant lijkt t allemaal wat oud . Maar van binnen valt dat wel mee .
